I am current resident and really unhappy with the recent surroundings near my apartment. Dog poop is all over the place and is not being cleaned. Recently have noticed a lot of pot smell has started coming and overall the place has really degraded when it comes to living quality experience....Not to mention the rent is no less than any other community which are much newer as compared to this

Office lady vary rude, I will not put her name on here. She was recommended by my veterans affairs office. I should have known something was wrong when I called and she was not polite on the phone, the first thing out of her mouth after I introduced myself was (yea I know who you are, you were supposed to be here this morning!!!) I replied. No, don’t think that’s me I just got your information 30 minutes ago. She did not like my response and continued to have an attitude. Me and my wife thought it was a different part of Tyvola, when we arrived my wife told me that she knew someone that lived at the location and there was a lot of kids running around at night !, I was optimistic and wanted to see the room anyway BIG MISTAKE!! .As soon as I walked in she barely said hello ( WHERE IS YOUR WIFE!) she demanded. I explained she was waiting in the car to see the room available because the area that the apartment where in is a rough area . This made the lady vary angry. She insisted that (we don’t have any trouble here), and I told her I understand but my wife knew someone that lived here and gave a bad report, I would just like to see for myself. She said ( well it’s no seance of showing it to you because You came in with a negative attitude) lol, I told her that I would still be interested in the place despite the bad report if the apartment looked nice. She put her hand on her face and said just wait outside I’ll be out in a minute to show you.We get to the apartment there was a lot of debris on the floor near the air vent with cover removed and tons of dust in the air-Intake, maintenance things are all over the kitchen and new pant on all the walls and trim but trim had many areas that were unfinished, the floor was perfect brand new carpet in every room. I told her I would like to at least fill out paperwork. She said someone else is coming to see it, I replied well it is first come first serve right ? She said no then she thought a second and said well yes but the others interested called this morning, I said yea but they did not show up and... before I could finish she cut me off and told me it’s not available they are coming to apply for it . I looked at my wife and young daughter and said come on baby let’s go. I will be informing the Veterans Affairs office about what happened and how rude the front-desk lady was.

Tyvola Crossing Management and maintenance team is truly awesome. This is a clean warm inviting community to live in. Its truly a blessing to be apart of.

Are these apartments based on income or do you have any based on income program. Also do you check rental history cause I do have one on my credit and its only been 2 years and 8 months so do you work with people that has that on their credit or is there a way I would have to pay a higher deposit let me know please thanks much.

I live here for 2 years now. It is quiet, clean and when you submit a problem to the manager, the solution is quick. It is realy a good place to call home!

High volume of drug activity. police are there a lot. children run around with out parents. Children tearing up the trees and bushes. maintenance are having to fix things that the children break all the time. The apartment manger is never there.
