We love Solis and the Solis team. Katie, John and Natan are wonderful employees and they take their time to know you. Any issues you have, get immediately resolved. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. 10/10

Great community. My cousin moved in a few months ago. Staff is great, property is quiet! However, they charge way too much in rent for residents to have to pay so much for replacements. Security reason the locks needed to be changed a fee. Parking permit replaced my cousin said $100. The parking is already horrible but $100 to park inside the gate. A small fee I can understand but for what they pay and $100, no. It’s more to replace a parking permit than the locks on the doors. This property is an animal park, literally. Residents don’t keep dogs on leaches and residents will allow dogs to leap out and say they are hyper. They have animal waste everywhere. If you aren’t an animal lover, do NOT move here. I already know my cousin is moving when her lease is up.

I absolutely loved living here, but I didn’t realize HOW much I loved it until I moved.I moved in right when quarantine began so I missed out on the usual community events, but management did an amazing job with socially distanced events and food trucks. The location is amazing, community is safe and enjoyable, and the apartments are beautiful.Management was always very responsive, friendly, and helpful as well.I do miss living here and definitely recommend for anyone looking for an apartment in an updated area but away from the city.

Wow!! I would give 10 stars if could! This place is amazing (I hate the word amazing, but his place really is). I had to relocate from Boston to Charlotte and we are so grateful to have found this place. Finding a good place to live can be very challenging, specially when you don’t know the area but let me tell you, this was a grand slam! Lauren made the whole process of leasing and moving in extremely easy. The people in the office are exceptionally nice and very attentive to any questions. The location of this property is fantastic. The apartment itself looks brand new and we absolutely love it. We have a 7 month old baby and we are lucky our neighbors upstairs don’t really make much noise. Very peaceful. I love getting all the office messages thru the mobile app, very nice feature.Very very happy!

I’ve been here almost 2 months and I am very, very picky and extremely hard to please. The staff has been extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with! Lauren and Katie are the bomb!! They seriously care about the tenants!! They are always smiling, asking how things are going, and show a genuine concern for your “experience” here. I’ve been in Charlotte since 2013 and I must say this is the best complex I’ve ever lived at. Thanks guys!!

The staffs are extra friendly and always go out of their way to help us. The building is very well kept and the gym is always cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys for making our transition easy and wonderful so far.

I have been living here since the first of the year and love the quiet community. They just finished installing the secure gates parking and I feel even better about safety. Im sure once more move in it may be a little more difficult to park inside the gate but as of now I have had no issues. The grounds are kept nicely and the staff is amazing! Especially Erin. They also offer free breakfast on Saturdays and often have community game nights and other events. I have yet to attend these but plan on doing so soon. I will update with any changes but as of now I am more than satisfied!

Its been 2 weeks since I moved in from Florida to North Carolina, and my wife and I couldnt be happier about the choice we made regarding the apartment on which we would be moving into. Solis Keltonwood has a very dedicated and welcoming staff, they really helped us through the whole process and everything went really smooth. Im also employed by Microsoft which is one of their preferred employers, and in this case they will waive your administrative fees which is great. Kudos to Jordan Myers, for making the entire application process worry-free and as smooth as it can get. Im really pleased to live at Solis Keltonwood overall.

Visiting my son and his girlfriend from NY . Great place! Love the complimentary breakfast on Saturday. The coffee machine in the lobby is a great touch and all the events you guys do to make it feel like a community is amazing. It was really cool seeing the birthday wishes on the doors also. Clean facility with great amenities and friendly staff! It’s almost like a private club experience without the dues.

Solis Keltonwood is such an amazing community! We moved in right when they opened their second building and have absolutely loved it! Not only are the amenities amazing, I have never felt valued as a resident as much as I have here. They have free events almost weekly, free breakfast once a week, free coffee anytime, and more. The girls in the office are all so nice and know me (and my dogs) by name! I have specifically worked with Nicole, Erin, and Jordan, and you can tell that they actually care, which is so different from other communities. The maintenance guys are super nice, too! I would recommend Solis Keltonwood to ANYONE looking for a nice, friendly place within minutes of most everything! We love it here!

We moved in to our apartment back in July and could not be happier with our decision! The staff was so helpful with the entire process! The amenities are amazing. We love the Gym! It has anything and everything you could ask for. We even quit our local gym memberships because it is that nice! We have met some great new neighbors at one of the regular community events at the clubhouse! We definitely recommend Solis Keltonwood for your next place to call home!

I have had a great experience here at Solis Keltonwood! Erin and Jordan were a joy to work with and everything about this move has been easy and seamless. Even though the complex is still under construction the staff has been very good at keeping the residents aware of the progress and notified us of any changes that were taking place on the property. My apartment is beautiful and has had no major issues, which is rare with new construction. The location is very convenient to I 485 and I 77. I highly recommend you check it out!

The staff has been amazing to work with and are always so friendly and accommodating. The finishes and amenity spaces were also a reason I decided to lease here! Yes, there is some construction going on, but I knew that moving in to the property as it is a lease up. Love that they have resident events monthly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Erin was always happy to aid in my search process, scheduling last minute viewings and providing pertinent information on each unit. She was honest, friendly and one of the best leasing agents I’ve communicated with. While I can’t comment on living at the property, I can certainly say the staff is diligent and helpful. Thanks! For starters, I don’t write reviews but, for this complex I have to. This is by far one of the best complexes I’ve ever stayed at. For a few reasons, the staff is incredible. More specifically, Erin. She has been a blessing throughout my entire process from applying to moving in. The apartments are spacious but, of course like any complex you will hear your neighbors every once and awhile. The amenities are great, location is ideal, and they have floor plans for anyone. Overall, a well developed and upcoming community.

This place is amazing. great location and everything is new. The staff is so helpful and very efficient. I would recommend this place to everyone! The complex also puts on events throughout the week so were able to meet our neighbors.

Solis Keltonwood is a beautiful apartment complex with a ton of amenities. They have events often and always provide a great atmosphere for getting to know your neighbors and the community. The dedicated staff knows everyone by name and is always willing to lend a helping hand. The leasing consultant, Erin, has been extremely nice and pleasant with everything at Solis. Ive been here a few months and my experience has been great! Erin was extremely helpful from the start of me signing my lease (when the majority of the complex was still under construction) to now when even though all of the amenities are currently closed due to COVID, she is still taking the time to email and make sure everything in the apartment is still running smoothly. Shes the best!

What an amazing complex! Love all the amenities included and how elegant and sophisticated the apartments look. Not only are the apartments amazing but the staff is as well . Overall give this place a shot! You wont be disappointed!

The real reviews are the ones stating that staff and friends of staff left the positive reviews. The management office is astoundingly horrible. Have an issue with them and youll find escalating it to the Bell Partners (Property management company) regional manager is even worse.Apartments do not come with lights installed in the bedrooms or the living room, water takes 3-4 minutes just to become warm. The area is extremely loud with people revving up their cars and flying through the complex. The SWAT team has came on one occasion and the police on multiple. Do yourself a favor and avoid getting trapped into a lease here.

Moving to Solis Keltonwood has been one of the best moving processes Ive had and the apartments are beautiful! They look EXACTLY as pictured on the website and everyone working here are literally the nicest people! Erin has been an amazing leasing consultant throughout this entire process and the rest of the staff, maintenance included, has also been extremely helpful! Great location from shops, restaurants, Uptown, and in a nice neighborhood!

Haphazard management. Management will tell you one thing and it will be either completely false or they will lie and state they never said it to cover their miscommunication. The community is loud and the police have been here multiple times during the 9 months I have lived here. Management attempted to tow my car while it was parked in a valid spot inside the gate (car had been registered with the complex at the time of lease signing) and they acted like it was a joke. The property management company Bell Partners is horrible and has a 1.7 star on google, that is who you will be dealing with and its staff. Avoid getting trapped into a year lease with no way out.

I am so glad I chose to lease at Solis Keltonwood a few months ago. The apartments are brand new and the amenities are awesome! The leasing staff are always so friendly. The location is great as well. I highly reccomend.

Ive been living here a little over a month without any major complaints. Jordan was thorough during the entire application process and was always prompt responding to questions and keeping us up to date on our move in. The community is kept very clean, gym has a great selection of free weights, treadmills, cycling machines and even a Pelaton bike. The pool area is also very nice and looking forward to the summer months to use it. Only two complaints would be that 1.) the gated parking lot for my building is very small and many times you need to park outside the gate, which leads to me 2.) the security gates are relatively short, and for a 60 guy, I can easily reach over and open the gate from the inside, which defeats the purpose. One of the other security gates never seems to be locked either.With everything being said, Ive still have had a positive experience at Solis Keltonwood and look forward to spending the next year here.

I’ve lived here since October and have so far had a great experience. When I needed an apartment quickly Jordan in the leasing office was able to show me two units and answer all of my questions. I loved the size, layout, and natural light in the larger two bedroom so I decided to apply the same day. Because I work for a preferred employer, along with the same day app, I was able to net a few discounts on the fees. I had my keys within days.The apartment was brand new but I really didn’t find much wrong with it. There was some small scratches on the floor from construction and a defect in the windows but they quickly addressed it. When I found the microwave to be malfunctioning they sent a technician from GE right out to repair it. Every maintenance request is promptly addressed.I may be lucky that I have a corner unit on the street side but there is basically no noise. I don’t hear my neighbors at all and I never hear the gates opening and closing like others have mentioned. The unit seems to have descent insulation and windows/doors as my electric bills have been reasonable through the winter. I live alone and use a nest thermostat and the highest my electric bill has been is $80 (I have a saltwater fish tank that sucks up electric). Water has been extremely cheap compared to previous places I’ve lived.I haven’t noticed any of the parking lot issues that others have stated. The most I can relate to is the sidewalk gates not closing on their own but all it takes is for you to make sure you close it behind you. Gates and fences like this aren’t meant to turn the complex into a high security fortress. It’s the illusion of security to hopefully deter someone from trying to gain entry that’s the goal. I lived across the street a few years back and they still don’t have any kind of gates or fences so we’re already more secure. The parking lot gate on my building was only broken once when someone hit it with a car and it was fixed within a few days. I have from time to time smelled weed in the parking lot but you can’t control everything. If that is my biggest complaint I’d say I’m having a pretty good day. I’ve never seen these other problems someone mentioned about in the parking lots. I had four months of medical leave from work and walked my dog late each night and never once noticed suspicious events or people, nor did I ever feel unsafe.I hope that the few negative comments don’t deter you from looking at this place. Overall Solis has been one of the top apartments I’ve lived in.

Erin was amazing through the whole process before I moved in. I’ve been here 2 days and one event, everyone is friendly from the staff to the residents. Definitely a great community to compliment my apartment.

My move in this week went really, really well. I couldn’t believe that once a staffer knows your name, they don’t forget it. They are very welcoming and accommodating. I had a few small issues when I first moved in, like the water wasn’t hot enough. The maintenance staff fixed it within one day even though they ask for 48 hours.The staff is so professional, which is very important to me. The grounds are beautiful and they are only adding to that beauty and I can’t say enough about how gorgeous my apartment is with the stainless steel kitchen appliances!Looking forward to living here and so glad I selected Solis Keltonwood at Berewick!!!

I toured this community with a young woman named Candice. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgable about the activities, events and places in the area. The community is literally brand new and will be completed in the beginning of August, 2019. The outlet malls are close, the airport is 10 minutes away and uptown Charlotte is a skip and a jump. After spending 30 minutes with Candice and taking a tour I was all in. If youre looking for a new place to live, in a prime location with amenities that are second to none, this is it!

I typically don’t leave reviews but my experience this weekend at Solis was one worth sharing! I stopped in this weekend after touring about 6 communities that day, tired from a long day of looking at apartments I walked in and was immediately greeted warmly by Janae- what a breath of fresh air! She was enthusiastic to show me around the property, and answered any and all questions I had. The HUGE thing that stood out to me about the community was the cleanliness, curb appeal landscaping etc but the best feature by far is the secured parking! Having gates is a huge peace of mind and deff makes Solis my number one choice thus far!

I have been woken up by loud construction 90% of the mornings I have lived at Solis Keltonwood. The employees of the leasing office made it difficult for me to move in and have continued to bug me since. The first month (September 19) of living here my apartment shower dripped (annoying) took 3 Weeks and multiple maintenance trips to resolve. Rusty and Nate of The maintenance staff are great at the job and Kind people. If you think a new apartment is ready to go, you are sadly mistaken. I was forced to comply with random construction inspection on my apartment. Almost all of the light bulbs in my new apartment have stopped working and needed to be replaced (more maintenance trips). My car was hit in the parking lot and a neighors car was stolen.(a ton of people cut through the complex) . If you want to be left alone move somewhere else. .

Looking for an apartment with luxury amenities for an affordable price seemed impossible until we stumbled across Solis Keltonwood apartments. My gf and I really enjoy all the fun events, like free Saturday breakfast, community games and bonding over workout/yoga classes.

Well lets just say alot of these 4 and 5 star ratings are not accurate. These ratings are from friends and associates of the staff that works on the complex. The complex is quite lovely looking from the outside but once an individual moves in its deemed unsafe. Anyone can literally walk onto the premises. Those breezeway gates do not work and they have been inoperable since last year (over 3 months). The keypad code to the breezeway gates never change. Literally any and everyone has the code. The gates to the parking lots never seem to work either. Everytime these issues are mentioned to the staff in the leasing office, issues and concerns are literally on deaf ears. Their excuse is always its a new complex and theyre trying to get eveything in working order. Theyre apartment complexes newer then this one and have everything in working order. Also, if anyone likes staying up late, smelling weed 24/7, listening to individuals blast music all hours of the night and hear gates slamming definitely move to Solis Keltonwood. Not to mention some of the residents be selling drugs as well. Late at night certain individuals drive onto the complex and have meetings in the parking lot exchanging clear bags full of substances. This happens occasionally. The leasing staff knows but refuses to do anything about it. Half of the amenities they stated they have are not even apart of the complex such as a smoke free community and controlled access buildings. Every second someone literally smoking on the complex. Its saddening. The apartments are small and not worth the price. Solis makes sure to disguise the bs occurring on the complex with their ignorant parties they have literally every other day. Instead of having parties secure the area and stop people from having festivities in the parking lots

I cant believe how gorgeous this community is! Such a wonderful experience. I feel right at home.

I have recently moved into the brand new apartment complex from New York and I have to say we are blown away. After looking at over 20 different apartment complex we stubbled across Solis Keltonwood and it was an easy sell. Compared to other apartments the Solis Keltonwood at Berewick is updated with granite countertops, Beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a 2000 sq foot gym and a resort style pool. It is in a prime location with starbucks, Grocery stores and the dry cleaners basically walking distance. The apartment is breath taking and on top of the apartment itself the employees in the leasing office ice the cake. We felt welcomed and at ease with every step along the way of our application and move in. Jordan was a positive and helpful support system answering all of our questions in a timely manner. She was there for us on move in day with a big smile and excitement equal to our own. We are so happy here and cant wait to meet some of our fellow residences at some of the upcoming community events. We HIGHLY recommend Solis Keltonwood if youre currently apartment hunting! - Nicole :)

Great staff, nice amenities, very active staff heavily involved with community with frequent events. I love the fact that the hear and listen to every concern and do as much as possible to keep the community close with one another. Also close to outlet mall, most food spots and also gas, grocery and other stores and docs for convenience.Update: After living here for going on 6 months I have become fed up with the amount of nonsense that transpires on a daily basis. The loud noises all hours day and night, the lack of communication from staff and management, misappropriation of funds on their behalf and the amount of lies and deceit that they also tell to both residents and prospective residents. The staff are more focused on pet needs and parties than they do the property, safety of the residents and concerns from the residents. Since Ive been living here management comes up with the same continuous excuses in regards to every concern that all residents come to them with. It should be a concern when not only do you get complaints from an abundance of residents about the same nonsense that you claim not to tolerate and do nothing about but also when the residents that move in last year when first open are either gone or leaving this year. Even 2 employees who was living on the complex have left. That should tell people not to come here because you are their last concern. Heat doesnt work properly, lights go out after a month of living in your apartment, people selling drugs and smoking all day and night, management takes your money and turn around and say you never paid for something, walls breaking apart already and packages and mail are stolen. They have a knockoff luxor one closet (NOT LOCKER) which packages are placed anywhere but there is 1 somewhat good thing, the maintenance professionals are very courteous and respond rather quickly. More quickly and better than the actual property staf . Erin has been very attentive to my concerns but she can only do but so much as those over her head doesnt care to address any concerns. They would not even have a community meeting or suggestion box to see whata wrong or right but rather assume that everything is great which they know to be a lie.

My grandfather has some trouble with a clogged toilet bowl and he was very upset for obvious reasons. He is very old. Contacted Janae who took care of business. Not sure if she came in and plunged the toilet herself but if someone who works at a complex is willing to clean a toilet they should be commended. Five stars and to if I would give more I would to Janae because to a man with IBS he obviously needs to facilities. Whoever is in charge you have an amazing employee in Janae and possibly a gifted plumber.

This place is not fully open yet and they already have horrible customer service and tan terribly. The first time i scheduled an appt I told the person i have weds off so I was hoping to schedule for then......They called me back on Thursday. The phone number on the website is the corporate number who are absolutely clueless about anything going on here. I had a tour scheduled at 11am on Saturday here. Even got a confirmation email about my tour. I was there from 1045am to 1120am. Nobody showed up. I called the corporate office-couldnt help me- i called the main office line here they gave me-noone answered. I emailed-no responses. I called today and they tried to tell me they were there on saturday. I talked to the construction workers while I was waiting saturday who said the leasing ladies car wasnt even there. I called off work for this appt and wasted a vacation day because they dont have their s--- together. If I cant get them to show up for a scheduled appt and to give them my money- I can only imagine how long it will take if Im already a resident and they already have my money and i have a maintenance request etc...
