I just wanna say Perry is excellent!!! I’ve had a few small issues prior to the management change and through it all Perry has stood by me and advocated for me! He makes me feel comfortable and heard and makes sure he does what he can to exceed any expectations!!! I’m so grateful to know he’s in the office taking care of all of these residents. I don’t know where we would be without him!!! He’s so reliable and I’m glad to know when I walk in there he’s going to be helpful however he can! Quick to greet/acknowledge people and very personable. Go perry!!
We were told one thing and showed something totally different! Literally roaches scattering as we toured and one dead .Walls Infested with spider eggs walking up to the door but could be because we were in the back.The model was gorgeous but the move in unit was terrible

First i made a tour online to come and visit the property, and as soon as i pulled in i saw that the property itself didn’t look half as good as it did online. When pulling into the property i noticed that there was trash left in the front “gate” area. Then the leasing office is located in the middle of the complex which isn’t the most convenient but great because i could actually see the property, and before walking in knew i wouldn’t like it. I walk into the office and tell the guy at the desk i had booked a tour at 1:30 and he then explains to me that the online booking tour feature doesn’t line up with what they actual can show you. After that i knew this isn’t where i wanted to stay. The outside of the apartments looks dirty, the units are packed together, it smells horrible, and obviously they don’t have enough staffing for tours so it’s a no for me.
Honestly if it wasn’t for Perry, I wouldn’t be giving 5 stars. He wasn’t the leasing agent we were going through but he’s helped us and always happy to help in anyway. He’s a GREAT addition to the office, not like the other girl can’t remember her name that’s how irrelevant she is in our move in process. We wouldn’t be here if it was solely her helping us. On move in day, was beyond stressful. Wasn’t prepared at all for us to move in, not cleaned ( Perry offered to clean with a broken arm, might I add and it isn’t his job to do so ). They were putting in a new furnace in on the day of our move in, we gave everything two to three weeks before move in so that should been done well before knowing we secured the unit already. Our carpet got flooded due to complications of the furnace. Now we dealing with water restoration and machines to dry the water out. To be honest I’m happy it wasn’t done sooner because that would of been a disaster. They never checked that the water was running properly, we told them about them water soaked in the carpet said it could be from the old one bing taken out. Understandable, but not checking to make sure caused a bigger issue. Overall Perry make a big difference in our tolerance in the situation.
I wish there was an option to give 0 stars because this is the worst place to deal with if youre trying to find yourself a new apartment. You would call all day and no one answers the phones, leave a voicemail and no one returns your call or you would send an email and no one responds back. I mean after reading all of these reviews with others saying the same thing, Im actually glad thats all the time that I invested in this dump. Its just overall poor customer service.I dont care how nice these renovated apartments look, no amount of fancy apartments will get me to live here if the leasing office doesnt even answer the phone. What if you had an emergency or a leak??? I mean seriously now. You guys have to do better.
Please dont move here! I cant wait to move out of this place. When we first moved in this place was a huge mess stuff was everywhere, all sorts of bugs were crawling all over the place, their were stains all over the walls and carpet. I even found multiple nails and taks sticking out of the carpet. I spent two days cleaning this place up when I moved in. Shouldnt this place be clean and empty before you move in? All our packages get stolen, the AC doesnt work here so its 83 degrees in my apartment and my dogs better not have a heat stroke. This place is charging way to much. Please dont move here!!!

This has by far been the worst apartment experience. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. The staff completely runs this place. Also Perry that works in the office is very unprofessional.
Nice complex. Well maintained. Everyone greets you with a smile. I relocated from Virginia and moved here without seeing anything, and they did not disappoint
Andrea Perry and Jennifer (who recently left) in the leasing office are great!!!! I want to give this place 0 stars but I couldnt bc I would give them 5 stars. THE PROBLEM IS MAINATANENCE. The leasing office people are always too busy to do their job bc they are chasing after maintenance to beg them to do theirs to try to help residents! Maintainance will never fix anything and residents have to complain to the office. I have seen Andrea and Perry both chase them down for residents and they have texted and called maintenance for me to help me get repairs fixed and I really appreciate that. I feel bad theyre being blamed for no one being able to answer the phone. That is because they are on the phone asking maintenance to do their job! They try their best with what theyre dealing with. Maintainance is absolutely horrible and incompetent and they deserve 0 stars. Keep the leasing office people they are this place only saving grace while maintanance literally watches it rot and run down.
They ignore you as soon as you have a problem no one will call you back or respond to your emails. Ive been trying to get them to repair this mess for over a week. No accommodations or rent discount offered. They dont care i have no toilet to use bc of their maintenance and are still expecting full rent. Worst customer service imaginable. They are unethical. Coming here is going to be one of the worst decisions youll ever make.
Paid for the “renovated” unit and it looks like they just threw it together last minute. With the way the office looks you think they would actually take care of the residents especially the ones who pay way to much for a “renovated” apartment. Told us our move in date then last minute changed it. The apartment was not clean when we got here. Paint peeling, door handles on backwards, carpets stained, bathtubs had holes and cracks... the list goes on and on. Ever since we moved in we have had nothing but maintenance issues since we moved in. Plus the trash just piles up everywhere in the parking lot and at the dumpsters. For the price we are paying this is ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.
Horrible customer service... no 1 answers the phones until 5 mins before they about to call. And you .ight get a call back if you leave a message .. I left messages and then was given a email to follow up with my application to clear things up and no has emailed me back in over a week. Then I left messages in regards to the email and still no follow up. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life especially when it comes to someone trying find a new home
The property manager KB & Mr. Perry really goes out of there way every time to assist me with issues or concerns I may have. Nice community, & great amenities!
Wanted to lease here but nobody wants to help. My boyfriend made a appointment and he was late from visiting another complex they still wouldn’t give him any information. He left the office with people in it and I called and no one answered. Do these people want residents or not????They replied saying he came after hours. He came at 3:30 looking at them sit in the office while I called them! No one answered
All I’m going to say is this place WAS on the top of list of apartments, but it’s not anymore. I spoke to Perry and he said he’d email me the answers to my questions I had emailed him already. I knew I wasn’t going to receive anything from him after he hung up on me before I could finish my sentence and that was on the 10th of June. I’ve called but still nothing. I’ve seen so many reviews under other apartment complex’s complaining how unprofessional the office is and how they don’t respond back to possible new tenants. I am seeing that people have experienced something similar to what I have with this place as well. It’s ridiculous. If you guys don’t want new tenants then don’t post that you have apartments available!
I came here with my boyfriend to the leaving office to potentially get more information about the apartments. Upon walking in we were greeted by the rudest woman. She never once looked us in the eye and had a awful attitude, all she said was do you have an appointment to tour? We said no (our fault but we still wanted to get further information or instructions on how to make an appointment.) before walking in she was playing on her phone and had AirPods in and was speaking to us in a way to rush us on our way. She obviously wasn’t busy so why she just turned us away without any other information is extremely unprofessional. Looks like we dodged a bullet with this place.
I live out of town so it is important that I be able to get information about apartments I’m interested in via phone or email. The phone immediately rings to voicemail and I only get an automated response through email. I’ve sent 4 emails and left 1 voicemail and still no response.

Working With Jennifer and Andrea has been a very pleasant experience. They are very prompt and have addressed all of my concerns that I have had since becoming a resident. I appreciate their professionalism.
As of right now I am still trying to call to set something up because I am interested in moving hear and all I get is a automated voice message. ITs highly annoying when your trynna give people interest and your money and they dont want it or act like they dont need it.

The apartments here look NOTHING like the photos the reality is shoddy paint jobs and duct taped repairs and built up grime from never being deep cleaned, algae covers all of the exterior, packages get stolen constantly, and its unsafe sketchy people loiter and someone was just unalived here while walking across the parking lot on December 13, 2020.
Management that actually cares!!! Management that will actually listen!!! I fell behind in my rent, it happens to the best of us. I paid off what I could and was working on paying the remaining balance. Then there was a horrible incident in the neighborhood involving my vehicle, my whole back windshield had to be replaced and insurance declined the claim. I wasnt sure how I was going to be able to pay my rent and get the vehicle fixed but discussing the issues with the apartment manager, she did the unexpected!! To help me out, she asked upper management if they could credit off my rent the costs of the windshield!!! The fact that she would even ask. Ive lived in a few complexs and you dont get this type of reaction. I can honestly say not only was I humbled but grateful. It was an early Christmas present and Im so thankful to her and the management team!!
Today I was having such a hard time figuring out the website (lol which was not difficult at all), and of course I was calling the leading office like crazy trying to figure out what was going on and Jennifer took her time explaining the website and walking me through each step. Ive had a great time so far at Andover Creek at Andover Woods. My neighbors are courteous, staff is helpful. Maintenance responds quickly, but never really had any problems. Like it here!
Cahne Mckinney is extremely rude at the leasing office she has a huge attitude problem and does not try to help potential renters like what’s the point of being leasing agent if you have a problem when people try to lease or inquiry on information.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I applied and paid app/admin fee on 12/18. The floorplan/unit I selected was never held, and it took nearly 1 month of calling and constantly asking if my app was approved. The leasing agent Jennifer lied twice informing me that Id receive a refund, then telling me via text I was approved. The staff is unprofessional, and are liars. Record EVERYTHING! I am a flight attendant that meet thousands of people daily. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my horrible experience.They will hear from my attorney very soon.
Just moved in my apartment and my experience was nothing short of amazing!!!!! Jennifer was great from start to finish, any questions or concerns i had she knew the answer and made my move in very smooth. Tori also helped me and communicated very quick and efficient with me. I have lived in Andover Woods for 1 year and I must say that despite the issues Ive encountered in my Unit, the apartment complex is great. Andrea was the leasing agent who helped me during the application process and was amazing from start to finish. During my year, Ive had some issues in my apartment which is obviously normal, however, dealing Jennifer or Andrea always gets the job done! I do have some suggestions for the Office Staff and Management in regards to the Property. Since Andover Woods is a vast property, we need more frequent trash pickup as Residents do not properly dispose of it which is not managements fault however, it will help decrease rodents/insects and keep the property looking beautiful, having packages dropped at the Units instead of the office, more knowledgeable maintenance staff, and more renovations to the Units. This would attract more Residents and make the current Residents change their habits. It is almost time to renew my lease and I am hoping to transfer to a renovated unit.
I waited 2 weeks to move into a unit that was not ready. My the stove was missing the bake element and racks and refrigerator had no drawers. I spoke directly with the manager after popping into the office for a whole week to have this addressed. Here I am 1 month later and these issues have been done. I even emailed the regional manager and was not even given the courtesy of a response.Though I LOVE my floor plan and space, I encourage others to beware make sure EVERYTHING is in order before you move in.
I’ve been an resident here for 6 months and I’ve been working with Jay since the start of my application process. Jay has always been kind and helpful. He’s always there when I need him and able to come up with an solution to any issue I’m having. All of the staff are pleasant but JAY goes the extra mile. I will been renewing next November.. thanks JAY!
0/10 recommend. It’s dirty, trash everywhere, water bugs EVERYWHERE definitely a health concern living over here, the air vents don’t work. The property manager doesn’t fix your issues at all! I been paying extra renters insurance and have been told several times I was gonna get credited for the extra payments it’s been 3 months and I have received nothing. If anything I’m still getting charged extra each month! I can’t wait till my lease is up.
This will be my 3rd year living at Andover Woods and I love it. Whenever I have an issue, I can call or email Jennifer and she has it taken care of right away. She is amazing. I am so glad that I have chosen this place to call home.

My experience so far at Andover woods have been wonderful. Andrea made the move in process incredibly smooth. She did a wonderful job with setting me up with the apartment I wanted. Id recommend Andrea personally!
I originally moved here in December 2018 but transferred to a bigger unit in July 2019. Jennifer was such a big help! She made sure I was informed of all the processes. Anytime I’ve had an issue, she has always made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner.
Andover woods is a safe place! Never had any trouble. One person I commend is Jenn All around I think shes great at her job! She never changes no matter the circumstances!! ♥️

DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!The apartments that they had “ready “ had pealing paint in the tub and sink stained carpet and evidently had not been cleaned. When I refused it I was told not only would my first month and security not be returned but I would be charged 2x the rent for breaking the lease. I never moved in. Dasmen the management company has not returned a single email. At this point I’m reporting Nikki the property manager to the real estate board. DONT RENT WITH DASMEN!!!!!I wish I could post the photos

I moved here in September and I’m reading some of the reviews and I’m like huh....is there another Andover woods because I have not had any problems whatsoever. Jayren really made the process great he is wonderful never had an unpleasant experience at all. I have never seen any of the other staff being rude or nasty. I feel like I can go an address an issue and it will be resolved. I thank him for it too

Since moving into this complex i had a great experience! It was great from the start, from the help i got from Jayren and entire staff, up until my move. I would recommend this complex to all my friends and family.
I moved in August 21 and everything has been great since the first day of my application process. Andrea was so helpful and my renovated unit is nothing short of amazing. I’ve put work orders in and they’ve been completed within 48 hours. I’m very happy I moved here.
I would not recommend this place to anyone living in Charlotte. You are better off living in Little Rock Project home. I will list the reasons below: I came to this establishment back in March looking for a one bedroom that was listed on the website for $850.00. I came and viewed the property thinking that price was the price with everything included. I asked the gentleman Jerry Perry the leasing agent about everything pertaining to the apartment while we were doing a walk through. Never once was I informed that other fees would be included. The following day I received a email stating that the rent would be close to $1000.00. I then decided that I didn’t want to live there bc I felt like it was some dishonesty going on. I then asked for my money to be returned to me for my application fee. Fast forward to today end of July and I still have not received my refund after actually going there to personally speak to someone about the issue at hand. The second issue is, I received a email last week stating that a work order was done on a apartment( the same one I was suppose to lease back in March). I then proceeded to call to ask where the email was coming from. Jerry stated that “ oh I’m sorry your name was never switch in the system to the new tenant”. Umm I was confused bc that is the first thing you are suppose to do when you do a new Lease is make sure everything is up to date I thought. I will never in a million years recommend this apartment facility to anyone. The dishonesty is not cool at all.
I love my new apartment! Jennifer in the leasing office was such an amazing help in working with me and getting me moved in🙌🏽. I feel so blessed to have found this place in the time I did and on such a good side of town.

Mr. Jay was so helpful!!! I was in a panic and needed an apartment within 10 days and Andover Woods had no issues getting me into an apartment with a move in special!! The application fee was low, the admin fee to hold the apartment was low. They even have a program to help you with your deposit!!

Jennifer is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Since COVID-19 has happened and I’m not able to view the apartment with leasing consultants, I’ve taken it upon myself to go view the outside apartment location on my own. On several different occasions, I’ve arrived at different times to ensure the area was safe and I was satisfied before signing the lease. Each time that I arrived to the property, there has been trash everywhere. There is NO landscaping upkeep at all (grass up to my knees, shrubs covering the apartment walk ways, and the old appliances spread over the ENTIRE communities parking areas). Other renters have trash, dangerous dogs, and over sized grills on the small balcony/patio. Feeling uneasy about everything I saw on my first visit, I reached out to Jennifer. After sending emails stating my concerns, with no response, I called the leasing office. Jennifer immediately became defensive over the phone and stated that “the things you see on the apartment above from yours is because of remodeling”. The next night, I went back over there and found residents on the balcony of the “remodeled apartment” above my potential rental where Jennifer claims no one lived. The balcony looked as if the occupants were hoarders, which can cause potential insects and unwelcoming rodents. On the night before move in, I finally got out my car to see how my potential building looked from the complex. There was some sort of black tar pond directly in front of my potential balcony, standing water at the front door, and limbs over the entire entry way. On the way back to my car, I was approached by someone asking if I needed any drugs. Honestly, I thought I was about to be robbed. The two months free is a scam to get you to move into these slum of apartments. The audacity charge someone $1,000 to live in such filth. Even if they offered 6 months free, I still wouldn’t move there. The pictures are misleading, I’m Disgusted.
I’ve been living here for 3 years and I don’t have any complaints! I dealt with Jennifer Hoang! She has been nothing but helpful and she is very patient. She calls you back and she responds at a decent time. I don’t have anything bad to say!

I moved here in the beginning of March so far I’m loving the neighborhood, everybody is super friendly and it’s really quite. My experience with Jay has been amazing.
Rates are going up, month to month is nearly $2,000, the promised improvements are incredibly slow and not worth it. Theres a new fence around the dog park which was under construction a month, maintenance requests are ignored; office hours are non existent the app that you use to pay doesnt work properly and theres no notice prior to entering the apartments we received a noticed backdated by a day to appear we had 48 hour notice when we really had less than 24.
Horrible apartments. I would never tell anyone to rent there. Dirty. Poor management. They’re very rude and never follow through with anything. Always hiring new people. They will find any kind of way to steal your money. Make sure you have proof of everything. I moved out months ago and they still owe me money. Random people come into the neighborhood all of the time to sell/do drugs. When mentioned to management, they refused to do anything about it. Pictures on the website is not how it looks in real life. 0/10 rating for me.
Moving here in a few days. Jayren was very very helpful with explaining all the information I needed he also made sure he sent emails at a timely matter to get approve for my home on time. An even though the viewing of the home ended at certain time he made arrangements for me around my work schedule to view my future home I really appreciate him on that most places wouldnt have. This apartment complex accepts packages for its residents which is very convenient. You dont have to worry about your package being left out in front of your apartment all day in the weather. They also leave a notice in your mail box and send you an email when the packages are received. Some complexes in Charlotte do not offer this service.

I moved in about a month ago now and this place is pretty nice. The apartment layout for the renovated units is great. I moved in to the Ashton which I love. The leasing agent Jennifer was AMAZING!! She went through it all helping me with getting everything together. This is an honest review and really dont have any cons as of now. Thank you again Jennifer for all the help. 5 mins from Carolina Place mall, 15 mins from uptown, 10 mins from South Carolina. Yea I highly recommend this complex.
John King the maintenance supervisor is great. He called and explained the issue. I have been here for three years and never had this kind of service. I appreciate it. On another note, I did call to cancel the maintenance request but it did not get to him. Outside of that I appreciate the new staff.

I have been a tenant here since august of 2016, Great community to live in. Maintenance has been great as well, Office personal is nice too. Everybody has there flaws but compared to some of the places I have rented from this one has been much better and I lived in Charlotte since 2011. I just wish apartments didnt go up on their rent so much. When you get good Tenants that pay their rent on time and keep their place up and no complaints that should really count for something.
If 10 stars was available I would rate this apartment complex a 10! It’s very quiet, nice,& Cozy. All the staff was nice & respectful especially Jayren. If you are looking for a nice place to live call Andoverwood and ask for Jayren!!!
It was just on the News WBTV 3 how a woman has a hole in her ceiling tapped up with a trash bag and water leaking in her apartment not just from the ceiling but the walls as well that they have NOT repaired for months which could cause major health problems. Good to know that apartment complex and maintenance is awful and they dont care about their residents.
Ive lived here for a couple months now, and I absolutely love it. Maintenance staff is polite, understanding and timely. Office staff is personable and outgoing. This coming from someone that previously lived somewhere where the staff was the total opposite! Love living here! Highly satisfied tenent! :)

I Been living at Andover Woods Apartments for almost a month now and the property is well kept, the staff is Excellent and I’m enjoying mY time here. It’s a very family friendly environment for my family and I. Neighbors are nice and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a great place to call Home!!!

When I first moved here everything was great. There was a man that worked in the office that was always nice and made sure that everything was fine. For some reason he no longer works here and the rest of the staff are horrible. I had to call about a trash can that was sitting outside for months so they could figure out whose it was or remove it. After they picked it up i ended up with a note on my door saying i was violating the valet trash service. When I called about it, the unprofessional assistant manager was rude and lied and said my neighbors received letters also. I have neighbors that leave their trash cans outside all day everyday but never get a letter. Then i called to see if i receives a package and the young boy told me over the phone no. When I checked the tracker it said delivered so i called again and the rude unprofessional girl at the desk told me it was there. So i asked the question did it just get delivered or did he lie. Instead of answering the question she got an attitude saying they sometimes get more than one delivery which didnt answer my question. Once my lease is up i will definitely not be staying here with the rude unprofessional staff. I would not recommend anyone to live here.
Im so sick of this place. I really thought this would be an ideal place to live due to the location bit its the complete opposite. Nothing gets fixed. Theres no point of submitting work requests the maintenance person will never come. Ive submitted numerous requests to have my ceiling fan fixed and my kitchen sink leaks terribly. I have pots at the bottom of my sink to catch the filthy water and disposal. Ive called the office no one ever answers. I went to the office to talk to the manager and I watched her sit at her desk while the phone rang and she didnt answer it. I wish I never moved here period. And not to mention the pool is not open and its the end of June. Poor management no one takes responsibility. Apartment is falling apart. The key is to fix things promptly so that it doesnt get worse. Pretty soon these apartments wont be fit to rent. As much as the rent is you would think they would fix things promptly. The only thing consistent is the lawn care. I cant wait until my lease ends.
Just moved in this past saturday (4/14/18) and so far no complaints! They did switch our apartment from the original one we were supposed to move into last minute, because the people never moved out (not their fault) but i am even more happy with the one we got. Pretty quiet during day and night and all of the people i have met so far are extremely nice!!
I want to give thanks to the staff at Andover Woods Apts in all what they do and especially though all this uproar but I do want to give a special thanks to Jennifer Hoang for working hard and diligently on getting me and my fiancé transferred to a new apartment. Thank you 😊
Ive been a tenant here for a year now and cant believe the ratings arent higher. Ive had nothing short of an excellent experience here. I usually contact Kody for simple questions and the team in general always are ready to help with whatever I need. Great Apartment Complex and they looked nice when I first moved in but really have made a lot of improvements since. Stephen H.
Usually Im not one to write reviews or complaints, my wife is really good at doing that for me, but today finally decided to voice my frustrations. I invited family over from NYC to spend labor day weekend because we recieved an email about a week ago from Andover Woods Apartment telling us about a resident/guest BBQ titled The Last Summer BBQ of the Year. My family and I usually takes part in these activities for the past 3 years living here, but the new management have consistently shown that they cant keep their word when planning these activities. Weve arrived at the pool/main office at noon because it was supposed to begin at 12:30, no one was in the main office and the grill wasnt even on. Usually Im optimistic about these things and figured that the office is just running a little late, but no one showed after an hour of waiting. I understand that plans change and things come up, but they should have at least sent a follow up email saying the activity was canceled, it was very unprofessional to say the least. I believe that the new management company headquartered in NY really only cares about the extremely higher rent payments then the actual residence services because I feel like the apartments have only been going downhill every since Dasmen Residential took over. It doesnt make since because the main office staff is really great, nice, and always professional. The impression is like having above average employees working for money hungry bosses, because theirs a lot of things that they cant control and I understand that. We didnt leave NYC for NC only to have to deal with NYC housing standards, the apartment renovations are a classic NYC scam deal, cheapest materials for the highest pricing output that they feel they can get away with, but thats for another review. Even trying to make the best out of the cancellation, we decided to try to pool, but couldnt go inside because it was filthy with dead insects and looked like it havent been cleaned in weeks. Always said I loved the scene and feel of the apartments and planned to be here for awhile, but the new management have turned it into a wallet drain and I can only count down the leasing contract, even hear stories about maintenance workers being grossly underpaid and it shows in the work orders and renovation complaints. Not going to blame the everyday staff for these issues because its clearly bad management because 2 years ago this was easily the best place to live on Sharon Rd, but now their even more expensive then Anson at the Lakes without half its quality. Really embarrassing that visiting family had to see this as a first experience.
I have experienced nothing but professionalism with the office staff. So far I am loving it!
This place is horrible. They never send out rent notifications on time. Bugs are everywhere. My air goes out at least once a week. I came home one day to my kitchen and bathroom ceiling leaking brown water. They never answer the phone. I’ve been trying to contact them for two weeks now. Don’t move here. Save yourself. You will be miserable. Old management sucked and the new management sucks as well.

Terrible horrible customer service in the office!! Ive been here for two years in a two bedroom with my cousin. We have never been late on rent never gave the office any problems at all. We even decide to stay in the community and move into our own one bedroom apartments. To make the move smooth we started the process to transfer three months in advance. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! They lost the application had to reprint check stubs. The only thing they didnt misplace was their deposite. The apartment wasnt ready until two days after the welcome letter date. I moved all my things when the one bedroom was ready new couches new washer and dryer all my clothes etc. Just to find out there was a ROACH INFESTATION ! I moved in on a Friday so I was told my issue couldnt be looked at until Tuesday when the manager is back in the office! I bomb the apartment three times still roaches everywhere. My couches now have roaches in the inside of my brand new still wrapped in plastic couches. I even asked for corporate number and was told the manager has to give it to me. This is just terrible and I will never suggest anybody to move to this complex. The people in the office dont ever know what they are doing always confused and giving different information. I wish I never moved over here this has cost me days I had to call out of work money to bomb the apartment myself I wrapped all my belongings in plastic myself. I havent got a call or anything from the manager. I would consider this an emergency and nobody has reached out. Im happy I have family here because if not I would be living with roaches!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE.!!
This place is horrible. If I had known how this would be I would’ve NEVER signed a lease. I’m so fed up and ready to break my lease at this point. Maintenance requests take days to get answered, they never answer the phone, and the pest control ..HORRIBLE! Almost everyday I’m killing bugs ...FOR WHAT?! The pest control we pay for is a joke. What tops it all is that I currently don’t have running water because there’s a main pipe leak that allegedly no one knew about. HOW DOES MANAGEMENT NOT KNOW ABOUT A LEAK THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED?! My water was turned off a few days ago and no one knew why but the water was restored about an hour later, no big deal. But today, it’s been 3 hours and counting that I’ve been without running water and guess what ..THEY STILL DONT KNOW WHY! They can’t even give an eta on when the water will be restored. I understand things happen but there was no proper communication or rectification given. This is honestly the last straw for me.
I’ve stayed in this apartment complex and my experience was horrible they never fixed anything and the manager always has a bad attitude!!! I cleaned my whole apartment took pictures and gave these people a 60 day notice of leaving and they illegally took my deposit and won’t respond after sending me a letter where they charged me for regular wear and tear on an apartment no holes no major problems at all and I always paid my rent on time except for 1 time Bc my check was late!! Now I have to go through the long process and pay for court!!!! This apartment isn’t worth your time most of my time there my room leaked water 💦!!!!!🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ Goodluck to anyone living there!!!!! Hope the owner sees this so he can know his manager is doing this!!!!!!!
