Affordable and spacious! Seems like new management is about change and cant wait to see their improvements. The women that run the office are a breath of fresh air.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and so helpful in many ways ... the property is upgrading and doing a fantastic job I highly recommend this apartment complex !!!!!!

I moved here in March and will say that the ladies at the office, Jocelyn and Vilma are amazing! They make sure to find a solution to any issue that may arise. I love the layout by the lake.

I love this place. new management and renew apartments close to south Blv were all stores and shops are very affordable place to leave.

Just recently moved to Lake Mist Apartments and the ladies at the leasing office Jocelyn and Vilma are great. Also Lake mist is a great quiet place to live i made the best choice to move in here.

First I have to say the leasing agents Velma and Joseline are wonderful very helpful my apartment is great no bugs its so quiet the neighbors are friendly well lit parking lot they do have security this is a GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME the area is close to the train transit grocery store laundry very convenient I give them 10 stars 🤩🤩

I been living at Lake Mist for a couple of years already and never send the change that there is now with the new Management. I love the new change.

I had no cell phone service on my Verizon phone in these apartments. I couldn’t call 911 if I needed to. Parking was always limited. The tenants above me were so loud and belligerent that my ceiling light would shake over my head! I broke my lease in a heartbeat, which was the best decision I’ve ever made. Save your time and money.

You can actually walk everywhere, ride the train uptown the location is verrryy convenient older apts but they are remodeling inside the apartments they look really nice i enjoy this side of town and like my apt for the price i pay convenient for me i guess...

If youre looking for a cheap place to stay please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is roach infested. Coming out the walls and holes in the walls(literally theres holes in the wall). My faucet has been leaking since day one, with multiple requests to be fixed. You have to complain multiple times before one thing gets done, if it gets done. The appliances have never been updated and are literally falling apart. The AC vent has a giant hole in it, even the maintenience team made comment on it. Did they fix it, no. I went 2 months without A/C after complaining for 2 weeks straight. I just got fixed last week and very unprofessionally. They broke the blinds on my window. The maintenience team has no idea what theyre doing and often times wont say it. Theyll jerry-rigg it as much as they can and leave. My toilet is jerry rigged with a razor and string. The entire apartment is jerry rigged and completely outdated. I am leaving and I had a final inspection 3 weeks before my lease was up. I was at work so I had my girlfriend stay in the apartment during. The manager walked through the apartment with a leasing agent, going through my private drawers and things. They threatened my GF with cops beacuse she wasnt on the lease. Then stole food from my fridge. When my gf asked them to put the cokes and hot pocket back they laughed in her face. When my GF mentioned the roach infestation the manager laughed and said what roaches? This place is beyond help. The management is rude. The maintenience team, whatever is left of it because they kep quitting, has no idea what theyre doing. None of the amentities offered have be open to use because the apartment complex thinks that a laundry room is a storage room as well. They threaten you with court if you complain about their customer service, which is horrible. New vinyl on the outside does nothing for the roach infested buildings on the inside. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache, DO NOT RENT AT LAKEMIST APARTMENTS!!!

Was told by leasing agent that bad credit was ok. That was a lie to get me and my husbands money. We had to pay application fee separately and then was told bad credit was accepted just with a high deposit. We had to keep calling up to the office because no one emailed or called us. After many days we finally were told our application wasnt accepted due to credit. Waste of money and time. Customer service was ok. Apartments are small.

Rent is reasonable and affordable.

There is a problem that one alone things and ummmmm take too long I made a claim of bed bugs in the apartment, I made a complaint via phone on 11/26/19 which is already 11/29/19 and nothing has been resolved, and today I mentioned the same thing for the second time and that the burners were loose from the stove and had already sparked and that I need to put them as is and only told me that they had already sent mail and that I had no answer, if from here the 12/01/19 I have not resolved the problems I have, I am giving the notice to cancel the contract and I have the right not to pay any contract break since they are not complying with the rules of meeting the needs of the inhabitants.Lake mist employees are why the inhabitants exist.

The service of Lorena the secretary and Martha the manager are terrible !! They are very rude people and if you are going to tell them that you have something broken they take time to send it to maintenance and they are not going to fumigate it takes a long time and only with a syringe in the cabinets, I went several times to tell them there were roaches and they told me k xq I had dirty and it is not true all the apartments have enough roaches and at night they let out enough in the kitchen and in the bathroom sometimes they walk in the rooms .. and also once they were fixing the cabinets and when I got home from work I found all the garbage that the workers had removed and there they left it for me and to finish it, they stole a bottle of new tequila, the pure box they left me and I went to report and they never solved anything, almost 80 dollars cost me that bottle of tequila 😥 and new they took it away !!! I do not recommend these apartments, they are already expensive and old !!

The most horrible place Ive seen. The fit ones are ugly full of cockroaches I lived for 15 months but they were the worst of my life until today. When my baby was born they climbed into their crib And asleep I walked in my bed by my arms. And you go and complain and as they throw poison but it is devalde. My apt kept it as clean as possible but it is in vain even in the bathroom they walked everywhere. Since we entered we were told that in a week they were finished and by chance that if I had been able to rent for 1 month I would have done so. You are going to repair something and never go. In my case the air leaked and I told them many times they just went to put a sponge on the filter, the entire folder was filled and mus girls stopped there. They never went to dry it, so it dried up and threw off an unpleasant smell. Women who spend bitter and ill-mannered racists in the office. They believe that because they do not have the same status, people must be treated differently. They make you bad account with the rent and then you owe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE if I could give it zero ☆ I would.
