What is it now with leasing offices not wanting to answer the phone. Such a common occurrence now and its frustrating as hell!!09/30 second time thus week reaching out still no response.....is there any time of day of any week people can get in contact with you??????!!!!!!10/1 called yet again with no response or attempt to even reply to inquiry

I have been trying to get in touch with this apartment complex for the past two weeks and every time i call, it says you aren’t taking calls right now but you’re open from 9-5pm.

Just leaving a note here that I emailed and called the property but still no response. Im looking for an affordable apartment and would like to at least tour this place. Please respond as soon as you can!

I recently moved to the Village of Rosedale and I couldnt be more pleased. The office staff couldnt have been more helpful and considerate and professional. Ms. Evans and Ms. Melendez are truly conscientious and work to make sure that when they give their word that they keep it. I truly look forward to being a new community member. What a beautiful apartment and a beautiful experience. Even the maintenance staff deserves kudos for the great job on my new place. They are also visible and courteous. Thank you Village of Rosedale. Your staff is excellent.

I want to say a big thank you to Ms. Eugenia and Ms Karla, for working really hard to get me and my daughter this place. They both are very nice and friendly and also stick to everything they told me. I love my new place so much. Thank you Ms. Eugenia for checking on us to see how I was liking the new place. I love everything such a huge up grade for us. Thank u! I cant really comment on bugs n roaches like other residents, since am still new. But I hope that doesnt become an issue. Hi I am writing this review to say how great the property looks it looks amazing and well-kept very quiet but also how great the staff this apartment complex has Ive only been able to meet one person Mrs Ashley I dont know if someone at corporate reads these reviews but I wanted to give her a big compliment on not only how professional how kind positive but just an all-around wonderful leasing consultant and I just wanted to express that her customer service is absolutely outstanding and its just a breath of fresh air to meet people who still put in place to have high standards of customer service but also people who just genuinely care for being able to assist people in all ways thank you for having someone like that on your team

Left us waiting without even acknowledging us or letting us know a wait time.. Kindly knocked on the door for a app and she still told us to wait and she wasnt even doing anything. So we left... Bad business

Ive been living here for almost 6 years & I just love the environment...The Office staff & maintenance is excellent & on point, They make sure all of your apartment needs are met @ a great timely manner & makes your home feel like a home... I love the way they make us feel like family

I have been trying to get a hold of someone here for at least 2 weeks. Nobody answers at any of the numbers ive found Nobody replies to my emails I send through the website. And I cant seem to find an online application so I can even put my name on the waitlist if there is one. Id be really great if someone could get back to me. Thank you.
