My experience overall had been nothing short of amazing. The unit is beautiful and I was welcomed with open arms. Everything was made simple and fast for me. Kiaa explained everything and answered all of my questions. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
Kaia has been great through the whole rental process. I moved from out of state and could not tour, so Kaia did a video tour with me which was great! She answered all my questions (and there was a lot), and she made sure I had everything I needed. Maintenance has come out a couple times to fix minor things, but got it done right away. For the couple days my roommate and I have been here, it has been good.
Kaia was extremely helpful and ensured a smooth transition to the community. The apartment was clean and as expected. I highly recommend considering Reserve At Stone Hollow if you are seeking a new home.
Kaia was very helpful, and professional. She made me and my significant other very comfortable.Answered all of our questions. looking forward our move to Reserve.
Kaia was the sweetest and really laid out and explained everything so well .
Reserve Hollow was the best decision so far for me and my family. The community is the cleanest and quietest I have ever seen. They are pet friendly as well as not to mention ANGEL PROVIDED THE BEST SERVICE EVER SINCE I HAVE GOTTEN APPROVE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT FROM THE PROCESS TO THE ACTUAL MOVE IN DATE SHE IS PERFECT I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD
The process was easy and the apartments are magnificent.
Extremely quiet and clean & spacious. kids play but it’s never an issue. great neighborhood and responsive maintenance. awesome staff! Angel and kaia are so helpful.
Kaia is amazing! She was very helpful and she explained every answer to each question we had and she had such a great vibe I would really recommend speaking to her!
I moved here from Asheville, NC. I came to pick up my keys (a few days early as instructed because my move in date was over the holiday.) When I arrived there was a small issue with the readiness of the apartment but Angel made sure that the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the level of customer service!
Kaia is one of most professional individuals I’ve come across in a very long time, I would say she is the absolute best young lady for the job. I left the tour today very knowledgeable of what it is I want. Thank you again Kaia.
Kaia was so professional and knowledgeable about my lease options! She was very personable and has pretty much sold me on my move! She is a rock star!
Kaia was awesome and very polite great tour
Kaia was an awesome assistant. She was very informative and patient. Property was very clean and quiet
Kaia Kimbrough was so amazing ...will be moving in because of her she’s great !She stay a hour after closing just to help us...she is a great worker definitely deserves a raiseThanks Kaia Kimbrough
Kaia she was great I been looking all dayI think I might of found me a new home
Initially, I was very excited to move to this complex. I called a few times in July to tour the place but every time I called no one answered the phone. Eventually I went through the website to schedule a tour. At the end of scheduling, it said that someone would call me before my tour appointment. 15 minutes into my schedule time and a Miss Jacobs calls me back and says that she was on her lunch break and that she is the only person working today so that is why she is late calling me for my tour. I was also told that she did have anything that was available to show but I could watch the virtual tour videos on the website.I was satisfied enough with what I saw and wanted to lock in the price so I went ahead and paid the fees and did all the paperwork in July. My move in date was September. Fast forward to now, 6 days before I had a question about my prorated rent because my quote said one thing but my balance due said another. I called nobody answered so I left an email. I received a phone call back. I was told the quote doesn’t have the extra charges for valet trash etc. on it which is why my totals are different.During that same call, I asked when could I look at the apartment or a similar apartment or even the amenities, because I’ve never taken a tour and I am about to move in very soon. I was told my apartment is not ready yet, it is still being cleaned and to call back in two days. I was not very satisfied with that answer but I wanted to be reasonable.I went to pay my first month online. I typed in my account number but I accidentally mixed up two of the numbers. I eventually received an email basically stating I am no longer allowed to pay online due to insufficient funds. I called to ask about it as well as follow up about seeing the place, of course, nobody ever answers the phone. I leave an email instead and I receive a response. I was told yes I would have to pay by money order from now on. In that email, my request to see my apartment before moving in was ignored.3 days before my move I decided to cancel the process. It would not have so bad if Miss Jacobs, the person I’ve been corresponding with since July, didn’t send me this nice nasty email stating I had a roommate on the lease that didn’t pay the application fee and as a courtesy to me she will not deduct that application fee from my refundable fees. The only other person on my lease is my 10 year old child. That was the last straw, that was the absolute last straw. That is why I am writing this review right now. I would have just let it all go if she didn’t feel the need to try and make me look like I am an irresponsible tenet. Trying to tell me that my child is on my application as a leaseholder is a complete lie. The application isn’t complete if all leaseholders do not pay the application fee. If this was the case why not say that in July when I paid?Anyway, I would recommend if you are going to rent from this complex with the current leasing staff that is in there now, be wary. I can’t say much for the property I was never offered a tour.
This was recommended by another coworker. Its in a great location and close to work. Close to 85, 485 and 77 isnt far. Very close to a lot stores especially Conord Mills Mall if you like to shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance needed is completed quickly. Quiet community.
This place treated me very well they’re very upfront about everything. The new staff is very friendly just like the last. Dennis, the maintenance manager is amazing and very fast, as soon as you put a ticket in he’s there doing what ever he can to fix your issue then and now.
Kaia was amazing met with her to view an apartment dope experience.
Kaia was amazing. Thanks for the tour and your help.
Kaia was amazing during touring and providing leasing information, thanks Kaia!
Kaia Is So Professional I Love Her Personality
This is a hidden gem!! Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy Concord Mills and Highland Creek traffic but close enough to them both!! Adam and Dennis are amazing!! Great community.. quaint and quiet location, surrounded by a beautiful forest❤❤❤
The Reserve at Stone Hollow is an excellent community to live in! We love the location in North Charlotte! It’s conveniently located minutes from both I-77 and I-85. It is also located half a mile from Concord Mills mall with access to great shopping and restaurants. However, we love our privacy, too. The Reserve offers just that. It is a quiet residential community surrounded by beautiful trees. You would never know that you’re in the “city” of Charlotte! Most residents are young adult professionals (non-college students), which makes for an even quieter, respectful community. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, too, and has a great trail for running or walking our dog. The Reserve is also pet-friendly, and we absolutely love this aspect! A dog park recently opened up at The Reserve, and our pup loves to play with her neighbor dogs! The gym is small, but rarely crowded; and the pool and grilling station is a lovely, relaxing amenity as well. Both the office staff and maintenance staff are super friendly and somehow they know every resident by name! We have lived here for more than a year and plan to stay for a while. I would recommend The Reserve at Stone Hollow to anyone who’s looking for a quiet, private, residential community.
Brittany helped us through the entire process and both her and Adam have been positively outstanding!! The neighborhood is exactly what we were looking for our family. We officially move in tomorrow and thanks to the great staff we are amped to start this next chapter of our lives!! Everything about the entire process has been a breeze.
My wife and I are in our 3rd year of renting at the Reserve, and we love it! The best part of living here is the location. You are within a short distance of practically everywhere that you would want to go. Concord Mills is across the street, there are plenty of grocery stores within a 10 minute drive, and you are right next to I-85. Apart from location, the look and feel of the complex itself is very nice. The apartments are roomy and updated, there is a great pool area, plus an exercise room with several pieces of workout equipment.Overall, my wife and I have definitely enjoyed are time living here, and as of now we dont have any plans to move anytime soon!
I lived there for two years and had a wonderful experience overall. The office staff has always been helpful and professional whenever I had a question. The apartments themselves are also very nice. I moved out so I could be closer to work, but I would definitely recommend Reserve to anyone looking to live in that area.
Love this complex the leasing office is very attentive. Maintenance request are completed super fast. The neighbors are quiet and if you have dogs there are a lot of friendly dogs to play with in the dog park. I would give all 5 stars but since their work out equipment is not in the best shape I had to give 4 stars.
Lived here for just over a year. Overall it was a good experience. Nice open apartments and convenient to lots of things. What really stood out to me was the maintenance crews service. They always acted fast to fix or change anything for us in the apartment and were very courteous of our things and time. They always delivered on their time to get things done. Front staff was always helpful too. Id recommend staying here.
I have lived at Reserve At Stone Hollow for the past 10 months and it is the most beautiful community to live in. The neighborhood is very safe and pet friendly and the grounds are well kept. There is a spacious outdoor area for you to cook on the grills, relax by the pool, watch TV, or sit by the fireplace. Liz is our resident manager and she is very professional, attentive to the residents needs, and ensure that any issues are handled promptly. The apartments are spacious and have that home feel. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live near Concord Mills and University, this is your place to be!
Customer service and communication is very unprofessional and unclear. You would think I was applying for a loan, with the way they were auditing my income.
Great staff specially Adam, Britanny and Denise always ready to help u with smile and to fix the issue asap. Neat and clean apt. Im happy to choose it.
This place is far from a circus!!! The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Whenever something is awry, they rush to solve it. The rent is great considering all that you get in your apartment, including space. The complex itself in actually in walking distance from what seems like every store and restaurant in Charlotte and when driving, everything is available! The only complaint I have is something that has nothing to do with staff and actually, when I reported it to the staff they immediately rushed to try and solve the issue. This is a great complex!!! You will not be disappointed in choosing T.R.at.S.H.Edited Portion:By the way, after I posted my original review, I read where someone posted the complex is urging tenants to post positive reviews in exchange for raffle tickets. Well, I dont do raffles so thats not incentive for me... This place is genuinely a nice, quiet place to live and the staff is sincerely nice and helpful.
Like it here! The rent is a little expensive but worth it! Office staff is friendly and very attentive. Neighbors introduced themselves and welcomed me to the community. Very nice here...
Since new management the Amenities have not been kept up. I first moved to this complex in 2017 and saw a complete change in the overall up keep of the complex since it was taken over by Hawthorne. My rent has increased by $175 and all my amenities like the gym, pool and grill have been completely trashed. I’m currently at the local pool sitting on a towel because there is not any seating.... and I’m the only one at the pool currently. Most likely will not be resigning next year if things don’t turn around. Very disappointing because I do really like the staff that works here
I have been living at this apartment complex for 2 and a half years and have nothing but great things to say about it!! The location is awesome, the grounds are nicely maintained and the staff is courteous and attentive. I feel like I am at a resort while at the pool. I may not move for awhile...totally content with everything!
I have been living here since February 2016. For couple of months I really enjoyed my stay but later on from August I had a lot of noise problems specially because of the home theater system as it not only produces noises in the apartment I am living in but it makes the floor vibrate a lot.I tried to address the situation to the management but they never seemed to address it.As I am typing this message I am starting to hear annoying and disturbing sound from the apartment above me basically of the bass music. I wish the management could have done something regarding this. My lease is ending at the end of December 2016 and I would like to move away from this place and would not recommend this place to anyone .I would like to end on the positive note as Mark from leasing office and maintenance guys are really friendly and awesome folks. This apartment complex could be a lot better if handled properly.
Never had a single problem with the maintenance or customer service. They extremely helpful and always courteous. Perhaps the previous reviewers were here under different management. They just installed Google Fiber as well. The apartments are still fairly new, and the pool area is fantastic, furnished with working grills and a large flat screen TV. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is the gym area, which leaves much to be desired.
I love this place. We live on the third floor and never have issues with it being too loud. One time our AC went out at 11:30pm and they came at midnight that same night to fix it!! Also love the pool. :)
I have lived in this complex for several years and dont plan on moving for at least another 2 years. The mgmt staff is quick to help with any issue that someone has and they are always wanting to hear how they can better the community. They have done several upgrades to the grounds to make it more inviting for everyone. The price is great for the area and for the quality of apartment. There apartments are a great size and you have plenty of room to have decent furniture. I recommend this complex to others.
I have lived at the Reserve at Stone Hollow for almost 3 years and have truly enjoyed my time here so far. The community is conveniently located close to Concord Mills, tons of restaurants, I-85 and so much more (yet still feels surprisingly tranquil). I am currently in a 2 bedroom unit and it is huge!! I am convinced that I could not find a the same amount of space for the same price anywhere near by. I am also very pleased with the upgrades that they have done with the pool area, built-in grilling station, and the gym. Last but least, the staff is awesome! Everyone is kind and helpful and they truly do a great job making sure that everything runs smoothly.
I have been living here for over a year. I have enjoyed my experience. The apartments are spacious and updated. They recently made some great updates at the pool. They also put in a dog park, which my dog loves to go to. These apartments are close to restaurants, shops, and the 85. If there is ever a maitanence issue, it is fixed within 24 hours. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience here, and I recommended this complex to people looking to move to this area.
Moved in March 15th and so far no major complaints. Parking can be tricky if you are not home by 6:30. Really looking forward to the pool opening and love the new dog park! Maintenance is lightning quick, even to change a light bulb. Girls in office are always helpful.
In the five months I have been living at the Reserve, I have had nothing but an absolutely pleasant experience! The apartments themselves and gym are great, the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you out, and the new dog park is a fantastic addition... Highly recommended!
I have lived here for over 3 years and I have loved every minute of it. The prices are amazing for the space and location and it is really really clean!! Liz and Susan are wonderful and always willing to accommodate whatever situation may come up at the time. The noise level is practically non-existent and the only time there is bad traffic is during the holidays (mall goers) and during race week. Otherwise than that, this is a wonderful place to live for humans and pets! They even just added a dog park and a new grilling station to the pool area! So definitely come check it out! I promise that these apartments will not disappoint you!
Kaia was excellent today!
Kaia was great today!
The plus..large one bedroom, good price, clean. The negative...do not get an apartment next to the road. You wont be able to open any windows with the noise. Constant traffic, loud mufflers and music coming from cars. All hours of day. And finally, my water bill was $14-$15 per month every month. I had to leave a month early. So with my apartment vacated, empty with nobody there, they billed me $46 for the last month. They took it out of my deposit. Seriously? Thats ridiculous. There are a few more negatives but I am stopping there. I barely moved it to 2 stars....
The apartment and area is fine but Ive been here under 2 years and were already on the 3rd management company. So annoying and inconvenient.
Meet Nancy today great personality make you feel welcome and at home very happy with my experience
I have lived at The Reserve for a little over a year now and was happy to renew my lease for another. The staff is very friendly, the neighborhood is very quiet, and any maintenance issues are typically addressed the same or following day. I certainly recommend living here!
The management staff is customer friendly and extremely flexible. They are knowledgable and genuine concern about the residents.Great place for transition military. Location is great and pet friendly.Grounds are well care for and maintenance team are quick to responsed to issues.
I went by today to tour their property. While they didnt have any availability in what I needed, one of their office staff, Mark, was extremely helpful in giving me advice about the area, since Im not from Charlotte. I greatly appreciated his taking the time to give advice when he really didnt need to.
The apartments looked amazing living room is huge and I love the master bedroom closet and the double sinks in the bathrooms
I honestly wish u could give this place a much better review. Since moving in the revolving door or management was the issue. Everyone that stepped in was friendly. However, I’ve lived in two buildings after realizing the noise level living on the first floor in a two bedroom is unbearable, to a three bedroom unit with even more unbarable noise. There is no policy in place that effectively deals with tenants who think they and the 50 million people in their apartment in a house. I get apartment living comes with some woes, but even after reaching out email after email, to the security onsite and even the police, the noise has NOT gotten better. This will be my very last time here. I gave it a fair chance thinking moving to the third floor would elevate the noise. It ABSOLUTELY did not. I pay rent on time, keep to myself, and make sure I’m quiet. I wish i could get the same courtesies in return. This complex would be so much better if they properly handled loud and abnoxious tenants. If you like your home to be peaceful and your place to unwind like any other human being this is not the place to live.
The Reserve was a halfway decent place to live with a great dog park. Other than that, the management was never sympathetic of financial hardships, the maintenance department did a half ass job. I had a door that would never latch on the patio so it had to stay locked to stay closed. The apartment had cold air coming from the base boards in the winter, my car was towed even with the parking pass displayed in the back glass. This was before the new parking pass policy. My car was brought back after the pass was found to be displayed and left halfway in a parking spot for someone to hit. They also never enforced the double parking so i had to find a parking space on the other side of the lot. After saying all of this, I would not recommend anyone to live here.
The management used to be great. The only thing that has remained consistent is great service men. The maintenance staff is really really good, and they always come quick and handle the job.Once the manager went out on maternity leave, this place turned into a circus. Not only are calls not answered, but emails are not returned. My neighbors (either above or beside me) has roaches, and I had two instances where I saw a roach coming from the vent, and on the ceiling. I immediately reported it, and there has been no response. I have even followed up. No response. Yet there is an addendum in the lease regarding pest control. Not only that, my carpet was poorly put down, and therefore began to come apart. At first, they tried to tell me that it was my dog. Absolutely not. It was torn at the seam in a straight line in the living room, and where the hallway leads into other rooms. NOT IMPRESSED. I keep my carpet vacuumed and steam vacuum every couple of months. Well, I went over one spot, and it came up. It was like pulling teeth, and sacrificing your first born, to get them to come fix it. When they did, they sent a gentleman and his wife that spoke NO ENGLISH, so it was hard to explain the situation. He cut out that section of the carpet and replaced it. So Not only did it happen, but now I had a patch to show for it. I was told to be careful because it could happen again. I have been careful, but like any high traffic area....it is prone to wear. It started to come apart again, and came up. I called and told them what happened, and they told me it would be $95.00 for me to fix it....for ME to fix it because they patched it once. I was livid. Also, the portal was down last month, and I paid my rent. I emailed the Assistant Manager about it when I realized the money had not come out of my account. He responded and said that it had cleared, so I was expecting it to be taken out. A few days later, I got a late notice, and had an EXTRA fee to pay. I emailed him, and he was not at all pleasant, and told me that sometimes the system does not clear, and gives you a number to call. If you do not call it, then you are still responsible for the late fee. Mind you, I have been a resident for almost three years, and have NEVER had this happen. I went ahead and paid it, and just added it to the file with my attorney. Wouldnt you know that the portal is down this month. To top it all off, one of the things that started the downward spiral. Last year, I had a miscarriage. I had been in the hospital, and my best friend came up to visit to help with getting back home and getting around. The BRAND NEW visitor pass system was implemented. So her tag was in the car...AND VISIBLE, but was not hanging. THEY TOWED HER CAR. I spoke with the manager and the property manager and told them the situation and they WOULD NOT remedy it. Yet, they changed the parking policy immediately after, to no more towing. They are shady scammers, who care nothing about their residents. It is all about the dollar to them. That is clear by the way the community has gone downhill. There have been multiple break ins, cars stolen, catalytic converters stolen, drug users allowed, filth and roaches allowed, etc. But they do give residents perks for writing a good review. USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It looks great, and the apartments are pretty good, but it goes downhill very very fast. The new residents that are coming in, and the residents across the street make it seem a bit like the projects. This was not the nice community that I moved into years ago. It has seen multiple changes in assistant managers and a huge decrease in resident service and concern. They do not even notify us when one of the things listed above happens. They are sneaky. They want your money and will talk the talk to get you in, and then youre SCREWED. Dont do it.
First Id like to say that The Reserve At Stone Hollow was giving rent credits to people who leave positive reviews of the complex. Im not one to be bribed, but Id like to make others that havent lived here aware of all the sudden positive reviews of this place. Im going to go over both the pros and cons of these apartments. Ill start with the positive side of things. Its in a great location, and by that I mean its convenient to I-85, walmart, fast food, and shopping etc. Depending on where you live in the apartments there are still some nature views for those of us who dont entirely like the city look. If you have dogs they seem to be a very dog friendly community, more so than kids at times. Management and staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. Never had any issues with them personally. The apartments also offer a nice pool area that was recently updated. On to the negatives. To start off I have two elementary aged children, before moving here I wish I had done more research on the local public school because it is beyond an awful school and is the primary reason why I will be leaving these apartments in two months.Next is the apartment complex across the street which does house some section 8 living. I wish I had known this before moving here, but being new to the area Ive learned my lesson. Sometimes the unattended children will be in the middle of the road or walking in the road when there are clearly sidewalks on both sides of the street. Also as stated as a pro they love dogs here and it was very apparent when they built a dog park before a playground. There is nowhere for kids to play besides the pool area so I have to drive to a park just for them to get some outside time. Also sometimes the loud rap music at late hours gets kind of annoying, but you get what you pay for.I can also say that my car has personally been broken into while living here by juvenile delinquents in the middle of the night. Fortunately the cops caught the kids in the act and they were arrested, but others havent been so lucky.
My motorcycle was stolen from this place. They couldnt have cared less. Also wanted more money per month to resign my lease. Freezer was broken since we moved in, made 3 or 4 repair orders. Wasnt ever repaired. Police were always around as well, few break ins while I was there for a short period. Look somewhere else
Hired a very sketchy towing truck. No signs posted along the parking lot. When asked about it they showed me where it was, barely visible, low to the ground, small sign, hard to read or see it for that matter, to keep them barely legal. Car towed to a very dangerous neighborhood in N Tryon, high crime index. Co will give you the run-around to get the car back. Not sure if they are insured. Jacs Towing and Recovery - 3000 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC.Visitors to the apartment are to inform ahead before come to request a temporary permit. Information no posted and you dont know until is too late and your car is towed away. You have no recourse over this tow truck co., you are just out of luck, they pray on misinformation or no information at all, wait for the opportunity to get your vehicle and you are stuck with the bill, not cheap as well, no payment, no car.I wouldnt recommend this complex as an option, its too much trouble for the price.
Came to visit my cousin and fell in love with the place.if they were taking renter assistance,I would move here.
Love it out here!!
