Absolute WORST place to live. Do not waste your money. If you’re not talking to a manager the leasing staff is useless & this place does not help out their tenants with any accommodations what so ever.

Great place to live a great staff no matter the situation they always try and find a convenient solution whether it be with an extension on deals or helping the residents find resources for other help I would definitely recommend any person or persons in need of a new home whether it be temporary or permanent!!! A few of their star employees or Andy and Vivian as well as Skyler wonderful people to having your corner ❤️❤️❤️

My son, a UNCC student, has complained of drug use in the apartments and is hoping to leave and live on campus. Residents arent UNCC students and are a distraction to those trying to study.

This has been a great place to live in and even better that UNCC campus is near by. The apartments are nice and the prices are good as well. I also enjoy taking my dog to the dog park.

Each time we have visited we have seen a great improvement happening around the apartment complex, and inside management as well. The customer service given once concerns or maintenance needs have also been great 👍.

The apartments are really nice and the staff is amazing, especially Iselsla. I just finished apartment hunting and chose another place, but next year I am hoping to move into Latitude 49. The new management is amazing!

It was a good place to live in, the price was good for a near campus apartment, plenty of space in the apartment. There could be a lot of improvement- maybe in need of a good pressure wash and other small maintenance issues, but for what I paid for there wasn’t much to complain about.

This place actually would be fine if they had a proper working dryer and could get the roaches under control, just being honest. Like everything else is fine

Staff is friendly and helpful. Plus new management has come in and changed everything(I was told the rooms will be renovated over the summer). Very professional. I cant wait to live here next semester.

Horrible experience, they show you a nice apartment and act like it will be yours. Then when you move in, it’s nothing like pictures or what they show you. Nasty walls, smells like weed, cockroaches were in bedroom. Very nasty place, would not recommend.

Staff is great and tends to the needs very quickly :) I’ve lived here for 3 months and so far it is good.

Ryan was my tour guide and she was excellent! She was very accommodating and kept asking what else I needed to see if she could supply it! She was determined to have me leave the office very satisfied.

When I can into Latitude 49 apartments I was greeted by the great office staff Ryan stuck with me the entire time. I didn’t have everything together but they stayed kind and patient with me through the full process. I can’t wait to renew with them. Please go see Ryan

She was very professional, patient, kind, and aver ALL of questions. I now feel much better about our daughter moving out on her own and I feel good about the place shes found. Absolutely loved Ryan!!! She was awesome at answering my questions and helping me through such an important decision. There are very convenient lease options and the price is perfect for the space that you were getting. Everyone should be looking at Latitude 49.

I love it here the employees are nice and the maintenance team are definitely always on time and on point with the work orders

Was interested in this property but after visiting the grounds are extremely unkept. The hallways are trashy and dusty it’s not a good look for future residents I won’t be moving here.

Leasing office very helpful and understanding during this pandemic time !! Also neighborhood has been nice and calm to live in while I’ve been here since 2020 !! Love the volleyball courts

I have lived at Latitude since the beginning of Spring semester this year and I love it here! I live in the 4 bedroom 4 bath renovated unit and it is the perfect amount of space for me and my roommates. There is a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen, the bedrooms are very spacious, and it comes with a washer and dryer which is amazing. Their office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they even do a lot of giveaways and free food. I would definitely recommend Latitude to any college kids wanting to save money & live off campus!

This place is not for students, please don’t be fooled. What is shown does in pictures is not even close to reality.Very unresponsive staff. On the very first day after three tries they could not figure out the right keys. We still don’t have keys.The apartment smelled very bad. Every thing seems to be falling apart. Apartment surroundings are kept very bad.If I had a negative stars I would have given them.We signed up but the very first visit decided this was not right for us. I asked them to relive us off the lease and the response was “no” please go ahead and sub lease. I mean we did not even spend 5 mins in this apartment. Unorganized staff. Please keep away this is a definite trap for students

Just finished apartment hunting and I ended up choosing to stay somewhere else, but Latitude49 was definitely my next choice. I’ve had issues with the management at other places but Ryan MADE the experience! She was sooo charismatic and easy going even though I may have been a little difficult, she made it a lot better!! The customer love was there so i will definitely be recommending my friends to check you all out !

The staff was very nice and worked with me to get me situated to move in. Ryan was of great assistance and helped welcomed me to their community. One of the best experiences I ever had.

I LOVE living at Latitude 49! The apartments are so spacious, maintenance is never delayed and the management is the best! They do taco Tuesday, thirsty Thursday, free food Friday, etc!! I’ve stayed in several apartment complexes around the university but this has been the best experience BY FAR! Latitude actually cares about their residents and it shows!

This is a great place to live at an affordable price. The staff are very friendly and resolve any issues in a timely manner. The residents of the apartment complex are friendly and are courteous of others that live around them.

My experience here is lovely. Security rides around frequently so it give me a feeling of security. I will never forget how nice & plesant Miss Ryan was during the apartment tour!! Very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions thoroughly. Great place!!

The staff at the leasing office is kind, helpful, and informed. The only criticism is that there is no recycling service

My husband owns a business who completed a job for them. They requested masks (DURING THE BEGINNING OF A PANDEMIC) before TURN to give to their residents. He did the job and they have yet to pay. There is always an excuse for why they can’t deliver on their end. We’ve even called corporate. Someone who conducts business in this manner is not someone who I recommend dealing with!

Polite customer service! Ms. Ryan helped me quickly with a move-in charge issue and figured out everything without a problem.

Been at Latitude for almost 7 months now and have really enjoyed it! The price is one of the best ones you will find for students in the UNCC area with the amount of space they provide. Never hard to find a parking spot which is nice compared to some other places around here haha

My experience with latitude 49 was great Ryan (hope i spelled her name right) was very helpful and very informative about the area and what all the requirements were. Although the tour was brief I was very impressed she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I was most definitely recommend staying there.

This is my second year living at Latitude49 apartments and I love it! The office staff are always super helpful and available by text, phone, or email. Rent is a very reasonable price unlike most student apartments in the UNCC area. There are also fun giveaways/events almost every week, I highly recommend living here!

Dont let the other reviews throw you off. This place is great! The staff is very attentive, and they respond quickly to questions. They recently had renovations so those apartments have a very modern look and feel. Its so much better than living on campus!

The staff is one of the best parts of living here, other than the great location, and frequent giveaways! Its my first time living in a student housing setting like this, and for the most part Ive had more positive than negative experiences.The biggest moment for me here was when I was relocating from out of state. My trip became detoured an hour before I was supposed to arrive for move-in. I knew I wasnt going to make it before the office closed. I was in a real crisis! If I didnt get to move-in that night, I wouldve had no place to go. By all anxiety inducing odds, I reached out to management, and someone from the office stayed after hours until I arrived! It may be small to some, but that kind of understanding was so appreciated!That is the kind of place this is.

Affordable place to live, good for self supporting college students

This apartment is in a great location to campus and in prime location for PNC. The maintenance is average, the amenities are at par since they close the office early during the week but they are working on upgrading the place and its pretty cheap and better than some other apartments around campus.

The staff is wonderful! Every time I’ve reached out they are incredible helpful and I’ve had no issues. Great place to live!

The place seems nice not sure it is actually a nice place. They trick people to sign the lease without the person knowing coz they claim that it is a part of the application, and while screening, you can back out if you need to and no tie down. AND well I didnt get that chance and little did I know Im tied down to their lease. ALSO Im told that they dont do hard inquiry to my credit report. Yup, you guessed it. They tricked you and they did a hard inquiry to my credit. ALL they say now is oh Im sorry. WTH, you have to declare that when I asked questions to the staff and three staffs that I talked to told me that they dont do hard inquiry. Well I regret believing in what they say, and what I get now is HARD INQUIRY on my credit report. Think about if someones lives actually depend on their credit score to do something life and death, all you get is now Im sorry, and we cant do anything. That is so selfish. Coz if they claim that they will do hard inquiry, people will be more cautious on their action not falling in their trap.Everything is all about reputation and trust. I dont think I find that in this real estate management and this place. I thought their staffs were nice and caring. WELL now I understand why they were is because they want you to trick and tie with the lease which they told me is a part of the application process. Whoever came here to read the review, PLEASE be aware and dont fall into their trap and if you care about the integrity. They dont do anything after knowing the situation, all they keep saying was do you have any questions.... haha my question is how would you compensate but they dont seem to be answering that question but instead kept telling me Im sorry and Ill tell my staff to be more straightforward. WELL

I’ve been living here for going on 2 years I must say things have definitely changed for the better, this will sadly be my last year because I’m looking for a one bedroom. If they had one bedrooms I would definitely stay with no problem. If I had any issues Andy will jump on top of it with no hesitation, I really wish he was here when I first moved in 2 years ago. He is AWESOME ! He is so professional, understanding and so very kind. Don’t let the reviews fool you, I would give it a try.

Great place wnd great staff

Worst place to live. And the staff in the front office are no help. Move out day for 2 of my roommates and they had left small items that they wont be taking with them. The cleaners come to make sure everything is out of the room and they seem to have just thrown the items out in the living room scattered about. I went to the front office to ask if the cleaners were coming by to clean up the mess that they made and the staff told me that they were not going to clean up their mess because the items that were thrown about belongs to the individuals that moved out. So the cleaners threw everything out of the rooms. Im furious and suggest that no one moves here.

All around a great complex. The rooms and bathrooms are super spacious. Management and the office crew are always super nice and helpful. Especially Olivia who is always finding a way to start community events and make sure everyone is having a good time ! She also always makes herself available to answer any questions or concerns! And she makes sure to remind everyone of the contest going on!

I have lived here for over a year and it just keeps getting better! The new management as well as office and maintenance staff are very helpful and attentive. Love it here!

I’m a brand new resident moving into this complex in August 2020, I was excited because I was told that all the apartments went under new renovations and I was even showed a unit with the new upgrades.... I was given my unit number and room and I went to look at it, not only am I a new resident moving into an OLD unit, it’s outdated, stains on the walls, little bit of water damage here and there. I feel played, all the beautiful pictures posted are from the model unit. The actual units look nothing like it. Total bummer, I feel gypped and I haven’t even moved in yet so I can only imagine the troubles I’ll face being here.

I moved here in August of 2018 and have seen a HUGE transition in this place since the new management took over. The apartments are clean and spacious while offering a sense of safety while you sleep (unlike some other college apts near by 😬)! The greenery? Nourished and watered! The amenities? Included! Maintenance? At your service! In the warmer months you can enjoy fun gatherings at the pool with your friends! Or shoot some hoops on the basketball court! Latitude49 offers a quality approach to meeting everyone’s needs! If you’re looking for a sense of community then Latitude49 will give you a place to belong! Wouldn’t imagine myself living anywhere else while I’ve pursued my degree!

I was considering Latitude49, but as of a few minutes ago, not anymore. My roommate and I scheduled a virtual tour for 10am and waited about 45 minutes to be contacted for the tour. At this point, my roommate called them and they said they would send us a zoom link. We received no such link and have now been sitting around for an hour waiting for a tour that never happened. We were then told the link timed out and rescheduled. We were on time and waited patiently for the tour to begin and the way they handled it was incredibly unprofessional. They need to get their act together if they want prospective renters to lease with them.

This place worried me at first with some issues in the beginning but now they have improved alot i feel alot better with better security that they hired. The maintenance. People are very kind and responsive . They seem to be working out the kinks with trial and error. Also they have alot of contest and free stuff they giveaway its very nice for the price. I do think there needs to be closer visitor parking or a extra car pass for people who visit alot id pay for it. Also the doggy park door has been broken sense i got there in August its really difficult to open. Otherwise no really big complaints. Neighbors above love to stomp so that kind of annoying but ive learned to deal with it

My friend lives here and she loves where she lives. I love visiting because its always a lot of fun. The patio is perfect for a barbeque.

I have nothing good to say about the place. Very unprofessional and will NEVER move back there again. There are SO MANY things that had happened from last year until the end of the lease that I did not renew I just can’t even type it. It’s too much to read . For those, that are thinking about residing there.... please find somewhere else to stay. No one is perfect but wrong is wrong on some aspects that were displayed/done to us . I mean it goes to unexpected renovations to where we were moved in a torn down unit, no pest control, repetitive towing, unprofessionalism in the office and entering the neighborhood with the security guards and there are just numerous of things that is just absurd . Take care 💯

Move in was hard. My apartment didn’t look like it had been fixed up or cleaned in a long time. Once I reported it, everything got fixed immediately and I’ve had good experiences with them since.

Its not Latitude, its the roommate. Is it ok to constantly curse outside someones bedroom door?

I’ve stayed here for 2 years now and the new management is the best from the previous one called Peak. The rent here is affordable and it is even gated. Free shuttle to campus and the staff puts on fun events, like free donuts and weekly contest.

I currently live here and its easygoing and I like the separation between students and non-students. The only suggestion I have is to improve how packages are delivered through this pandemic. Otherwise, its a chill environment... wasnt I supposed to receive a gas card?

Moved in around May and it has been good. Maintenance is fast and the office staff helps if you need anything. Close to Walmart and UNCC college campus is like a 7 min drive.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. This place is absolutely horrible! There is trash everywhere in the parking lot, dog feces all over the grass, constant crime, random people who don’t live here who are always at the pool and HUGE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! This is my main concern because it feels as if I’m living in fear of the roaches. I killed 5 roaches just today! I’ve requested for an exterminator to come and when they did he only stayed for about a minute and did just the bathroom! This past March someone who doesn’t even live here was murdered! DO NOT LIVE HERE!❗️Important notice❗️They will trick you with discounted rates and like $500 gift cards to get you to sign a lease. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Parents, this is not a student living community as random families cram into a small room. The model room is nothing like the actual rooms. I hope this review was informative to the readers in making a sound decision to avoid living here.

HORRIBLE, poor management very out of date they don’t clean the apartment when you move in smh ! Everything is out of date and nothing works and it takes months to get fix! This apartment complex should be ashamed to even lease these apartments in the condition they are in especially the un renovated ones ! If I could give it no starts I would, but the view in my room especially of the sunset was amazing other than that horrible experience.

I enjoyed living here honestly, I see a lot of bad reviews. 901 place was a decent place to live for the price you really cant beat it. Ever since they changed management theyve been very helpful and involved. I never had a roach problem no matter the cleanliness of my roommates there was never a single one, I did have a minor ant problem once that lasted maybe a week out of the entire year I was there.. The amenities are great maintenance responds quickly, if I ever consider having roommates again I would definitely come back

It’s ashame how this complex doesn’t care nothing about their residence only about making sure rent is paid on time . They fired some great people that actually cared about the residence. I lived here for 3 years I have experienced the 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom, of course less roommates = less drama . I will never live here again. If you okay with smelling weed 24/7, trash everywhere, rent increasing, loud parties, ran down appliances, constant fights then you will feel right at home 😂. THIS IS THE GHETTO FOR STUDENT LIVING 😫.Glad I was blessed with a great career right out of college ✌🏾

I’ve been living here for some time now, I’ve been having certain issues with my living situation; I do not like that how management handles my needs. I think they are very unprofessional when it come to handling their clients; they handle situations in a child like manner, which is truly disrespectful. Personally I think there needs to be new management. It’s very unprofessional; they do not know how to communicate with new clients.Two my associates wanted to move here but they end up changing their mind due to management rubbing them off the wrong way, making certain assumptions about us wanting to room together.It’s just a very difficult process; living here, and being happy.

901 Place has grown and made some major improvements since my stay here. Krystal who works in the front office has been very cooperative and very helpful with anything I needed. Keep up the good work 901.
