Shopped this community and was toured by a young lady in the office. Customer service was great and she was very well informed of the area. Community upkeep was great however there is construction next door that I could see being a challenge to lease. Overall for it to be built in 1964, I would definitely consider this as an option. Pricing was great for that area as well.
I have been in this society for more than 5 months till now I havent faced any issue. Management staff is very helpful. In this time when people are not able to go anywhere our society is making new ways to find entertainment like calling the food trucks, Netflix nights and so on...There is very good peaceful area. Neighbors are very good . In general days you can find kids playing all around.Location is good.
Had a great experience with Jose. He was very informative when he came to complete my work orders. As soon as I put the work orders in he came very fast. 5 stars for Jose!
Living here was nice, maintenance was always quick and efficient. The area was convenient and clean. The issue is when we moved out. It’s been almost TWO MONTHS and I still haven’t received my security deposit. I’ve sent multiple emails, left voicemails and I’ve only been able to talk to someone once in two months and it’s only because the answering representative was new and probably wasn’t aware of the Pinehurst tactic of dodging issues. The one time I was able to talk to the office manager, she had this attitude as if I was annoying her by asking the status of my deposit. I had to ask A LOT of questions and details for her to do her job right. Issue was that they charged me for an extra day’s rent due to their own miscommunication as the representative told me I was able to turn my keys in on Saturday, which the office was actually closed. They also double billed me TWICE for both months of water. I wouldn’t have known any of this unless I asked the manager to explain herself. She said she was going to contact corporate to have it corrected and the check sent right away. WE SPOKE 2/3 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. In summary, living there isn’t bad, but don’t expect your security deposit to be returned to you once you leave.
Overall nice community but on every lease renewal you will end up paying more than the current market rent of the Same community. And if ask the reason behind this they will say you are free to go. This logic is beyond my understanding. Actually they give no value to existing lease owners.
We love living here! The community is amazing, the maintenance is fast and thorough, and the location cant be beat. And its such a good price for the value!
Great place! Love the amenities, especially the pool and green space for kids to run. The team there, Brooke, Jessica and Gordon, are always super helpful and really help to make us feel like a community. We recently had a fall festival which felt safe (everyone socially distant and wearing masks) and was nice to feel normal in these times. Hope they keep up the great events!
Terrible management from the top all the way down. Theres a good reason why they seem to have a revolving cast of employees. Stay far away if you value your time... Money too. I found it odd that they had me pay a security deposit before even getting approved for the lease. Then, when they declined my application I had to ask for the deposit back which they would only send to me via check; through the mail. Still waiting for that after nearly two weeks. Its illegal to reap security deposits from non-tenants. Also, a $225 application fee is pretty shady. My experience renting in the city was very negative until I cut Pinehurst on Providence out of the picture. Jessica was very nice on the phone, initially, I wont say anything negative about her because she certainly tried. It was painfully apparent she was not well-versed with the obsolete system she was working in, though... Most of our questions were met with I dont know, Ill have to ask my manager. Which is fine, except the responses trickled in once every day or two and the professionally kind demeanor quickly became short and crude. Is that the application service my $225 paid for? Im sure their damage control will get on here and reply with the typical we are so disheartened to hear about your negative experience. yada yada... Dont buy it.Im leaving this review because I truly believe people will be better off if they stay FAR away from Pinehurst on Providence. I doubt this place will be standing in a decade, anyways.Something is very wrong with this place. Beware.
Of the 7 other places I had to check out, this stood out the most. The community is very peaceful, clean and open fields for the kids to run about. The manager (Brooke) we met and showed us around was the cherry on top.She was amazing! Plain and simple...
Lovely neighborhood! Brooke is simply amazing, she was very helpful throughout our tour and guided us every step of the way. She replies emails very promptly and her follow up is fabulous. Shes good at what she does and its obvious she enjoys it.
Touring this place was awesome and such a good find, as house hunting is never an easy task. Not only was the place great, but Gordan made the whole experience even easier by providing the best tour and answering every single question I asked. Great place and great team. Thanks Gordan!
Great Property! Love the Volleyball quart and Huge pool! We really enjoyed our tour with Brooke! She was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our many questions. We definitely recommend this property!
Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff are all VERY nice! We worked with April throughout the process. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and responsive to emails. The apartment was extremely clean and in great shape when we moved in. Newer appliances. Great area with a lot nearby. The Fresh Market is within walking distance.
I moved in few months ago and have been very pleased with our decision so far. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Amenities are great and location is so convenient. Schools with good ratings area are within the vicinity of this apartment. You won’t find a better value in the area.
I think this is a great place to live. I have been here for 10 years now and we have gone through a lot of changes, but the neighborhood is great, we have so many stores and great Schools around us. Our pool is so great in the summer and they really try to keep everything nice and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and always looking for new ways to bring the community closer! They host fun events and do little things like drop a plant off at your door to brighten your day. I am a single Mom who moved here 10 years ago with my two children. We were blessed to meet an amazing neighbor that invited us to Forest Hill Church, which is a local nondenominational Christian Church, we explored the neighborhood, went to restaurants and met such nice people, Harris Teeter in Cotswold is truly my favorite.... along with all the great stores in the shopping plaza. There are so many great places around us. We are in a perfect location either way you go there is something to do, eat or see! Charlotte is truly our home and Pinehurst on Providence has helped make sure we feel safe and happy!
I recently just moved here and it has been such an easy transaction thanks to Brooke!! She has been amazing during the process. This community is great and it’s close to everything! I love it here!
Ive lived at Pinehurst on Providence for less than a month. The staff is extremely friendly. Maintenance comes out on every call and tries to resolve all issues. It is very obvious that some are more skilled than others. The townhomes are older which I like because of the square footage. The area has a real neighborhood feel and its nice to hear the children playing outside. That was the good part. There are some major issues that I have experienced. Some typical of an older property. Others not so much. Now to my biggest issues. 1 Upon moving in the place was extremely dirty. Grease and dirt all over the kitchen cabinets and appliances. The grease on the cabinets was just painted over instead of cleaned. 2. I have experienced issues with roaches crawling across the counters in the kitchen, upstairs and in the laundry room. I have made complaints to the office and sprayed myself but the issue is still not resolved. My house is clean. I keep the trash dumped and the dishes washed. 3. The walls are very thin. I here everything that goes on nextdoor, including arguments, punishments and my neighbors childrens daily meltdowns. This makes it hard to concentrate in our current work from home environment. Based on these issues I am unable to give a satisfactory rating.
Gordan gave me a tour the other day, and the community was lovely! He introduced me to the maintenance staff (Jose, Tim, and Chris) who were super knowledgeable of the property.
I recently toward with Gordon! He was very helpful and informative on the property and surrounding area. Gordon answered all of my questions and I was very confident with all of the answers he gave me at the end of the appointment. I highly suggest him for any of your questions and needs!
I love how spacious and beautiful the townhomes are. They have the largest swimming pool I’ve seen at any community. After touring this beautiful complex with Brook she definitely provided the best tour we had all week.
Living in this residence really is wonderful !!! It has no comparison with any other! I love security! A spectacular area, the best schools and the best that my family loves, the 12-foot deep pool! It really is wonderful! And not to mention the super cool surroundings !!!
Friendly staff! Brooke was very warm and inviting during our visit. We are moving to the area and she was knowledgeable about the surroundings which was very appreciated on our end.
I toured this past weekend at a Pinehurst on Providence With Brooke! First let me say, it was pouring down rain outside! She had heels on, which I teased her about, but did let that bother her and walked through the rain like a champ! It was myself, roommate and our boyfriends! We truly appreciated her upbeat attitude, despite the torrential downpour, her giving us umbrellas, and just giving us a great tour! We definitely recommend touring with Brooke!
Whats not to love!!! Hubby checked it out first, 3 years back and said you will love it there (m not easily pleased. ;p). And it turned out to be absolutely true. There are 2 nice parks for kids -both and small and big, a wonderful pool ang gym. We moved our young family to a beautiful townhouse and it felt like HOME instantly. It is the best community of lovely friendly people and the office team is always there to give best service. Its awesome! So much so that after living an year abroad we chose to COME BACK HOME AGAIN!
I have lived in these beautiful apartment homes for 2 years and have had a wonderful time. I would recommend Pinehurst on providence to all of my family and friends. Wonderful office staff, maintenance team and most of all a well rounded community for families.
Im a resident of pinehurst on providence for 5 years... even though I moved out of state, when we got a chance to relocate back to Charlotte without any second thought we came to this apartment. The service is amazing, people in apartment office are very welcoming and lots of activities takes place.. overall I would recommend this apartment.
I am staying in Pinehurst from last 2 years and its one of the best Community in Charlotte. Very near to Uptown, Malls.Connectivity is great for transport.Great School District, Awesome Amenities and Great Staff.Overall A+++
We haves lived in these apartments for almost 7 years moving from a 2 to 3 and then back to 2 bedroom townhouse. The location is great with good schools and quick access to all of Charlotte. Maintenance is always responsive and the office staff is friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a townhouse to rent in Charlotte.
I’ve lived here for many years and every time I’ve had a problem Jose has been very helpful in resolving the issue. He puts forth great work ethic and does the job correctly. He doesn’t rush through, he makes sure he does a good job so the problem doesn’t resurface. It’s great having a company that has reliable workers, it definitely helps make it feel like the residents are cared for.
STAY AWAY! Do yourself a favor and don’t let that heart lead you here because it is in a good neighborhood. The place is run down, kids running around so it’s always noisy so I can’t study for my class in peace, the pool has been shut down without any notice, the staff in the office is very unprofessional and they talk down to you, maintenance is slower than a turtle, the grounds is ALWAYS flooding when it rains, like come on now should I keep goin on. Run down place/trashy place and they overprice their prices.
The bottom floors are not concrete but shared wood floors so you will hear neighbors none stop. If there is excessive rude neighbor noise, The managements direction per below is to have a security that is not on site dispatched to address the parents/residents as they will not tough any issues now. The complex has more of a subsidized housing feel!! The maintenance team is very good though but not worth the cost for area.
So far it has been great experience living at Pinehurst. Thank you, Marshelle, for understanding customer needs and making my lease work out as originally planned. Also, big thank you to Jose, who maintains the property like his own! And thank you to management for selecting right people - appreciate the whole team!!
We toured this complex the other day and was assisted by Gordon. He was so helpful in answering all of our questions and gave us a wonderful tour.
Horrible people working here. I’ve been living here a few months now and seen the staff in the office changed pretty often. A few days ago went in there and there is a new set of people. The new leasing consultant don’t know a thing about anything and the assistant manager girl is just horrible and RUDE...let’s not forget to mention the manager...she has no professionalism about her. Erica or whatever her name is, just need a new profession. And the maintenance team here is SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW! Happy to be out of that cockroach infested place. Overpriced for trash apts.
Pinehurst is the best! Located in a fantastic neighborhood, close to all, they have great amenities. Myriam is very friendly and helpful. She truly cares about providing a premier living experience for the residents.
Love the place. I moved almost a year ago and Ms. Myrian helped me a lot since I was new here. Schools are good. Neighbors are nice. Great neighborhood
Staff is excellent and Brooke really knows the properties in and out!!
Very friendly neighborhood .clean and spacious floor plans ..i am living for 3 years now ... schools are amazing love sharon elementary school
I love living here! This is our first house in Charlotte, and it’s in a great location for being new to the city. Everything you need is close by, and everything you want to go check out is under 20 minutes away. This neighborhood is also extremely safe, and very quiet. The management is constantly coming up with new ways to engage their residents and they really know how to make you feel at home. I would recommend this place to any of my friends! Also the town homes are recently remodeled and look amazing on the inside!
We stayed at Pinehurst for more than 3 years. We just moved due to job. We miss our neighbors. The community is good. They had changes a lot with maintenance though. We appreciate Ms. Abril for all her help and for staying in contact with us.
Pinehurst is a great community with fun outdoor activities, the pool is beautiful and the staff has been so great. I really enjoy being here! I would recommend my family and friends to check it out!
I stopped in to tour Pinehurst on Providence and loved it. When I decide to move I will definitely make Pinehurst my home. Great location and great staff-- Especially Brittany. She really narrowed down my needs and showed me exactly what I was looking for. One of the best features to this community is the HUGE swimming pool! What a great place to live!
One of best communities i have lived in.. kids friendly and with a safe n good neighborhood to live in.
Had a great experience moving in and like the neighborhood a lot so far! Great location and everyone seems very nice. Can’t wait to try out the pool!
Living at Pinehurst on Providence so far has been incredible. The neighborhood is very well kept and its peaceful coming home everyday to a adorable two bedroom home at an affordable price! The staff in the leasing office are very nice and care about your comfort and experience at Pinehurst on Providence. Kid, Family and Pet friendly makes it very much worth it!
Have been living here for almost a year and have loved every second of it! Great price and quality, and right around the corner from great shopping and restaurants. The office/maintenance staff are also very helpful and kind. Pool is amazing because its large and doesnt get too crowded. A+ community! :)
Be careful when trying to rent any home through Northwood Ravin, especially through Pinehurst on Providence. I applied for an apartment here and was lied to on several occasions. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get my deposit refunded. Stay away!!!!!!!
Marshelle and the team made my move-in and leasing experience as easy as possible! I have been very happy with my apartment so far and can forsee myself staying here for quite awhile.
Helpful and thoughtful staff. Great, family friendly, neighborhood feel. Could be quicker with repairs completed and interior building maintenance. Overall a good bargain and experience.
Pinehurst is amazing! The pool is such a nice amenity and the apartments are huge! Serious bang for your buck! The new finishes make the property look modern while retaining its original craftsman feel (its homey, not sterile). Brittany, in the office, is so lovely and professional. Ive never had a problem she wasnt willing and able to help me with. Definitely go to Pinehurst if you want an affordable but nice place to live in Charlotte!
Pinehurst on Providence is the best place to live if you are looking for a family friendly community. The amenities are great and the management team is the best!
Excellent place to live, good location and attention the areas are very well maintained.
Have lived at Pinehurst for about 4 months now! It’s a friendly, family fun neighborhood. The leasing office staff and other employees are super friendly.
I absolutely love this community. They are very professional and respectful, not to mention the activities and give-away in the community. I have recommended this community to a friend already! Myriam and Megan are always a pleasure to talk to
Ive had a great experience living at Pinehurst on Providence. The common areas are manicured and taken care of well, and the overall outdoor appearance of the complex is appealing, welcoming, and homey. My roommates and I love living here and our friends love to come over, and were renewing our lease for a second year. :)
We have lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse since June and couldn’t ask for more space or convenience. Very quiet and family friendly place with new updates. Great location to many things. Front office and maintenance responds extremely quick to any questions or concerns. They are all so friendly too. Couldn’t be happier with living here and wouldn’t choose another rental in Charlotte.
This is a really cute property in a great area of Charlotte. The apartments have recently been remodeled so theyre really cute but still at an amazing price point. Since Brittany Glover became the manager, Ive seen an improvement in the upkeep of the property too. Shes a great manager and cares about her residents. be sure to stop by this community if youre considering a move to this area.
Miriam is the worst example of customer service, always causes conflicts and never acts in the best interest of her clients.Check out this situation: my friends tenants of Pinehurst brought check at 11am on due date folks in the office saw them. The next morning as soon as they (tenants) found out that checks are not acceptable they brought money order, got back to their apartment door and found late fee notice in the mailbox.Zero consideration, respect and understanding of language barrier from Miriam and Pinehurst team. Makes us suspect that’s nothing but NATIONAL DISCRIMINATION!!!I called to the office and tried to talk to Miriam explained to her the situation, that they paid and were willing to pay, no need to send them the late fee notice when you already received a money order from them. She was rude (as always) and hang up on me. Told me that I can’t represent them over the phone, even though she knows me personally and I came to the office before.I had to call to the office on my friends behalf because they don’t speak good enough English to resolve this situation themselves.Terrible-terrible approach. Unacceptable and very frustrating.DON’T LIVE THERE! Consider to move in somewhere else.
Worst office ever.. took them forever to make a rental verification although I have a very good credit score +760 and yet I have been waiting for someone to get back to me for 3 weeks now.. they are very legacy and its not even worth waiting for them..
This is a great apartment complex. It is very quiet and I feel very safe living here. The location is so close to grocery, gas, shopping, etc! The staff is extremely friendly and the maintenance staff is very quick to respond! I highly recommend living here!!
Mr. Jose and Ms. April are amazing, both of are very diligent and always willing to help.👌👍Thank you guys!!!😊
Pinehurst on Providence is a lovely place to live — its in a convenient location, has great amenities, and has a vintage charm with modern, updated features! One of my favorite parts is the trees that surround the buildings. The staff at the leasing office are easy to work with and take very good care of you, and clearly want the best for their residents. Already thinking about renewing my lease when its up next year!
Great neighborhood, nice apartments, staff is attentive and all service requests were handled promptly. Lived here 2 years and only reason I left was due to home purchase. Will have fond memories of my time here for years
Almost 3 years now since last month and I appreciate all the members of pinehurst on Providence, they are all very good people, in the last three years the community is wonderful and peaceful to live, I never had any bad time my kids they play out side all the time safely and I never never have bad time.God bless this apartmentAbraham 4116Unit K
Very friendly staff and overall very nice community !!
Fantastic neighborhood and schools. Myrian truly cares about the residents. Highly recommended. It would be good to have the bathrooms by the pool open year around.
Ive lived in this community for a little over two years, originally leased when it was still a Camden property. Some of the units and appliances are outdated but the new management company has been putting money into exterior & interior renovations along with executing a redevelopment plan. The upkeep on the pool & grounds have improved, but were fine to begin with. The community is very quiet, never have problems with neighbors or feeling unsafe. Overall, I think its a great quality and price for the convenient location.
Really good place!
They are building a new complex next to Pinehurst on Providence and it has not been easy. Myrian, Tim & Jose have been great throughout the whole process. We appreciate the notices and communications.
I absolutely love living here! The staff is extremely helpful when we signed the lease. The maintenance is quick and the area is so quiet.
I have lived here almost a year and been extremely happy so far. The office staff is great and the maintencae team is wonderful, even late nights on weekends they have been there to help me out and take care of any issues! Thank you for being a great home for my family! I love being so close to South Park as well!
My sister and i moved into Pinehurst in Providence just a few weeks ago and already love it! The maintenance crew are extremely nice, Myrian made it so easy and so exciting to move in and the apartments are beautiful!! We’re very happy. Also, the patios have a really large fence around so it is more privacy than all townhomes I have lived in.
This community is not very diverse. The place is cheaply made, cabinets are cheap, bedroom and bathroom doors are made of thick cardboard. the walls are thin. Kids are constantly on the street unsupervised. Small kids have run out in front of the car on several occasions. Tenants do not pick up after their pets.the locations is great, though traffic is terrible. they do have a nice big pool.Beware of the good reviews, management gives away gift cards in exchange for good reviews.
Polite and helpful staff, beautiful apartments. Fantastic property in a great location. I find the location very appealing with easy access to many neighborhoods in Charlotte
I have Lived here for the past 2 years, it is a very good home, feels safe, great neighbors, fantastic apartment staffs. very good school rating and excellent support and maintenance.
Ive been here past 6 years. Very safe, great neighbours, very friendly staff and good service. School rating is very good.
The location couldn’t be better! The maintanance department is fantastic! They normally reply to a voicemail or show up within minutes! Any issue is resolved quickly and with a comfortable level of professional!
If you are looking for apartment complex which is like a home, then its pinehurst at providence. The team that works here is friendly and very caring. It has nice big pool, parks for kids, and volleyball area!Townhouse apartments are huge and remodeled. Best part of living here is that laundry, cable, and vallet trash is included!
Pinehurst on Providence is located in a beautiful and central area in the city, its staff is always willing to help and in the office Myriam Abril, always offers help and solutions in a very friendly way.
Pinehurst is a great community!!! The outdoor activities are great and the pool is HUGE!!! The staff is second to none!!! Would highly recommend!!
DILAPIDATED BUILDING DO NOT LIVE HERE!If the huge pest problem of gigantic cockroaches doesn’t kill you, living days without hot water and serious mold will!High pricing to rent out a shack! APPLY ELSEWHERE PLEASE!
We enjoyed our time here, great location, nice people, family friendly and friendly management.
Good neighborhood to stay in. Easy connectivity, best pool and schools. 4 star because of the construction!
I love living here. I feel safe and the staff responds quickly to missed calls or maintence concerns. I would definitely recommend living here.
Unfortunately our employees have to rent an apartment at Pinehurst. They are foreigners, very kind, hardworking and trustworthy family and They are treated like dirt by Pinehurst team (lady at the leasing office named Myriam specifically). outrageous unfairness and national discrimination at that place. The team (Myriam) is extremely mean, arrogant and unhelpful. They’ll abuse and take advantage of you if you have a language barrier.Stay away from that place
We moved from another state, so mind you when we talked to Myriam it was based off of things she said/did not say and off photos on internet. This place is very old and has too many annoying problems. The closets are always getting off track and need fixing all the time. The floor boards squeak. The washer and dryer are located outside of the unit attached the back patio in a small outhouse type laundry room, which is an inconvenience (if I had known that, I would have crossed this place off my list immediately, who wants to keep going outside to do laundry. Myriam told us it was inside the unit, but really its not, it is outside off from the patio). Some of the fixtures are off centered. We have small kids (baby and toddlers) and nothing can be baby/child proofed, which is another annoying negative that had I known . The mail runs late. There isnt much storage space at all or counter space in bathrooms. There is no counter space or cabinet space in kitchen. We ended up having to buy a pantry type cabinet and a storage tier to put dishes and food items in. We also had to put a lot of our things in storage because there is no space. There is no living room light so we had to buy a couple of standing floor lamps so the living room could have light. We live in the 2 BR townhome and it is pretty small in our opinion, not very spacious at all. The only thing that is good about the place is that you have your own mailbox, and valet trash pick up (which isnt all that great either because you just get a small trash can, which we had to ask for but ended up buying our own anyway), other than that, it is not that great of a place to live.
Good Apartments but but prices are little higher compared to other communities when looked into the overall look and feel. Service staff are excellent.
Really nice community. It feels like my home. Service is good.
Great staff and huge pool great facility.
Lived in this apartment for 5 yearsNo complaints, leasing office staffs were cooperative, great amenities, close to southpark, easy commute to downtown offices, perfect apartment for familyThanks to Myrian & all leasing office team!
Great location and great price. Staff is really helpful and maintenance comes even when office is closed to help fix any problems that may occur.
First of all, dont be fooled by the excellent reviews here. The management offers gift cards and game tickets every week to write reviews in Google, Facebook and other forums. Its one of the oldest apartments in Charlotte. Buildings are old but interiors renovated. Noise and heat insulation is terrible. Be prepared to hear all outside noise and pay extra $S for heating. The ongoing construction of new building affect the upkeep of the roads and the areas surrounding the apartments near the construction site. Its overpriced, considering the quality and amenities. You can not easily get out of the lease, two months of notice period and pay two months rent for terminating lease.
Excellent location, property needs some updates stuff are very friendly
I’ve been waiting to write this review for quite some time. When my boyfriend and I moved into this complex we were excited and hopeful. We quickly learned we made a mistake in our choice of “home”. The walls are ridiculously thin, you can hear your neighbors every move and when anyone goes upstairs it sounds like a stampede. The floors creek and the plumbing is not kept up. We requested service on our kitchen sink because it was leaking and all they was duct tape it. Maintenance also just walks on in without following given direction to call before entering home. Being a female home alone with a crazy work schedule and waking up to a strange man in your house without calling is extremely uncomfortable. Construction for the new complex directly beside the buildings operated at odd hours and frequently caused water outages with little to no notice. The “gym” was the size of our bedroom with no air conditioning. Used it once and went to get a gym membership. The place was COVERED in cockroaches from day 1 and when we said something to the front office about it they did nothing about it. We were harassed by a neighbor for his suspicions of his car being previously hit by our guest when she had never even been there before. He called the cops with no proof and wouldn’t get out of our doorway. Our guest wasn’t even parked near his car and yet again no support from the office. We had a guest who was walking outside and was screamed at by the woman who does the trash pick up and when I reported to Myrian Abril she mocked the situation and did nothing. Every time I had to interact with the office it was an awful experience. Myrian should not be in a management position. She was never helpful or even remotely polite. Customer service skills are completely absent in this office. I emailed the manager of the complex, Megan, about the last situation we had with Myrian because I couldn’t take it anymore, and never once got a response. The day I turned our keys in was the only time I’ve ever seen her there and she acted like this place was rainbows and butterflies. It’s an old run down complex who says it’s been renovated and it’s still a complete disappointment. When asked if we were going to renew our lease I couldn’t stop laughing. Not even if you paid me. Something needs to change here, but they don’t care enough to even be polite to their residents. Fair warning.
There are some positives to living here: the complex is in an excellent school district and is located in a nice part of Charlotte. Overall, I feel safe living here. My neighbors are very nice and quiet people. These positives, however, are largely outside the control of the complex. Unfortunately, most of what the complex can control is negative. Water is shut off for a day almost every week; there are major leaks that appear regularly. Construction noise ruins the once-quiet atmosphere, and residents constantly question whether our apartments are soon to be torn down in favor of yet another monstrous megaplex of luxury Southpark apartments. Construction workers take up most of the parking near several buildings, and they leave a mess behind. The stench of their portable toilets, baffingly located on resident parking lots instead of within the construction perimeter, is particularly off-putting. My family has leased here nearly three years, and the property has gone downhill with the new management company. They constantly send out requests for reviews with prize drawings. This seems like bribery to me and I find it very distasteful.
I like this community because big grounds for soccers, biggest swimming pool near by community in the summer season i think this place converted to happening place.Last but not least vollyball we have almost 3 team who play in compition and thats the stress buster for me.
The office is not very organized when you ask about getting approved they say they can run it while you wait and tell you then but if you go in at certain times the people who know answers are not in and dont answer your call to find out. They make it harder to sublease if you are moving and dont approve people to take on your apartment they want you to have pay. Not ran very well.
I have lived here for 3 years now! Its a place that I can call home, feel safe, great neighbors, and fantastic apartment staff!
Great location, very nice staff!
Lived here for about 9 months, staff is great but everything is a bit old. Water is shut off a lot for maintenance.
