He did do anything properly. Everything seems to be back. Fridge light is not working again, patio mesh door is not sliding smoothly and it came off, fridge door is not opening, Shower is sounding, low water pressure in showers, uneven stove coils, patio fence came off, No shower door handle in master bed room.Please send a nice guy to fix this. The person you sent last time didnt do anything good and top of that he broke all my beers in the fridge. I was cleaning the kitchen floor all the day to pick broken glass pieces.

We are so thankful to be able to get into Landings at Greenbrook! With the size of our Apt. it’s like the size of a house! 3 bedrooms are plenty for our family, and the huge kitchen area is so nice being able to have family here with us during our holiday feasting! The vaulted ceilings make our living stand out and the room, my god the room we have! I love not having to be cramped all together to watch a football game, or get togethers like baby showers and birthdays!! We love the 2 car garage- that is what sold my husband on our apartment.

Called the after hours number for ac not working- maintenance called back within 5 mins, I missed the call and couldn’t call back. Within 10 mins of calling he came and checked the ac - found the problem and we were up and running again!!! Quick, and fast response time!! As always the Maintenance Team had us up and fixed in no time!!

Let me start off by saying that I have lived at this residence for over 6 years and it is time to renew my lease. However, I am truly having second thoughts about living here. I am highly disappointed in the rent increase that they are doing, it has increase to another 151 a month. I understand having a increase each year, but an almost 200 dollar increase and the pool doesnt work!?? Does that make sense? For the amount of rent they charge here you could find a 5 bedroom house to rent. First the pool has not been available for the residents since last summer and it is headed into July and residents are still not able to use it. I understand that things need to be fix and patience is needed; however, how much patience do they expect a resident to have when you are paying such high rent and you can not even use the pool. If I cant pay my rent due to a circumstance out of my control can I tell them to be patience with me and not file eviction? Absolutely not! They want their money on time every month or you receive a late fee or the evict you asap! Not only that my garage is broken and has been broken the entire week and I have to call in to see when it will be fixed. When I do they tell me they ware waiting on the individual that fixes garages to come out. Well, when will that be? If I have to have patience then why cant they take 6% off of your rent when residences are waiting for a long period of time to use the things they pay for each month? It is only fair that those they pay rent should be able to access the things that come along with paying your rent. They also have a very rude and condescending young lady that works in the front office who is definitely in need of some people skills professional development. The only good thing I can say about this place now is Tammy, who is the best employee there! I love her! She is always pleasant and will do her best to help you. The maintenance staff is also great, they make sure that they take care of the residents here. They also make you pay for vallet trash even if you dont need it! I do not like to idea of leaving trash outside my door to have someone else pick it up when I can simply walk three villas down and take it myself. Besides that the company who they hired to pick up your trash throws it anywhere and the maintenance staff ends up having to clean up after them! Ridiculous! Needless to say this place is not worth paying almost 1600 for! If you are deciding to move please look elsewhere as this place is slowly, but surely going down. Final note: I only gave them two stars, because of Tammy and the maintenance staff other then that they would have gotten a 0!

The Landings at Greenbrooke is an excellent place to live. The apartments are spacious, grounds are consistently maintained and management responds timely to maintenance request. The Leasing office staff are very courteous and customer oriented. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment home.

We just moved in this weekend! So excited to be here in NC. So far it has been great! The apts are spacious, the staff is great. Brianna showed me the apts via zoom, i was in Florida. She took the time to follow up regularly and gave me all the information i needed to get my foot in the door. Once arrived, the property manager was awesome abd all the ladies in the office have been great. We put in the request for a few things needing to be addressed in the apt and they have already been addressed. The maintenance person was very courteous and quick.I am getting real good vibes from this community. Everything seems well make maintained.Loving the community and NC so far!!!

In this particular instance I needed maintenance work and the gentleman was here and had the problem solved in 30 minutes. The office personnel and maintenance staff are top-notch. We love living here the view is amazing the neighbors are quiet and not to repeat the staff is all very friendly and accommodating.

I am very apologetic. I dont know how i rated these properties but i have never been or seen this place. I usually rate restaurants and stores so i dont know where this rating came from. Never even heard of this place to be honest. It looks like a wonderful, upscale place to live so i am very sorry for the FALSE, NEGATIVE, review and truly hope that this didnt damage any of your business.

Love life here! Big apt. w/great view...great maintenance, and friendly mgmt. staff. Excellent location...close to town but isolated from the noise and civil unrest...what more can you ask for?A perfect example happened recently when I had an issue with a water leak and chose to by pass the standard maintenance request via email and called Janice at the office. For starters she answered the phone, didnt have to go thru layers of recorded noise, within minutes Derrick from maintenance was at my door wet-vac in tow. If theres such a thing as perfect service...this was it!

Wonderful, personable, friendly, efficient staff. Staff is always available to hear your concerns and respond positively. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, usually same day! All staff is wonderful!!!

I lived in a 3 bedroom villa 2 years ago and it was spacious and the community was quiet. However 6 months into the lease we realized their were mice in the apartment. We woke up one morning with a dead mice laying in the kitchen...when we moved in we were not aware of any mice issues so we had not put out any poison or anything. When we told the office staff they acted as if was not a big deal and said this happens sometimes if you lived near the wooded area...they seemed to not be phased and acted as if this was common. We later found rat poison in the attic which they had to have put there due to we think a previous Tennants complaint. They later came in and set traps in the attic and caught another mice so there was an apparent issue...needless to say we started looking to buy a house and moved out when the lease ended. Our mortgage is cheaper than what they charged for rent...who wants to pay high rent and live with mice. That is absolutely crazy...they really need to find out how the mice are getting in and resolve that issue, but at the time they put forth effort to do that. So glad we got away from there when we did!! Also at that time the office staff was horrible, rude and unprofessional.

Been waiting ten days for our ceiling to be fixed (water damage) and a mold test to be performed. Im 8 months pregnant and cant safely use our bathroom since we moved in. Which we didnt move in right away because of the issue but had to move out of our old place. It is our only full bath but it seems to be ok with them were uncomfortable. They called our apartment move in ready but it had five different maintenance issues. The office staff is nice but smiles dont fix my bathroom.

I am current resident. I was not aware the AC filters need to be changed periodically. Came to know from one of my neighbors that maintenance would change it but now a days we need to request for it.It is been almost more than a year and a half and the AC filters were never changed from the time moved in. At least it could have been changed when the lease was renewed this March but it was not. Very much disappointed. I am very happy with overall experience staying in Landings but this one really disappointed me as I have a new born at home and just could not image the quality of air we are were breathing all these days. This really shows the negligence of the management on this aspect. Please have a look at the attached picture of the AC filter.Requesting to change the AC filters as soon as possible.

I am a current resident and I am so happy to call Landmark at Greenbrooke Commons home. Ive recently gone through a big life event and had to make special requests from the office. They handled all my requests quickly, discreetly, and professionally. The maintenance team is wonderful and so pleasant to deal with. Whenever I call in a work requests they take care of my request same day. The community is beautiful, the apartment homes are gorgeous, and I love my neighbors. It feels so good to know with everything I have going on in my life, I dont have to worry about my home.

I recently moved into my apartment and I loved it! The neighborhood is quite and the management staff is very nice. They were very helpful during the whole process and my apartment is spotless. I couldnt ask for more space for the price. I live in a Villa home and they are one of a kind since they have a 2 car attached garage! The location and staff is top notch and any work orders I put in are done right away, which is important to me!

I am currently in the 3 bedroom Villa at Greenbrooke and can not begin to describe how happy I am with my experience so far. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet and the staff is great! I highly recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a good place to live. Im glad to call Greenbrooke Commons home!

Poor maintenace and very slow in taking action for maintenance work.Last week I had raised request for exhaust fan creeking and making noise & maintenace guy showed up after 4 -5 days and still couldnt fix it. In addition he made bathroom dirty by dropping dried paints etc from ceiling.Another issue is stuff missing, even plants. I put my Aloevera plant outside the door for a few hours for some sun and on first day only it gets stolen. I reported the incident and they tell me that they dont encourage putting anything outside.But how do the plats get some sun if we dont get any inside the apartment.

Since it seems I cant write a 2nd review I edited my first which was my car had gotten broken into. But my second complaint is there are neighbors here that are very noisy and disrespectful. I have complained on several occasions and there has been nothing done. I am not the only resident that has this problem with the same neighbor. I have spoken with the Director that has stated she spoke with the Regional Mgr. about this and the outcome was they have NOT spoken to the neighbor about this in hopes that it just blows over. I have suggested to release me from the lease so that the problem would not escalate.These neighbors have cursed me out for simply asking the lower the noise and has spoken indirectly towards me in passing. I have 2 children to protect and I will. But the answer to be released was I can move to another apt but at my expense ie transfer fee etc.. And since my resolution wasnt favored Its my hopes things wont escalate. But Ill be glad when this lease is over.

2nd year resident, the 1st year was great! But this last year was a disappointment. The neighborhood is extremely dirty and all the grass is in horrible shape; the staff is friendly during the week, but on weekends it seems like they would rather not have you go in.

I have to say how displeased I am with this place. I walked in to try to tour a villa and the lady Tammy in the office starts off by asking what part of India I am from, I then explained I was born in California and she laughed. I also though it was kind of disturbing that after watching her repeatedly rub and blow her nose she thought it was alright to touch the information she was giving me and hands it to me. Before I walked out of the office she made sure to tell me that i should rent from there because that is how she gets paid. I honestly have never met somebody so unprofessional. I ended going to Thornberry Apartments they were actually nice. So anyone reading this please avoid Tammy and ask for someone else who is professional.

I have been living at Landings at Greenbrooke for 2 years in a 3bd room villa. So far, I havent had any major issues. When my husband and I first moved in we lived in a 1 bd unit and had issues with mold. I did have to send an email to their corporate office as it took a while to get a response. Once I sent the email to corporate, that is when the ball started rolling. For personal reasons we did move to the 3bd room unit. We did notice deep dark stains in our carpet after we had been living in the unit for about a month but have not sent in any request to fix it. Overall, good neighborhood, people are friendly and they host monthly events to connect neighbors.

Sorry to write this but i had a very bad experience with staff and maintanance .I locked out and Usally forgot to carry my keys with me, because i use garage opener to access . Suddenly it stopped working and its 5 32pm and went to get keys from leasing office ..though the staff is still there they didnt helped me in getting keys to get into my place . After that i tried calling maintainance for helping me out .The guy over the phone was rude and Couldnt help me and suggested me to call locksmith which is expensive . Trust me from 6 pm To 9 pm i was trying to request them To help Me to get into my place and they never care after bussiness hours what ever happened they clearly says its not emergency .No matter you resquest them, they really damn care and start talking about policies . No matter from how long you stay with them, they never care .I decided not to refer to any one as there may be same issue for many people . They have to be more responsible after bussiness hours and maintain a good relationship with residents rather than talking about policies .
