Giving five stars Bc Maynor is the man ! Each time I have had issue with my unit he has come in very professional and fixed the issue! Thank you for your hard work.

Have been since 2020 and I would like to say that the maintenance crew especially Maynor have always completed a maintenance order in a very timely manner.

We’ve been here since 2019 and haven’t had any problems. The office staff are very nice, and helpful. Maintenance is great, and tries to handle all issues in a timely manner. Overall my family and I have enjoyed our time here.

Exceptional customer service, went in for information this pass week and I could tell that they welcomed me with a smile through the mask. The leasing and manager were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. To bad elsewhere that Ive been to looking for apartment information are not as friendly as they were.

I have been living at amber lake for 1 month now. I love the way the staff treat me they are so friendly. I love the área my apartment is very peaceful. Thank you for all that you do :)

I moved in back 2018 and the environment was not a good one. But as of summer of 2020 it has been a big change. Its quiet, nobody is hanging out side all times of night, and the management staff and maintenance is great.

I took a tour the other day and it was a marvelous experience! Rebecca showed me the apartment with full detail and at the end of our tour I had all the answers to my questions. I would recommend these apartments not only for their layout, but also for the great staff that they have at hand.

Every time I have an issue, my man Maynor comes in and take care of it, even if he have to stay after hour, keep this guy around, and give him a raise. 8/9/2021

If I had a whole page detailing how horrible my apartment is I’d write it. First chance of me getting out of here I’m taking it. HORRIBLE

I moved to Amber Lake Apartments in January of 2020 and am really pleased and comfortable living here. The layout of the apartment is perfect for my needs.Except for the droppings that the geese leave on the walkway leading up to my apartment, the maintenance team does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds.I definitely want to commend and say a big thank you to the ladies (Marta and Rebecca) for always providing me with great service when I visit the office. They make sure to take care of any issues that I bring to their attention in a prompt and professional manner. I am a senior citizen and whenever I go to the office, they are attentive and listen to all my concerns with a great deal of patience and concern.

I love that the curb appeal is always clean i alway walk on property i am happy to live here the Rebecca and jose are really nice and maintenance does such a great job 😀

The best part about Amber Lakes Apartment are the two outstanding individuals who work in the leasing office, Marta and Rebecca. They are both warm and friendly yet professional.About the apartments...I’m not sure I would refer to these apartments as luxury apartments. Some units face a tranquil lake view that definitely lends a nice touch. However, the kitchens are very dated. The kitchens look like they hail back from a different time, probably the 1970s. There is a flag stationed between the leasing office and apts. that is weathered and torn. Unlike a wall or structure that could be fixed with a fresh coat of paint this flag just needs to be replaced. Still, all in all, Amber Lakes apartments is a good option if you don’t want to overpay the ever climbing high price of Charlotte. I mentioned one would never know a man made lake was tucked in there. It’s a pleasant surprise.

I dont even know where to begin, but I moved in March 2018. I was ready to move out yesterday.If you Google the apartment complex, you might come across a 3D-picture tour. The apartment they used just happens to be mine, though Im confused. I have proof, pictures that I took of the apartment, when I first moved in, and I guarantee they look completely different. In the tour, everything seems perfect. Dont fall for it. The apartment starts falling apart the moment you move in.There are just so many problems to list, it would exceed the character limit. Lets put it this way...They (office and maintenance) have no respect and they take too long to do anything. They only care about taking money from you. I wouldnt trust them if I were you.

Since the new company took over......nothing less than satisfaction. They started cleaning up the property with new paint, balconies, staircases, and fixed existing problems (that was over a year old) Super Fast.They also have been getting rid of the bad residents, loud music, drug dealing, and arguing at night times. Once they start renovating the interior, this will be a wonderful place to reside at!

Eagles Walk isnt a terrible place to live. Its easy to get accepted into the complex as far as if your credit isnt the best, or if you have a prior eviction. There is a bug/roach problem inside the apartments during the warmer months (the first floor apartments get affected the worse)but I assume its because of the lake in the back of the apartments. During the warm months the property is flooded with families of geese and their poop everywhere. Terrible. The grounds can get pretty messy with garbage, but maintenance is pretty timely with keeping it clean. Maintenance requests are handled in a pretty adequate time frame. Nothing too bad about the place. Its on the cheaper side because no utilities are included. So water, gas (hot water) and of course electricity are billed separately from rent. Management had changed over the 1 year that Ive been living here. We only have 1 guy in the office now who actually is a better property consultant than the ones who left. Overall not a bad place. Not the best place either. You also will here sirens almost every night because of the fire department on the next street. Also... the lake makes weird and almost eerie noises at night. Lake is also pretty dirty; brown and trash borders it. But location is great.. convenient to 3 Walmarts, pharmacys and fast food right up the street.

SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE THERE HAVE BEEN MAJOR TRANSITIONS ...THEY HAVE BEEN PAINTED.THEY ARE CHANGING BATHROOM FIXTURES AND LISTENING TO OUR CONCERNS REGARDING SAFETY ISSUES. GARABAGE IS PICKED UP DAILY ...NO RODENTS ..THEY EVEN HAVE A PEST CONTROL COMPANY

The employees are very unprofessional, I don’t even live here yet and my fiancé and I have already seen enough and we know this will not be the place we move to, the disrespect we both received was honestly down right embarrassing for the brand your representing and everyone in that office should be ashamed honestly. Don’t move here PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

The new staff is much much better. I was going to move a.s.a.p. now I will stay A little longer. The office Manager actually listens to our concerns and take action.R.E.

Have been living here for a year and decided to renew my lease because the new office staff is caring and professional. Things are alot better now that someone is in place that takes care of the community.

I Love Mrs. Loretta and Mariela they are the absolute best as a temporarily physically disabled person they work with me very well and I give them 100 plus kudos

Currently live here and it is so unsafe. They put me in 5822 not realizing that it was a prior review about this building and it’s so unsafe. My mattress got stolen the first day I moved here. Me and my sister asked the maintenance man can he put my mattress in the apartment for he was already working in it and I was going to drop my money order off and then get my keys, he said yes but left right after that and when I came back it was gone. It was an inside job that maintenance man called somebody to come and get my mattress. I’m taking them to small claims court and they try to throw all the black people in that first building just because they don’t want lake view or a fireplace. I have to watch my car from my window so I don’t get any sleep. People double park in front of cars because they don’t wanna go find an open parking space. Loretta in the office is rude and nasty. I wanna move to park haven. She lied to the police and she told my mom a different story from what she said infringement of the police. They’ve been brought out but I can’t tell. The building that I stay in they don’t care about at all. Anything near the front office is all they care about. The type of anxiety I have since moving here is ridiculous.

Grounds are not kept, stairs in the buildings are in desperate need of being power washed, lots of people just hanging around at all hours of the night being loud and drunk, the roach problem is frustrating to say the least, rent seems to be going up which at this rate you definitely arent getting what youre paying for. If management wants to improve the quality of the grounds they need to clean up big time. Dogs not being on leashes is an issue as well. Hopefully well be able to move out once our lease is up.

Cats everywhere all kinds of bugs in the unit they came out and treated twice it didnt work I treated the unit it didnt work I killed a few today the carpet is messed up in my unit and was never cleaned nor replaced but all the other units get new carpet and new tile my counter top was painted and I smell mold in my unit it dont help to report nothing cause they dont care biggest mistake ever and the lighting isn good in some areas they did just put new lights up dog poop everywhere because people dont pic up behind there dog and trash be all around the trash cans it looks a mess.

Ive been in my apartment for a month and I have no complaints. My view is nice and the new management has given me zero problems.

I moved into egales walk in march of 2017 it was my first place. Me and my boyfriend signed a 12 month lease. In the 12 months i was very happy with the complex although it looks questionable my apt was never broken into or had anything stolen, or my car messed with. the maintenance was always the same day i called somthing in! Hell they didnt even say anything about the dog me and him snuck in. The reason why i give it two stars is becuase i was played at the end. Me and my boyfriend went our separate ways at the end of our lease, and after 12 months of us paying rent early, my partner went to the rent office and told T what had been going on in our home. T took it upon herself to keep the deposit that I paid by myself and let him keep it for his new lease. When i called back to ask about the deposit P answerd me “well due to the damages we decied to let him (my boyfriend) keep the deposit.” It didnt make sence to me if there was damages what deposit is there to keep? I never was mailed a list of damages or why i didnt get my deposit back. I feel like i was handled like this because of my age and the sob story that she heard from my boyfriend. Also at the time there were alot of emty apts in the complex. It seems like she was trying to keep the apt occupied. I thought that it was totaly unprofessional of her to handle the situation the way she did. I would suggest if you are moving here to beware of T and P they come off so sweet and like they care about you and your family but if they did they wouldnt do the unfair things that they do. The office most deff needs to draw the line between bisness and relationships with there Tenets.

I lived here for one year and in that time I only have three complaints. The bath tubs paint started to peel and I contacted the front office about it through a series of emails and phone calls. Long story short they said they couldnt do anything about it and I had to contact corporate. It took them 8 months to refinish the tub and my lease was almost up.I ordered a dryer and it wouldnt fit in the laundry room they said a standard washer and dryer would fit, but it didnt. They also wouldnt let us take the door off the hinges to possibly fit it in.They claimed they had police officers on the property, but at night especially on the weekends there was always domestic disputes and groups of people standing outside making it uncomfortable to go outside.The people in the office dont seem to know how to handle business in a timely manner or just dont care. The rent is too much for what youre getting.

This place is horrible to live in. When I first came to visit the complex, I was shown a nice clean apartment that was supposed to mirror what my apartment was going to look like. 30 days before my move in date, I had agreed to the sign the lease. 30 days LATER on my move in date my apartment was nowhere near ready. The carpet in every room had stains from the tenant who moved out, things were broken and unclean. I gave them the opportunity to fix the apartmebt since I had already placed my stuff in a u-haul and turned in my keys to my other place. 7 months later and they still havent fixed my apartment the way I was promised. The foundation is lopsided, my cabinets keep falling off and every time I call the office NO ONE ever answers the phone, checks voicemails, or emails. Management is terrible. The complex is never clean, trash is just thrown wherever....and they have a waterbug problem (f****** disgusting). It takes them weeks to fix anything when a maintenance request is made. For the amount they charge for rent Im sure they can afford to add some more crew to assist with keeping the complex up and getting things fixed. The only reason I stayed here was because its too expensive to break the lease. No way in hell would I renew my lease here. My lease is up soon and I cannot wait to get the hell out of this s**t hole. Worst place to live. I wouldnt recommend it to anybody not even my worst enemy should live in this s***ty place.

A/c was out for 2 weeks! Two days later my stove started sparking and giving off smells. It took them a week to come look at my stove! When rent was due that month I asked about rent being pro-rating since I went 2 weeks in June without a/c. They denied that.

Too but too expensive for so ugly and very bad condition both outside and inside plus the back lake very polluted !! ... Do not give anything physical treatment very deteriorated !! ...
