I would not recommend anybody believe anything this MANAGEMENT says about these complex Woodlands or The Reserve At Campbells Creek. Its nothing they advertise. I got my money back Thank God and it was the Worst experience I ever had. They say things happen for a reason and I believe God was looking out for me. I definitely dont want to live in a ROACH INFECTIONED COMPLEX. So stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

This apartment complex is trashy and roach infested and they won’t do their job of dealing with any of your requests. Good luck to those who rent from this place. If it’s your last option, rethink it!

Ive been here four years, Ive never seen the neighborhood so filthy. This is really no longer a diverse neighborhood it basically Mexico.so Im looking on moving in December. Management and the maintenance is very bias about renting and who get what fixed. I worked for them as a pool monitor and I still had to go through a lot to get things fixed .they need to restructure their management. I knew it was gonna be all bad when they was trying to hide the fact that mother and daughter worked here together. Its not what it used be.black residence is basically being forced out police being called on them for the same exact thing the Mexicans do. I use to love living here. They turned the neighborhood into a third world country basically. They dont I express this whole heartedly do not like using the dumpster. Everything of theirs goes right on the ground even when the dumpsters are empty. These are major problems that seem to never get addressed when they are expressed.worst management crew ever since Ive been here, how do you manage people youre scared to work around.

I just moved here, so far it quiet n neighbors are mindful, respectful also. Only thing is dumpster over flooding. But other than that Like it so far n staff is helpful. The leasing consultant put in work order he came that Monday n fix it.

Starting with the people of the office they are so kind and the are friendly and also the apartment they are pretty nice and especially my apartment it is in a good area I recommend woodlands apartment to live

Couldn’t even get into the house without tripping over ten roaches. Can’t get no type of privacy without them already meeting me in the shower and can’t even eat dinner alone without expecting the whole roach clan. Shouldn’t have to walk around the house looking over my shoulder playing peek a boo with a dang on roach!!!Very poor management.

These apartments are AWFUL!!! They have a problem with roaches and mold and didnt do anything about it until it became a serious issue. They are very outdated and need repairs and renovations. The doors arent even sealed so pests can easily come inside. The maintenance crew is the sloppiest Ive ever seen and never clean up after theyve done repairs. When I let management know about this, the next time the maintenance guy came he wrote a note stating that he always cleans up. I cannot believe that the management did not keep that confidential! Now I feel a huge lack of privacy due to a maintenance worker who can access this apartment at any time and who may target us because of a simple complaint. I wanted to speak to the company which owns this complex but their website has no contact information-SO SKETCHY! This company obviously does not care about its residents and scrapes up as much money as it can from any who are unfortunate enough to live here. Please find someplace better that respects its residents!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! At first it was ok, I was paying rent for the roaches, they claimed to have exterminated before my move in date which was pushed back 3x because if the extermination and I still had roaches, I thought I could solve it with bombs and raid but they continued to appear, neighbors had 7 people living with them in a 2 bedroom and bed bugs, dirty diapers in the parking lot, when it rained it flooded the dirt paths badly, Only used my dishwasher to rinse my dishes and somehow it caused a leak, it was a missing part that they never came back to fix. I left my apartment for 1 week and came back to a million roaches having a party in the corners and baseboards of the living room and bathroom, I’m a firm cleaner and had to pre clean my apartment before I moved my stuff in so it wouldn’t have roaches everywhere. Disgusting if it wasn’t for the fact I couldn’t get my deposit back in time I wouldn’t have stayed the 6 months I did.

I been here goin on 4months at first it was OK. Dont like it, apartment smells like sewer weather how hard clean bathroom stinks. I am not happy here

Def roach problem. It is so hard trying to go to sleep knowing the roaches are everywhere. The other reviews was not a lie. Wish I would hve listened. Ughh

Any bugs you can think of may live with you. Trash all over the premises. Jenny always says she will try to help with an issue, but never really does. Not a home for any family to live in.

Bad service, roaches are the size of a clam ALSO ALL THE BUGS that just appear from nowhere and huge mosquitos... Will not recommend this place..

Don’t move here not safe the management SUCKS I lived with mold for almost a year until I got feed up and broke my lease PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE SPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN
