I moved here in July and I’m so happy with my decision. I’m a night shift nurse so I needed an apartment with good structure, and Camden Grandview is built with concrete. I can never hear my neighbors! I also wanted an apartment with staff that actually cares about their residents. Richard and Katie in the leasing office are the kindest and most responsive, before I moved in Richard even took time out of his day to take a picture of what my balcony view would look like because I was curious. Denis at the front desk is an absolute saint and will do anything to make sure you are satisfied (give this man a raise!!!). Craig in maintenance is also very kind and helpful. The complex is spotless and you can tell they take pride in keeping it clean and tidy. I can’t recommend Camden Grandview enough - living here is easy, peaceful, and stress free.

This is the best place to live in Charlotte. The amenities, the closet shelves, bathroom shelves are amazing. The house is spacious. The balcony view is mesmerizing. Have been to see a lot of houses in Charlotte but no luxury apartments even comes close to this place.The management are super friendly. Special shout-out to all the Concierges for their help 24/7. Especially Veronica and Dennis. Every morning on the way to office, Veronica’s biggest, warmest smile will fill you with energy and positivity.I have lived here from 2years and loved every minute of it. BEST APARTMENT EVER!!!!

This apartment complex is great. Spacious floor plans, great view of the city, beautiful amenities and aesthetic and competitive rates. Will approve you within a few days of applying and everything is signed electronically. The experience is the best Ive had in many years.

Today is a bittersweet day as I had to give my notice to vacate this amazing property due to relocating for work. I must say the last 3 years at Camden Grandview have been amazing- my unit is beautiful and includes updated fixtures. It is probably the largest studio apartment I have ever seen. This place has really felt like home to me. What makes Camden Grandview stand out in comparison to other Camden properties is the people: Richard and Katie, from the leasing office always were there to greet me with a smile and were there to make my move-in and now move-out smooth. They are also very helpful and extremely responsive. In addition, Camden Grandview has the BEST concierge team- especially Dennis and Veronica. I dont know how they do it but they always greet everyone by name, they remember which units we live in and they are always there to help with parking passes and package retrieval. If I could give this place 10-stars I would. The hallways and common areas are always clean, updates are constantly being made on site, and even during COVID, I have felt safe due to the safety precautions the team has put in place. The location is perfect and the building is so well-built, that I never even hear my neighbors. I will miss living here! Thank you, Camden Grandview for making me feel at home and like family! My wife and I lived in this apartment for about 2.5 years. To put it simply, WE LOVED IT! This is the best apartment we have ever rented. The concierge is amazing. Always friendly, learns everyones name, and goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. I want to give a special shout out to Veronica and Dennis who always brightened my day.The management is also top notch. Richard is always around and is very communicative. You can tell everyone who works here does a great job and has a sense of pride for the community.The construction is top notch and I never heard my neighbors, parking is great, and the location is unbeatable. You are walking distance to South End and Uptown. What more can you ask for?

I absolutely LOVED these apartments. I lived at Grandview for almost 4 years, and only moved out because I recently relocated. I had an excellent view, hardly ever had issues with noise from neighbors because the building is built so well, secure parking, location right between South End and Uptown so I was near everything, AND walked to the Panthers games! Concierge was THE BEST; always so helpful, available, and responsive. Maintenance was always on it and fixed any issues quickly. I cant write this review without calling out the Assistant Manager, Katie S. She was the absolute best my entire stay at Camden Grandview. Anytime I had questions or a need, she was always helpful and talked to me respectfully and professionally at all times. My move out process was seamless, no account issues or crazy charges like some other apartments do, and only a week or so after my account was closed out I had already received my deposit refund check. If youre looking for an apartment in the Uptown/South End area, this is it!

We literally found this gem online; called the property and we were able to move from NJ to NC with ease. I’m so grateful we did. This property is beautiful, the apartments are incredibly spacious and noise is not a problem because the building is built very well. We’ve been here for almost ten years and while I’m currently going through a healing journey it’s nice to live in an apartment that feels like a home. We’ve seen changes in leasing and concierge staff over the years, but we love our current leasing manager Richard; need to smile go visit Richard...The leasing staff is awesome; from Katie, to Anna, to McKenzie they’re all great to work with. Our concierge staff with Ms. Veronica leading the team you can trust you’re in good hands. You’ll love Dennis, King and Chris as well. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond. Neil leads by example and they respond quickly and efficiently to every maintenance request! We love Camden Grandview and if you want that uptown Charlotte experience look no further. Grandview offers monthly activities and sweet surprises from being handed ice cream on a hot day when you come home or a goody bag at your door. You’ll love it here! We do!

I lived at Camden Grandview in 2014/2015 and recently looked at moving back because I loved it there so much. The property is amazing, the staff was wonderful and I never had any issues. My husband and I recently applied and Katie in the office gave us the best customer service we have had anywhere in years! Its been really hard looking for apartments during the COVID-19 restrictions and she was so helpful with all of our questions and concerns. I must have sent 100 emails and she was so patient, kind, and quick to respond. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to the management we have been dealing with for the past three years. I highly recommend!

I love the Camden Grandview for almost every reason imaginable. I was worried about downsizing from a huge house in a lake community to an apartment in Uptown Charlotte but this was the best move I could ever have imagined. The Leasing agents are super nice and helpful and quick to respond. The Concierge staff are all top notch and as helpful and kind as you can possibly imagine. The maintenance staff responded to all of my requests within a day while I was at work and all items were completed within a few hours, truly amazing since I have been in the commercial maintenance business for over 30 years, and, my requests ranged in complexity. The floors (and, I believe the demising walls) are concrete, so, I dont hear my neighbors at all. The building is well maintained and the common areas are beautiful. Parking is really good and the location is outstanding. I would recommend this building and its helpful staff to anyone looking to live in the city.

I lived here for 1 1/2 year with two of my friends and had a remarkable time!!! The apartments are large and spacious. Everything is modern. The pool and outdoor area is incredible. The gym is suitable for a nice workout.Additionally, the people living in Camden Grandview are friendly. I have spent hours and hours chatting with the staff and management here as well. I HIGHLY recommend living here!!!!!

We have not moved in yet but the touring and application process were a breeze. Mackenzie was very helpful and patient - answering a lot of questions, showing us several floor plans and letting us take our time in choosing the right option. The new townhouses are beautiful with lots of natural light, plenty of space and a garage inside the gate. The location is fantastic - on the light rail and within walking distance of Uptown and the South End. We are looking forward to becoming residents!

Camden Grandview is a excellent place to live! My roommate and I moved in last May and have had a wonderful experience. Our lease is up in March, so we have decided to live here another 15 months. We have a beautiful courtyard view from our balcony, and will be transferring to a larger apartment with an fantastic city view! Some apartments here even have a view of Bank of America stadium. You can see the jumbo-tron and watch the Panthers play from your patio. This explains why the community is rightfully named Camden Grandview.The staff is great! Katie was so helpful with our transfer and Richard is always walking the property to ensure everything is in impeccable condition. Grandview is one of the few properties I have visited that provides an around the clock concierge service. Veronica, the head-concierge, is amazing! She greets everyone with a genuine smile and is always happy to help.Location, location, location. Camden Grandview is in the perfect spot if you want to experience all that Charlotte has to offer. Our apartment is situated directly between Uptown and South End. We often walk to local South End restaurants and take the Lynx System into Uptown.Camden Grandview is truly the best place to live in Uptown. I absolutely love it here and you will too!

Just moved out of Grandview to own my own space, but will really miss living there. The location is awesome, the staff is excellent and friendly, everyone makes sure you have what you need and you feel taken care of while there. Highly recommend.

The Camden Grandview has made apartment living a dream. From the leasing staff to the concierge and the incredible maintenance team, they do everything to make the Grandview home! Ive lived in my fair share of apartments but this community is by far the best. It is kid friendly, quiet and beautifully kept! I couldnt ask for more!

Im so sad I had to move out of Camden to live in another area of Charlotte, the team and community is amazing. The staff is beyond accomodating, the concierge staff friendly and helpful...I cannot say enough. Even after leaving, I needed some information and Katie was prompt, polite and more than accomodating with some move out issues. I cannot speak highly enough of this community and recommend everyone lives there!

Renting at Camden has been great! All at the leasing office, Madison, Anna, Katie and Richard are all awesome! Everyone else at the Concierge are so helpful and friendly! And having the concierge services is just perfect!

I moved into this place in September 2014 and have loved it ever since! Ive lived in 2 different apartments within the building, and both were fantastic. Leasing helped with a very smooth transition between the two, allowing me to extend my lease 2 weeks on the first so I could overlap with the move in into the second. The staff here is friendly and always available - the 24/7 concierge is a godsend. Theyve helped me get into my locked apartment when Ive lost my keys and can sign for any package. Service requests are always completed same day. They can help you with everything from unclogging a toilet to changing a shower head/light fixture. The building is a bit older, but I actually prefer it to these green buildings popping up everywhere in South End. The structure is sound and you cannot hear a THING from neighbors. Parking is fantastic - 2 secure floors and 1 floor exclusively for visitors, so you never struggle to find a spot. Ill be moving out next month into a new neighborhood but HIGHLY recommend Grandview to anyone shopping in the South End area.

What can I say other than AWESOME!!!!! I went in and meet Kristine and she was the most wonderful person in the world. She showed me and my girlfriend around and gave us ideas. She was very pleasant and was like a friend we hadnt seen in forever. I forgot I was there to look at the unit and the amenities...THERE are several by the way. But I leased because of her. Not the fact its one of the best luxury apartments in the city or its location. But because of her. If she was leasing a cardboard box on the street I wouldve taken it..Well maybe not but you get my point. Kisses to you Kristine. I wanted new carpet and a new washer and got it! No noise goes through the floors/ceilings. Concierge staff are the best and add so much to my happiness living here. Ive not needed maintenance even once, but I know if I did they would be there asap. Location is great for walking to work in uptown or hitting the highway without having to deal with traffic. Excellent elementary school district too.

I just wanted to take a minute to brag on Daniel Brown. I have had a curtain rod laying on my floor for months, waiting for my parents to somehow come here and help me hang it. I decided to put in a maintenance request to see if maybe- just maybe- I could get help hanging my curtain rod. Daniel swung by today and made my dream come true! I know it seems silly, but it really made my day and goes to show why Camden Grandview is such a great place to live. (Obviously there are many other reasons why I like living here too!) He even hung my brand new curtains on my rod for me!! I think he deserves to be appreciated. Kudos to Daniel.

Camden Grandview... Overpriced for what it is, in reality it is just an apartment. very similar to living in a dorm room. Kids running around shouting at all hours, especially during the weekend. Noisy courtyard and sound from neighboring apartment parties is easily heard in your living area. Trash is often left in the trash chutes. The administration is unwilling to acknowledge certain privacy requests even though they say they will, talk is cheap. There is alway a presence of marijuana odor throughout the halls and elevator. I would often smell it coming through my windows from surrounding apartments.My biggest issue is that they made no effort to contact me for a move-out balance. Note: I moved out, followed all the procedures and was charged a cleaning bill some other charge and never told about it because once your lease ends they shut down your account for managing your lease/ apartment. Perfect, how am I supposed to know I owe you money unless you tell me? They made no effort to call, or leave an email yet they were quick to report me to a bill collector. very unprofessional and childish. Expect some sort of shenanigans from this administration.I would NOT recommend Camden.

Top notch apartment living for the most part. Camden apartments in Charlotte set the bar. This particular camden is not the best one. I would choose Camden Gallery in Southend.

My husband and I have been so happy in our year at the Camden Grandview. We love the location, the building, our apartment with a beautiful view of the Uptown skyline, the amenities, underground parking, and the very responsive, helpful staff.We have especially enjoyed the theater which is available for residents to reserve and use. There is theater-style seating and it was recently upgraded with state-of-the-art equipment. Movies are more fun on the big screen with great sound!Having a 24-hour Concierge has made our life easier. When we shop on-line, we dont have to worry about being home to accept delivery of our package or worrying someone might take it from our front porch (as we did when we lived in a house in South Park). The concierge accepts all packages for us and sends us an e-mail that they are holding a package for us. Mail delivery is another thing we dont worry about any more when traveling. If our mailbox gets too full, the Postal Service leaves it with the Concierge. There are many other services offered by the Concierge team.I also appreciate the security in our building. Entrance to residents floors and to the parking garage is controlled by a fob issued to each resident.Any problems with maintenance issues are promptly taken care of. The maintenance team also helps with other things, such as hanging drapery rods or pictures. They certainly do a better job than we would and they are happy to help out.The entire management team is available to help in the event of any problems or concerns. They also plan special events to help residents feel welcome, providing the opportunity to meet other residents in a social situation.The Grandview sets a very high bar for customer service and carefree living. I highly recommend it.

Maintenance team is incompetent. Management team are liars. STAY AWAY!!!! Great location but the horrible treatment of residents makes this place no where near worth the high rent they charge here.
