Wonderful and fast. Kelly was the best walk me thru the whole process couldnt ask better help. Thank you the place is so peaceful and very nice. I was there at the leasing office as per my scheduled appointment, but we were not welcomed properly and some other party was given priority over my appointment.I was there waiting for almost 20 mins for no good reason, when an appointment is given there should be a dedicated resource who should be available at-least for courtesy. The other party which was given priority would definitely take 30 minutes for their tour which made me feel your property doesnt respect future residents.I dont see a good reason to stay at this property based on this experience. I strongly recommend to AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

I moved in Highlands at Alexander Pointe December of 2020. My experience thus far is a positive one. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff.The wonderful office staff- Alex, in particular, keeps this community fine tuned. He has always helped me anytime I’ve needed anything. They have great maintenance staff- I have met Mike and Jose -Mike seems to anticipate any maintenance needs in advance and is always prompt and efficient when I put in a maintenance request. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I know eventually I will meet them all because I have no plans on moving from here.Lisa S.

I have been living at this property since January. I have enjoyed my experience thus far! It is a quiet community. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. The leasing staff and managers are professional and pro-active. The best part is they keep the property trash free! I also like the garages attached to the one bedrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had been looking for a place for a minute. All the applications and admin fees paid out. We wanted to be back in the University area via the Southside and the Willows. These hidden gyms were on our list to tour. Maggie in the office greeted us with a smile and gave us a feeling of home. Feeling of we had known her for years. If this is what it would be like for a year, lets do it. Community is peaceful, rooms are spacious, and we welcomed by our four-legged neighbor Summer. Its a nice place to call home, thanks Highlands at Alexander Pointe❤

I’ve been living here for about a month now and I absolutely love it here. Maintenance alway answer in a timely manner. My only concern is the thin walls. I don’t mind my neighbors listening to music but during the week at 11pm is a bit much being as I have a small child who has school. Other then that I would recommend these apartments to anyone. The leasing staff is amazing I’m sure I’ve annoyed Alex a few times 😂😂😂😂.

My family and I moved from NY on 9/22/20 we arrived in the am at 1801 Ascend, upon entering the apt we were shocked!!!The ad was totally different from the apt, there was an awful smell, the cabinets were hanging off of the hinges and due for a paint job and on top of it all the apt was in the alley😳I was outraged and expressed my concerns, I was offered 3 numbers to call for another apt, Highlands answered the phone, my family and I met Olga and Adam, I explained my situation to them, shedded many tears and to my surprise there was a 3 bedroom available for us.I am extremely grateful for the management team at Highlands Pointe. My family and I are safe, comfortable and happy that we were taken care immediately. The grounds are always clean and my neighbors are courteous. I would recommend this apt to all.

The apartment ceilings and floors and paper thin! You can hear everything your neighbors do and vice versa. Beautiful apartments from the outside, not at all private within the living quarters. I can hear my upstairs neighbors snoring at night.. the neighbors below me constantly bang on their ceilings as we walk around. It’s ghetto, a nightmare. And I’m spending close to $1400 a month. I won’t be renewing here. I don’t recommend at all. I offered to pay more to move to a more private two story apartment and management doesn’t respond.

I was excited about moving into this complex in November and now I’m more anxious and ready to leave this complex.Everything in the beginning was great I had a amazing leasing agent Christel who is now not working there she communicated well very understanding and helpful.The lack of communication and understanding now at this office is awful I think the closets to Christel in that Office is Alex that’s it’s they NEVER answer the phone.For one of my issue is the noise Ive complained numerous of times about the people above me and nothing was done about it being a correctional officer working 12 hours or sometimes more you just wanna come home and rest and that was impossible the noise was so much that my children 2 and 8 would wake out of their sleepSecond issue is I came home one day from work to my kitchen, my bedroom floor (carpet) my bedroom bathroom and some of my living room carpet filled with water ! From the water heater bursting It took them hours just to come and look and see what the problem was and then days after that for the most unprofessional cheapest carpet cleaners to come and “cure” the smell And soak up the water in the carpet buy fans ! And some spray in a bottle. Which did NOTHING I went and brought my own carpet cleaner just to get the smell out of my houseMy daughters window screens fell off months ago and have been hanging outside of the window and I was told that if I put in a work order they would just take the screens because they aren’t supposed to be on the windows anyway.I can never park my car near my apartment because there’s several cars that I’m sure don’t even live here seem to think it’s ok to park wherever there would like so I’m parking away from my own building just to park.My whole house had Covid single parent with 2 children battling the coronavirus along with her children I informed the leasing office and all they could seem to care about is when I was going back to work and of my rent would be paid on time ! I informed them of us being sick so that no one would come into my apartment such as maintenance NOT because I wouldn’t be able to pay my rent so there’s another bad taste in my mouth.This is supposed to be a gated community and the most those gates have many worked maybe 3 times always broken.You get charged for pest control but you have to call to be put on the liar WHY ? IF I’m being charged every month for a service I expect to have that service EVERY time pest control is on site ! And I stated this and guess what I’ve seen pest control in my homes TWICE since I moved here. There’s a issue with spiders in my apartment and I also stated this is why i needed them in my home every time they are on site.I wasn’t aware that cars were being broken into until I went for a walk by myself around the complex and another resident saying “I wouldn’t walk around alone if I was you” I asked why she says you haven’t heard there was a car out here and they were breaking into cars my car was one of them” I was shocked because not even a notification was sent out to residents about it nothing so now I have cameras around my apartment doors so I can see who’s around my apartment and safety reasons.They’ve came up with another “cable package”which your forced into I didn’t sign up but if I renew my lease it would now be another added fee to my base rent.My water heater has been leaking for over two weeks now I have been dumping the water pan myself when I return from work and when I wake up this was supposed to be a work order to be completed 8/31 and still hasn’t been completed.God forbid you don’t pay you rent on the 1st and pay it the next day there’s already a note on your door stating if you don’t you have 30 days to vacate the premises 😂I just can’t I’m not happy with this place and haven’t been since I moved here and I am impatiently waiting until November to get out of this lease and find a better safe and nice place for myself and my children.

I have had such a great experience in my short time here at the Highlands. From the time I viewed the apartments to when I moved in, everything has been great. Christel played a huge part in getting me the apartment that I wanted and would be happy with. She was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Outside of the complex itself, knowing that she is here to help with whatever we need was integral in my decision to live here. Highly recommend.

Living here is great, the only downside I have about them is that it is very rare that they answer their phone. 9 times out of 10 you will have to go to their front office to communicate with them. Which for me is practically impossible at this time since I work Monday through Friday until 6 pm and their office is closed by then. I would give this place a 5 stars just for the living conditions alone, but the lack of communication really doesnt settle well for me at all.

Christel (leasing agent) helped me get documents sent to my lawyer via fax in a timely fashion and was more than pleasant. Adam (assistant manager) always helps me anytime I have an issue with my rent payment. Both are super friendly and professional! I have lived here for over a year and it really feels like home. I really enjoy living here in the community. The friendly staff and the amenities that go with it. Decent prices and it’s definitely worth the square footage as most of them I love has an attached 1 or 2 car garage. I strongly recommend leasing here. Good job Highland’s 👍🏽

I enjoyed most of my time at highlands but unfortunately when my lease was about over with, everything started to hit the roof. The whole time I was there I stayed to myself and always paid my bills on time. Up until about 2 months at the end of my lease I started noticing extra charges on my account as far as stuff that has already been paid. When I would talk to them in the office they stated that they have been having problems with there system and that they will take care of it. So they did that time. On my final statement I saw the same charges on my account again for things I had already paid for. When I called the office they said they will make a note in the system and they will have to get corporate to reopen the account to take the overcharges off. Since it has been the holidays and me being the good person I am I gave them time to have corporate reopen the account and take the charges off. Come to find out there was no note in the system to reopen the account and my account went into default and was sent to the debt collection for nonpayment. At this point I have already paid it but I wanted to write this to warn others to KEEP CHECK ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL CHARGED. They said it was a glitch in the system so I was not the only one that was overcharged but I was probably the few that caught it.

Ive been here for a little under a month now and really theres a lot to be desired... the apartments are beautiful, dont get me wrong, but the office and staff here are extremely poor with communication. After having to jump through hoops just to get approved to live here the leasing office gave me the wrong information on my apartment, so I had to change the date of my move in due to the fact that I had to leave town and wouldnt be available, then the property manager said if I changed my move in date again Id lose the apartment, even though it was their staff that made the process longer by giving inaccurate information. I finally get to move in and I learn that the staff are horrible at communication, when I turned in my move in check list I was told a maintenance request would be put in for anything that needs fixing, that was 2 weeks ago and no one has come to fix my garbage disposal. Just yesterday my roommate and I went to the pool, one entrance was closed and so we went through the office only to find we were then locked outside, finally someone from the office comes to say the pump is broken so the pool is closed. How hard is it to send an email to residents informing them?! Or at the very least put a note on the door and pool entrance!? The bare minimum! Also its extremely hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Not to mention the hostile language of the notes they have time to leave at your door! Never in my life have I lived at a place that has the nerve to even imply an eviction when your rent isnt late, theyll leave you a note if rent isnt paid by the 2nd of the month informing you that youve got 30 days or to pack your bags. Worse living staff Ive ever had, that includes living on a college campus where people the same age as me were put in charge ege of these things. Also, their system charged me rent twice in a row, while I dont think this is the fault of anyone in the leasing office I know that this can be extremely harmful to someones finances, especially during times like these, so I figured it would be worth mentioning. Also the back gate has been broken the entire time Ive lived here.

I moved in my place back in July and it has been nothing short of amazing. Christel has been phenomenal ever since the day I came in to view my apartment. Any time I have any questions or concerns shes always there to help me out with the situation, no matter how big or small. The other staff members are helpful as well but Christel is my go to. I read the reviews before I of course made my final decision about moving in. Im glad I didnt take heed to the negative comments/reviews. Every property has its pros and cons (but so far Im loving it here).

The grounds are beautiful and i can not wait to use the pool . The units are spacious and very affordable. Can’t wait to move her in . I visited this community and had a friend that lived here few years back and Ive seen and heard nothing but good and great things about this community. I am thrilled at the price for the amount of space it comes with whereas some places are much smaller and charge entirely too much. I talked with Kia Taylor and she was amazing and friendly! I told her she was my new best friend. I am absolutely looking forward to making this my new home for my family !!!!

There were a few issues with the apartment at move-in and she has helped me with everything so quickly and with such a positive approach. The rental office has an easy going team. When there is a problem they get it fixed right away. Biggest down side is the annoying gate, the speed bump is in the wrong spot so its a little difficult to scan in. Also the pool rules are pretty strict for an apartment but I personally havent had an issue.

My fiancé and I just moved to the neighborhood and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Since we applied we have been working with Christel and I must say she is THE BEST.Always pleasant and goes out of her way for WHATEVER. I’m glad to call this place home for awhile, Christel really was one of the reasons we chose to move forward and choose The Highlands because of her welcoming disposition. Do not believe the 5 stars comments here, the management at this place are not professional nor are they friendly to say the least. There were auto thefts, break-ins, armed robberies and several drug busts on these premises. When it comes to maintenance of your apartment, its really substandard and many days after you request them they only show up when they feel like it. Considering that its a gated community you would think this place would provide a safe environment and superior services, definitely not worth renting here!

Just dont. New management is far less than superb. Break-ins happen regularly and nothing is done about it. There was mold in building 6. I use to feel safe and comfortable living here about 3 years ago. Now, I wouldnt even live here if it was free.

We lived at the Highlands for a year, and I loved it! The complex is quiet and clean, the apartments are wonderful (You have the option to get an upgraded or standard apartment. We were in a standard three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment, and it was exactly like the model we were shown.). The management team was always available and responsive and took great care of us. Great great place to live. Im so sad that we have to relocate.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Even though I came to the door at closing time I was still seen and attended to. The clubhouse is modern and well kept. There is free coffee and wifi there and I met the guy who stops by every day for it. Can someone stock some hot cocoa for me? The apartments are well maintained and the community has been wonderful so far. The amazon drop off area is nice as packages can be picked up anytime of the day or night. Kia Meritt, and Christel Darity were especially helpful, and patient with me. I am referring everyone I know to check there first if they move into the area.

My first encounters were good back in April 2015- but my move in was not seamlessly smooth. but after move in, everything got better. Management/staff was improved by Aug 2015. gates started working. maintenance starting fixing things, etc. Garage is spacious. Neighbors are quiet. the only negative thing i can say right now is that I noticed that the rent of the property is going up. I have seen at least a $100 increase. if rent continues to rise, I dont think it would be worth it. but overall okay.

Just wanted to say, I intended to move into different Apartment complex in April 2017, I went to the complex the day before my move in date to make sure the apartment was ready for move in, when the Leasing agent took me to the apartment that I was suppose to move into it was nothing like the model that was shown to me, the appliances were old and dirty, carpet was worn and fireplace rusty it looked terrible and not ready for move in. Needless to say I was devastated because I had to be out of my present apartment within 2 days. I was going crazy trying to figure out what I was going to do, I started going from apartment complex to complex trying to find an apartment in the next 2 days that would be ready for move-in, I road pass The Highlands and decided to stop in and inquire. I met Leasing agent Brittney this girl was Awesome her customer service skills are the bomb, she instantly made me feel that I was at the right place, she took me to view a couple of Apartments and I just feel in love with the B4 floor plan she put the icing on the cake when she said its available today. Needless to say I moved in and I love it.Brittney is and excellent candidate management because of the way she represents The Highlands.

It is located at the heart of Atlanta Downtown - Marta station within 5 minutes walk. Publix in 2 minutes drive and 3 minutes drive to Tech Square. The apartment condition is good and quite safe. Lack of space to just sit and relax is a downside. The open space in the centre of the building is accessible only through the parking lot. Top roof floor is a nice place to have a cup of tea in the evening after work, enjoying a nice view of the Downtown.

This place has terrible apartments. I’ve lived here under old management and new management and the new management is no better than the old. The people that work in the office have terrible customer service and are very rude. Any message you send to the office doesn’t get a response until you repeatedly message and ask why you don’t get a response, and sometimes you just don’t get a response at all. The amenities are terrible. Every month I am charged for pest control there are still bugs in my apartment. I would not recommend wasting your time even touring these apartments alone living in them.

Paid application fees, was told to come in following Monday. When I arrived with the hold deposit, I was told the unit was leased. Still have not received my refund after many attempts to management. Was advised to call my bank. I would not rent here to save my life

Came in for a visit and it was bad, I mean really bad. The guy giving me the tour was lazy, didn’t seem to care at all. Opened the door to the house was showing me and didn’t even walk me up stairs. Worse experience I ever had in my life and was the reason I didn’t get the place. But the 2 ladies were very nice and helped me out a lot after I went to them. Also bedroom are really small and I don’t like that there are a lot of steps. I have young kids and bedrooms on the 3rd floor. In open space. Overall don’t move here.

I visited Highlands at Alexander Community, and the Staff was so professional, understanding, and helpful in meeting my apartment search needs. Ms. Taylor was extremely very helpful, she explained the many floorplans Highlands offered and helped me narrow down the best townhouse for not only my budget but helped me find one that I fell in love with at first sight. The amenities are well worth it, but I wish they had internet included in their package as I am more of an internet user than cable watcher. I know Ill love living here at Highlands at Alexander.

Management is awful. Ive had a work order in for over a month for my ceiling to be repaired. They sent someone to look at it, he took pictures but they never returned to make repairs. It has already leaked once in July 2018 and was patched up. I had to replace my furniture and file an insurance claim. I have been documenting every interaction with management and will be getting additional renters insurance for my families safety. Several of my neighbors have gotten sick and moved due to mold issues in our building. I will be consulting with outside agencies for other options since I am getting no where with management.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst experience ever especially moving out. Not only did me and my roommate go through countless inconveniences due to the office being negligent and unprofessional, we now have collections calling us after 2 months moved out. The office never sent us any email of what charges are from, we constantly have to call them to get answers and they rarely pick up phone. This complex is criminal and they messed up countless times while we stayed there, even messed up or rent payments applying our money to another persons account and we had to catch it. Will be calling corporate to see these issues resolved and will not stop until the office staff is fired. This office refuses to accept me and my roommates calls now to resolve issue and still cannot tell us what this crazy charge is from. Livid and disgusted with this complex.

Went to view the apartments and the staff person did not have the time to take us on a tour. She wanted to take 3 different groups of people at one time. We left feeling that this company does not value potential clients. I called back to let management know that they lost a potential renter because their attendant did not want to make more than one trip to show an apartment, but their automated phone system was even less personable and 5 hours later I still have not got a call back from the message I left them. If this is how they treat potential renters, I can only imagine what an actual renter gets from this company. Very unprofessional! Horrible customer service !!!

I had a very frustrating experience trying to tour an apartment i was interested in at this complex. On 3/24/16 i called about a unit i saw listed on this appartments website for $835. Over the phone i was told the price would be closer to $900 because of current demand. Once i was in the office the real price came out, $999 was quoted to me. I was also told that there would be a non negotiable cable fee of $50 added on top of that. Long story short, the price on the web was $250 cheaper than what i was quoted in office.

The management at this complex is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. HVAC system was not working properly in the winter months causing it to be freezing in the living area. Management refused to assist until I got City Inspection involved. After getting City Inspection involved, they still didnt assist me for another 2 weeks. By the time they came to assist, it was about 65 degrees outside. Because it was so warm outside, the HVAC system didnt have to work too hard to keep my house warm, making the system seem functional. The claim is still under investigation.Bottom line: As a manager, it should be your number 1 goal to keep your residents comfortable and happy. If a resident pays monthly to live in a fully functional unit, he should be able to live in a fully functional unit. No resident should have to jump through hoops for the management to recognize there is an issue and resolve it.With all that being said, I WOULDNT recommend this complex to ANYONE!!!

Ve been here almost 3 years. They have recently changed management and when I say I am so glad... the new manager Kristine Holtz had really turning this place around... One day I was leaving for work and saw her out on the grounds picking up trash. NOW THATS A TRUE MANAGER WHO CARES ABOUT THE PROPERTY SHE MANAGES.. Ive seen some ugly reviews but the things she had to face coming here can not be done Overnight but the progress Ive seen is phenomenal... the new staff in Office 8s great as well as Maintenance... I would never recommend this place to anyone. These reviews are mixed, as you can see, but as sincerely as I can put it, dont waste your time. I was lied to often and repairs were never made, despite requests to do so. I was even cheated out of part of my deposit in the end ( which Im sure was used to repair items that their own maintenance staff caused!!!!! ). I never caused an issue and I was always on time. When I first moved in, it seemed great, for about a month. You get the smiley face and warm greeting and everyone is your best friend, but once the contract is signed, its only about the money at that point. As the University area has started to deteriorate over the last several months and years and become more of a crime ridden, garbage, ghetto slum, you will experience frequent break ins, robberies and issues. You dont have to believe me, just move in and find out for yourself. This has become another cog in the garbage, ghetto, crime ridden, University slum. I dont even want to see this place again in a painting. The management changed a few times and even the management company changed ( you know, that thing businesses do when they try to disguise a horrible reputation ). If crime and the smell of weed is your thing, if you like noise, if you like being lied to, if you like lazy, sorry, trash tennants tailgaiting you in so they dont have to use their gate key ( often times ramming the gate ), then welcome!!! Garbage attracts flies!!!! No robotic reply of Were sorry you were unhappy and were looking to fix these isxues is required. If honesty and class were a thing, then it would be implemented while the tenant was there paying large sums of money to be there.

Terrible management. Had to wait 4 months for a microwave from when I made my service request to when I called for an update... Water line is bad with black sediment specks in my ice, bet thats really healthy for the dog to drink. What else...? My A/C unit has been broken since May with my electric bill skyrocketing and all they want to do is reimburse me instead of fix the actual issue. The signs in the front may entice you to look with their fancy flooring and designer living but its a scam. This place looks like a dump with all the dogs poop lying around.

I rate this place a -5!!! I have been here for three years and the management has changed 3 times. The company managing the complex now is the worst yet. I called during the weekend to complain about how some residents are hanging their laundry to dry on their balconies and left a message. They never returned my call. I called today and talked with an office personnel and told them that more residents are hanging their clothes out on their balconies to dry and asked if this was the new standard. I was told it wasnt and that notices have gone out and hopefully people wont ignore them. REALLY....thats your response??? The sad thing about this is that it is happening in the front of the complex across from the office. Do not & I REALLY MEAN DO NOT move into this complex, you will regret it!!!!

Only gave a one because i can’t give a zero ! The apartment is raggedy. Appliances aren’t updated. Ants are everywhere . Call to make a complaint your brushed off I’m looking to contact corporate . Haven’t had heat in my apartment in over three days and they send me one heater for three bedroom!! Hate it don’t move here

This community is very dangerous; from fire safety standards to crime issues, there are a ton of negatives. First, this place is old! While they have maintained the buildings cosmetically, they have not updated their safety features since they were constructed. I live in a three floor townhome style home, and there is only one smoke detector per floor- none in the bedrooms or kitchen. While this was up to code when built, it is not up to code today- and certainly unsettling in a unit with a fireplace. On top of most units having a fireplace, many residents use grills on their balconies and near their apartment- a major concern in a stick build wood sided building. If there were ever a fire, the building would simply burn to the ground because people CONSTANTLY park illegally in fire lanes and blocking fire hydrants. The community manger and team members do not enforce parking laws. I can barely get my small car through the community at night because of all the illegally parks cars. Fire trucks would NEVER be able to access 90% of this community at night when everyone is parked illegally.Let’s move onto the topic of crime. When you move to the community they will tell you the gates are working most of the time. They are lying. The gates are damaged (and therefore wide open) at least 50% of the time. There are tons of drug dealers here, I watch from my third floor bedroom as 15-20 cars a night pull into a handicap spot, run into a drug dealers apartment and come out with a baggie of drugs, they are often so brazen as to smell it on the walk to their car to ensure high quality. The rest of the community seems to smoke low quality drugs, and the smell lingers at night... it’s hard to breathe when waking around the community due to the strong smell of the marijuana. Also, be aware when walking around, people don’t pick up after their dogs!Some other items to mention; maintenance only responds to emergencies like overflowing toilets and leaking roofs. Don’t expect them for days if there is a non-urgent issue. Also, this isn’t the community’s fault, but UPS will not deliver here due to liability. They will also not deliver to the office as it is already closed when they arrive at around 6:30pm. No issues with FedEx or USPS. The trash situation is awful, there is a compactor near the side entrance to the community. You can smell it from 100 yards away and it’s always overflowing. People cannot stand the smell (I’ve thought I was going to pass out before) so they simply throw bags of trash all over the community to avoid going near the dumpster.As far as the apartments go on the inside, definitely too old to still be considered luxury. They have crown molding and 9ft ceilings, but that is where the luxury ends. Counters are pressboard, cabinets are all messed up. Painters did the worst job I’ve ever seen in our unit painting over dust and bugs. Layouts are unique but leave you with very few furniture arrangement options. Our three story townhome style home only has one thermostat which makes it impossible to keep the floors at the same climate- if I keep it at 70 downstairs it is 80-85 degrees upstairs. Again, this was up to code when built but wouldn’t meet today’s standards. All in all, I’ve been here for about a year and I definitely won’t extend the lease. They are cheap, but you can’t but a price on your life and your chances of dying are very high in this community.

Ive lived here for 2 1/2 years now. My apartment/townhouse is a great size; espeically compared to other 2BD/2BA apartments that I have seen in Charlotte. I love my attached garage, and that is also a rare find in apartment communities. I thought about moving each year, but I have not found anything that compares for the same price. The gates are consistently broken and then fixed again, but thats a minor detail to me because they are not THAT secure anyway. Anyone can walk into the complex regardless of the gates. The pool area is nice since they remodeled last year and the new office staff is very professional. I would recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a nice apartment to call home for a while...

I lived at highland for 1 year until my mother took ill and i had to relocate to GA. I paid my rent for a year 2weeks b4 it was due, never late! My PROBLEM with this complex is when my lease was up for renew i received a letter 40 days b4 the renewal date. Sooooo if i was planning to move you have to give a 60 day notice which in my case force me to pay and extra MONTH which was over 200.00 more than my normal rent... Which i nevered stayed there because i had to leave when my lease was up to help my mom. Also this COMPLEX is becoming very GHETTO u have more BLACKS hanging out smoking weed that comes through apartment and LOUD music at night!! If i wanted to live in the HOOD i would have moved off WEST BLVD... Save your money n time there are much nicer community in the area at lower price!!!# I HAVE CALLED SENT EMAILS AND ASKED U PEOPLE FOR MY FINAL BILL.... NO REPLY, you need to reply back with your corporate information so that I can write or email them a letter for the way that i have been mistreated!!# If i was not in GA right now you better believe i would be right there to get my final bill. I advised for you all to email me the bill no reply, I called several times and your phone goes to voicemail... I already have to care for my mother thats ill and the stress of relocating out of the blue. It seem as tho you would make it easy for a tenant that PAID ON TIME!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS.... If your thinking about moving here please save your money n time!! Old kitchen applicances, small living space!!#! Im COMPLETELY LIVID!!! This place I thought was the place when I first moved in I was told they were going to fix broken thing in my apartment and 7 months later still no repairs and they always promised they were coming out the next week they showed me a work order that said all the work was complete it was false so I’m disappointed and just sharing my experience beautiful place just a maintenance crew that need serious management
