I am a Camden employee and I knew I wanted to become a resident as well! Camden Dilworth was the perfect choice for me because of the location and the beautiful renovations. Kaitlyn and Ally made the application and move in process so quick and easy. Love my new home!
The area is nice but be careful if you rent from Camden. I do not think the price Camden charges for its location is warranted based on the facility and the building itself is poorly constructed and you hear lots of noise.They have policies that make it difficult for tenants and rent prices are skyrocketing!!! There are better options, look elsewhere!

Ive had a great experience moving in so far. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are very responsive and get on things quick if needed! Theyve been very friendly and have helped with anything Ive asked. The location is great! No complaints!
Camden Dilworth has been my home for almost 5 years. Plans changed and I needed to move in an urgent situation and the staff was courteous and helped me move into an apartment within 24 hours. I did not expect to be still living in the community after a year and I am still here. My sweet doggie passed away two years ago and they brought me beautiful flowers! I will never forget that!! Donnie and Walter are fantastic. Cara and the leasing staff are so friendly and quick to respond. The apartments are upgraded and beautiful. Highly recommend.
The maintenance staff is great. Our apartment is great. The location is great. I would say almost everything is really great. Parking can get a little crowded but its gated so I dont have to worry about car break ins. I dont really use the amenities but its nice that they have some. The only thing that ever really bothers me is that there are some issues with package delivery since everything is gated and I guess sometimes FedEx, UPS, and Amazon drivers have problems accessing the building. Its a great safety feature but can be frustrating. It doesnt happen every time and I wouldnt blame the complex. It is what it is and I prefer safety over it.
Couldnt be happier! We started with a short term lease and the intention of buying in the neighborhood... 3 years later, were still here with no plans of leaving. Management has been nothing short of wonderful, truly making this community feel like home. Tucked in the heart of Dilworth, this is a great place if youre looking for a quieter, cleaner community. All of our neighbors are friendly and respectful. Great for families - everyone has been more than accommodating with our little rug rats running around. And the maintenance crew is the best - nothing gets by them, literally everything is resolved the day of! Thanks Dilworth Team for making our stay so comfortable!
I lived here for about a year and a half, and management truly cares about tenants. Maintenance staff are friendly and timely. As my lease was about to expire, I ran into an issue with the closing date on my home. The staff worked with me and let me stay as long as I needed to in my apartment. When I moved to Charlotte I wasnt familiar with all of the neighborhoods/apartment complexes, but Im so glad I chose to live in Camden Dilworth.
Donnie and Walter are probably the two best building maintenance management personnel I have ever encountered. They are swift to respond to work orders and are very cordial with me and my wife. I had an issue with my AC and it was literally fixed 4 hours after I notified them it was broken. If anything is wrong they will fix it! Camden Dilworth is a great place to rest your head worry free.
I have been living at Camden Dilworth for six months now and am still very pleased with the staff. Everyone is professional, considerate and prompt. I feel the price point is very reasonable considering the great location, and I Currently plan to renew when it is time as opposed to changing communities like every other apartment Ive lived in.
I was certain that I wanted to live in Dilworth, as close to East Blvd as possible. Great location.The Property Managers at Camden, Harmoni and Marisa, absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate my many questions and multiple site visits. I was pleasantly surprised to see that that level of attention and care went beyond signing the lease and into being a tenant. The maintenance crew responds remarkably quickly, and are there to please.No complaints, all good.
My now husband and I lived here for over a year and loved it! The office staff and the maintenance crew went above and beyond and became like friends to us. We loved the location and could easily walk to bars and restaurants. There aren’t enough good things we could say about Camden Dilworth and would highly recommend it to anyone!
We love living at Camden Dilworth. Marisa is an incredible manager and provides excellent customer service. The location is exceptional; everything you need is in walking distance and the parks are superb for dogs. The community is very dog friendly and the landscaping is beautiful.One of the things I love the most about the complex is the promptness of the maintenance staff. Every time weve needed something replaced or fixed, theyve come out right away and fixed it. I highly recommend Camden Dilworth!-The Bumgarners
Very good customer service. They repair any issue within 3 hours to 2 days depending on severity of problem. Example, I asked to have the A/C looked at and within hours it was fixed. Good location within walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend.
I rented over the internet and got the keys 2 hours before the movers were scheduled. Dont do this-always visit your expected facilities! Avoid my mistake. There are 83 steps from the elevator to my building, having to go outside across the parking lot and then another 57 steps from there to my apartment. That is about 350 from elevator to my door!We were given another choice of apartment but then all 18 change of addresses would have to be revised. Checks reordered w the revised address, etc. Very much a hassle.At Camden Dilworth the amenities are very limited, NO POOL and must use their 5 day per week valet trash outside your door only picks up knotted trash bags, not boxes or even a plastic 12 apple packaging. Hallways can be trash lined after 6 pm on Sundays. Very lazy trash collection staff, for which we pay $1.00 per day and have 1 bag a week. $7 bucks to take out the trash.Residents must subscribe thru Camden to Spectrum internet package, it is much less expensive to go direct with Spectrum but this is not allowed. Even so YOU have to go to Spectrum to retrieve equipment, etc. 23 people were in front if us in line w 3 Spectrum window clerks. You must pay for covered, yet inconvenient, parking. Convenient parking is subject to the weather. You must also pay for water... all these nickel and dime things... I think my rent is $1875 for an 8 month lease but this month adding up all the incidentals but excluding power, it is $2,008.The exercise room is very limited-the pool, yoga, workout, gathering, etc... facilities at Camden Garden are light years better than here. There is a roof top deck but it is terribly inconvenient if you are thinking about grilling a meal and enjoying wine-it is not near any elevator.This place is very expensive for what you get. And of course the leasing staff is nice, whose leasing staff is not?, but their answers for everything make the situation worse.I debated about writing but am compelled to provide others with a balanced assessment thereby likely avoid mistakes I made.
I didn’t live here very long (only about 3 months), but while I was living here, I had a wonderful experience. This place is a great value for the money and how can you beat the location? There is always parking available it’s always quiet and the staff were always helpful. The only downside is that there is no pool, but you know that going into it. There is still a good amount of amenities and this place is wonderful. I would reccommend this to anyone, especially people that like being out of the city but still being close to it.
I visited this complex 35 days ago with interest to rent. Although the facility was nice and the initial contact pleasant, everything since has been stressful and shady. I ended up renting somewhere else and left $400 deposit with 300 being an administrative fee...which was promised to be returned if the lease wasn’t signed with commitment. I have made 5 phone calls trying to get this refund and each time was more frustrating than the one before. After 4 calls made with the only purpose of finding out what happened I asked the attendant to repeat where the refund was to be mailed and they still did not update the info when she read it back. The last 2 calls had no response at all. Anyone applying, I urge you to be very careful making deposits. The entire experience has left me stressed and worried I will not ever get this refund... Easily this ranks as the worst experience of my apartment search.
I scheduled a tour for 2pm on 09/17/20 waited til 2:20 and arrived early, nobody was in the office; I definitely wont be leasing here.

Consider it as a 4.5-4.7 star from me as its comparatively a lil pricey with no pool n club house. But, I still go ahead n give a 5 star for the management (specially, Marisa- The Manager) and the overall experience I have had in this apartment..Its a Greattttttt Place to live..Highly recommended!! This property has everything you want- an amazing,clean n spacious apartment with great appliances.. the surrounding, community is safe n v friendly. The vibes here are very positive..Feels like home!! It may not have a pool/club house as mentioned earlier, but the terrace lounge kinda compensates it with an amazing skyline view!! Marisa (The Manager) is simply the best..she does everything it takes to help her community n its residents to stay at their best!! Shes vvv friendly, helpful n considerate..The other staff members too like Travis(Front desk) n maintenance guys, all are vvv nice and soft spoken and they cater and resolve any issues asap if you may have so!
