Let me first share that my kids and I have lived at Camden Foxcroft for over 2 years now. It has been such a reassurance knowing the Cecilio is head of facilities management at the complex. Since Day One, “C” has been a respectful, responsible and capable professional…always with a smile and always following through with any need I’ve had.Recently, we had a leak in our 2-story townhouse style apartment from the upstairs washer. C was at the ready with a dehumidifier. A couple of days later, the guys from Roy’s Construction came and repaired the ceiling like nothing ever happened! They were so professional sealing off the area and cleaning up like no one was ever there! Beyond impressed and delighted!!I am so thankful to C and his thoughtful vetting of contractors who do work. It matters so much especially when letting someone in your home.

I found this place just by chance when moving to Charlotte and fell in love immediately. The staff is wonderful and maintenence is super quick to respond often within a few hours. The pool and resident facilities are always clean and welcoming. I cant recommend this place enough. Ask for Poli in the office and she will set you up with a great appartment!

This review is based entirely and intended solely for the stellar maintenance employee Cecilio aka C. He listens, he cares, he wants you to feel safe and happy in your unit. If we could have 5 of Cecilio, then I really think that Camden would truly be that much better. He is a great leader and role-model to his fellow crew, and he does his best ensure they are meeting the level of quality and service he provides. The staff in general has been great. They are quick to respond to complaints or issues and are very kind when doing so. Ruth takes excellent care of everything. Maintenance staff is great. They are very good at getting things done in a timely manner and great with pets too! The grounds and walking areas are nice and close to great restaurants. Looks like they are working to keep things updated. Love living here.

I have been a resident of Camden properties for nearly five years and specifically at Camden Foxcroft for over two years. I love living here. Everyone is so nice, and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. I especially want to give a shout-out to our awesome maintenance crew. Cecilio is a fantastic leader and has done a remarkable job training his two, newest colleagues, Marquis and Ludwig. The three of them are THE BEST and it is always a joy to see them. The Camden Foxcroft maintenance crew is really the best! Ludwig responded to our work order in under 24 hours, and fixed/installed a new sink disposal system quickly and efficiently! Cecilio Castillo is a god-send, (and the other two workers who were with him). So professional, quick, efficient, kind. I had a maintenance emergency and the way he dealt with it turned something I thought would ruin my day into a pain-free almost enjoyable experience. Fantastic service, Camden is lucky to have him work here.

Everyone has been so accommodating! My move in process with flawless with Jordan & Kelsey, i had a million questions and they answered them all. I had a broken dishwasher and Marquis & Celio communicated with me efficiently through the whole process. Marquis was so nice and diligently got my new dishwasher in today like promised. Thankful for everyone here!

Marquis Davis is excellent! He has great communication. Whenever we have maintenence issues he makes sure to explain the problem and solution, as well as, any preventative measures we can take to keep things running smoothly. I lived in this complex for three years and had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, the community is quiet and safe. There were some concerns about internet speed initially, but that was resolved. An extra star for being one of the only communities that allows German Shepherds.

Wow lived here for two years not sure why honestly. Horrible community full of complainers and will rob you blind when you go to move out. I would not recommend living here so many apartments in the Charlotte area stay away from here

Marquise Davis and Cecilio Castillio are outstanding maintenance men. Ever since Ive moved in they have fixed several issues with my apartment including my toilet be clogged and overflowing as well as some other issues.They have been nothing but respectful, reliable, hardworking and overall extremely professional. I would reccomend them to anyone.Anyone who has given them a bad review may feel uncomfortable with non white people. Has nothing to do with the services they provide!

One of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived at. Most of my neighbors leave me alone, which is great.The office is actually pretty great too. They have always gotten back to me within a couple hours of any of my calls or emails (much faster when it’s something important).Anytime there was any sort of problem with my apartment (not even often, mind you) they were quick to give me a solution/repair.I also REALLY like that they have a 24/7 call office where you can talk to someone even if the main office on campus isn’t open.The maintenance team is especially awesome. Cecilio always gets work done here super fast and doesn’t make me feel like a fool when the solution to my problem is super simple haha.By far the best apartment complex I’ve lived.

Maintenance is always super quick to respond and help us fix our problems. Cecilio and Ludwig have been fantastic and our maintenance problems are cleared in no time.

I lived at Camden Foxcroft for 3.5 years. This place is awesome and the people in the office are even better! They are always willing to help - from manager to maintenance. If you have a problem, they will fix it quickly and correctly. They listen to their residents, keep the grounds clean and safe, and they always provide excellent service! They also cared about my dog, which was icing on the cake! He loved when the maintenance guys came to fix something or when they were just passing by - I always had full trust when they had to be there during the day and I wasnt home. The only only complaint I can think of is that there are no washers/dryers in the 1br Lofts, but I knew that going in, and it was something that was easy to get used to. Its also an older property with very mature (read: beautiful) landscaping and trees, so be ready for some bugs in the summer! The Camden Team will do everything in their power to keep the bugs at bay, so definitely report anything you find, and theyll be quick to help! I could go on and on - but Camden Foxcroft is an amazing place to live, and you will be well taken care of!

My wife and I lived here for over a year and only moved because of job relocation. The office staff is knowledgeable, professional, but most of all, SUPER friendly! Ms. Ruth is an absolute gem!!! I would definitely recommend!!!

This was by far the best property that Ive lived at. The units are very nice and upscale. The community is well maintained. Very safe area and a quiet/cozy place to live. Foxcroft has all the amenities you could ask for with a nice fitness center, two pools, valet trash pick-up, dog park, and a 5 mile walking/hiking/running trail.Where they really stand out though is their staff. It doesnt get any better than them. They were so helpful as I moved in and while I was living there. Any maintenance issue I had was solved immediately. Then I had to move mid-lease for a new job and they were very supportive during this time. They were able to lease my apartment using their Rent Responsible program which was invaluable in allowing me to focus on my new job and moving to a new area.Ive been moved out for over 2 months now and they still immediately answer when I reach out with a question. I forgot to forward my mail and they held it and shipped it all to me-- at their expense.If you are looking to rent in Charlotte then Camden properties are the only choice!

RUTH IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! This is the best apartment complex!I came into their office with a problem about five minutes before they closed and everyone in that room was ready and willing to help. I cant say I know many places that would be so helpful.

Camden Foxcroft is quiet and safe. The neighborhood has a few miles of walking trails and is close to uptown and south end. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and responsive, they clearly care about the residents.Our one bedroom unit (phase 2) is homey and cozy, which is what drew us to rent here. The updated units are nice with the stainless appliances, washer and dryer, and wood fireplace. I am being relocated due to work, otherwise we would have been staying here for the foreseeable future.

They took very good care of me on an appliance issue

This place seems wonderful until you read the fine print on the website. An apartment with a base rent of $919 (and 135 square feet smaller than my current one) winds up costing $1,056 (or $1,076-$1,096 if you have a pet due to $20 pet rent, per pet) a month due to a mandatory $95 technology package, $32 for TRASH (Im not lazy enough to pay that much for someone to pick up my garbage, I can walk it to the garbage site myself) and $10 for association fees??? I currently pay ZERO for cable (thanks Firestick), $5 for trash and $50 for internet (not mandatory). My total monthly add-ons are $9 total.Why on earth would anyone tack on $137 (up to $177) in fees?? And NO pest control mentioned? So, in the event you have unwelcome critters, who pays to get rid of them? And thats the cheapest apartment they have listed, the base rent prices just go up from there. Needless to say, I will be removing this complex from my favorites list. What a shame. This is just money hungry business at its best. You have lost a potential resident, I was going to schedule a tour, but not now.

Great location and neighborhood, right next to SouthPark. Staff is courteous. Special call out to Alissa, who made my move-in a breeze. Apartments are well maintained and I didnt face any issues in particular. My unit was just the right size and I loved the layout. All in all, a great experience staying here, and I wouldnt have moved out if my job hadnt forced me to re-locate. Wherever I go, I will definitely consider Camden community if one is available in the city.

Andrew is AWESOME! He was one of the maintenance men when I was at Camden Southend. I relocated to Camden Foxcroft simply because of Andrew. He’s professional, courteous, and a joy to work with. I respect him enough to relocate. Andrew and his family have my utmost respect, and I love living at Camden Foxcroft!

We absolutely love Camden Foxcroft. Our unit is the perfect size and layout for us, we are in Phase II so we have the upgrades which are really nice! The community is very quiet and homey, which we love. The complex sits right off of some beautiful neighborhoods which are great to walk around during the day or at night, we feel very safe here. The maintenance team, especially Andrew have been great with any issues weve had - which arent many. There are two pools and two dog parks, so they never get too crowded which is nice. The grounds are also always impeccable, theyre always working on landscaping and keeping everything looking perfect. The day after a storm, they are here to clean up any debris to make it look like nothing ever happened.We would continue living here for a long time if we didnt have to relocate to Raleigh, but we are looking into relocating to another Camden simply for their reputation with us and others!

I have to give a big shout out to Cecelio and Marquis from maintenance with camden foxcroft. I recently had issues with my water heater and they came in a timely manner and provided nothing less than amazing service and customer service. With all of what has been going on with covid-19, as an essential worker myself, i understand how challenging it can be to provide these services and just want to let both Cecelio and Marquis know i really appreciate everything they have done to make my stay here as pleasant as possible in these trying times.

We have lived in Camden Foxcroft for 8 years now. The one thing that we can always say is that we are always happy with the service of our maintenance crew. Over the past few years we have become especially fond of Cecelio. He stands out the most because he is extremely personable, hard working, efficient, and dependable, going above and beyond to make sure everyone is pleased with their service. We know we can always count on him to do the job right.

Property was nice, Anett would be the reason i would lease there. She was very friendly and professional and even took me touring in the rain this past Monday. She was very nice to talk to and made you feel very welcoming.

They get gold stars for trying their best to keep the place looking amazing. The staff is friendly! They care about safety and they have ethical concerns because thoughtfulness, patience, communication, and understanding are qualities that are great!My only qualm is bugs man...maybe its just Charlotte, North Carolina but I cant much stand bugs !

This is the second time Ive lived at Camden Foxcroft--yep, a repeat customer! I lived here last year and then was traveling for a bit and ended up coming right back. The apartments are comfortable, with pretty decent sound-proofing, and maintenance and the rest of the staff are absolutely top-notch. I have never worked with a friendlier or more professional staff. The grounds are always well-maintained, and the neighborhood is safe. My favorite thing that has changed over the last year is that, as of June 1 this year, the entire property is going smoke-free! I am so excited about this and its great to see another place moving with the times and taking their residents health seriously. It will be a while before it completely takes effect as older leases expire, but it is such a huge, positive step that so many people are excited about. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and very quick to address any issues or concerns. Ive been treated with nothing but the most respect as a tenant, which I havent found with other leasing agencies. This is the first time in my young adult life that I have ever renewed a lease, and I couldnt be happier. I love my loft, the location, the safety, and I plan on staying here as long as I can!

Cant say enough good things about Camden Foxcroft! Its a great community with lots of friendly and helpful people, including the office staff! They plan fun events so you can meet your neighbors and its a place where you feel like you belong. The grounds are immaculate and apartments are well-maintained. Its been a beautiful and fun place to live.

This community is a real gem of southpark. Its a short commute to uptown and located in the center of popular amenities. My favorite thing about this neighborhood is how its secluded enough to give you a hint of nature while still being close to the city. The groundskeepers work meticulously to keep it beautiful and scenic and the staff is always informative and ready to help you when you need it.

Apartment is a bit out dated and low quality, however most things work and those issues Ive encountered have been taken care of by the spectacular maintenance crew. Cecilio has been prompt, thorough, very pleasant and respectful with each request. He has turned each inconvenience around into a solvable issue and great experience.

The property itself is nice, and well kept. The office staf is very knowledgeable an friendly. The apartment is wonderful and the price is great given the close proximity to south park.

Camden Foxcroft used to be great. The apartment has had a major repair needed and neglected or patched repeatedly. Maintenance is sub-par at best, recently using our personal property to assist in a repair, breaking the item, trying to set it back together in a feeble cover up attempt. No apology note, compensation offer or anything... just your broken belongings on the ground...Dont bother them cause they certainly dont care about you!*Modification*Weve had recent structural and water damage. No flooding or anything but its been repaired going on the 3rd time now... Need some quality contractors.**Modification II**(Had to modify the whole post)All in all,No longer happy to be a resident...

Incredible place to live, everyone here is very friendly, the area is good for schools and the southpark shopping spots are awesome I love the office and maintenance staff they are some hardworking folks.
