I only moved in less than a month ago and I’ve gathered so many problems with these apartments. I’ve spoken to people who have lived here for a while and from a realistic standpoint the price is not worth the hassle. It took us a WEEK in 100° weather to finally get the AC working and other people complained about the SAME thing but longer. My first week here and I was looking into lawyers, that says it all. Don’t even walk away from this idea, RUN away from it.
Charlotte 360 is a great place to live. Affordable housing, good neighborhood, and friendly environment. The staff at Charlotte 360 is very responsive, the friendly and efficient customer service is the best I could ask for, specially Vanessa, she is quick to respond to our needs. The most important quality at this place is that they care for the tenants and the good customer service is their priority. I’m very satisfied with my experience at Charlotte 360.
I moved her august 30th and they was so understanding I had surgery so they work with me. Everything that I told them I had problems with they fixed it. I’m telling you communication is the key 🔑 if u stick with it then u should have no problems…I love my renovated apt
Been here for 5 years these apartments need to be renovated and new management. Costumer service is non existing. Office always closed. AC always going out. Decades old with faulty wiring. On top of that super ghetto. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
When the Management and staff is as professional and kind as they are… you’ll experience what I felt in Charlotte 360. Bummed I moved out of state, if not I would have stayed here for the years to come! Beautiful community, great quality, clean, presentable and quickly made me feel at home.
Maintenance does not tend to work orders put in online. I’ve been waiting over a month for them to tend to my request. They also charge you for pest control and maintenance comes in for less than a minute to spray absolutely nothing and they’re right back out. I recommend buying your own pesticides and boric acid because they have huge cockroaches.
One reason my maintenance guy Fransisco muñez best worker Ive met. Fast, reliable, hardworking, and very knowledgeable about everything he knows. Hope his bosses and managers give him the respect and pay he deserves. And as far as I know hes the only one working
I had a situation where my unit caught on fire..But Mrs.Vanessa was on it real fast I like the fact she placed me in another unit the same day..I thought I was gone have to go to a hotel but she and maintenance was there for me and also as long as you communicate with them they will work with you
I have had a great experience with Charlotte 360 they are very friendly from the management team down to the maintenance team I had a great experience with the maintenance guy Shawn he was very efficient and he went out his way to make sure my problems was fixed he even hooked up my wash machine for me without me asking that was very nice. I had some other minor problems and as soon as I spoke to Vanessa the problem was resolved. I have also had great experiences with Kristina she is very professional and have great customer service. She is definitely my go to person. Marissa is also great overall the team is awesome I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Charlotte 360 is a great community and dog friendly. Got a beautiful park for the kids. I love my maintenance guy Francisco Muniz. Works hard. Very fast and good. Has a lot of respect makes me feel comfortable...
These apartments are divided. A renovated side and the non-renovated side. MAINTAINCE only tends to the renovated side..
The office and maintenance department are prompt, reliable and great to work with.
Francisco Muiz did a great job on my door. I had a rocky beginning but he came and did a much appreciated job. Shawn Barnett and ShaRonne did a great job on all the interior issues I was having in my apartment and did it all in one day. I am very pleased with these 3 maintenance men, they made my day.

The apartments are so pretty. Love modern Colors. The new management is doing a great job. The location is one of the best pros of the apartment complex....Just a few minutes from downtown, concord mills, or even Noda. The office staff is very friendly and they have a lot of maintenance staff that will take care any problem. I guess I am just impressed that something affordable can be within the city limits of Charlotte... it was a great find 😊

I have been moved to an upgraded apartment. I love it!!!! It’s so beautiful. This is the apartment I’ve been dreaming of. The leasing team is super understanding and patient. I’m thankful they have taken over. I did start off having a lot of issues but they have all been settled. I’ve been recommending people to live here. This place is what I envisioned as home. I’m so in love. Thank you all for all the hard work and for doing your best to make me happy!!!

We have 2 years living in these place Vanessa the manager is a person who is super concerned about solving when we have had a breakdown in the apartment, we had problems with the air conditioning unit, the technician Mr. Teofilo solved it, he is a very professional person, also Francisco is a very collaborative boy, we are grateful with Charlotte 360 apartments
I have been living here for a while now and I can say with confidence that this new management knows what they’re doing! They’re extremely helpful when I’ve needed assistance and always ready to help. They’re so quick to get everything done and honestly some of the hardest working people I’ve seen. I’m so pleased with the experience they’ve gave me and I’m so happy to write this review. Well deserved!!

I moved into the complex in maybe March or April and have not been satisfied YET! Upon moving in I was given THE RUN AROUND. Whether covid is in place or not professionalisms should still stand. The leasing office messed up my application twice! Once I began to get the money together to move, THEY told me because THEY messed up my application the fee was wrong for me to move into. Mind you i was moving that Friday with a sent price from one person. Once I got here, I requested a townhouse, they placed me into a regular apartment. After finding out the unit was incorrect, I had to change me move in date because again, THEY messed up my application.1st months rent; so because I have two pets (one a service animal, the other just to have) Neither dog was listed at the time so this became a problem when the rent was due because NOW they want to add the animals on, which again is frustrating having to come up with more money than planned. Because all of these mistakes where made on their behalf NOT MINE, I asked Vanessa is there anything they could do to accommodate the situation. She said no. How disgusting is that? Making people scramble for money they didn’t owe, now they do.Since moving in, i was supposed to receive a pair of AirPod. It’s July 16th, the manager Vanessa never responded to my email about my AirPods. Paula was supposed to order me a pair on JUNE 23rd.When I moved in the water was included into my rent, now they have some feature that require the tenants to pay them which started in June. I have had problems with trying to get the maintenance team out here to fix my air. I begged for a week. They don’t clean the property, they pick and chose what trash they will pick up for valet. So I’m paying for a trash service that hasn’t gotten a thing since I moved in. Would I recommend? Absolutely NOT! I cannot wait to leave here. Vanessa should be ashamed of herself for running this facility in this manner. The people are not they’re priority, finding ways to get more money out of the occupants is!

I just moved in 3 weeks ago, the process was very fast and easy. Everything is done online and the staff made sure you knew exactly what was needing at move in.First off let me say I needed SPACE and got exactly what I wanted, there where a few issues BUT the staff made sure is was token care of so im satified .I do like the new painted doors and lights that been installed. Its been quite no issues, my neighbors are friendly thank god.managment has been pushing the rules on the property and it has made a HUGE difference, they have made improvements and its showing BIG TIME!maintanace are very friendly and I havent had any issues with the staff.IM HAPPY IN MY NEW HOME THANK GOD, COVID-19 DIDNT STOP US !

I have lived here for 1 1/2 I have been trying to get them to fix my stove since may when it was sunset but my stove wasnt a priority they said they only had 1 maintenance man so they doing the best they canso when they charlotte 360 took over in September I have still been trying to get them to fix my stove it took the new lawn people to cut poison ivy off my window that has been up there since may as well. They dont want to help you if u are having trouble but believe in filing papers on u because you didnt do this or that love the space just the company doesnt fix anything but the area is quiet
Let me just say this, this place was a nice place to live but until 360 took over, it went down and the management team is not professional at all. I moved out and they told me that I had bedbugs and charged me extra money and I knew that was a lie, so if you stay there and youre going to be moving soon make sure you take pictures before you turn your key in ok, because they will get more money out of you because you moving out.
The space is ok but it’s not worth the money . Walls cheaply painted roaches here before I moved here and they make u pay for pest control! They told me I had WD CONNECTIONS AND I DONT ! mind you I couldn’t look at my unit before I paid for it due to the virus I paid nearly over 2000 to move in and it’s NOT WORTH IT I haven’t even been here 30 days look else where

One star is too much! This place is definitely rat infested and I do mean RATS not mice. You can hear them in the walls and night. One chewed a huge hole, about 6 inches up and down, threw my wall and the hole is still there maintenance never came to cover the easy access hole for rats coming in and out my apartment. Rats ate thru several outfits hanging in my room and kids room. They will also not come get the rats not send maintenance when the rats come out at night. Mold everywhere. I asked to move out because of the rat infestation and they are charging two months rent for breaking the lease. I have pictures. Do not move here, not worth it. Didnt realize until a couple months into my lease

I absolutely hate this place, Im blessed for a roof over my head but honestly its the worst place Ive probably ever lived. I can hardly get in contact with the front office and i put in a work order for my back door now since I moved in which was August of 2017 it still hasnt been seen. All in all choose wisely. Its quiet but when it comes to maintenance its a no go!

The matinance department sucks and they dont wanna fix anything. Theyve taken away our amenities, but still wanna charge alot for the rent. Other than that, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and its a great location

This place is honestly horribel. There is alot of crime that occurs over there so its a bad neighborhood in itself. Also I have submitted many maintenance request online and went up to the front office about my door handles falling off. They never came and fixed my door. Other issues ive reported to the front office and no one seem to help me at all!

If I could give a negative score I would. I hate that I have to be here u until Jan 2019. Ive been here since Oct 2017 & Ive called almost every month about something..mainly my heat & today I called early this morning but now I have to wait until tomorrow morning and I have a baby who I have to make sure is warm at night with this cold weather we are having. Im thinking of calling the news or something because for them to have a 24hr maintenance crew they dont get anything done & the crew that answer the 24hr maintenance calls are rude and are not empathetic of your situations, my family & I should not have to freeze at night or any night especially when I call plenty of times to have it fixed & plenty of times in a day to get no response. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Unless u just absolutely need a roof over your head for the time being find some place else if you decide to even consider moving here.
Ok the only reason why i gave this place a 4 stars is that these are seasoned apartments. Yet geuss what.They are being upgraded. They have a totally new office staff who are. very courteous and helpful are making major changes . Yes its a long process from where they were before.but big changes are at hand. Matience are on top of things and things are looking up for here.

Brother on law use to stay here. His car was broken into twice his mail was stolen once. Next door neighbor was dirty and nasty was twelve people in a one bedroom so the building had bugs and flies. The office didnt evict them either

These people are very unprofessional and Money hungry these apartments are rat infested And they are ok with that I’ve been trying to get out my lease for 2 months chili the leasing manager ignores the request everytime maintenance don’t fix anything they come in and out your apartment whenever and at any time I’ve had to call the health department and they pacified thingsJust to get them off they back you can hear things in the walls i have mold that they keep painting over my refrigerator leaks DONT MOVE HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE ‼️‼️
I have mixed reviews for this place. My experiences with maintenance and the office people were great. They are all sweet and work with you. Now the complex itself is full of terrible kids who will wreck your things. They broke my windows 3 separate times and went into my shed and took what was in there. I guess If youre in an apartment thats not next to children youll be fine. The inside was kind of old and rusty but it wasnt terrible. A place to live to get on your feet. Just be aware of your things and surroundings.

These are a herd of thieves, I left the deposit to reserve it but they never assigned me the apt and neither did they return the deposit apart that you pay for everything and that raises the monthly payment you even breathe .... corrupt.
Nothing but worst, managers, maintainer dont do their job. Things are broken all time, call them this week to fix it for a whole week, but still werent fixed. All the things need to be replaced
Horrible me n my son being with out heat n hot water for a month I’ve reached out several occasions and barley get a replay maintenance came out and did nothin also have holes and leaks everywhere in this apartment that haven’t been fixed
Worst place to ever live! Apartments need to be closed and renovated. Management sucks and they are all Hispanic! Theres no heat, no clean water, mold inside and outside of the apartment. Kids demolishing your property, no privacy, you have to walk a mile just to take the trash out, on top of that they charge you $8 to take out your own trash. Everything is rigged in the house from the outside to the inside. Rent is $600 but the stove is old and barely works, theres cracks all in the ceiling, holes in front and back door. These living conditions are beyond terrible, I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here unless they call the code enforcement before they move in.
We have some type of animals in our attic. We cant sleep cause they running around and making noise. Everytime i call they say we going to put in a work order but they can come put in filters. Its being a week and nobody came out. Do i need to put them on the news or pay for pest control out my pocket.

I Lived Here From August 2016 To July 2017.They Gave Me A Old Carpet.My Door Was Rotten In The Kitchen And It Took Them 2-3 Months To Give Me A New One.Air Stop Working And They Never Fixed It!
