We have thoroughly enjoyed our years living at Lantower Waverly. It was a lovely place to live. Our unit was spectacular and from our massive balcony we had a great view overlooking the swimming pool which was softly lit in the evenings; coupled with the sounds of the waterfall helped ease us to sleep at night. The building itself is beautiful and constantly gets updates and cosmetic refresh when needed. It’s elevated for a 3-story building, closed door conference room for privacy and work from home areas that were well maintained by the staff and fitness facility stocked with the right equipment for a full workout.THIS leasing staff was responsive and easy to work with – Lantower has had high staff management turnover. But thankfully they hired one right person. Angel Figueroa who went above and beyond to help. He was always cheery, friendly, polite and above all ready to assist. We had an issue with the shelves buckling in the master closet – there was some breakage. I called the office and within the hour Angel was the first to arrive to assess the damage, taking photos and statements. He submitted our claim to management, stayed in constant communication on additional information needed to help expedite the process, in which we were able to close the ticket within less than one week. He was a professional in his own right – thank you for your service.It’s a nice place to live, little noisy from the kids at night, high staff turnover, but all and all if I were to relocate back to the area I would consider living at Lantower Waverly.
My unit is finished with high quality materials and the common grounds seem to always be clean and neat. So far I have thoroughly enjoyed living in Charlotte. I came from out of state with lots of questions about the area and the staff has been nothing but helpful. Lauren at the front desk is especially friendly and made me feel welcome in the community. It is great to see this southern hospitality Ive heard so much about.
I really like this location. It had a really great atmosphere, as well as very nice amenities. I spoke with Lauren and she was most helpful and the easiest person to deal with. This is at the top of our list!
I had a wonderful tour experience with Lauren at Lantower Waverly! I’m new to the area and had many questions about the complex and area and Lauren was answering my questions before I even asked! I loved the community and I will most likely be putting in an application, I just want to give recognition to her because knowing the leasing office staff has people like her makes me want to live there even more.
You know there is a problem when all the reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars... People can read between the lines so here is your 2 star rating with an explanation. Long winded but if you are going to spend over $1200 a month get what you deserve.Customer Service experience has been absolutely terrible. First problem is trying to get a hold of someone in the leasing office. Let me be a bit more clear once you are a resident good luck getting communication. Following up on an issue that resulted in an additional $484 month to month charge on our billing portal. Lets drill into those details, every year you have to renew the lease no big deal. The problem is when you are unable to view, alter, or even accept said renewal. No problem call the leasing office they will sort it out, at the least do it the old fashioned way and sign the papers.NOPE!!! call no answer, email no reply, no problem wife heads on down to speak with someone in person. They let you know that paper contracts dont exist anymore. I realize at 36 I am getting older but I still can sign every other legal binding contract in paper.Here is where things really fall apart. As my wife is down at the office, they have her attempt to sign the renewal with their own equipment. Several attempts later and scratching heads nothing. She is assured that it will get taken care and they will FOLLOW UP. Well that did not happen I go to pay rent and there is an additional $484 charged to our account to be paid. More phone calls and emails go unanswered look through the reviews and see a trend. I head down and am told that the lease had been sent weeks ago, this was not true. I would not want to waste their time nor mine dealing something so stupid.Getting to the end finally. They sort me out and send the good old test email. No problem works just fine, they send the official email which just contains links to the customer portal. The email, links, and the customer portal do exactly what it did over a month ago with my wife in the leasing office on their computer. I have tried calling and emailing including a video to the leasing staff. Not a sound again... crickets.I cant hate completely on the apartment complex most of my neighbors are actually really pleasant people. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful area you will be disappointed though. Its not your neighbors that will bother you only the hordes of kids every night. If you like re-living the Fast and Furious part of your life, you will get that every night down the main road which echos off the two corp buildings. When the kids get bored they provide a lot of entertainment around the complex. I just moved here from Chicago so this was nothing new to me. Even the kid that thought it was cool to bring a gun to the pool was not surprising, not even sure if he was a resident or not. If you made it to the end of this novel hope it helps the next resident.Lantower if you want to help me sort my renewal out I am available. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Terrible customer service -- take you money and do not do what they say they will. Put in an application, never followed up but charged our credit card! Never got confirmation that the application was fully approved, tried to reach Office via email, phone and in person ~~ no one got back to us in a timely manner. Had to go rent elsewhere to ensure we had a place to live. Should have paid more attention to the other reviews!!!!
Since living here, dealing with the leasing staff has been less than stellar. One way they started off this entire adventure on the wrong foot was showing us a unit that we liked, then on move on day IT WAS A DIFFERENT UNIT. When we complained, they said the one they showed us was no longer available even though we had signed a lease for it! They had never informed us until move-in day. It was remedied, but after that staff does not respond to phone calls, emails, or even seem to listen to you when you approach them in person about complaints of it appears any type. Weve been trying to add an additional person onto our lease and it has been over a week without response even when the application has been turned in both in person AND via email. The office was called to follow-up - no response. I went in person and told it would be handled - nothing.They will smile and act as if they are taking your complaint into consideration, but they do not. The lack of professionalism is absolutely astounding and I have lived in many places, but this has to be the worst. The amenities can be pretty, but a management staff that isnt functional doesnt make a place a home.

Ive been living in waverly for the last two years. For most part its had its challenges but since the last 6 months there has been a grate improvement. All the staff is welcoming, listen to your concerns and are amazing. Angel, Crystal, Matthew, Lauren, and Dustin are the best staff ive ever worked with on this property. They have made lantower home. i thank them for that.
This is my 3rd year living here and I would say their employees lack of integrity when it comes to renewing or signing a new lease. I was promised to have the same fees before the renewal, but after the 2nd month I realized they had an extra fee added without being communicated to me.The new charges includes Smart Home Fee which is a smart thermostat and a lock that suppose to be controlled thru your phone. IT DOES NOT WORK. The companys app rate is 2.5!! its taking from 10 to 15 second to unlock the door and the thermostat temperature doesnt get updated all the time.
I have lived at Lantower for over 3 years and have been through a number of management companies. While I am currently moving out of Charlotte, I have to say that the current management company has gone above and beyond to make sure my move out process has been smooth and I have everything I need, thank you especially to, Angel! He has been such a great addition to the property! Also, within the past few months the grounds, upkeep and overall care of the property has significantly improved. The current manager and staff really seem to care and want to improve their residents experiences with new and improved items in apartments, cleaning of hallways, and a new package drop-off system. I am definitely going to miss living here and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the Waverly area!!! Thank you again for everything!
To say the least... this complex is not managed well, and the property and apartment homes look very appealing when first viewing them. Living here is a completely different story.The apartments themselves are not the quality they seem when first viewing. Management is a mess... does not answer the phone, does not answer emails. The complex itself is not well kept when you actually walk around... maybe at first glance, but the longer you live here you start to realize this is not luxury.Overall, I would not recommend this complex to anybody... I actually advise to steer clear and spend your time searching elsewhere and saving yourself the headache of wanting to break your lease soon after moving here. 10/10 recommend looking elsewhere and taking this one off of your list as you will be highly disappointed and frustrated as it is a tense and hostile living environment... it is sad to not even want to come somewhere that is considered your home.
I have truly appreciated how well the new management at Lantower have gone above and beyond to clean up the mess that this apartment complex fell in to. I have been a resident here for almost 4 years and have been through all of the changes and struggles this complex has seen. I recently got engaged and we needed to upgrade into a two bedroom. I reached out to the office and immediately was in contact with Angel who helped make this transfer seamless. They were so super generous and kind and worked with me to make sure I was getting the best deal. They truly want to keep their residents and are definitely trying their best to make this luxury apartment complex feel like a luxury apartment. I can not thank them enough for what they did for us and I am so glad we choose to stay at Lantower with this new management company!
We love living at Lantower Waverly. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious. The storage has been well thought out. The location (2 to 3 min walk) is fabulous to stores and restaurants. Nakemya was wonderful to work with in the leasing office and helped us find the perfect apartment.
Was going to ignore these awful reviews and still try to lease. Called to set up a virtual tour which the dry and rude leasing agent I spoke with completely set the time and date as I told her whenever would be fine. Never got a call, email nor my virtual tour. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Don’t ignore the reviews.
Lantower Waverly is a nice community in a great location. I enjoy my apartment and the leasing staff is very responsive. They are making improvements to the property which I appreciate.
Angel and Nakemya are the best office managers I’ve ever come across. They’re genuinely nice and care about the residents and the community. They’re always responsive to my requests ( conference room bookings, fixing my dead battery with my fire alarm, move out dates, etc). This apartment complex is more of a family type feel, than other ones I’ve stayed at and I would definitely move back if I weren’t building a home. Great place to live with awesome amenities and the walkability is great here. Also, the schools for children are top rated in Charlotte!
We have lived here for over 3 years. The first year we LOVED it and then Solis sold to Lantower and it has continued to go downhill ever since. The overall cleanliness of the property has detoriated. There is dog feces all throughout the property despite all of the dogs supposedly being DNA tested to determine who is not cleaning up after their dogs. I desperately try not to communicate with office because my attemps frustrate me with either no one answering or getting an answer with zero follow through. We have needed to contact the office regarding maintenance requests because after weeks they had not been fulfilled. When I do eventually get into contact with someone, they promise that someone will come to our apartment to address the problem but they never show up. Staff continuously turn over here and it seems as it no one really knows whats going on. When we had to renew our renter insurance, I had to send the same information to 3 different office staff because they kept saying I never sent it despite having the emails to prove it.Finally, when I contacted the apartment via phone (because the office is still closed despite other apartments nearby being open) to inform that we would be breaking our lease, it was not communicated elsewhere in the office and days before we were supposed to move out, there was no record of it. I had to forward the emails that I have thankfully saved to the manager so that they knew we gave the appropriate notice. I would recommend living elsewhere in the area, especially since there are many other options with better reviews.
Weve been here for 5 months now and so far so good. Nice apartment and neighborhood. We love the dog park and the convenience of all the shops and restaurants withing walking and driving distance.
The complex is staffed by employees that lack integrity, enthusiasm and ethics. Good luck trying to get them to return your calls and/or emails. I placed a client there as a tenant and was promised a commission for my services. Despite doing all of the necessary paperwork, several times, they have yet to pay what they owe. They expect their tenants to pay their bills, but do not pay their own. Very disappointed in this community’s management.
BLACK MOLF EVERYWHERE. Leasing office ignores all calls . Staff never answers phone . I watched one of the ladies in the front office, Nakemiya, play chance the rapper instead of answer my call . DO NOT LEASE HERE .
I just moved in here July of this year, and I have nothing but positive things to say about not just the apartments themselves, but the staff as well. All of the employees whether its the front office or the maintenance staff are extremely welcoming and helpful.
I love living here and I love the community! Everyone is always friendly, the area is full of things to do just by walking distance. It’s a safe place!
The office was very helpful and fast we asked for a garage and Rachel said she was going to get it for us and she got it the same day Thank you Rachel.
Made three calls to get a showing for a townhouse and never got a call back. Only when we filled out the online form to request a tour did someone actually contact us. We made an appointment to view the townhouse and received two confirmations via email only to show up at our scheduled time and find the office closed and a sign on the door saying they closed early. Who’s running this place and how do you reach him or her? Literally trying to hunt someone down to give them 3k a month and you can’t even reach them.
When we got to the apartment the employees were very unorganized. One of the employees said they would come back to explain to us how the trash works and they did not. We did not have a good experience moving in . We have pretty much figured everything out by calling them non stop.
This property has been in a shambles for almost a year and a half!HOWEVER, there is a new property manager who has engaged with the resident, made changes to the property, really making a difference in the life of the residents. There is accountability. The grounds are starting to look better. Her door is open, real conversations are happening. There is a ways to go until her vision is complete, but I have no doubt that Lantower Waverly will again be a Luxury apartment complex. Now is the time to become a resident. Tell them I sent you there. I hardly ever give a review....maybe twice in my lifetime.......
This is by far the best apartment complex in Charlotte! A wonderful place to call home. The amenities are top notch and all of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Plus, you can’t bet the location. Extremely convenient to have so many shops and restaurants right in your backyard! Highly recommend!!!
I love Lantower Waverly - especially the leasing agent; Karen Roman. What an amazing staff person she is. Her and Whitney do nothing short of an EXCELLENT job day in and day out. Honestly, they are the reason my living experience has been amazing. Karen has been nothing but helpful, sharp, and professional. always quick to serve the residents and find a solution to any problem. If you want to live here at waverly, I suggest you ask for Karen or Whitney to help you find your future home!
Disgusting place that is never maintained. Prepare for your hallways to be lined with bugs, sticky trash juice and garbage all the time. After calling numerous times and filing two separate maintenance requests for the hallways to be cleaned over the course of the past month or two, nothing has been done. Sticky trash liquids have stained all over and been there for months now. So gross.
After looking for apartments in the south Charlotte area, finding Lantower Waverly was a perfect match! Whittnay our leasing agent was amazing! She was knowledgeable, kind and very excited for us to move here and enjoy the community.
It’s an upscale yet homey place to live. Not a combination easily achieved. Management knows you by name and are always eager to help and make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The amenities are awesome and the location makes it seem like you’re in a small town. I love it!

Dont be fooled by the 4.5 star rating. Dig a little bit and see those 5 star reviews were a couple of years ago. I loved this place until they changed management multiple times. I can give you a thousand points on why its horrible and overpriced, but wont waste my time.After moving out I got like 5 percent of my security deposit back and they never gave me my deductions/said why I didnt get a full return despite leaving the place in great condition and following their rules. Ive tried emailing and calling and they never get back to you despite saying they will. So dont expect to get your security deposit back, and expect a whole lot of fines on random things every billing period. Cant believe the price for this place. If youre thinking about moving in here, DONT! Moving out was the best thing Ive done. Ive saved money, and have twice the space, and no more horrible neighbors/managers.Yall really suck and are money hungry which is such a shame.

Managers answer letters for a long time;4. Not a single area with amenities was opened when all other apartments had already opened everything! (you only pay for accommodation, the amenities is closed!)
Worst Place Ever!!!! Management is just out to get your money. They do not enforce rules. Supposed to be a non smoking community. The place wreaks of cigarettes. Tenants are a bunch of angry cigarette smokers because they are full of chemicals and constantly need their fix. Don’t do it!! Take a pass on this place.
I worked with Whittnay at Lantower Waverly for my leasing process. Whittnay was such a pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional and made the process seamless. She helped me find a home that would fit my needs. The staff and residents are friendly And helpful. I recommend touring and determining if this community is a great fit. Lantower is now home for me and my son!

She answered all of my questions during our tour and even told me a lot about the area after I told her that I would be moving to Charlotte from Raleigh. Even though this property was the first of many on my list to visit I knew that I would find my way back to Lantower Waverly. They staff here has been absolutely outstanding. I love this place. More Events than I have ever experienced before. Love my quiet neighbors. They are friendly in passing too. I like walking around and taking in the view. My favorite spot is the bench near the water. I love the fans in the hallway, the valet trash and just everything about this place is AWESOME. The staff are very attentive and handle all my requests quickly. Im an actual resident come see for yourself!!!
I visited Lantower Waverly on Saturday, October 12. My first impression was great. I was met with a smile from Whittnay. She was great at explaining what the apartment complex offered, answered all my questions and even through she was new to the area herself, she was very knowledgeable about the property. This complex is like a little community within itself. You can walk to EVERYTHING!!!!! Great fitness center, very safe and secure.I look forward to being a part of the Lantower Waverly community when I relocate. Ask for Whittnay, you wont be disappointed!
Stay away from this place at all cost, unless you want to pay a hefty buy-out fee when you inevitably want to move out before the end of your lease. Theres a high turnover in their staff and a long lag in response time for any repair requests. Residents are given the run around frequently and given made up excuses for the cause of issues. Weve dealt with little to no water for over a one month period in the mornings, multiple false fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, no a/c during 90+ degree weather, and weve been dealing with a damaged ceiling in our closet due to water leaking in when it rains for over three months even with a work request in for it since June 11th.*Response to Owners Message:Ive called and emailed, and my husband has been in the leasing office to talk directly to the Assistant Manager (since the Manager doesnt work on weekends and the leasing office closes before were able to get home from work Mon-Fri). My emails are ignored, my calls (when answered) are answered by people who dont know anything or tell me lies, and our visits to the office are comprised of a lot of empty promises and apologies from staff with no solution or action taken. Were sick of this place, so we recently terminated our lease early and paid the buy-out fee ($3k+).Also, with regards to false fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, which has been an ongoing problem this whole summer, more false fire alarms went off this past Wednesday (9/18/19) at 9:40pm, 10:38pm, and 11:15pm. The most recent incident before this was on 9/7/19 at 12:47am. After multiple emails to the office, we finally received a response from Kayla, the community manager, that the false fire alarms were caused by a panel that was hit by lightening and out of their control. My response was this: IF we believe that, why hasnt Lantower fixed the fire alarm system since these false fire alarms have been going off all summer? We spoke to the firemen on 9/18/19 who responded to the false fire alarms and they told us that Lantower has been notified of their defective fire alarm systems (multiple buildings affected) numerous times already and have not repaired them. Kayla, and the assistant manager ccd on the email) ignored my email after that. We then received a flyer stuck to our door Thursday stating that Lantower was getting a company to repair to the fire alarm system on Friday (9/20/19). However, when we were in the leasing office yesterday (9/21/19) forking over $3k+ with out Notice of Intent to Vacate, firemen were in the office and we overheard one talking on the phone that they were there because their fire station was still getting false signals from Lantower Waverly, which is why they were currently there. By the way, these fire alarms are LOUD when they go off, to the point that they hurt your ears when they go off. My poor cat was frightened to death every time an alarm went off and my 3yr old daughter would wake up screaming, because of course, they only went off after bedtime. This place is the pits; they dont care about their residents, only the $$$$$. For example, under the new management, weve noticed they only announce community events on the morning of the event, in an effort to reduce head count (and mouths to feed) at the events.
We needed to move Immediately due to the sale of our home on Dec 28!The leasing team here.. Engred, Stephanie, Clay and maintenance crew went to work to make our home ready for move in THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS! We are in absolute Awe how this team worked over Christmas to ensure our family move was a successful transition.Our apartment was absolutely spotless! The maintenance staff checked on us to see if there was anything we needed. Stephanie called to make sure all was well!Living here has proven an excellent decision! The property is kept very clean, trash is picked up at your door five nights a week and the work out room is that of a New York City five star hotel! Worry free living is an understatement.Looking forward to the new year at Solis Waverly!
During our initial visit to Lantower Waverly, Whittnay James the leasing agent on site was able answer all of my questions and concerns during our tour and even offered advice and recommendations about area after we told her that we were moving in from out of state. Definitely a charming community thus far and the area makes it worthwhile but certainly wouldnt have thought of moving in until we met Whittnay who was able to make us feel comfortable and also excited about the prospect of living in Waverly. I have been living at Solis Waverly for almost 4years! It truly feels like home! There are tons of amenities that I use everyday. The gym is 24/7 and the best apartment gym Ive ever seen. Nice maintenance staff. As far as the apartments, they are really great, tons of space and upgraded finishes.With management company change - changes come too-smoking ( Lantower Waverly non-smoking community) is out of control and managemen don’t take any actions . very sad, no respect to other residents and I don’t feel safe here anymore. I really like this place and location.
We loved living here! The apartments were amazing and totally affordable. But the #1 reason we loved it so much was the STAFF! And the main person who stuck out the most to us is Whittnay! Talk about someone who understands customer service. She would constantly go above and beyond for us and do things Im pretty sure she didnt have to. She could EASILY just come in and go through the motions but she never did that. We HIGHLY recommend this place and if managment sees this...give Whittnay a job well done! Thank you Lantower Waverly!

I have lived her for 18 months. It is a great place to live. It is always very clean and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I have had a few maintenance issues but they have been extremely responsive. Pretty quiet except, occasionally it can get very loud overhead. Perhaps not the best insulation between floors.

WHILE THE OUTSIDE AND BUILDINGS LOOK NICE, ITS TRULY A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY!!!Having lived in this apartment complex since early 2017 when it was Solis Waverly, I can say without hesitation that this is one of the most overpriced, and horrible apartments in Charlotte. This apartment was full of so many good people and employees in 2017 when it was Solis Waverly and it was such a fantastic place to live, but then when it sold, and then sold again, its just been a downhill slide. It went from a 4/5 star rating to a 1 in just under a year. In fact, all of the good people that I knew here have moved out to the apartments across the street, and some really horrible people have replaced them.Whats wrong with the apartments you ask? Well:- These apartments are insanely overpriced. 600 square feet one bedrooms are 1200-1300 dollars, which is insane. You could buy a house for that much money and have 3 times the square space.- The area is a traffic nightmare- Nobody picks up their dog poop- The elevators are out every other day, and are never clean- The parking lots are always full- Speaking of parking lots, Ive seen a couple of windows smashed in, tires cut, and people parking blocking other people in. Its a great place to get your car messed up in and they dont have security cameras so dont expect them to help you out there.- Packages ALWAYS get stolen. I get messages on our online portal literally every day about missing packages. Oh, and again, they have no security cameras, so good luck.- The halls are a disaster and are never clean, including people leaving their trash out for days straight and make the hallways smell disgusting.- If you try to break your lease, expect to pay at least 5 thousand dollars- The garbage cans outside the complex overfill every weekend and become dumpsters, and arent cleaned up till later on Monday.- The appliances are cheap and when you ask to fix them, they take days to take care of them. Before when it was Solis, it took maybe half a day.- There has been constant construction since I moved in 2017 to this place, and they wake you up at 4 am and dont stop till its dark.- The complex will fee you for everything and bill you for things from months ago. Im pretty sure I paid my October water bill twice, and also have gotten random late fees and when asked about it, they just removed it with no questions asked. They try to scam you out of money.- The day I moved out, I got a noise complaint from my neighbors and people on my floor. So if you move in and move furniture and everything, make sure you dont make a sound or management will give you a call complaining about you LOL!!!!- Waverlys shopping center is cool to have nearby, but be prepared to deal with people who dont know how to drive, people parking in your parking spots when they shop and a bunch of crime since thats all its truly brought since Ive lived here.I really wish this apartment could have stayed amazing, because it truly was. But wow, moving out was the best thing that happened with this living situation. Im paying the same price as I would of for a 1 bedroom, for a 3 bedroom house now. If you like mean people, cheap appliances,overpriced rooms, crime and a messy, crowded place - then this is the place for you.
I had the best experience with Lantower Waverly! Friendly staff and professional maintenance team. Never had any problems with this place. Beautiful and convenient apartment complex located at Waverly plaza. I loved the Club house and the the pool. Also, they have any kind of activities and food trucks coming there every week. Club house had different events before pandemic with free drinks and food. Grilling areas are very convenient and dogs, kids playgrounds are always clean. Whole Foods, Chick-fil-A, Panera, viva chicken, Dezano pizza, ice cream places are my favorites. Thank you Lantower!!!
Nice looking apartments but Erin needs to get it together and find another job if she gonna be huffing and puffing and slamming pencils down every time someone approaches her. Very unnecessary. If you can’t handle it Erin then leave cuz no one got time for that.

I live here currently and I can just say with full honesty, management sucks. Don’t expect to have quiet neighbors above or around you. “Heavy walking” would be a compliment to the actual “stampede” sound that is constant from the above neighbors and other sounds surrounding the apartment. Have had maintenance come and “fix” things that are broken from first moving in and the same appliances were broken later that night, right after they left from “fixing it”. Currently paying for some type of pest control that is fixed in with your lease, yet there are bugs all the time coming in from the outside front door and back door. As much as they charge to live here, you would think a new management would try and fix the problem already, but don’t expect that to happen any time soon. Also, don’t expect anyone to pick up phones or physically get in touch with someone at the office, it is nearly impossible. For the 7 months I’ve lived here, that has been the case every time I’ve tried to walk up there into the office or get in contact with someone via mobile or via email.
All the hallways in this complex look and smell like you are living in a third world country. After requesting they be cleaned and getting no response I am writing this review.
Welcome to the slums of Waverly. Im only posting these photos after we have called numerous times, and Ive submitted TWO service requests for the hallways to be cleaned - only for them BOTH to be marked by maintenance as completed. Does this look like they completed their cleaning to you? Photos taken this morning 1 hour after most recent service request was marked as complete... what a joke.

I have lived here for two months in a corporate apartment and find it a very nice place to live. Waverly is great and everything is super convenient, and within walking distance! The only thing I would complain about is that the door are self closing, and I constantly hear doors slamming when I am in my apartment. This is not really the management companys fault, but rather people need to be more considerate of catching their doors without just letting them slam shut. Also, the walls can be thin and I hear my neighbor talking on their phone when I am in my bedroom ;) Aside from that, the apartment itself is great, the grounds are kept clean, and Ive enjoyed my stay. I especially like that they keep it so clean even with all the pets that live in the community! I would highly recommend.
Hope the new management does improve things.RESPONSE:I have spoken with the office numerous times. Hence, this review in an attempt to gain your attention to the matters. As far as the health dept. I ask you, how would you like swimming with tons of dead bugs & leaves and sitting in green algae ridden chaises for over a week? THAT is how it was bc your office (I was told) didnt immediately approve the purchase of a new vacuum. I actually skimmed the pool myself one day bc it was too disgusting to be in the water. People IN the pool w.glass bottles, in the water should be automatically fined pursuant to our lease, not warned. That is a serious violation. There are 400+ more residents who can do it, so it never stops. If one doesnt get fined none can or it becomes a matter of discrimination. Same with all the smoking on the property. Residents pay for pleasant experiences to amenities not to monitor violations & report them just bc there arent security cameras or a guard on foot. A drive around guard cannot monitor areas such as the pool and Common rooms. Situations have become ridiculous since the summer season. So, I highly doubt you would not be frustrated. Maybe the process of there being action by the corp. office should be more expeditious so improvements can be made by your management and maintenance teams to reduce residents frustrations which lead to their unhappiness. I truly do hope to be happy as I had been.
My best friend stays here and has for a little bit now. I think the location is great, apartments are new, clean, upgraded. BUT.. her neighbor is HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been over numerous times throughout the week, weekend, days and nights, and he plays music constantly!!! He also keeps his tv on SO loud, you hear it all night. She’s called and I’ve been there when she’s called to complain, and they’ve done nothing about it. I’ve told her to call the police which is sad for such a nice complex. You’d think they’d issue warnings and take her complaints seriously. Disappointed that they don’t think of their residents.
Solis Waiverly is an upscale community with no smoking of any kind, but very pet friendly. The staff is good, freindly, and they have awesome events. We had issues with mice and ants, despite the pets control fee :( They have recently been taken over by new a new management company which has resulted in improvements in grounds keeping. The last management push out an AMAZING maintenance guy, so hopefully they will bring him back. The garage attached to the townhouses are HUGE! I think they are over priced, though.
In two years, there has been 4 changes in property Management. Their is something very wrong going on with the Developer or Corporation of this complex.Ive also never have had such terrible service, integrity, lack of communication between the staff,.... and all the great original tenants that were great people,...have all moved out, and now, I have a well known Drug Dealer, that actually got kicked out of the last place he lived in, and still got to lease a unit, directly across the street from me..I cant believe how many lies, lack of service,... and even one temporary leasing agent who was a 6 foot 3, 240lb man, with muscles bulging out of his shirt, and was obviously taking too many steroids, declined to shake my hand 3 times, and looked at me like he wanted to fight me...as I was coming in to renew my lease. In humble regards, he was actually very fortunate that I tried to diffuse the situation, or it would not have gone well for him.The 1st Property Management was amazing! And, they treated me and everyone with complete respect and great customer service.All I can say....is that I wish them well.
Customer service is great. Stephanie Majewski and Engrid Roberson are super nice. The maintenance guy for the 8225 building is also so nice. Great location too.
Ive lived here for about two weeks and was nervous moving into an apartment after hearing stories from friends about awful management. Solis Waverly has proven to be on top of things. Our balcony door wasnt shutting and I put a request in online for it and had someone there fixing it within 5 hours.
We love it here! The management is great and has been more than accommodating.
Stephanie is fantastic (JUST AN FYI THIS WAS STEPHANIE FROM 2017 - NOT THE ONE WHO WORKED THERE IN 2020. Had quite the opposite experience with her)....she handles all issues professionally and with a great attitude. Always go to her for requests and questions as I know she will go above and beyond to help. Ive lived in apartments in the past where the leasing office is no where near up to the service we receive here - so wanted to take the time to write a note and applaud her!UPDATE - 3/2020: Whittnay is this offices saving grace. She is extremely personable and actually cares about the residents. I cant say the same for the others because they change every week. SOMEBODY GIVE WHITTNAY A RAISE!UPDATE 5/2021 - Whittnay is gone and we are devastated. Dont even know who is in the office anymore as it changes so much (and dont both to try and get to know anyone as we know they will probably leave in a few months as well). Angel is the only helpful one and seems to be the only constant around there. Pretty sad.Also agree with resident below who is annoyed with amenity and smart lock fees suddenly just being added to lease with no heads up. Thats what we pay such high rent for - seems they just nickle and dime you any way they can. I am willing to pay more if I have exceptional customer service and support from leasing office - but this is not the case. No one answers any emails or calls and they change personnel every other day. I had to follow up 6 times to re-sign my lease a few months ago - never seen anything like this in an apartment complex.
TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! GREYSTAR purchased this property and does not care about you....only your money. They sent me a final bill in the mail 15 days after I moved out and would not return my phone calls (left vm 3 times on the number provided) to dispute the charges.....instead they sent me to collections (less than 30 days after sending me the final bill). Be prepared to sign your life away and be treated like a piggy bank. NOT WORTH IT....go check out the apartments across the street or anyone not owned by Greystar which is too bad, because the staff at Solis is great.
The location is unbeatable, the amenities are top notch and the management is more than reliable.
Great place to live and great office staff, but it often feels impossible to get a hold of someone when needed.

Awesome complex with friendly residents and helpful, responsive staff. Nearby restaurants and shops allow access to amenities within an easy walking distance.
Avoid this place at all cost. It’s a shame because it’s in such a great location.
