I like how jasmine and Tiffany do there job. I feel as though they should be at a better position. They love helping people and making sure they stay happy. The maintenance is wonderful as well. They make sure your house is right and the trash and stuff.
I toured this property last week. Jasmine is very nice and helpful. The apartment I was shown was cute but not the exact layout Id be renting. When I spoke with someone on the phone I was quoted a great rate and when I arrived for my tour I was given a paper with this same great rate written on it. Once the tour ended (which was only of the apartment, I was never told about any amenities that this community may offer such as pool or gym, laundry etc) I decided to do the application and the rental rate had magically GONE UP OVER $200 more than what I was quoted 15mins ago. Definitely a waste of my time. The commute would have been too far for me anyway so its all good. I just wish it would have been more up front with rates. Seems like a cute place but 2 stars for perceived deceitfulness.
These apartments are a complete overpriced rip-off. I lived in a three bedroom two bath apartment on the third floor and paid my rent on time all but once in the two years I stayed there. This place is only interested in getting the most money possible out of their residents, and not the well-being of the families that live there. If I knew I was working for a company that profits off of victimizing their residents the way this place does I wouldn’t feel good about working there.I mentioned that I would not be renewing my lease three months prior to moving out. I spoke with a member of the staff about final move-out and thinking I did a good job keeping my apartment maintained, I would receive my security deposit after moving. I should have known something was up when it seemed like that same staff member mentioned “damages” when she hadn’t even seen my apartment before we spoke. I had a bad feeling about the conversation but I brushed it off thinking all would be well in the end.My final bill went from $649.00 pro-rated, to over $1,900.00, with which they subtracted my security deposit of $300.00, leaving me with a “damages” bill of over $1,600.00. I admit to not doing a final cleaning of my apartment before the move, and would have gladly accepted reasonable charges for that, but this is completely uncalled for. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing I was doing dirty preditory things like this to families. I hope getting my $1,000.00 was worth it. I will not allow this place to hold me back. Potential residents, you have been warned. You will live to regret the day signed a lease for an apartment at this place one way or another. I haven’t even listed all the problems I know about. This place deserves zero stars.
Ive visited friends at this community, they need to have Pest Control come out at least once a week. Roaches everywhere, its absolutely disgusting.
Very misleading you think your moving to a great complex but is always something.
I was visiting family over the holidays and my car got towed. I understand that there are visitors parking spots but not enough towards the back. It took forever to walk from the visitors spot with an infant the evening before, so the next night I parked closer. The next morning our car was gone. I think that there should be more parking spots for visitors in the very back.....four is not enough. I pray that they fix this. The other option is to call my family and have them pick is up from spot further away. There are so many visitors spots near the office but hardly any towards the back. Other than the parking its a great complex!
While I dont see much crime, I do see some unsavory stuff. Peoples trash and personal belongings get left on the grounds occasionally, as well as some nasty things I decided to omit. The office makes an effort to ensure the dog potty grounds stay clean. I dont really see anything suspicious going on. Maintenance and the office staff have been very friendly and attentive to our needs and/or any issues. Maintenance has always went above and beyond expectations. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming to our dog. It is still unsettling they showed a previous tenants occupied apartment. However, I have had no issues with unannounced entries or visits.Edit: After 2 years of living here, it’s actually been pretty nice. I have omitted information in the above post, because I feel they were isolated occurrences. Overall, I think these are centrally location and “affordable” apartments that I’d recommend to almost anyone.
Honestly 1 star is over doing it. Theyre rude in the office. Issues are never resolved. Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything. Theres mold in the apartments. I get its near the woods but the amount of roaches crawling around outside just is disgusting. Theyre constantly adding additonal charges to your rent monthly. Theyll arbitrarily add your vehicle to a tow list with sky line and have your car towed even with a parking pass. They try to regulate how many packages you can receive if theyre delivered to the front office.Dont waste your time or money.
Great friendly office staff. The grounds are super safe and clean. You will love this as your new home.
This place is in the cut a little bit. They offer great options for renting. You can get your place fully furnished if youre starting all over. And they have a movie theater that you can book! Now how about that?!
The front office staff is phenomenal and the maintenance team keep the grounds and the apartments looking good.
Has roaches, they don’t fix problems even when you call multiple times, and when asking a question front office staff spoke down to me and very condescendingly! They also lie about recycling, my roommate went to go put stuff in the trash and recycle container only for a worker to move all the recycling to the trash compactor instead of actually recycling! Seriously if you have any other options go there and not here
Great apartments nice community only problem is with the constant towing of vehicles
I was a resident as this complex for 5 years. In that time I’ve seen it slowly decline unfortunately. There’s was a time where I would have enjoyed giving these apartments a thumbs up but it has drastically changed.
I would recommend that the staff notify future residents that the community is largely inhabited by college students (it was back when I lived there) so they know what to expect in their neighbors.MY ISSUE is that I talked to the property manager about painting my apartment. I explained to her what my decor plans were, and she said it was okay to do so. After painting, she and a member of maintenance came to my place and saw what I had done. When I saw her again, she complimented the painting and accenting I had done, and asked that I leave the place painted when I move out so she could use my unit as a model for show. So that is what I did. Then, after purchasing a home and moving out, I received a bill for $1200 for painting of the apartment back to original color! She said her staff did the walk through for my move-out and she was not aware that I was billed or that they painted the place. The bill was also sent to collections. I paid the bill in full but Halton Park never cleared my balance from their system so now I now have an unpaid collection item on my rental history which has prevented me from renting recently. Horrible. Also, calling the office and trying to get help with the matter was difficult. These people did not know what customer service is, regardless of my being a resident there or not. I provided them with proof of payment, and the still will not resolve this matter.
Ive lived here for the past two years, and this place is much too overpriced for what it is. Firstly, safety is a big concern for this place. The apartment complex is not gated and there are frequent break ins to cars. Over the holidays, there would be plenty of emails sent to alert residents of break ins. This is very alarming. If you work late and have to walk some distance (because there is not enough parking spaces, and you have to park far), the main road is not well lit, and there are bushes everywhere. The office staff has changed three times since Ive been here, and the new office crew never seem to answer their phones. It is nearly impossible to get in contact. They tried to charge residents a late fee for a system error on their website which did not allow residents to pay rent online. There was no email sent out that the website was down, leaving many residents unable to pay rent. The next day we got emails saying that a late fee of $45 will be charged (this was later dropped when I complained). However, dealing with the threat of being charge for something beyond our control is very frustrating. The apartment complex is absolutely filthy. There are roaches everywhere, even walking outside I see huge cockroaches outside of peoples doorsteps and on the stairs. This is unacceptable. The walls are very thin, so I often hear my neighbours when they argue or decide to play the drums at midnight.New residents beware there is a LOUD train nearby, and it runs very frequently, which makes it very difficult to sleep at night if you are a light sleeper. The towing company engages in predatory towing. God forbid something happens to your car and you have to use a rental and dont have a parking pass. I woke up the next morning and my car was gone--no note, not sign of anything. When I contacted the office, the lady had no idea what happened either. It took me an hour of calling around to find out what was going on. There are many people living here who are not legal residents, so aside from the resident parking spaces being always filled, visitor parking is always packed at night... unless you want to park near the volleyball court across from the office. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance staff, who are always friendly and prompt. The new team does try to make an effort to engage the community and plan many events throughout the month. For being the overpriced place that it is, rent goes up every year. I stuck it out for two years to give this place a chance, but I would not recommend living here to anyone unless you are a college student looking for a place near campus, but even then there are much better options closer to campus and with more amenities.
I have resided in Halton Park for about 4 months now and I can say things could be a lot better. Your stay will be welcoming so long as you do not cross paths with staff member Carmela. She has made my stay here go from a 5 star rating to 1, and has taken every chance that she could to stick her nose in my business as well as neighbors and find everything she could try to wrong. The other staff are welcoming and friendly as well as the maintenance workers, however the waste bins are consistently left filled while the staff is more concerned with the personal lives of the residents than doing their job. It has been a long four months to say the least, and I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE.
I am from VA and traveled to Charlotte to go apartment hunting yesterday, and Halton Park Apartments were more then what i expected. First off the leasing specialist Lavon Thomas was exceptional with his hospitality and welcoming myself, my mother and kids. The amenities Halton park offers are more then what Ive ever seen before and the apartments are very nice! Another plus is that the apartments are not far from UNCC if you are a college student or thinking about attending college.
The management is new and they are awesome. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are pricey but I would much rather pay for quality than constantly worrying. I feel safe in the neighborhood even at night. So glad we picked here!
My overall experience at this apartment complex was not awful. For the most part I felt it was a decent place to live. That being said, I have two major grievances that, in my opinion, warrant a zero star rating - if that were even possible.1.) Some of the kids at this complex are terrible. They would harass me to the point that I simply began avoiding them. I would actually sit in my car as they were walking home from the bus and wait for them to pass through my building before I went inside. They would bounce balls against the exterior walls of my apartment. They would ring the doorbell and run away. Finally, in the last month of me residing there one of them decided to spit on my door. This was the breaking point for me. I emailed the complex explaining everything I had experienced and never once did anyone reach out to me. They did, however, submit a maintenance request to clean my door (which never actually happened) so I know for a fact they received my email.2.) When I set up automatic payments for my rent & utilities I selected that these automated payments end at the conclusion of my lease. The month prior to my lease ending I received an automated email which gave me my prorated balance for my final month - this email was generated through the same system that managed my automated payments. I made the incorrect assumption that it would automatically withdraw my prorated amount of ~$100 and not an entire months rent & utilities totaling over $1000. I felt this was a fair assumption given the document I was emailed with my prorated balance was through the same system my automated payments were processed through. When I realized the error (the morning I was leaving for vacation out of the country) I started making phone calls. I spoke with a receptionist who really wasnt able to assist with the matter (understandably so) but I was assured I could speak with the manager when she came in or the assistant manager would relay the message and then update me once she knew something. Not once, to this day (and its been four weeks since they took my money), have I actually been able to speak to the manager. Eventually, five days after over $1000 was taken from my bank account in error, I did receive an email saying the refunded money would be mailed to my forwarding address. It has been exactly four weeks since they took the money from my bank account and I still have not received any refund. I have sent five emails in the last nine days with no response whatsoever. Any potential residents should be aware of this because this could happen to anyone. When I initially spoke to the receptionist she told me it had happened to another person just a few days prior.
Currently living here...great staff ....very fast to solve any issues...... clean apartment and great family atmosphere... wonderful and safe grounds for kids.
The administration is absolute garbage and totally rude. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They are very unhelpful and dont care about their residents whatsoever. My roommate and I had a terrible move out experience after living there for 2 years. We were emailed a move out date because we decided not to renew our lease, yet the leasing office acted surprised when we came in to turn in our keys on the lease expiration and move out date. Yet we were sent emails with a move out date. We were told that it was all in the lease, yet no one helped us, and the woman who was in the office was very rude and unprofessional. Pay attention to all the bad reviews. The amount of money you pay for a unit here is not worth it. Crappy university apartments for an unfair price.
Safety is a huge concern due to many car break ins.The towing company engages in predatory towing. Mathis towing, renamed to Skyline Towing. The front office is extremely unprofessional (very kind and professional to prospective residents, however). The units lack insulation from the outside and causes uneven temperatures in every room. Also, there is no dead air space between each unit and neighbors are easily heard. The parking lot is always crowded and you will experience numerous nights in which you much park 4-5 building away from your unit. Keep in mind the level of crime and poorly lit parking lot. There are many areas in which lighting is completely absent. However, the main road through the parking lot is well lit.
I currently live in this complex. I moved in 2015. I loved the fact that the prices are affordable however maintenance is crappy, the paint on the walls is cheap flat paint which means trying to clean walls will rub off the paint. I had to contact the rent office 4 times in 2 weeks because I wanted the walls to be repainted, I was told they would give me paint so I could hand paint the walls myself. I live in the last building and my visitors have to park two buildings away so there cars doesnt get towed, so needless to say family and friends dont visit often. The staff are very friendly however they lack proper training, its annoying when you rely on the staff in the rental for guidance and the information given is complete lies
Friendly staff. Very responsive to maintenance requests. Good value--fairly new and spacious units for a reasonable price. Really nice amenities--loved the gym. A little noisy--theres a very busy train line close by. Other than the noise, I dont have any other complaints. It was a good place to live for a year as a grad student!
Beautiful apt layouts clean neighbohood
Great facility, great community and awesome maintenance staff when I was there. but move out and you are a castoff. move out and you will be billed for normal wear and tear on cheap carpet. move out and if a package arrives there by accident dont expect them to do the right thing and call you. read previous comment and agreed totally. management doe not care the least bit about you and there is no acts of kindness there by staff. community and people are great. wish management would find principles of love, respect, kindness and peace instead of greed and self fulfillment
I have only been living here for a little over month. For starters when I first moved in and started the renting process there were initial fees that I was not told about before filling out my lease, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. The next thing that happened was after moving in I was told someone would come and show me how to use my security alarm. No one ever showed. So the next day I went and asked if someone would come by and show me. I was told they would come by so I went back and waited and they never showed up. I went back and asked again two more time, and the only reason on the fourth time that they finally came by was because I stood in the office until someone came with me. Finally and by far the worst thing that has happened to me so far is that I missed my first months rent. I will take responsibility for the fact that I didnt read my lease thoroughly, but at my last apartment rent was paid at the end of the month. This being only my second apartment that I have ever rented I believed that this would be the same. Unfortunately I was wrong and my rent was due on the 1st. This was made extra confusing because after pay the prorate rent, I asked what that was because I had never had to pay that before. I thought it was part of my first rent and I would have to pay the rest later. I was given a strait answer to this question. So after missing my fist payment on the first, I receive no email warning me of the missed payment or a warning of having to pay or I will be filed against, which the office claims their system is suppose to automatically do. So with received no warning I return home to find that I had been filed against. When I went to the office I no one wanted to listen to what I had to say, the only response I received from the major that day was that she didnt care and that it was all in my lease. No help, no discussion, no attempt to understand, just a rude response that was repeated to me. This was bad enough, but after talking with someone about this situation I was informed that since the company had filed on me that it would go against my credit, and it would make it very difficult for me to move into another apartment, or buy a house because that would be on my credit for the next 5 to 10 years. So in the span of one month I have been lied to, ignored, and my credit has been severely damaged. If you have other option on were you can live I would suggest you take those options and dont come here.
Visiting wifes fam. Nice place, quiet.
Since Ive moved here my life has been pure hell. Constant noise from the rude and inconsiderate people upstairs. I know for sure they are running a daycare up there. I have called the police for noise disturbance at 8:00 pm in the middle of dinner. My family hates to come visit me out of town because of the constant noise. I am stuck in a lease and nothing has been done about this. Now the ceiling popcorn is falling from the ceiling and the floor Joyces in the kitchen are squeaking. I guess when the child falls through the floor then something will be done ! Pissed!
Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed my stay (for the most part). The apartment itself is beautiful and the complex is well kept. The staff have all been very pleasant and have worked with me on any issue Ive had; in a timely manner at that. My only complaint would be my most recent neighbor; they find the need to complain about EVERYTHING. Every apartment complex has one of them; its inevitable. They file consistent complaints however theres constant arguing and loud furniture banging that comes from their apartment. I guess theyre too busy pointing a finger at me to notice the 3 pointing back at them. Anyhoo it doesnt take away from the many pleasantries I enjoy about living here. I would certainly recommend Halton Park to anyone looking for a family oriented and community based apartment. 2 thumbs up (and a few other fingers too lol)
Ive lived here for a few years now. After picking my daughter up from her grannys house, I got home and couldnt find my door key. I called the emergency line. The maintenance guy called back and told me that lock outs arent emergencies. I replied by asking him so in other words, youre telling my that my daughter and I will have to sleep outside until tomorrow morning. Needless to say, they never came to let me in. I pay over $1,000 bucks in rent. Unacceptable.
The definition of money grabbers when it comes to apartments. Way overpriced and it took the maintenance, I am not over exaggerating, 17 times to fix our ac. It was the middle of July and was the worst experience of my life.
Dont give them your business. They charge you for every little thing and dont care about your well-being. Experienced a water leak on my wall from heavy rain and all they did to fix it was paint over it. Months later, black mold was growing on the wall behind my furniture and didnt realize it until I moved out. I had been living in mold for months and they didnt even care. The maintenence guy told me that another resident had a worse water leak, so I can only imagine that this was a reoccuring thing. The property manager is a horrible person and has no sympathy or respect for the residents. I had a billing issue and called over 30 times in the span of a week and they only answered my call 3 or 4 times. The people at the front office dont care about you and will not call you back when they say they will. They will tow you or your guests car whenever they find the chance.Location is awful. You have to make a U-turn to get into the entrance. Train passes by the area multiple times a day, which is super loud. So is highway 485, so have fun hearing loud cars and motorcycles at night. They also had the health department come by and close the pool for a few weeks in summer 2016 because it was unsanitary. Also, the appliances are out of date. The kitchen sink would constantly break and the dishwasher didnt work half the time. The showers water pressure was weak. Drug deals would happen in the community gym. What a safe environment.DONT LIVE HERE. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Worst living experience of my life.
This was my first apartment and I couldnt be happier. Low rent, spacious three bedroom 3 bath, huuuuge living room area and even a patio to enjoy on those beautiful North Carolina days! Ive always enjoyed living here, but especilly since the community Cares team (Lisa and Ken) took over. I can reply on the leasing staff to help me with questions, complaints, and more. They have so much to offer (24 hr fitness center, gorgeous swimming pool, business center, a movie theater and free coffee!) at an extremely fair price. I recommend Halton to all of my friends, and to you!
These apartments are old/outdated and cost over $1000 /month. THIS COMPLEX HAS ROACHES AND HAS HAD ROACHES FOR YEARS! They are their cheapest complex I’ve ever lived in. The front office only cares about getting your money and not fixing your issues! They have a predatory towing company called SKYLINE TOWING & they will illegally tow your car and charge you hundreds to get it back!! THey are crooks! This complex & company is awful! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
You get a one star because your customer service in the office is atrocious, maintance come and go from the apartment with out permission, if you really care about your business I suggest investigating your staff and the loyalty to your company. This the 5th staff group replacement that has no respect for their residents. How do you guys stay in business with the staff at hand ? It’s astonishing. Getting maintance to come out to fix a grabage disposal takes weeks. Do you need more ?
Apartments are fine, but University area is getting worse and worse. You will see people roaming around the streets at 1am regularly (which according to my friend is only bc they are bored bc thats something people do at 1am not to assault and rob etc etc, so be sure to wave and smile and ask them about their days instead of avoiding them bc they are clearly looking for an opportunity) and there are always kids in the roads
We first moved in, in 2015. Everything was going so great back then! The only complaint then was very loud neighbors above us (Every wall and floors are easy to hear through). Around the ending of 2016 the whole complex seemed to just fall apart. Mail would get lost, packages stolen, cars being broken into, the neighborhood kids running crazy! They would run in the middle of the road and at your cars, sometimes even throwing basketballs at you while you passed by. The staff even became lazy as well. One example being: my apartment filter didnt get changed for almost two years and the last time it did, they left it on our door step for us to do ourselves. The worst thing though was: Once after we announced we deciced to not release the next year, I was home alone one morning and I had someone knock on my door. It was a mantiance guy with a man and woman. It was REALLY early, no one contacted me, nor had I them so I was confused as to what they were there for. They barged in and I asked what was going on? Then the woman started doing a walk through in EVERY room!!! We still had like 10 months to live there!!! I then told them they HAD to leave. They didnt like that but I pushed them out. When I asked the office staff what had happened they said it was people from the bank doing a random inspection. These people did not say ANYTHING to me about being from the bank. Nor did I get an email. They even acted like a couple there together. I know the office lied to me. They either did a walk through of the wrong apartment or knew we had chosen to leave at the end of the year and didnt care about us anymore.Long story short: BEWARE.
DO NOT MOVE HERE !! These apartments are outdated, they have roaches, staff in the front office are extremely rude except the leasing manager (brown skin lady), location is terrible, and parking is the worst. It’s not worth the money and I wish I would have done some more research before I moved here. Will probably break my lease come next year.
Halton park is hands down the worst complex Ive ever stayed in! I lived there for 3 yrs and my last year was very disappointing; I was harassed and so were my children I couldnt move out fast enough. To add fire to the situation they charged outrageous
Recently then activity in the complex has taken a turn for the worse. Kids running in the street throwing footballs which are hitting cars and Windows of the apartments on the first floor. Kids banging on first floor apartment Windows thinking its funny and running off. Also setting fires in the breezeway and stealing the little hammers to open the fire extinguishers case. Then going around damaging the fence and playground equipment. Just sad. Used to be a nice peaceful place to live.
The maintenance team is so rude ! Ever since the beginning they had a nasty attitude and the front office needs to to talk to them about it .
Do not move here... Parking for visitors is unacceptable and unrealistic for the amount of units throughout the complex. Some of the ladies in the office are rude, not all. My neighbors constantly make complaints about us playing music at 2pm but nothing is done about their noise after quite hours. Random power outages throughout the complex occurs with no warning or reasoning. The only postive about Halton is the maintance request turn around... Dont be surprised to hear gunshots every now and then either.
Overall, below decent apartment complex. Today is 8/10/2017. I still reside at Halton Park. I just have a few concerns and points that I pray the management will read. 1.) For a complex of that size, location, and price, you guys need to hire a private security company that does patrols at night. Thats not even an option. 2.) For the last few months, Im starting to see a lot of bugs, even a few have managed to creep inside my apartment. Im talking about big roaches. Again, for the price you guys are charging your residents, there shouldnt be roaches crawling around anyones apartment. 3.) Why are you guys charging you residents for cable and internet every month. This is the main reason I will not renew my lease. In addition to increase rent by 61 dollars, you guys thought hey, lets steal more money by forcing every resident to pay a extra 100$ a month for cable and internet. I dont watch tv or use internet, yet im expected to pay for it every month. 4.) Add more lights in your damn parking lot. The entire complex is dark and there spots here and there that has lights...5.) Management tells its residents that they no longer accept cashiers check or cash as payment for rent, and that, all residents will be required to use the online system. They then proceed to charge 8$ for billing fee. Thats if you add your checking account and routing number. That should be free. Dont even think about using your credit card to pay online. For that, they charge a whopping 2.95% of your rent just to process the payment. To prospective residents. Take my review for what it is. management does not like people who are going to complain. Beware. They are only friendly when you accept the status quo.On the plus side. Maintenance is fast. The office holds your packages, because God knows what would happen if they didnt. Expect to get it stolen. Ive already had 2 stolen packages that were left in front of my door this year. Luckily Im a n Amazon prime member, so I got a refund.Halton Park is just a sub par place to live. And theyre milking the location, and taking advantage of the growing city of Charlotte. Downtown is not close to Halton Park, dont be fooled by that either. Expect to spend 25 of highway driving to reach downtown. Matter of fact is, if you take just a few steps north of Halton Park, you are not even in Charlotte anymore. They sit right at the boarder but they advertise as being just a few minutes away from everything.
My son lived here. The complex hires a predatory towing company to tow away all visitors cars. Family and friends to come to visit will find their car missing and have to pay a minimum of $350 to have it returned. Thats legalized theft, anti-social behavior and not something I would accept from any landlord.
My dau and son-in-law live there soon to be a yr, I believe they Love the place and so do I. Compared to the place in which I currently reside at its simply divine. Well maintained love their inside alarm system, the pool and the grill area and their outside storage area located just outside their apt. One draw back however the parking for guess over flows and with my being disabled I have to park in those areas sometimes I have to walk way up at the front carring bags while holding on to my purse or cane. Wish that I could simply park in their handicap slot at any time eithout penalty if being towed along woth their handicapped residents, otherwise. Its a home worth making ones very one!!!
I stayed here 3 years ago the staff was very nice and friendly every time i went into the office for anything the only thing that i dislike was the parking was and still is horrible also that welcome packet you get saying calling if someone is violating the noise complaint is complete bull crap at the time my neighbor would blast music sooo late at night where i had class early in the am and right after class work and come home to sleep... also they was smoking weed and the smell came over into my unit and the prices of the units was crazy they wanted to go up almost 100.00 dollars for my one bedroom if i was to renew my 13 month lease which was crazy but i found out that a friend of mines they didnt do up on his rent at all just to keep him there which i didnt think was fair
Very nice community and beautiful apartments
Beautiful place and worth every penny..
Awful I am handicap visiting my son from out of town all the spots were taken I parked close to the building I came out to building to go to dialysis to find my car gone I missed dialysis and has to pay 250 this was rediculous this complex is ribbing people I will NEVER VISIT MY SON HERE AGAIN AND AS SOON AS HIS LEASE IS UP IN A FEW MONTHS HE IS OUT IF HERE SHUT DOESNT GET FIXDO NOT MOVE HERE PEOPLE
Traffic in and out is horrible. The maintenance of the trash is also horrible.
