Friendly staff without being overbearing. They Great do great work and have just enough colours without feeling over or underwhelmed.

I love this place. I go in about once a month for a regular mani-pedi and they always do such a careful, caring job. It’s always peaceful and relaxing. There are partial barriers up between you and the tech during covid.

Everything was great they were empty. I loved everything except the eater was not quite hot enough for me

Trish does the best dip in Boston! They do great pedicures too. The salon is clean and neat. This will forever be my go to nail salon, they are the best of the best. They take walk ins too!

Love love love! The best nail salon in Brighton! Ken, the owner takes good care of your nails and love that he takes his time which makes me feel like I am getting my moneys worth! My nails always last a month before I have to get them redone!

I decided to give this salon a try, since my regular spot has been letting me down with their services. I was very impressed with this place. Trish did a great job with my mani and pedi. I will definitely be coming back.

Since my normal salon I go to had closed, I was very skeptical about trying some place new since Ive had so many bad experience. My told me to come to Yes Nails and I stumbled upon this little gem. The first time I went l had Ken, he was amazing.

I got a manicure on a Tuesday and my nails where all chipped on Thursday would stay far away from this place when I called them they said they couldn’t help me so I quess that’s a too bad

Ive been here twice. The first time one of the women helped me and did a great job. The second time the guy did my manicure. He over cut my cuticle which began to bleed. He tried to stop the bleeding with some nail polish remover and his bare hands. The lack of sanitation for myself and him really bothered me. I asked if I could stop the bleeding and he refused. No one should be handling someone elses blood without gloves. I wont be returning.

I’m being a loyal customer for this place for over 6 months, and for no reason I came today to do my nails, and the guy who was in charge who is the only guy in there, hurt me while he was removing my nail’s powder. I kindly asked him to go easy on my nails, and he get so rude with me and told me “if I don’t like his way I can go somewhere else” he hurt my nails so bad, and left me in the middle of work leaving the place with my nails undone! Avoid this place at all cost, the staff don’t even speak English, and if they don’t understand you they start having an attitude with you!

I went here since it had decent reviews and it’s near my apt. My gel manicure lasted 3 days until it started chipping. Definitely not going back.

I’m honestly basing my review on pure customer service because I never got the chance to actually try their services. Well let’s start by saying how I call a few times and was never able to get an appointment for acrylics (that’s it), because they never had availability when I called and seriously the guy who picks up the phone is just terrible, he acts as if he’s being forced to be there and front a business point, that’s terrible customer service. After this happened I decided to try again another weekend, and called 3 times and every time it would tell me “the number you’re trying to reach is not currently taking calls” I was like maybe there’s something wrong with their phone so I went in person at 1/2pm on a Saturday (Yes I know probably not the smartest time) and guess what they didn’t have availability. Which is fine, but their approach wasn’t. They literally all started at me and just went like did you call? And I said I tried, it wouldn’t work ( and explained the phone issue) and they didn’t even acknowledged a word I said and went like yeah we don’t have time. (mind you there were 3 costumers at this establishment) and after the front guy says that, he walks away from me and I asked “what’s wrong with the phone “ (At this point I am a bit frustrated since I had just went all the way there instead of hearing it over the phone) but he’s replied was so arrogant and disrespectful as if my time spent going there or money wasn’t worth their time.maybe it’s just me but good customer matters so much to me it’s not only about the serviced provided but how you make your customers feel. And I’m a good damn customer who they just lost. Hope this helps any future potential customers who want to try this place.

Had a lady do my nails, and they didnt even end up straight, && she was aggressive the entire time with my nails. Hurt like hell. Wont be returning.

Got a dipping manicure done today, they did very good job, i like that all girls here are perfectionists and take their time to do your nails.

They use gloves to protect your hands from uv lights during a gel manicure! Great service!

They did a good job with my nails but not busy at all. I think I found my nail salon so far. When i got a wax my whole entire face broke out. I had my whole face done and that never happend to me before with other nail salons

Very rude, I called in advance to come and they said there’s availability. When I got there, the gentleman was very rude and told me to wait 30 minutes. I went somewhere else and won’t try this place again.

High quality low price nail salon. Ask about the color changing gel polish. My manicures from here last way longer than 2 weeks.

Love getting my eyebrows done here but every time I go for my nails they’re “too busy” meanwhile they only have one client.

Best Mani Pedi EVER. Been going here for a while now and after my last visit I would be remissed not to leave a review. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. I got a gel french mani and I was blown away how perfect it came out and how much time she spent. The pedicure was wonderful too, so much care put into every part. I dont think I can go anywhere else after that!

Ive gotten my nails done there a few times by both people although the lady there did a much better job on my nails .i highly recommend her she is amazing!
