Damaged my equipment in transit and refuses to pay for it. And rejects my calls. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

An in your face approach to automobile impound yard. Basically if your car ends up here get it quick or not at all, they get beat up fast. The crew is professional and very helpful, theyll do what they can to help, especially with so many vehicles around. Its dusty and hectic, best to send a truck our have them deliver.

I usually have sympathy for towing company workers because theyre just doing their job, but not this company. Whats worse is that they are the towing company the city of Newark uses when towing. You see all these reviews of people having their things stolen out of their cars? Thats how little Newark cares about folks. I had a car towed in 2019 three days after my car registration expired and I havent seen the car since.

Car was towed as a result of a 9 car collision. The gentleman that attended to me was professional and kind and walked me through the process which made me not feel too bad about paying impound fees.

It started out great but when I had to wait for the van to take me to my car, that process was very disorganized. Customers that came after me and others jumped in the van so that meant we were forced to wait again. What is so hard about having a sign outside telling customers WHERE to line up in order, instead of yelling instructions over the intercom? I blame the fiasco and disorganization on the staff. I decided to just come back another day. Why should I have to argue with your customers about a fair chance at getting to see my property. And with all the money youre clearly making, you cant have a better vehicle taking customers to their vehicles. Honestly the vehicle looks like a death trap thats being held together with safety pins and paper clips. I wanna know how in the world did that vehicle pass inspection? Not to add it was extremely dirty. Why do you think thats ok? A shame. This is hows you treat your customers. A mess! Ill see tomorrow if it gets worse. From all the negative reviews I have a feeling that its all downhill from here.

They are rude lying crooks! Avoid at all costs. Called for charges and was told one thing when I got there price doubled and suddenly they didn’t take credit card even after being told twice by phone they did. When I inquired about additional charges they said too bad want your bike or not?

The money I left in my car was not there anymore, I complained and they asked me to go to court. They are thieves working there. My car used to be towed by B n G towing and I have never looked for anything but dente, if they tow your car please confirm your stuff before you leave their yard. They also rough handled my car, my front bumper was in a bad shape. 1 cent advise

They only deserve one star only because the staff did not seem organized at all. They weren’t wearing any masks and were unfriendly. I guess because they possess people’s cars so they don’t feel the need to treat customers with respect. Plus I heard these people steal from other people’s cars

Where do I start. They’re rude, shady and bottom-feeding crooks. Most of the cars in their possession are stolen cars “conveniently” picked up by them. I spoke to the individual who stole my car and she knew it had been towed and where. PRETTY Convenient. They force customers to use cash if transactions are above 300 dollars so money can’t be traced or accounted for. They damaged the car while in their possession. Avoid this business at all costs. UPDATE: while the car was being picked up, we were asked for proof of insurance for the car for release. This is not required by NJ law and was an obvious attempt to squeeze more money out of us. SHADY.

They were horrible, they literally gave me incorrect information to get me out of there with my situation left unsolved n uninformed. They treat people like we are not important. The absolute worse experience. I wish no one gets towed by Newark NJ police!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience trying to retrieve my car that was towed to their lot. They were very patient and understanding and willing to help as long as your humble and patient.

Dente Brothers towing is the best! Nobody walks into a tow yard happy. Many customers in the office do not realize this is a police impound and in order for you to go to your car you need a release from the police. My car was towed for being parked in a no parking zone which I did not know. I did not scream and shout at the workers like it was there fault like many other customers do! To my understanding this tow company works with the police and the police dispatcher calls up Dentes which then notifies them which car to tow. I had many valuables in the vehicle that were still in my vehicle when I got it back. All I have to say is from my experience this place is great and seeing the other costumers in the place they need to take it down a notch and give the workers a break. Again, nobody has a good attitude going into a tow yard! Do not take it out on them! They also have a police officer on premises at all times so if you get a little too rowdy it will never work in your favor. 5 stars to dentes!!

Horrible service! My familys car was towed there after a car accident. The same day we called to ensure they had the car in their possession. We were told to call back in half hour. When we called back the guy said there was no way he could check because it was just him and everyone left. Called next day and they said the release had to be signed before the insurance can pick it up. They asked us to arrive before 3pm. Rushed to get there and arrived at 2:55pm only to be told that the guy who does them left already. Complete waste of time and had to return the next day. Absolutely ridiculous!

They left my car running for over 30 hours after towing it, left my windows down and stole my 200 hundred shades.

My first experience with Dente Brothers they swapped my brand new battery and put a old used battery in its place.This second and hope last time I have to deal with these crooks, My car was towed there because my registration had expired. My rear light is completely missing and the next day I went to drive in the evening and I have NO HEADLIGHTS!! The lights on my car were all LED light and not cheap!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They had a huge crowd waiting there for hours, it’s completely unorganized, they are BEYOND RUDE, the guy that actually drives the tow truck told me they take stuff out of the cars, people were yelling because their cars came back with damage that wasn’t before and they are not at alll following any sort of covid guidelines. This was the worst experience from a business I have ever interacted with to the point where they need to be reported to the town, the cdc and better business buro. They need to be shut down.

They towed the car in newark. Kept the car for few months. No issue. I guess because you dont have the key to the car you decided to force you way into the car breaking the lock. To the driver door. Please dont give me the bs about it was like that when you got the car. Thats the only issue I have and overly expensive daily rate. I dont trust any towing company all of them are very shady trying to auction off peoples cars

Got the car back in the same condition with my valuables. No one wants their car towed but it was a good experience for a bad situation. As a business owner you have to appreciate that.

My car was towed after being hit while parked. I was there when Dente came and towed it on behalf of the police. Once I went to sign the release form for the insurance to pick it up, I noticed they STOLE my floor mats and many other things off my car.Thief!

Worst place to get your car towed to. They must not get paid well enough cause they searched thru my car took some change and my go pro camera. Not to mention they move your car around with big fork lifts, scratching and breaking anything underneath your car.. like your muffler! The driver that takes you to your car must be special... he drives thru the junk yard like if hes playing bumper cars. Hits all these other parked cars along the way to take you to go get your car. If I can give them zero stars I would.

Staff in the office is nice. But the lot is dirty as all hell. Cars are not treated well. My car had multiple scratches. My belongings were gone threw by someone with muddy hands. Would never hire to tow anything not even a potato. And on top of it 20 miles of gas went missing so I guess they took it for a joy ride to.

These lowlifes cant afford a memory card so stealing it from my damage vehicle was their only option. The tow truck driver knew my vehicle was a stick shift but choose to drag it while the gear was engaged.$6.00 can get you a good size memory card

I honestly do not want to give this company a star at all. The owner/manager is rude as hell. He constantly keeps hanging up on me, when it’s his job to send out a tow truck to tow vehicles with whom he has contracts with. Their should b a number or someone above him to complain about his lack of customer service skills. As well as his rudeness for keep hanging up on a customer. Some how he either has a contract with Roadrunner tow truck or with showcase laundry mat and I was told by the manager of the laundry mat to call the tow company located on the fence. Road runner tow truck said that u have to call this guy company in order to get automobiles towed out of the facility parking lot. But guess who doesn’t want to do their job. Never once did he answer the phone to state his name or his company name. All he keeps doing is answering the phone and hanging up with us highly childish especially when he sounds way over 40. He shouldn’t b in business if it’s such an issue to do his job.

Reading all the reviews about how bad the place is. They were actually very nice to me. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I was treated with dignity and respect.

The gentleman that took care of helping me put my tags on my car was a huge help. There was an hour lunch time break slowed me down a bit 12-1pm but at 1pm they got right to helping people.

This place ran through all my belongings in my vehicle. They even STOLE MY BATTERY out of my vehicle and then tried to just give me a used one. Do not trust this place. You would think after all these reviews, something would be done. 100% this company stole money, car battery, etc.

It is a shame there is no 0 star these guys works with police my truck was towed, when I went there they gave me my truck with a brake warning light on, I talk to the owner who thinks he is a big shot, says in an aggressive stance do what you gotta do I cant do anything about it play with the handbrake maybe it is gonna work, such ignorant and idiot, and talks rudely with customers, inside stinks molding and extreme poor hygiene, talks about his worker like a slave this guy gotta go looser cant find the car....
