My stylist was fantastic, she did a great job on my hair for my wedding. Would highly recommend.

Do not get your hair cut here they jacked up my wife’s when she was just getting her hair trimmed. The stylist said she didn’t know how to do that. So the stylists went to get the manager for help. The manager didn’t even bother coming out from the back she just said she didn’t have time, Great customer service. Oh and one side is half an inch longer than the other side. Lady you should probably quit your day job and find another profession. Wish I had your name so I could post it with this review.

I have been going to Mattoon BoRics for years and wouldnt go anywhere else! Professional and friendly. Overall nice, clean and inviting atmosphere. I use Tasha but, all the girls are amazing!

Everytime I go here, the people that work here are super friendly and fun to talk to as if they were part of my family. And always do my hair just as I intended. And the first time I went here my hair was bleached in random spots, and I had blue dye all over because of a box self dye I did at home. And they fixed it so perfectly and was patient in helping a hair disaster. Definitely recommend!

Love the stylists!! They are great people and really know what they are doing. They are also very patient in listening to what you want. That is the only place I go now.

BALD SPOT AFTER HAIRCUT!!!!! Worst haircut ever. I couldnt believe it when I saw the bald spot in the mirror. NEVER GOING BACK!!! My grandma could give me a better haircut!!

I received the worst haircut possibly ever from this place today. I asked for a specific hair stylist who wasnt there. I personally dont like to complain about anything. I left completely unhappy and had to shave my head bald as soon as I got home.
