The office staff and drivers are a pleasure to deal with. My dad and I both had need for their services this past week. The tows involved several miles of dirt and several hours of time. The drivers were courteous and helpful and took great care in not doing additional damage on narrow overgrown forest road.Would recommend without reservation.

They were on time give or take a few minutes and expensive as hell but they got me and my baby back home safe so Im happy!! The driver was cool and he could drive pretty good, naw thats a lie he could drive good, he has handles!! Plus we had a cool conversation on the way. Victor met us in a remote location and towed us for several hours. Not only was he incredibly professional (safe, thorough, and prompt) but he spent several hours being kind, courteous, and patient with my 7 year old autistic child. This could have been a really horrible day (plans change => meltdown) but because of Victor my kid had a great day with lots of questions and conversation. I cant begin to say how great of a person you are. Thank you!

This last Friday my grandmother went to Redding to go shopping.On her way back she hit fog, lost the yellow line, and moved right just a little to far. She ended up 5feet down an embankment in mud. They had to bring out a wrecker and flatbed. Chris and Josh were absolutely the best people for this job. They hooked up the wrecker and had the truck out within the hour, all without being able to take a lane, and having to reposition the truck 4 times. All the time I was driving there (about an hour out) I was glad to find her with good company that really cared about her. They even helped me transfer all the groceries from her truck to mine. I would definitely use Keith’s towing for all my recoveries

AAA called Keith’s towing for me and Jose came out to help me. Jose is very friendly guy and very efficient. Keith’s always has great drivers that have come out and their customer service is always amazing. Jose has come out the last two times to help me and both times he was amazing, very helpful and I left feeling very pleased with the services. Jose definitely deserves a raise.

Waited on another company for 2 hours and called these guys and they came and helped in under a half hour. Very professional, clean trucks, lovely Staff, very pleased and highly recommend! Nick was who helped me over the phone, very fast paced

HORRIBLE Company. Call PREMIER TOWING. - 2 of 3 tows from this company and tow is refused, and still charged $150.00. and the 3rd tow I was informed of additional fee before tow.... Sorry to Owners of this company, I tried you 3 times!! And when speaking to your manager he said to resolve my complaint I can come into his office and confront the driver..... NOT PROFESSIONAL... SHAMEFULLY WRONG!

Around 1am on a Tuesday, super rude lady on the phone who got mad instantly and doesnt seem to understand English.I only got time to say one sentence, sheshouted (unclear) that the service cant get to me while its CLEARLY stated on the website, had to hang up because of the shouting.0/20

Scott was just amazing with helping my figure out the issue and was super fast and friendly. I am so glad to be able to be assisted by such great team. This is the greatest business. I’ve used Keith’s towing on two occasions in the last few months. I’m happy to say both times I’ve had them assist me was an amazing experience. One a lock out and recently a tow went perfectly without even a question these guys are trained well and know exactly what they are doing.

Service representative was professional and well informed. Knew exactly what to do. Didn’t waste time resolving my issue. Offered sound advice for future needs. Excellent experience.

The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She wouldnt even allow me to set up an appointment for towing services a couple days in advance. I called California Towing & Transport directly after, better price, great customer service, and a quick, easy appointment setup.

The man who assisted me was the nicest person! He had the best attitude was calm and personable and was overall amazing! He was on time and did a great job getting my car back to my house.

We called when our camper van broke down 30 miles east of Redding and they were there in less than 45 minutes. The guy was SO nice and obviously really good at his job and got us to where we needed to be!

Keiths Towing provided road side assistance when I called AAA for aflat tire. Jostt Hill, driver arrived in less than 10 minutes! He and hisassistant (in training) did a fantastic job, switching my damaged tire for spare and carefully installing it. Over many years, weve found Keiths to always provide outstanding, prompt and reliable service.

They showed up quickly and loaded up my vehicle quickly. These guys were great.

Towing our RV up Buckhorn Summit, our borrowed truck overheated. AAA got Keith’s to come out. The wrecker driver, Nick, was awesome. Quick, professional, he explained everything he was doing. Basically ended up towing the truck and the trailer together. Made a typically stressful situation a lot easier.

I unfortunately can only give 3 stars because of the situation. The owners are really friendly and they allowed more than enough time to clean out my daughters car, but charged a gate opening fee of $120 to open on Sunday (they are M-F business) couldnt wait till Monday as I had to be back home 2 States away. And had no other way of collecting my daughters belongings. Again, very friendly staff and didnt rush us, but to charge to collect the personal belongings of a lost child or family member, should be waived in my opinion.

I had to cancel and reschedule several times and then was 15 mins late. No dramas. They helped me, were polite and wonderful. Highly recommend

Dennis was fabulous! He explained all aspects kindly and professionally. Then he checked all possible issues, explaining every step of the way. Once I decided on a new battery, he put it in quickly and efficiently and we were back on the road. Couldn’t have been better!

I locked myself out of my truck with my purse, wallet (with AAA card) and phone and the engine RUNNING! AAA called Keiths Towing and driver Josh came to my rescue..very great experience with Josh after a very bad time.

I was in an emergency situation with my 6-year-old granddaughter in the hospital trying to get there I had a tire blow out I was so stressed out about getting there AAA dispatch told me it would be about an hour I told her my situation she had Keiths towing there for me in 20 minutes and I was on my way... The tow truck driver worked as fast as he could to get me on my way I just want to say thank you so much to Josh and AAA

My wife and I just came to redding, had car trouble, and this was easily one of the best experiences that I have had. The driver was polite, friendly, fast, and helped us get on our way.

Great service, but 88 bucks to tow a car 2 miles was so hard accept. I know, know... They have to come from Redding and that is a standard rate kind of thing, but it still was hard to swallow. 😭 thats a small fortune when your on a fixed income.

They worked with us and came and rescued us from the middle of nowhere. Very professional, courteous, genuine.

Had a flat tire and a driver came out to change the tire for a donut. Driver was nice and changed it to a donut. The next day I went to buy a tire but Walmart said that they were unable to change the donut due to how the lugnuts were put on. I called Keiths Towing and they were rather rude on the phone and refused to help after clearly something happened when the donut was put on to ruin the lugnuts. So, I am appreciative to the driver for coming to help in a positive fashion, but there was some definite miscommunication and poor handling afterwards. Also, not a fan of being insulted on the phone by whoever was talking to me. I understand that mistakes happen but this was just poor customer service.

My experience with Keith’s towing was wonderful. The company was prompt with updates on arrival. The driver, Brian was a good driver, very knowledgeable, and great company. He even asked several times if I was comfortable and/or needed a rest break or anything during the trip. You guy are terrific, you showed up within 15 min. It made a huge difference as I had groceries locked inside, while I was locked outside, and both of us were getting hot.You had the truck unlocked in about 5 min. And me, my groceries, and the a.c. were back and running.Thanks again.

My roadside assistance insurance covered the cost so I can’t speak to that but everything else was excellent. Our repair was quick & efficient. Flat tire off, spare tire on and flat in the trunk in 5 minutes. Our service tech was clean, friendly and professional. He even checked the air pressure on our spare before installing it. Couldn’t be happier with the service

Brian came out to help us in the middle of the night, was chipper and very helpful. It was through AAA, but he went up and beyond the call of duty and tried to get the vehicle started. Although it didn’t work, I still 10/10 would recommend! Towing is just expensive in general, so we opted to stay within our 100 mile AAA allotment.

Dont leave anything in your vehicle it will get stolen expensive colone left on seat taken. Talk to office she refused to talk to the driver about it and said driver didnt take it but she wasnt there. Rude unprofessional.

We were stranded on a logging road in Shingletown. AAA contacted this company for assistance. This was a dirt road with a couple of minor ruts that were easy to drive around. Their dispatcher was rude and could care less about our condition. I am disabled and couldnt walk back to the pavement. We were new to the area and I didnt know where the road led, we were just out checking the area. Their driver said he couldnt make it back to help us. 5 hours later,we found another company who easily made it back and gave us the help we needed. Ill never recommend this company to ANYONE!
