My time there was great, I talked to new women and saw people I havent seen in a long time. My pedicure/nails where done great. I was very satisfied with the service thanks Annie. I will be going back from now on 💯💯💯💯🥰💘💕

❌DONT USE YOUR CARD HERE❌After being a customer of Michelle for years, she always had my lashes on point. She has loss a loyal client. Her bank charged my account 2 times after I paid her in cash. She stated her card machine wasnt working. I understand things happen, But Michelle has done nothing to resolve this matter. 2 claims had to be filed with my bank. Im still waiting for the investigation to be complete on 2 credit purchases that I didnt sign for. This is not how you do business. The better business bureau has been contacted. So warning dont use your card here!Posting receipts of text messages for proof😉

NO STARS! My nails always crack, split and break. This place is a hit or miss. I called and made an appointment with Michelle. I received a particular time and when I arrived....She pawned me off on another technician who did her job. I requested a design that would have to be completed by the owner (Michelle) and she questioned my nail size and discouraged me from getting my original design. So I didnt get it. This place is over priced for standard work. Sad that the customer service and nail work has diminished tremendously.

Michelle Nails is a place that Ill never enter again, it was filthy disrespectful the only person in that shot that had any kind of customer service skills is the young lady who does designs shes a wonderful person shes always welcome people into the shop acknowledges people even if theyre Im not getting designs. The shop is so should be closed by the state of Maryland. Thats just my opinion.

Ive Never gotten my nails done, but I get my eye lashes done here. They have lasted for 3 to 4 weeks! They also remove them for 3.00. I love them.

Poor, DO NOT GO THERE YOUR NAILS AND EYES WILL BE INFECTED. SUE is the eyelash technician whom appears to be very good until you complain of a problem and then MIKE nor SUE want to correct the issue or service you any longer. My index finger turned BLACK underneath and my RIGHT had obtained an infection and she and MIKE refused to hear my complaint. They are facing litigation.
