I ordered a package worth over 200$ Since the end of august and Dhl claims the plane hasn’t landed with the package yet it’s really messed up that something like this is happening and not even getting addressed with much care . I really feel like I wasted my money just because of the postal service not being on their game. I just hope they don’t make it hard for me to try and get it or a reimbursement.

Worst experience ever! I have a package that was supposed to be delivered 7/12 driver scanned that recipient wasn’t home. I was home all day.. The driver never attempted. 3 days and still no package. I’m going out of town tonight. apparently not doing their job. Every time I call customer service, it’s someone different and every time is a different lie. They have people that’s working from home or don’t know what they are doing. Please don’t use DHL

Worst experience ever! I have a package that was supposed to be delivered 3/29. Driver lied and scanned that recipient refused delivery. The driver never attempted. I was home all day and have a camera system in my driveway It’s 3 days and still no package. Weeding is in 2 days and driver is apparently not doing their job. Every time I call customer service, it’s someone different and every time is a different lie. I will never use DHL coming Through Charleston ever again and I will spread the word to never use this service. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!‼️🤦🏾‍♀️

Worst service paid $60.00 for expedited shipping product arrived a week after expected date

You dropped my package at some random address and sent a photo with the wrong address saying it was delivered. And I can’t get ahold of any people in the company.

Due to them my package was sent back and put on hold for two days. On both days it said out for delivery, by the time it was 6pm I checked for my package it was returned to the facility. I missed an event not to mention I paid extra for shipping cost to have it delivered by Friday.

Have numerous other (20) packages that disappeared once they hit one of the US hubs.. UPS DHL and USPS are useless!

Ask for the supervisor, he is awesome

I had a very pleasant experience getting a package shipped from here. The clerk was really personable and helpful. I didnt know what the zip code was for my destination so he took the time to track it down for me. Ill be returning for all my international shipping needs.

THE WORST SHIPPING I’VE EVER HAD.

I received a notice today that a delivery was attempted but no one was home. When I checked the tracking info, the time said 11:09 am, which at that time I was sitting on my couch watching tv. No one EVER rang my bell or knocked on my door. This type of service is unacceptable to say the least. Now Im wondering if the courier just didnt do their job, or was the attempt at the wrong location?? I just hope I get my package!!!

We had a very difficult time finding an out side drop box based on the website listings. It was Thanksgiving day and several places listed drop boxes. We drove all over town but all of the drop boxes were in the buildings, we finally found one at Core Drive that was outside but we wasted two hours looking. It was very frustrating.
