Zach Popejoy is the best always upbeat and ready for anything that I throw at him. Fast courteous and efficient. I can say a million more positives about the farm bureau insurance. Over the past 3 or 4 years I have yet to have a bad thought with them.

Hassle.Need some follow through on a claim for your home? Hassle.Need something accomplished in a timely manner (outside of auto)? I wish.Need to talk to anyone other than a secretary? Expect to leave a message and that your message will never be responded to.

Been with this company 6 years. My rates never went up until I got tickets. And even then, went up only slightly. Elsa, the woman who awnsers the phone, is simply amazing. Everytime I have a insurance concern, she makes it so simple, to the point, and fast. She is a huge part why I have been a customer for so long. They move quickly and get claims done honestly. I highly recommend this company. Pleasure doing business with.
