Frankly, I am at a loss for words right now. Completely in shock!I have been coming to this nail salon for years and never had any major concerns. However, after my most recent visit I have found myself scheduling a doctors appointment to confirm what is a fungal infection on my foot and hands. I am disgusted! And, my shock stems from the fact that I intentionally waited a while to get my nails done just so that I could come here not expecting that this would be my end result.I am not an individual who enjoys leaving negative reviews, but when it come the health of myself and others I will share my experience. I hope that this nail salon begins to take sanitation more seriously because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else, ever!And, to other consumers/customers, ensure that pedicure stations and all tools are thoroughly cleansed before you take a seat! Dont be fooled by them pulling tools out of the wrapper because it is likely that they just placed them back in there after a previous use. WATCH THEM CLEAN IT!With that being said, I will not be getting my nails done from anywhere for a very long time.

It was my first time going to All Nails. It was pretty good. I went on the Easter weekend, and if course it was a wait. I liked how my nails was done, everything was clean. The only thing I didnt like was Im used to a little design on my nails, but other then that my experience was good

My nails starting lifting after a few days . They did then so thin and quickly. After this I’m not getting fake nails anymore . My finger is infected and I have nail stuck on my actual nail . I literally think this place needs to be re-evaluated . They have roaches, unfriendly staff, a freaking shower curtain hanging in the pedicure area ....... Price is one thing but don’t get here it’s not worth getting potentially sick !

I was in there for more then 2.5 hrs for fill ins the man didn’t know what he was doing the owner set there & heard me complaining how he kept cutting the side of my fingers they don’t get alit of customers now I see why when I first moved I. The area I always went there 11yrs ago but now it’s horrible will never return the man kept going up on the price just for a fill in no long nails for me low low low I’m a nurse so I keep very close nails... GOOD LUCK IF U GO THERE

Michael did a great job. I went on a camping trip and none of my nails broke and my nails usually break the first week I get them done. So that really says a lot about the time and effort you put into my nails. This was one of the first visit here and I will continue coming here to see Michael

They are there to do a quick, cheap, job. They are not a place where u can discuss the health of ur nails. With that being said, I had low expectations going in. I NEEDED my nails done and the quality salon was booked. Everything was “ok” meaning as expected. Until I asked for a design. I made it clear that I wanted a design from the moment I walked in. I mentioned it during my time there. They tried to finish me up without the design, I had to remind them. Then the guy who was doing my nails said she doesn’t do design and I had to wait for another lady. Then she sat me under the nail dryer. So I sat there for 15mins waiting. Finally, I said to the lady are u going to do my design, she then seemed confused and pushed me off to someone else. At this point, I knew it wasn’t going to turn out well, but decided to see what happens. That woman made me wait another 15mins, then finally she asked me what I wanted. I showed her a picture and she said “oh yes, I can do that”. THAT WAS A LIE!!! My nail design didn’t look anything like the picture. Her hands were shaking, she wasn’t confident at all. I didn’t stop her, because I knew better. I’ll return is I need a quick color change WITHOUT any form of design. The place looks nice inside, but the QUALITY OF CARE is bad!

I went here for the first time today and was kind of scared because of the reviews. But my experience was great. I didn’t get the name of the nail tech but he was very friendly and polite and did a great job on my nails. The price was reasonable too. Considering some of these places I’ve been have a $20 up charge for gel polish on top of $20-25 for a full set 🙄I noticed that my thumb nail had chipped on one side while I was out and about, and I went back to have him fix it. He was still very polite about it, didn’t blame me for it, nor did he act irritated. He actually stopped what he was doing and began fixing my nail and did it with a smile on his face. He worked back and forth between his current customer and finishing off my nail and re-applying the gel polish, and then I went on about my way without paying anything extra for it.I hope it doesn’t chip off again. But either way the experience was pleasant. I will be returning.

Went here for the first time because it’s closer and makes transportation easier. Worst decision I’ve ever made. The customer service was soooo bad. The guy doing my nails had a really bad attitude. They had nothing I wanted and every time I tried to ask for a specific set, they’d cut me off so quick and said they can’t do it. On top of the poor customer service, my nails were shaped so badly. I’d definitely give a 0 star if it was possible.

They have a good service the manager truly looks for the best in the customer but one person on the other hand who is a nail technician get really rude if you telling him he chose the wrong color or if you change your mind. The pedicures are the best part I always go to one woman but I think she left and I am very upset because of it. Most of them do manicure differently also. But everything turns out to look great!

I came in with my coworker on a Wednesday two weeks ago. The place is nice and looks like they keep it up with maintenance. They did have a nice gel color selection. I picked my color and waited like 20 minutes for someone to take us. They give water bottles while getting a pedicure which was nice BECAUSE IT WAS SO HOT! The guy doing my pedicure was very ROUGH. He did do a good job though I must say. He also did my nails too. THIS IS WHERE THE ISSUE BEGAN. He was so rude when I asked him to fix certain things. He huffed and puffed the whole time. What should have been maybe spending an hour to an hour and a half nail salon trip. I WAS IN THERE FOR 3 hours. I did have to go back to work so I am glad he finished in time. The color unfortunately on my nails did not last 2 weeks. Within one week, the color chipped and peeled on two nails. My toes are still looking great though. I paid a total of $70 which is very pricy. Where I normally go it would have been $50 and the quality would have been just as good as this place. He must have been expecting a tip and when I was walking out he began speaking in his language which sounded like he was angry. Oh well! I will not be visiting them again though. If you like a good color selection come here but beware of the customer service.

Wife was very displeased with the serial she received here. The nail person (wont say tech) cut her fingers 4 times and cut the fake nails too short to her fingers. Now my wife has to go to another salon to have these taken off. This place is horrible. Do not bring your business here.

Always love the way my nails look here.. the owner does amazing work. Fast service. Knows me by name and always ask about my mother who also gets her nails done here.

Being going to them for over 17 yrs. I left & went somewhere else, then came back. Mike is a great owner & very professional.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years and it has absolutely gone from decent to terrible. The last time I was in there, I swore I’d never be back but I decided to give it one more shot and I should have saved myself the frustration. For starters, the last time, there was a nail floating in my pedicure tub before I even put my feet in the water. The last two times I’ve had my eyebrows done I’ve ended up with clumps of wax in my hair because the girl rushes through them. Today, I got the worst pedicure and eyebrow waxing I’ve ever had. The man doing my pedicure was so busy talking to all of the other employees he skipped about 3 steps of my pedicure. He got a hot towel out and used it to open someone else’s polish bottle then just threw it to the side and it never made it to my legs. He threw polish on my toes to then use acetone to clean them up but that just left extra polish down in the crevices and honestly I could have done a better job at home. And on to the wax job- again, wax in my hair on both sides but this time when I point it out she just snips my hair. I don’t care if it’s “just two pieces” you shouldn’t be cutting my hair. So now I have a terrible pedicure and uneven eyebrows. Spend a few more dollars to drive out to another salon because this place is not only disgusting but I also wonder if these people are even certified nail techs..

This was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. He cut all my toe nails off and rounded them (which is a big NO). Didn’t want to complete all steps for the process (tried to skip cuticles). I was just not satisfied. I’ll go home and try to fix the mess. I have two stars bc they tried to find the color I wanted.

Terrible !! I have tried this place several times if you dont request a person your screwed! The guy did a terrible job!! He did not communicate with me at all just talked to co worker So angry!! Never go there again! Not clean do not even use paper towel & tools are used & old.... .Looking for new place Suggestions welcome! 😊😊😊

Mike does a great job every time

I went to this shop after not going for at least a year because the work is very inconsistent unless you go to mike. So I went to someone else here and he was very rude. I chose 2 gel colors and he let me know that one would not show unless you layer it and I should probably chose something else. So I let him know that he can start my fill in and I would decide before he was done. Then he told me that if I waited to chose a color it would be wasting his time because after me he would be done. Now please keep in mind that this was 10:45 am on a Friday. So I asked him if he was getting off after me he said no but he could start on other clients instead of waiting for me. I felt his attitude and mood was very agitated. I have never had a nail tech snap at me because I changed my mind. This was a $25 fill in and I let him know that this is my day off and I’m spending my money and if he wasn’t able to do it then I would leave. He did my fill in and it took him over 30 mins to complete it, he did a awesome job. But I can NEVER go back there. I left without any polish on my nails and painted them myself when I got home. I am only writing this review because I feel like the people at these nail shops know they’re working in a low-middle class area and feel they can talk to you any kind of way and they can treat you like your money isn’t worth their effort or time. I am officially done with ALL nail trix, a1 nails, queens nails, etc. I am going to paying the extra money for the full level of respect and service I deserve

I used to go to this salon faithfully, but the customer service has gone waaaay down the hill. The people I want to do my nails are NEVER there weirdly and my nails were breaking and chipping to quickly. Once saw them pouring polishes from reg polish to Gel bottles.

The only place Ill get my nails done! Mike is amazing

The man who did my nails made sure to do my nails as a wanted them . he was very friendly, gave me water and even charged my phone . ALL NAILS is great because they take their time on your nails and do it to your pleasure so yea I would recommend you get your nails or anything else done here

Tech told me “ MIKE” owner orders generic supplies! My nails came off in 9 days the first time and 6 days the next time!! OWNER MIKE! Wants you to wait for the tech who did the service to fix!! Mind you she only works weekends. I also will be reporting this business to DLLR and Consumer Protection.

Have been going here for the last 2 years and I was so appalled with the service I received... The manger was so nasty and lied several times. I went here on 4/14/14 to get a manicure & pedicure. The 2 people I normally let do my feet was not there. However, the manager assured me the older lady Tan could do my pedicure with no problem. As she proceeded to do my pedicure she pulled out an instrument that looked like a cheese grater and pulled a piece of meat/skin off my 3rd toe. It began to bleed ridiculously. I told the manager he wanted to charge me for the pedicure and blamed me. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN & HAVE CALLED DLLR.

Was quoted $60 at the door and was charged $70. My nails do not look worth $70 and will not be returning.

I didn’t even want to give this star,,,my skin is burnt because of wax..that old lady doesn’t even know how to do underarm wax snd basic upper lips,,, when i told her that its burning me like hell she didn’t even cared abt it..

Please disregard the review below mine, its irrelevant. I was there getting a mani-pedi done on the day the incident happened and I saw everything. 1. she did not bleed a lot, only a little, 2. she really exaggerated, 3. people are always out to get something for nothing. She was screaming and yelling, thats why the manager tried to be professional and gave her the money back. The manager is a very pleasant person in my opinion, and the service I got was great! Sometimes people only write a review when something bad happens. I went again today and still got a great mani-pedi service!
