Let me just start by saying i havent gotten my naips done in sooo long and MICHAEL took care of my nails. Did each and everyone one. Did the bottoms so it wouldnt be uncomfortable for me then the painting ohh man.. Literatly there is NO nailpolish out of place on my fingers. I am INLOVE with my nails 💪👌😁

Ann is so gentle on my feet and never digs hard. I go to her every time because I finally found someone that is gentle and she massage my feet good as well 💘

If I could give negative stars it would be -5 they are very unprofessional and talk bout you, they complain when you say you don’t like something they did that your paying for . They’ve cut my finger and more

Customer service is lacking. Couldnt converse w/manicurist. Staff doesnt speak english. Manicurist rough on nails. Soaking water scalding.Uncomfortable experience.

Very nice work they do on my feet and they have normal prices like full sets are $20.00 plus tax pedicures are 20.00 plus taxes but overall I’m very satisfied with their work. I’m a college student in Boston and I don’t get my nails or toes done until I come back in town. They are all fenomenal workers and very nice. Even though the place (location) is not the best but they are.

I had a 5:00 appt and got there at 4:40 and Mike was patiently waiting for me.... I had not been there in almost 2yrs but the staff still treated me with the same care as if I never left. Mike at EZ Nails, I am back. Hiltop Nails in West Balto., can kick rocks without any shoes on. Im back yall.

I had 2 wait for 1 hour and the customers were rude and using profanity. Their kids were running in and out of the shop. The only thing that was good was the lady that did my pedicure. I doubt that i will go there again.

Rude from the time I walked in the door! My nails came out very pretty but the owner and nail technician were rude! The only reason I didn’t leave was because I was on my lunch break and pressed for time!

I actually like e.z nails when they do my nails they do Dem nice and neat no rushing or anything.

This nail salon is not as friendly as some other shops. However, I give them one star for being close by my house. They need to work on being kind and clean the place up!

This is the most unprofessional disgusting shop Ive ever visited. The carpet is hideous. Everything is full of dust. They dont care about cleanliness when it comes to their tools and supplies. I waited to get my nails done only for them to close the shop early at 6:37 and I had to leave. I was told to come back tomorrow. There were other workers available to do my nails. They were all sitting at the front booth playing cards. Poor customer service! The hours of operation are clearly posted on the door 10a - 7:30p so I have no idea why they would close early and turn away a paying customer.

They do a great job!! Because of the location, they put up with alot of extremely rude people!! Ive seen them deal with some real crazys that just wanna make a seen regardless of how great their nails are, with professional demeanors. I have never had any issues with my nails and they are always very nice.

I called they said 15 min wait it was an hr before they started on my feet then every time I ask how much longer they smiled and ignored me the price for manicure means painting your toes only anything extra like getting dead skin off your feet 5$ which I thought was part of a manicure as far as actually job I give it a 3star for painting and design

Walked into a filthy carpet and not a very welcoming greeting for me to be a first time customer it was a horrid experience and I drove at least 30 mins to get there very upsetting
