First off 32$ for this messed up nail job? number 18 did a horrible job on my nails . when she did them she messes up my length on my nails and i told her and she started saying oh “i shutup and do your nail” and started saying if it was somebody else she would’ve charged 5$ extra, and lets not forget to mention she was rushing and my nails are lumpy and she also started telling me dont mess up my nails because she dont have time to fix them and she was the one who messed it up . im never going back here again. i do not recommend

My sister was burnt with hot water on her feet by one of the men trying to prove a point that the water her feet was in wasnt that hot. He turned the water all the way hot and said now thats hot He did not apologize and my sister walked out. I got a gel manicure and the nails are not filed even. Less than 24hrs later and 1 of my nails are chipped badly. My pedicure looks like a 7 year old did it. I wont ever be going back. I see why the reviews suck. Poor customer service also

My nails where not applies properly. Maya number 54 did a horrible job on my full set. The false nail was not glued completely on my nail bed. When I left the salon I noticed my nails where Lifting. She refused to do my nails over. I think she purposely glued my nails on half way so they could come off faster. My index finger nail is gone already and it’s only day 3

The Employees are rude for no reason.... then talk about you the whole time you in there in there language.....paid $52 for some ugly lumpy nails.... sat in this dirty establishment for 3 hour for my nails to look like my 6 yr old daughter did them🤬😡 like your customers are the reason you have this job.If it’s not the job for y’all get a new one so u don’t have to work around people cause clearly y’all are not people friendly.......worst Experience ever.....

After only a week my gel manicure started peeling and cracking the women are very rude and the customer service sucks wont ever be returning for anything mainly because of the customer service

My mother and I went to get manicure and pedicure done, they did a good job with the pedicures, but the manicures they rushed because they wanted to leave, completely ignored my mother when she stated she wanted her nails a certain way, my nails not even a week later broke completely off. My nails are lumpy and keep chipping for the price we paid this is garbage! Don’t waste your money

Was getting mine and my daughters nails done i paid in full for my nails and youngest nails after completion was then asked to pay in advance for unfurnished nails on the other... refused until the work was done and they tried to bully me into paying and cut off her nails (real nails too) because i wouldnt pay for 25% done nails

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS done from here. They were judgmental thinking I was broke because Im a black woman. I got my nails done the day before thanks giving. They were chipping off 4 DAYS LATER. They were uneven. I came back to get my chipped nails fixed and I still was going to tip them for their time.they were rude and DID NOT FIX THESE UGLY NAILS. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WORST NAILS AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD MY WHOLE LIFE. AND IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE SINCE I WAS 19YRS..MIND YOU I AM 30 NOW LOL PLZ LISTEN TO MY WARNING

Horrible. I came in very specific about what I wanted, halfway through they tell me they cant give me what I want. So now I have to pay for this and to go to another salon and get what I avtiactu want. SMH, horrible. Nails showing at the edge .I had to ask to get my pants legs pulled down after my Mani/pedi, and was met with attitude. Ill never come back here

Horrible place to visit.... customer service sucks . Prices are ridiculous, the lady said I talk to much when I asked her why did the service cost so much. Manager didnt really care. I will NEVER go there again ....

I have been going here for a few years & i am a massage therapist there so call and set an appt for holistic massage. despite the negative comments Michelle is the best nail tech ever she is very nice & does a great job!!!!! Tell her shinyo sent you.

Went here to get a full set, then a refill. I have not went to any other nail salon. Turns out I have fungus under my acrylic nails. I will never ever come here again. The tools they use are unsanitary, because this has never happened to me and I have been run getting my nails done for many years. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!
