Eyebrow waxing was disgraceful. The technician started with wax that was cold and ripped at my face. The in between eyebrows in front was left undone, the eyebrows are uneven and I hope I can fix them at home or go to neha who knows how to do it properly.

Excellent. Gentle and thoroughly done gel take off. Manicure and pedicure done very well. Not sure what the bad reviews are about.

Prices are a little high but the pedicure was so good!

They are extremely kind, helpful, educated in proper nail care, pedicures and all other Services. This is a place that respects the rules of the Pandemic and follows safety procedures.I hope this business continues.

This business is very clean, there is continual adherence to COVID rules and restrictions. They use individual plastic disposable liners for each pedi chair.Nail technician, Brittanie is excellent.She takes personal pride In her work, and you will never feel rushed by her services. I highly recommend .

Only good for the pedicures. Got 2 pedicures there and I love them! The nail part of this place is awful. Went there for a full set 3 days ago and am going to take them off today. Very sloppy work. Nail polish not on nail. And acrylic got all over cuticles that they are very dried out now.

I got a gel manicure last Friday and after 5 days, it started chipping. I called to see if they could fix it since gel is supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks. They said no. I paid $35 so pretty disappointing that it lasted as long as a regular manicure.

This is the second time I’ve tried this place . Nope! I kept telling my tech that I liked my nails shaped a certain way . Rounded corners, square top . Fairly normal request. As he was filing my nails, I asked him to please reshape it. He FILED IT DOWN . My nail is so short, totally out of proportion with other fingers. He did the same with both thumbs. I kept my mouth shut after that.Though I couldn’t understand the language they were speaking, it was clear he was aggravated with me.I’m NOT a picky person but I did expect a professionally done job . I came home and had to file my nails so they would look ok.I’m upset with them and lesson learned to speak up or walk out. $40 and time wasted. Save your nails and go elsewhere.

I like this place for a basic manicure or pedicure but if you are doing anything more then I would recommend to go somewhere else. I have tried to do acrylic nails and the SNS powder nails here and something always happens with them.

Please dont go there if youre expecting good service.....unfriendly nail technicians...will not even look at you for a general conversation...destroyed nails...Never go there!!!!

Do Not Go!This place represents the opposite of their name.Its not just they are no frill, they dont meet the most basic health standards. The salon is unclean, the technicians are not professional, the person I had, John, used his long unkept disgusting nails as a tool to remove excess nail polish from my fingers, there was no cuticle remover, no soap in the water, no cream for hands.And the end product looks horrible.Worst experience for something thats supposed to be relaxing and calming.Ugh....

Overall everything was good until the guy who did my nails put clear nail polish which was so sticky and no longer good and it took forever for my nails to dry and it messed up my nails then the same night my nails started to break off...never again i paid $40 for my nails
