If you care about getting good nail care for your natural nails then don’t go here. The lady who did mine was so harsh with my nails and she filled down so hard on my nails it hurt really bad. I’m not surprised that two weeks later a couple nails are already breaking up and my natural nails with it. I liked how my nails looked but it doesn’t matter if I end up in so much pain from how low grade the service was.** I’ve added acrylic to my nails every time I’ve done them and this is the first time this is ever happening

Great job on my nails. The shaping was perfect. The pedicure was good too. They really put in work unlike other places that only wash your feet during a pedicure. My feet and hands are soft and cuticles look great! I feel like I got what I paid for.

Everything was amazing. GF and I went to have an amazing time. The staff was excellent and professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job on the spa royal pedicure and manicure. I felt really valued as a customer. Super personable experience that I did not regret. The spa uses excellent high end products in a really gorgeous atmosphere. The place was truly stunning. The massage chairs were literally perfect. Every part of our deluxe packages felt worth it. Prices are super fair for the quality that youre getting. I will happily continue going to City Nails and Spa. I will also be recommending it to all my friends. This is one of the best experiences weve had and will be sure to return.

Average price and pretty good work but their customer service leaves much to be desired. The way they spoke to customers was somewhat rude and when I asked for a nail to be repainted after I smudged it when I tripped they acted as if I committed a crime. I saw several other interactions that really that rubbed me the wrong way. I would’ve said this to them in person if I wasn’t in a hurry. Overall though the nails look fine

I love it first time going and it was the best when I say the best it was the best I went somewhere else that was soooo good ans when I say they made sure my service was good they made sure I had the best they removed all of my nails off and reapply a new set any one else would been like oh a fill in and filled them in they clearly know what they were doing and make sure my hands and feet was on point!

I am fairly new to City Spa Nails, but I usually always come in early when they open.I have noticed each time I come in a lady (who’s name I do not know) is waiting for customers and she always seems to be the only one there along with a older lady who seems to be the boss. I am always told to wait, which I didn’t understand why when there was someone who could service me. Once the other employees come in I always handed off to the same guy. He does a decent job with manicures but I personally like him better for pedicures. The lady who serviced me on my last visit also has done my eyebrows and recently done my Mani & Pedi also. She was by far the most sweetest and her service/work was excellent. I think that they should work more on pleasing the customer, & perfecting their work if everyone came with the same attitude and charisma as her this place would be 5Stars.

WALK IN PEDICURE WITH KIM. FACILITIES WERE CLEAN AND THE MANAGEMENT WAS PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING WITH CHAIRS TO CLIENT RATIO. I PURCHASED THE DELUXE PEDICURE (No. 11) and KIM was a quiet professional. The package (paraffin and scented scrub)was nothing to write home about, BUt Kims skills were......she has an Easy, soft touch that was flattering and attentive (i wear boots 8-14hrs on a daily basis, so my feet need a ton of care. ) i think i have found my LOCAL spot. I will need another visit to determine as much, but.....If the second visit is as good as the first then i will adjust my rating to 4 stars.

I have seen everyday manicures and complex artistic creations; their pedicures are the best- relaxing and beautiful. The atmosphere is very friendly, yet always professional. I got a manicure with tips that was supposed to last 3 weeks but it’s been one week and I already need to get them off, it looks terrible. They didn’t do anything to my cuticles, just the dip (and it didn’t cover my entire nail). In retrospect I should have been paying more attention but I am still disappointed as they should have done a good job without me needing to ask.

My friend and I were in Baltimore for a conference and wanted to get our nails done before and stopped in here. I got my toes done as well as an acrylic dip and they both came out great! The staff is super friendly!

I get pedicures regularly. This was hands down one of the worst experiences Ive ever had! I cant find one good thing to say. My feet actually feel worse than when I walked in the door. I paid for an experience and got a $25 in and out see ya/bye pedicure and my daughter did as well!

My experience at this salon was nothing short of amazing. The customer service received here was stellar and I would recommend anybody to come here. Im a nurse and to my fellow nurses you guys know how it feels to be on your feet all day so I will recommend you guys to come here for a pedicure because you feel like youre in heaven.

Beautiful and relaxing salon, I got a full set with great shaping for a very reasonable price. The employees were all kind and laidback. Although I did have a nail break the next day, she offered to fix it the same night for no charge. Excellent customer service.

I love everything about it - the salon is clean and updated; clients are offered refreshments after being warmly greeted; theres a variety of services; customer loyalty program vis-a-vis coupon card; ample nail polish colors - the list goes on! I have never had a bad experience at this salon. Since I have been there, Jen, Kay, and Kim have done my nails and I couldnt be happier with them. They are so nice and truly make clients feel special. If theres anything you want done a little different or fixed, theyre more than happy to help you. I recommend City Nails to anyone looking for a high quality, service oriented nail salon where you can just relax.

Happy with my pedicure but my gel manicure is awful. It chipped on 3 different nails within 4 days of getting the manicure. The woman who did my nails rushed throughout the entire thing and was not polite. Would not recommend this place.

The color I got a few days ago wasn’t what I expected and I wasn’t happy. I returned a few days later after being constructed with time & they re-did them free of charge! Always great customer service!

Received a drip manicure from this place a few minutes ago and had to write this review because I feel violated.To start, when I went in I was told their internet was down so their credit card machine and atm were not working, so i had to go next door and get cash before they could take me. Fine, I went to go get cash at the atm next door. Next, I ask for dip so she takes off my previous dip manicure, and shaved down the old one so hard that it burnt my nail tip. I have had this occur before at other nail salons and knew this was accident so brushed it off. When shes finishing up my manicure and about to put the top coat on, shes asks if I want gel or dip on the top coat, I say dip since I assume if Im getting a dip manicure you get a dip top coat? My normal nail salon I go to tells me to keep still and make sure I do not put my hands near the fan on the last top coat since the air pressure can smudge the top coat and to just let it dry naturally by sitting still a few minutes. With that said, this woman put the dip top coat on then told me to put my hands on the fan. I said please dont make me put my hands near the fan, I really do not want to mess them up and go into detail about it, then i also say No, I just dont want to put my hands on the fan for my nails to dry she grabs my hands and physically holds them and forces me on the fan and says no! I know whats best! and physically forces me to be on the fan. I try to get out of her grip but she is so forceful I cant. It starts to make a scene in the nail salon so I try to calm her down to let go of me so I can just pay and get out.Thinking about this, I am disappointed in myself for not being strong willed enough to be ok with making a scene and yelling to get off me. But for those that may go there in the future, I am writing this to help prevent other girls from feeling physically violated and forced to do something you dont want to do. Dont let this woman physically force you to do anything that you dont want to do, even if it is just a simple request like not having your nails dry on a fan.

This place cost to much money other than that it’s really good but me and my cousin wanted to get a full set and it cost 120 dollars any other place it would be like 40

My cuticles were ruined, clear nail polish coated my fingers and was dried under and around the nails (I’ve been trying to get it all off for hours now), even a hair was painted onto my nail.My nails are now left looking lumpy and uneven, because when my manicurist filed the top she didnt do it in a straight line. The color also doesnt look like the sample i selected, and when I asked about it I was told that sometimes it comes out differently.Upon going to pay, I found out they tapped on a ton of extra payments, such as an extra charge for my nails to be cut during my manicure. When I asked why I was charged extra for random things, I was met by three employees all barraging me about how it is standard for those charges to be there and I should have expected it.Safe to say I will not be returning

Two Asian women that worked there ( one of them did my nails ) were laughing at me when I was paying for my overpriced nails. They charged me $60 for a full set and my classy self still tipped 20%. I don’t know why they were laughing because I sit very pretty and they looked so sweaty and overworked with dark circles and jaundice looking skin. It was SAD. It was so sad that it even triggered a depressive episode for me. The nails came out ok, but don’t laugh at your customers please. Especially when you need to take a look in the mirror.

I noticed that there was wine and water for the guest which I thought was great until I noticed how everyone were offered to enduldge except my sister and I. I tried not to blame it on race however everyone else that were offered were of other race/ethnicity. The other guest did not exhibit this behavior in fact commented on how they noticed this as well. Smh never again!

I really wanted to like this place but I came in with long nails and they filed my pinky down so far it bled. Then when I said it was jagged and it needed to be straight I was told it was too short to file more! None of my nails are the same length and none of them were filed so they’re all rough on top. I have a tough time complaining so I just left and will never come back.

Having your nails done used to be a luxury pampered service. Not at City Nails. She kept flicking my fingers and then cut me twice that I bled with the electric file and never apologized or said she was sorry! It was not a good experience. Find a salon that cares when they make you bleed.

I have been coming here for over a year and quality has gone downhill. My past few visits have involved messy polish, bleeding cuticle, bubbles in gel polish, etc. My last visit I was charged for callus removal that wasnt performed. Unfortunately, I dont think Ill be going back.

Gentleman who did my nails could not speak English so he couldnt understand what I wanted in regards to specifics. I got a gel French manicure. Started peeling within a few days. Most of my nails broke within a week.

Filthy! I came in for a gel manicure and had to ask the manicurist to use clean tools. He brought out tools that were sterilized even in a packet and they were covered in other peoples cuticles and skin. Disgusting. Someone should call the health department.
