My favorite nail salon ever! When I first moved to the city I tried over 8 different salons, and ended up back at Broadway (the first one I tried). I’ve now been going there for two years and have loved my nails every single time I go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of colors and always foster a clean environment. Every time I get my nails done I get numerous compliments on them!

Lily was my nail tech, she did a wonderful job! I enjoy my manicure and pedicure. The prices are also reasonable and everyone has venmo so you can tip that way. Will be back!

Excellent experience! My husband and I got much needed pedicures. We appreciated that the staff were serious about safety (masks, temperature checks, lots of sanitizing, appointment only). Super relaxing! I LOVED the mint scented warm towels (so refreshing) and the massage was AMAZING!

I love this place Ive been coming here for about three years now. They have always treated me with respect and value my time. Let it be known Im a black woman and Ive been treated poorly in nail salon establishments before. Im always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service.

This place consistently overbooks their appointments. Unfortunately they don’t greet ppl when they come in to give instructions on wait time or anything else. Me and a few friends have booked 3 appointments at this establishment, called a head to ensure that they would be able to service us at the same time and consistently this place disappoints.Don’t come this place if you’re expecting your time to be valued. People book appointments for a reason.

I always go here for the best nail designs even when I leave the design up to you my nail tech they always do something amazing which get me so many compliments on my nails

This was first mani/pedi during the pandemic and I was thrilled that they limited the # of people in the salon and have single use soft items. My nails look fabulous and the accompanying massages, masks, and wraps made this a truly relaxing experience. Make your appointment and GO!

I had an event that wknd and they were accepting appts only. I didnt know until I got to their front door. I called and asked if they had any availability now and he said if you can get here soon....I said say less Im right outside lol. They were an awesome group of people. Very pleasant. A little far from home but I can see me making a trip back there just because they are so awesome!

Visiting and found well rated salon that does dips. Great selection of dips colirs. Salon is clean, skilled and did a great job

I called and scheduled an appointment with them (as they are appointment only due to Covid-19). They were very friendly, and they have a lot of shades. The experience was very relaxing and a great price ($35 for a gel manicure). I will probably come back soon. They were great at complying with health precautions (i.e. washing hand, sanitizing hands, having a plastic shield between customer and nail salon worker, etc.)

Went for a manicure and pedicure and it was a great experience. They were very clean and friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask and gloves and was spaced out. They had clear dividers up between the client and artist to protect both. 100% recommend

Manicures last the longest Ive ever encountered. Service is always prompt and delightful. Dont forget, they dont accept tips on credit card payments, so bring some cash, they deserve it! : )

This place looks beautiful but don’t let looks deceive you . I went there on 2•28•20 with a friend. A man was doing my nails and he took forever and they didn’t come out good . Some of the nails where shorter than others and he messed up on a nail and said “ haha let’s see what happeneds with this one.” And he was kinda rough he filled the nails roughly and hurt. Don’t come here

Came for a quick trip to Baltimore and ended up going to DC for the day. I wore the wrong shows and am paying for it today. Despite my aching legs and feet I wanted to check out Fells Point and stopped in to Broadway Nails to check prices. The prices were great so I asked for a Pedicure and was kindly seated right away and enjoyed a foot soak while my nail tech finished up a client. After a short, relaxing wait I had the best pedicure ever! Kenny was so nice and gave THE BEST foot and leg massage. I am so happy I stopped in!

Heads Up Customers! Broadway Nail staff is Not friendly. Personnel do notaddress customers in English & seem to speak Little to No English. Instead, staff members Prefer to speak to each other in their native tongue. Clients dont know what personnel are conversing about.This behavior is NOT acceptable. Broadway Nail Spa is a U.S. public business. Speaking English is a common courtesy in this country. Management needs to made aware of this current poor customer service practice.

Service can inconsistent. They do a good job with conservative nail styles which I prefer. My most recent visit was very good. I have witnessed unnecessary drama between staff as clients which excalated. They have occasionally anticipated negativity from me (not sure why?), but I am good enough with people to defuse it. Perpahs they have been through some things lol.

Very good! Tracie was very kind and patient in undoing a mess that a previous nail shop made. Going back soon.

I was in Maryland for a business trip on Friday and that evening decided to walk in to get a pedicure. Everyone there was very nice and I don’t think I have ever had someone spend as long as they did on my pedicure. They spent a thorough amount of time on the scrub and moisturizing massage which I appreciated since walking around the harbor is the best way to get around. My feet and toes have never felt better. Since I wasn’t exactly planning this visit, I didn’t bring flip flops with me, so I know I needed time to dry. Being a slightly impatient person, I was anxious to get up and leave when my manicurist politely reminded me, they would not be dry and stay sitting. She added some oil the nails after she felt was enough dry time so I could put socks and sneakers back on. They were still perfect after my walk back to my hotel. When I return to MD I will definitely visit Broadway Nails again.

I ran out of time to get my nails done before my weekend in Fells Point so I googled the first morning and Broadway Nails popped up. It was a few blocks away from my hotel so I walked. I did not have an appointment but the told me it was not a problem and asked me to wait 10 mins. I gladly did and they took me within a few mins. They place was beautiful and clean. They took their time and my gel mani looked awesome!! I wish I didnt live 3 hrs away because it would definitely be my go to spot!!!

Such a horrible F experience. Been here 3 times it was great. But the 4th time this lady attitude and work ethic is terrible. Ofcourse I didnt tips! But i usually do 20% tips. When you have long day at work and expecting nice work on your feet. I also pay for $10 on gel removal cuz i wanted to get a gel manicure until I just complete change my mind cuz my meter is running up again. I already paid on $5 parking I dont want to pay another $2. I told her I got my car on meter and she still took her time. Never again. By the way I waited almost an hour for my pedicure to get it done. Toward the end of my pedicure I have to get up and put more money on parking.

Place is terrible. Rushed me through as if they were closing when it was 6 and states on google they close at 8. And while I could care less when they talk to each other in their own language, they were clearly making fun of guests as they all turned and looked at people they were each working on. Additionally, they all stood around one of the ladies while she played -extremely loud- her child singing karaoke on her phone...Its like they forgot they were at work. Nails were sloppily done with smudges. Place is a joke in terms of service and professionalism.

Walked in on a Sunday at 5 and they told me they were closed. Online, it says the store closes at 6. When I first walked in no one acknowledged me and the girl at the front just looked at me nasty, then looked away. I definitely wont return, first impressions is lasting impressions!

I asked for an ombre coffin set and brought in the broken nail that came off as an example. The lady tried her best to copy exactly what I had but it didnt come out well. All my ombre nails look different and the ombre is different in how it fades on each nail. I also told the lady that I wanted a coffin shape and they came out some looking almost almond shape and others looking almost square. I then asked how much a ombre fill-in would be and was informed that they dont do ombre fills. Then all the techs started talking in their native language and the lady then told me it would be $40 for one color or $40 for two colors for my ombre fill. I guess she saw that I was looking at my nails and asked me if they were ok and I informed the lady that I thought it was going to be more white on my tips. The lady did try to fix it by sanding the nude color away instead of adding more white and fading it into the nude. I was originally quoted $70 for my set and later paid $65. I didnt tell her how bad they were because I hate arguing in public in the nail salon for bad nails so I paid and left. I gave them one star because she did try her best to accommodate me and she was very polite.Be aware that the parking is horrible due to construction and it being Fells Point so be prepared to circle the block for a spot.

I went there for the first time, was not happy with my manicure at all. My nails were not even filed or straight, and the polish started chipping the very next day. The lady seemed unhappy and I did not feel welcome. I will not be going back.

Called and asked for services mani peti and facial oh and I wanted a design on my toes they said yes well I was in there all of 5 minutes and was not satisfied at all while the tech is taking off my polish she says something in her language about my design I already have on my feet and by the way my feet were not even soaking for 2 minutes before she tried to work on therm and while taking off my polish she says oh we dont do designs i but your taking off my polish wow the moral to this is I left never will I go or recommend any one there

Did like this spot at first, went to get a mani & pedi with gel polish. My nails started chipping after the first week. Will not be returning
