I have been going to this shop for 11yrs and I always get Vicki to do my lashes and my nails. She is the best in that shop hands down! They all are good but no one like Vicki and she is quick and still does a very good job! I would definitely recommend this shop as I already have!

Well on this day Tony did a good job. I was not rushed. payed attention to area that need to be worked on .First time in a long time I had no COMPLAINTS .. I was the first patron. One thing I didnt like he used nail file that was used already to buff my toes..Before I go to another salon I will insist that they open a new buffer and or file or I will leaveThey need to use new one for each patron .. SANITARY IS KEY.the Corona is still here and we still dont know every way to possibly get it

When I walked in I was taken to a station right away..mai did my nails and was very quick and professional.

Ooo gosh Ladys do not go to this place, first of all very bad service rude people she did not have no experience she just played games. I came to front desk to let the manager know. Manager was same kind of rude person.

Fist the tech try to tell me what I want like was paying for my service, then he was supposed to soak off my acrylic nailsand didnt let it soak off long enough, then was very inpatient, then the after effect was a disaster and he had to do over. Then, three days my gel polish peeled off! Never been through anything like this before the experience was a disaster!!

My first experience was horrific. The young lady was rough and rude. Months later I went back out of convenience. The experience was much better. They take cleaning and sanitizing seriously. Sunday is the best day for me. Now this is my preferred nail salon.

Ok experience the nail tech was Ben he did an ok job I just feel like he rushed through my nails which cost me $50...he listened at the end when I told him what I didnt like and what to fix. He also did my pedicure which was ok just a regular pedicure $30 even though I feel like I should have paid $25 he made sure he didnt tickle me lol...I also got my lashes done I got med for $35 they look good..overall salon was ok but they def didnt use clean files..I would go back for the lashes but I would get the guy who say next to ben to do my nails he took his time on shaping and just overall his nails tht he did looked good..I think his name was Luke Id remember

Guy was kind however didnt listen well. He focused on moving quickly over quality, and I had poor results. Very unhappy when I left.

If you tell them your specifics they get it together. Jimeng is the tech. I like the quality.

Went in for a fill.....ended up getting a acrylic overlay, the nail tech was very nice and did a great job, so glad I decided to give this place a try.... will definitely come back here again if I am in the area....their prices are not bad either and they have a huge selection of gel polish....

It is not a good place, they do your nails and if they turn out bad or look bad it isn’t their fault, but paying $ 50 they put their hand to steal them easily. What’s wrong with this People.Go to better place my friend.

They did a rush job, cut up my pinky toe and force you to use gel polish on your toes and charge you an extra 20$ for it since they dont use regular polish

I cant remember the ladies name but she was so fast and neat. Not once did I have to direct her to paint my nails correctly. I will return. The price was correct. No inflation cost for the new covid procedure.

This place is terrible! Horrible customer service. They have no clue how to polish nails. You can see how thick the gel polish was applied. Also has a line on the right side from the uneveness. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

I have NEVER had an unpleasant visit. I am diabetic and they are extremely careful with my feet. They file instead of clip and gentle.

I am always here. I dont have any problems except for the fact that sometimes they try to accommodate too many customers when their staff may be taking a lunch break so that makes the wait a little bit longer than normal. Other than that I was quite pleased with my visits there.

Paul is the best Nail Tech they have. My daughter and I both go there and will see no one but Paul. The one star drop is due to the techs I have had to go through before getting the awesome Paul. One of theyre female techs is so horrible that I wont even let her give me a pedicure. I mean she cant even paint nails properly its that bad. But other than that I love it here.

A lot of the people that work here don’t even speak English. They talk about you to each other in Chinese which makes it a bad environment. Also they’re not that professional they r cheap.

Its quiet and it was a Sunday afternoon so they got you in and out. New chairs where your can charge your electronics. Prices vary depending on what package for pedicures.

I used to come to this salon years ago and loved it. I went back yesterday for a fill-in because i was in the area. My nails are so bad, I am going to have to pay to get them fixed somewhere else. The acrylic is so thick and uneven, my nails look lumpy. Their prices are higher than every other salon around them and it’s a complete waste of money. The polish was so thick and rather than thinning it out, he put two coats and a top coat, which added to the thickness and they seriously were not dry an hour later. Messed them up and had to re-polish them myself. They never offered me water or refreshment of any kind. They also use the same nail file on multiple clients which is a huge health and safety violation and reportable to Maryland DLLR, with hefty fines. I noticed that the place looks nicer and they have added some additional services to their menu but the quality I received yesterday was by far, without a doubt, the WORST I have received there (or anywhere, really). I will NEVER go back and I suggest you just keep it moving to the next place too. I also got my eyebrows waxed and while I don’t have any major issues, there’s two important things to know- 1. They do it out in the open area in front of everyone- absolutely no privacy, which I find to be unprofessional.2. They don’t trim them, which is kind of a standard procedure everywhere else.

This is the worst nail salon I ever been to. My nails are different shapes they didn’t clean under my nails and the gentleman Told me he don’t want my service no more because he could not find emerald green I do not recommend this nail salon. New to the area make me want to go back to my state just for my nails

I had the worst experience and almost walked out in tears .. they cut all my nails off and walked away and ignored me like they didn’t . The tech smelled of alcohol and was rude when I was giving him instructions on the shape of my nail . I still paid for my horrible experience. I would not recommend this salon .

Tony is the best nail tech there, although I have seen other people specifically request other nail techs. He works pretty fast too. My nails always look good for at least a month which helps with my pockets!!! His sister Holly is good with the pedicures but she rushes sometimes with the eye brows. very nice lady though. They have a new young girl in there who is absolutely awesome with nail designs, but I did not get her name the last time I went. To get a gel/fill-in set, pedicure, and eye brows its usually no more than $60 with tip depending on what I have done (i.e.designs). Oh yeah, they do offer patrons water from time to time which is nice. For now I am hooked!!!

They ignored me

Everytime I go somebody messes up my toes.... never returning again.... this place is full of yearsssssss of nails, toes and eyebrow disappointment. I live in the neighborhood thats y I keep giving it a chance but not anymore will take my feet and money elsewhere

My experience here was terrible and its crazy because I have been serviced here previously. I went for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure I chose was SUPPOSE to come with a light foot massage and lotion. The wanna be nail technician Lee did not perform those services, she stopped at putting oil on my legs and feet she was very lazy. After the wanna be pedicure I sat and waited about an hour for someone to do my nails. I went to Kevin and explained to him how I didnt get the pedicure I paid for, he said something to make me shut up I assume because when he showed the price of the pedicure it was still for what I HAD NOT received. He started my nails and was very rude and impatient. He also called me crazy. To conclude this the service I got today was horrible and I will not be returning to this shop.

Nice service but horrible customer experience and professionalism! Went to get my nails done and was rushed during the procedure- granted I picked the basic manicure and pedicure package. Greeted only when I walked through the door and rushed to pick a polish. Then after my service was completed, had yo use the bathroom, however it was out of toilet tissue. Asked an attending, who was lounging in the pedicure chairs, to get the toilet tissue. She looked at me like I was wrong and then looked in the bathroom. Five minutes later, Im standing at the bathroom door waiting for someone to bring me some tissue. Glad I dont suffer from incontinence! And I had already paid for my services! They just lost a customer. Terrible!

I went in for a gel manicure, however, I might as well just asked for gel polish. The manicure took 2 min. First of all the water was cold then she never put any cuticle remover or anything on my nails, then she just went through the motions of acting like she was trimming my cuticles. When she started painting my nails, I had to keep telling her to get the side of my nails. smh I definitely was the only unhappy customer because i heard the girl next to me say this is my last time coming here. I was so mad that I paid $30 for gel manicure when I didnt get much of a manicure. Definitely will not be back

Hands down the WORST manicure of my life! My nails were done by the older guy at the first table on your left when you walk in. Piss poor, rude, attitude and service. Nails look like they were done by a toddler.On top of this, he tried to cheat me on the price, even before I got service, and I had to reference the price on the wall. While I was getting my nails done, the lady next to me was getting cheated. The lady in the second seat (next to the guy) told her her manicure, pedicure and eyebrows were more than what they add up to, based on the individual amounts she was telling her in my presence.This was my first visit and it was a bad experience.

Although they were nice I told the guy 3 times that I didnt want gel polish on my feet and hands I received a full set the guy never asked what shape I would like he just did what he wanted to do, I could have spoken up but I just wanted to be done here. I wont bring my business back here I guess thats what I get.for trying somewhere new

Please dont get your nails done with Holly, shes the worst.... i swear this is the second worst full set in a different nail shop i have ever had.... i got so much acrylic on my nails beds it will start to lift anytime soon, they are not nicelely shaped and they are uneven... Ill try to fix this mess and go to nick next time and him.... i left in such a hurry I didnt look hard until today....

Unsanitary!!! I just walked out because I watched a lady get out of the spa chair and they DID NOT clean it before running my water. When I asked them to clean it, they took a sponge no soap and wiped around where they had not already ran water. I TOOK MY EXIT. Another person’s dead skin cells on my body NO THANK YOU.

Be careful of who you let do your brows

I went here one time to get my nails and toes done because my normal place was too crowded. I always get gel color. I have acrylic on my right big toe and it was fine I asked for it to be filed down. They took the drill and went all the way down and it was crooked. I asked him to fix it, he began having an attitude with me. I got my nails done next (when I should have left). He did a good job I must say. The gel color is HORRIBLE here! Not even 4 days go by, the whole color peeled off on one nail. I go back to get it fixed. They did it no charge. A few more days go by and my right index finger chips AGAIN! Now Im walking around with chipped nails and gel color peeling and it hasnt been 2 weeks! DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Wonderful place to get nail done

Horrible costumer service and extremely long wait times. They put people ahead of you if you complain about how long youve waited which makes you have to wait even longer and then talk about you in there language. Might I add, I had to get two diffrent nails repaired two days in a row just a day after getting my nails done. Will never be coming back here again.

I honestly did not like the service i was given but to each its own. The job was sloppy and rushed.

Went there over the weekend. Some lady did a pedicure for me. It was just horrible because she first grabbed dirty tools from a box. I asked her to take sanitized ones. She did. Then, she didnt even cut one nail. I had to ask her to cut my nails. She made a face like it was something unexpected during a spa pedicure for which I had to pay $30. The foot massage was terrible too. She kept talking in her language to other women instead of taking care of me. She would just randomly stop to talk and leave me hanging. She never cut the cuticle and never even applied the top coat on polish. Ive been coming to this salon for 8 years. Tony is no longer there. If they keep hiring the wrong employees, other customers would stop coming to them too.
