I just want to talk about Ms. Wins’ professionalism and courteous, positive attitude! What a first class, lovely person. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter that I had to cancel (because my daughter secured another appointment with her friends) and my interaction with Ms. Tia was so nice even though I was canceling. Because of her attitude I plan to book with her before I go out of town next month (and I don’t go all out for the nails usually). I just really thought she was nice, and that is a business I can support any day!

Me and my daughter decided to try out Ms.Tia and when I tell you she won me and my daughter over as our new nail tech 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I never been so excited about my nails. When my daughter got what she wanted that made me happy most nail techs in bmore give u what they want to rush you out. This was very personal and I appreciate it

The service was awesome, the manicures very professional very clean, good conversation, and good listening ear. What I really liked was that she sacrificed cuz I was the last minute, and she sacrificed her time to take me in. That showed me that she cared not only about the work that she did but she cared about the people that she meet to go that extra mile. T is amazing. She takes her time and she works hard to make sure you absolutely love your nails. Her prices are the very best and she doesnt try to break your pockets. And she gives you tips on nail care so u dont even have to come back every 2 weeks. When I went for my last fill in it didnt even look like I needed one. She is bomb.

My apt was January 12 2021 and the next day my toes were wrinkled and my nails peeled up. However Tia did offer to repolish my nails and toes but I politely declined the offer . Very disappointed that it wasn’t a great quality of work because I would have rebooked. I asked for a refund or partial and was only offered a discount on my next service.

The service was horrible. The people that work there are rude. And on top of that they are extremely expensive, I paid $35 for a basic full set with no gel no accommodations and they had the nerve in one week to lift up. My mother got a manicure and they cut her cuticles up so bad. We will never go back again way overpriced. However their decor is really nice

Hard to find a good nail tech that does beautiful acrylics that arent too thick and shaped nice and narrow the way I like.I also only get clear coat, no color polish so its super important my acrylic comes out super clear and not cloudy at all. And the service was amazing!I will definitely be returning for ALL future nail appointments.
