So I went in there and got a manicure and a pedicure manicure with plain nail polish a pedicure with No polish because I said I was going to decorate my nails myself this lady charge me $75 but charge my my car at $90 and refuse to pay me back I am now disputing the claim and I will never go back there again they overcharge me I normally go in there and get nails eyebrows gel polish and nails done completely done and I leave paying about $80 I got half of that and this lady charge me $90 over charge my card but my receipt says 75 I will never go back again thumb nail and pinky nail is crooked never again!!

I had high Hopes for this place but extremely disappointed with my results after a week a nail completely came off and the complete color off one of my toes my nails were lumpy and to add insult to injury was charged $95

Its a small establishment with great customer service and great prices. We will return!!

Fair but, for the price it’s a no for me. My nail shape was off. The tip that was put on was coffin but, when she was finished they were squared and crooked with no apex build and most of my side walls had acrylic on them. She filed my natural nails on a high speed with the electrical drill and charged me healthily for rhinestone then cut corners with glitter polish. Two people had to work on my toes because my cuticles weren’t cut and it showed through the polish. So to sum it up... I won’t be back. I’m big on nail shaping and cuticle cutting.

I dont know if the tech i had was tired or had another appt, she was horrible on my feet and nails I had to change my tech because while I was there three nails came off and she glued two nails on top of each other. I have been here before and they wasnt bad . I just hope she leave

My experience is good because when I come in get right in a chair in sit down and they do my nail very pretty. I always come their for my birthday so they know when my birthday is. They do nails very fast but the only thing I dont like is when my nail polish come off so sometimes I bring my own

Dont use credit card!! They will over charge but my bank got it straight. It was Easter & excessive polish & clue flow on cuticles. $35 not worth it. The nail shop at east point mall said it was a terrible job. I will be going to east point for now on. Wish I could post pictures. They rush,over charge,have kids running everywhere.

I got my feet done and my polish came off bad after ONE day of wearing tennis shoes which is not normeat all but im not too mad about that, Tina did a good job on my nails there medium long I recommend her or the lady in the very first chair to the left side. I usually ALWAYS go to Always Nails on Clenleigh Drive in Parkville but theu need help BAD Kimmy and Anna are great there the only help they have is Kimmys wife though I dont always have time to wait so if itemore then 4 people waiting I will be going to Nails Studio Too

Apparently my review was removed. This place is terrible. They completely ruined my healthy nails, removed my coffin shape, and just did a terrible job. I will never return here. Expect to be returning in less that 2 weeks once they do your nails because they do a terrible job filing and their application technique is the worst Ive seen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I just left the nail shop before they close and an hour off my gel polish is lifted off my finger, smh I complemented them on the great improvement on the place not knowing that my service was going to turn out like this, Im heading back in the am to get it fixed.

No colors, rush, dont open on time, closes early. Rush, rush, rude, sloppy job. I had stiletto shape thet repaired one nail with a square round shape. You had one job. One nail repair. Neva again.

Everytime I go here, the service sucks. They rush and do a very sloppy job. Beyond unsatisfactory and customer service does not even meet the bare minimum. I will no longer support this business and would never recommend this service. Sorry, but I would just like to give the warning I wish someone gave me.
