They are the best nail techs! Very professional, friendly, and clean environment. Ive been going here for 15yrs and I drive over 45min to go. Its worth the trip!

I love this salon they always do a good job on my services!!! My favorite nail tech is Vicky she is excellent. Only thing is if you Come on a Saturday they only take walk-ins which means if you get there at 10 oclock when they open youll be there till at least 2 oclock. Best time is doing the week When they only take appointments.

I only go to get my eyebrows waxed. Vicky does an excellent job job every time. She respects my wishes by keeping my brows thick as I ask.

I waited 1.5hrs to get waited on, they told me I was the last customer & that some of the services that wanted I couldnt get because it was too late. I ask for my nails to be polished while they were doing my pedicure they said no. They rushed to do my pedicure. Thats my last time there. They have no kind of customer service skills at all. I usually tip but I didnt give them one. Not deserving of my money.

Ive been coming here for over 5 years. I primarily receive services from Vicky. She does a wonderful job each & every time. Shes efficient & hardworking. Cookie & Tom also does great work.

I don’t usually leave reviews but .. I Visited this place before and had a great experience. It seems after the pandemic they jacked up there prices and lowered the quality. I got a pedicure and a full set both with gel. They rushed my pedicure did a horrible job the whole thing lasted roughly 10 minutes for the price of $47. I could of had a way better pedicure anywhere else with that price tag. Second I couldn’t get the design I wanted (cherry stems with rhinestone for the cherry) the guy said he couldn’t do designs after asking him who could he simply left it at that and I simply didn’t get any design. I paid almost $100 for something that I could of gotten for cheaper anywhere else. Would recommend luxury nails in golden ring. They do a way better job and it’s the same price.

They were very clean and had it set up where you would feel comfortable. The pedicure could have been better. I noticed there was polish on my skin and a little uneven.

The men in there are rough with my nails everytime and they never listen when I say not too thick and definitely dont know how to shape then give you attitude when you dont want them to do your nails and you wait on one of the women smfnh

The male that everyone is so enamored with is only nice to regular customers. Hes rude and arrogant. The work I saw was mediocre. People who dont know good work think what they do there is great.

I didnt get my fingernails done there because of the pictures customers had posted like they were proud... ew. I went for a $40 pedicure thinking it cant be that bad... I was wrong. This dude treated my feet like he was washing them up and putting on lotion. I did that myself this morning. Then the polish he used looked nothing like the samples he showed me. He definitely put dollar store polish on my damn feet. If you are someone who takes pride in the appearance of your feet, dont go there.... even if they paid you to come. A waste of money. Fyi... all of the pictures I see on this page of fingers are jacked up. IJS.

I came to this nail shop because it is very close to my home and was convenient at the moment. It is very unfortunate that I received unnecessary attitude and side eyes from the staff when I asked them to clean the pedicure tub twice seeing as it did not appear to be cleaned and had standing water sitting in the bottom of the basin when I was initially told to have a seat. After that I noticed that the emory board that was about to be applied to my toes was covered in white dust that clearly came from several other peoples feet. More attitude was given in a foreign language when I asked for the board to be replaced. From that point on it was very clear that the technician working on my feet was ready to get me out of his chair. I made the mistake of going through with getting my eyebrows done as well before living. My eyebrows were thick and full with a natural arch before the lady started working on them. I told her that I would like to have them cleaned up but left thick and full. I should have told her that I did not want them shortened because thats exactly what she did. It will take more than a month before the hair grows back and looks anything like it did before. I will not be returning to this location and I plan to write a letter to the department of labor, licensing and regulations concerning the conditions of the equipment used in this establishment. If you dont care about the service you receive and having your eyebrows done correctly this may be the shop for you.

One of the worse nail shops i’ve ever been in my life, nails lasted about 3 days went in to get a pedi/ mani they rushed right through my nails and feet my nails they only put one coat of polish on them it looked a messed they didn’t even clip or file my nails after 1 week my polish is now completely chipped all off and my thumb nail is broken off really bed don’t pay your money for poor service it was a guy who did this by the way he just wanted to get paid and get me and my gf out of his face

Racist Alert::: Baltimore Co. Fire Fighter banned from shop, over discrepancy of the work she had done. She was obviously a regular who wasnt satisfied, she let the tech know. The tech argued about the integrity of her nails, and told her if she didnt want to pay that he would call the police. I was back in the shop for the second time that day so they could fix the botch job they had done earlier that afternoon. However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction they complied to take care of me - as any smart business owner should. However witnessing them treat a regular that way is beyond fd up and cost them 2 customers. Its hard to find a decent nail tech, this woman is out here risking her life to save others, the last thing she need is stress from a nail salon. 😔 esp when they didnt hesitate to try to satisfy me after a mess up. 👎 treat people with respect or karma will get you, if not the internet will.

This shop is very slow and the wait is way tooo long. The shop isn’t clean there are big eggs and dead bugs in the window. I waited for an hour and still didn’t get my nails done. If you are impatient this ain’t the nail shop for you.

Disagree with them having appointments. Youll be there forever. It should be first come first serve.

Vickey does an excellent job

I had a bad experience here years before but lately its the only place I want to go to get my nails done. James is really funny and everyone that comes in is like family. Ive havent had a bad job done by any of the techs.

Appointments mean nothing my appointment was at 6pm. Cookie said it was 530pm. She had over booked and insisted I was wrong. She just didnt want to take care of me. Last time I had a 530pm appointment and I didnt get service until 635pm.😡👎

Worst service ever, they move slow and you wait for 2 hours before you get treated. TERRIBLE customer service.
