My technician was Yvette, she did an incredible job on my nails for my mother’s wedding! She was very patient and took her time to make sure the nails were perfect but more importantly she focused on making me feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back and booking with her.

Great experience today! Everything was clean and Amanda was so nice and friendly! After I left I saw my toenails smudged and when I went back they were so accommodating and nice, fixed it right then and there with no wait. Will definitely be back!

Have been going to Le Spa for more than 7 years, using the same technician. Over the years, the quality of the manicures, crystal, gel and regular manicures, has deteriorated. This tech needs to start wearing glasses and needs a long vacation.After this last horrendous manicure, I will never go back. Tech used an electric sander to remove gel polish, rather than soaking off the gel. The next day, due to all the sanding on NATURAL nails, two nails cracked, they were so thin.I was left with ugly ridges, an ugly nail polish with glitter, that I didnt want, but was pushed on me, as being stronger than regular polish.I spent Sunday redoing my nails from scratch and making my own repairs, which were 100% better than the techs.You can make a mistake once or twice, but this last appointment was the straw that broke the camels back. The days of spending $60+ per visit, with $20 tips are over. All this salon cares about is making money.

Both my friend and to get pedicures i started after her and finished before her.. The quality of this $72 pedicure was horrible, the tech never used a pumice or sanded me feet. She briefly used a automatic machine. When I asked her about it she told me I didnt need it.When I left my feet were still oily from the unabsorbale oily substance they rub on after. That night my heels and feet where in worse condition than prior. They were so rough they were pulling on my blankets in the night. I called to speak with someone regarding it, I left a message and noone has gotten back to me. It had been 6 days. I have called 3x. This place is clean and looks professional but the work was highly disappointing. They also had no music playing during the pedicures so the ambientwas rowdy from the chatter. I will not be paying for another pedicure here!To be fair my polish came out nice.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED NAILS, VERY CHEAP NAIL POLISH, but very cleanly. I payed for gel nail polish and yet within 9 hours my nails were already chipped. I payed $100 for a refill, which looked amazing on the day, but by the end of the week every nail was VERY NOTICEABLY chipped/missing huge chunks of polish. My coworked who visited them shortly after had the exact same issue. We were both VERY disappointing given the price and how beautiful they SEEMED to be initially.

I do not usually do this, but my experience was a little bad. I asked for a design I saw on Le Spa’s Instagram account and the result wasn’t that nice. I told the lady I didn’t like it, so I Chose something else. Again, from their Instagram account thinking that all of those nail designs they were able to do. When I showed her the picture she said “I can’t do that, you are too complicated and you want perfection. I can’t do it”. My nails were off, uneven and way too thick. The tip of my nails looked like everything but straight. I asked her to fix them and she only did one of them. My nails cracked after 3 days as well. Also, I asked for Matte nails and she didn’t do it. I got home and fixed them on my own. I understand not everybody can do all designs we ask for. But if that design is in your Instagram that means you should be able to do it. And also being called “too complicated” wasn’t nice.

I went in with a party of 6. It was a bit chaotic signing in, but understandable as it was a Saturday morning. All went well until we got the payment process. 4 of the others in the group were allowed to pay with their credit cards, but 2 of us were asked to take out cash from the ATM and they would refund the $2 fee. What they didnt refund was the additional $2.50 my bank charged on top of the ATM fee. My sister and I also received the same services, and her bill was $10 more than mine... we were extremely confused as to why hers was more. When I got home, my feet looked like they were barely scrubbed. I still Had dry cracked skin and rough patches all over. My manicure was literally a filing of the top of my nails with no cuticle removal, no buffing or hand lotion. The manicure was completely rushed as I was done in 15 min. For $110, I literally needed another pedicure and manicure.

By far the worse experience I’ve ever had a salon. They were nice and got me in the same day however the my feet got hurt by the file multiple times after I expressed that it hurt. I wanted acrylic but only got plastic tips (which wasn’t too big of a deal) the part that made everything worse was that I picked a color at the beginning of my appointment and when it was time for my nails to be painted I was told that I HAD to pick another color because someone else is was using the color. And then I was still charged $70 even though they inconvenienced me.

Key was awesome. It was my first time getting my nails done and she was super nice and it was a great first experience

Clean atmosphere. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Jolie did my nails for a black tie affair. I am extremely pleased with the shape and design. I highly recommend Jolie at Le Spa.

I got the classic lashes done not the volume lashes. Multiple fake lashes were glued onto multiple real lashes leaving large clumps. As the real lashes grow when glued onto other real lashes it causes me pain and is definitely damaging the root. I’ve done lashes on and off for years and never experienced such poor quality. There are actual bald spots and its not just because I’m use to the thickness of the fake lashes. I can only hope my lashes grow back after this. Don’t use this place for eyelashes or there will be permanent damage.

When I called the lady was really nice, went there and got fix my 3 nails, the lady se in a hurry when fixing my nails though. The when I left I noticed this 2 tiny holes but it didnt worried me, but then when I got home there was a bubble on the nail.

Went in a group of 3 for my sisters bday. It was my daughters first mani/pedi. It was fantastic!! We all enjoyed ourselves. The place was clean and Julie was wonderful!! A little pricey but they did an excellent job!! I will be back for sure!!

Im so disappointed after went to this place for my service. I read so many nice reviews before going here that I was so excited.The decoration is so pretty and they have a lot of parking space. You dont need appointment for nails. It looks like they always have a lot of technicians. As regular, they have a lot of options for your color.I went to do the dip nails or SNS. My technician never cut my cuticles. I thought that service was included. I told her I wanted to have shorter nails so she cut them. But unfortunately, after the service was done, is when I noticed that my nails of one hand are slightly shorter than the other.When I go out to do my nails, the most important motive behind is to relax myself by doing something for me. This wasnt the occasion. The technician was so sweet but she seemed to me that she didnt have the proper experience. Every 2 minutes she did something wrong or hurt me with the tool. I lost the count on so many sorrys she said to me. Because of that situation I was under do much stress watching carefully how she was doing her job and I didnt enjoy my time.My right hand thanks to this is almost perfect, she listened to me when I noticed powder was missing or if the nail was uneven. Unfortunately, I felt so good after watching the results of one hand that I didnt pay attention to my left hand, and thats the hand with more uneven and weird zones.I know and understand we arent perfect. But when people pay for a service they expect the best. I dont think it was fault of the technician but of the management. Since they have a person with no or little experience doing some technique that most of the people arent experts. If Im paying a high price for my service Im expecting a better or higher service.This was my third time doing this kind of nails. And in the past, after theyre done with the powder, they add clear gel polish and used the UV machine. After I was done here, she just applied regular clear polish. Before leaving her desk I asked if my nails were done, I didnt want to mess up the job. She said yes, after paying and go to my car I noticed I messed up two of my nails because they werent dry enough.P.d: if you ladys expect to receive water or even wine as others said in the comments or you can even see in the store. Be prepared to receive none.I guess depends if youre doing a lot of services on you or the amount youre going to spend affects the service youre going to receive.I tried to take some pictures to show the uneven zones but you cant appreciate it in the pictures.

I liked the environment and the employees were kind and sweet. however, for the $80 set i got my nails are sooo low quality. 4 of them are already cracked and i only got them done last saturday with my friends. this never happens to me anywhere else.

My toe nails have split in half, the nail lady scrub my foot so hard it felt like she could have broken skin if she continued, my foot was red, it hurt to walk, and not only that tip is only in cash, and no Apple Pay, this place is overrated

I got an full set and a pedicure and unlike other nail salons they had a full staff working on both so it wasn’t a long wait, I was taken back almost immediately. The staff was friendly and I love that they offer different drinks including alcohol for no additional price. I was so relaxed the entire time and could really enjoy being there. The icing on the cake though was my nails came out exactly as I asked length, shape, and the color is perfect. They have a great selection of colors to choose from as well! Just awesome awesome nail salon, hands down best in the valley! Already made my appointment for next week!

Great customer service. Sad that Kelly (nail technician) left the company as she moved to Florida. She always did a great job on my nails! She recommended two other clinicians, so I’ll continue coming back. It’s a little more expensive than some other local nail salons, but it’s worth the extra cost. My nails always look great and last at least 3 weeks!

Although a small place, it was very well put together. Modern, clean and well kept. Service was wonderful. Definitely a place you can be a regular at.

I enjoy their services they have to offer, but unfortunately not every technician is good. I feel as though they have a lot of employees to lessen the wait time. With that said its a very comfortable atmosphere. Very relaxing, gives you that spa treatment. Just expect sometimes your going to pay a spa price, for mediocre job.

Le Spa was best for pedicure Ive found in my Allentown area. Facilities were good and service was worth the $10 tip I left. Basic price was $35. This will be my go-to place in the future.I used to think men going for pedicures was too girlie, but I learned better when taking my late wife that men used the service too.

Jolie did my nails on January 20th and it was out my price range but I need to admit it’s the first time my nails have never popped off after a week. I can’t wait to go back to her.

My first time ever going to this place was two weeks ago and the atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is very welcoming. The lady that did my nails was patient and did everything I wanted perfectly. My nails came out flawless. It’s been two weeks and my nails look brand new like I just got them done yesterday. I give them 5 stars and they’re my new nail salon I will continue to go to. I highly recommend !!!

She made me feel comfortable right away with her friendliness. As you can see she did a beautiful job on my nails. I cannot wait to go back and get a pedicure.

Loved getting a gel manicure there my last visit. Its $30 and usually lasts for a little. My first time going I had a pedicure and manicure. The hot wax for your feet is amazing, I definitely recommend it. The place is very beautiful and relaxing, they offer you water or coffee when there as well.

I am visiting From California on a business trip. Le Spa came highly recommended by a clerk at Ulta, so I made an appointment. I cannot say enough great things about the experience I had. A warm welcome when I arrived, and Yenni provided the best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had! And she served me wine! Total attention to detail and ensuring that I was happy throughout my spa experience! She is the sweetest person, very talented, and I will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

The place was nice however I felt their packages were very overpriced. I received a gift card so I didn’t know going in what the prices were. Considering my manicure and pedicure cost my husband $80 I expected to have a nice manicure but the woman didn’t do a nice job at all and after just a week the polish is almost completely chipped off.

Very good nail spa, am very happy with the service! They dont rush you. Another thing I liked about them is they use new nail filer and buff for every customer which is not very common in a lot of nail spas. Would definitely recommend!

OMG...I have Never experienced such horrible service like this. I went in for a gel refill for my fingernails and got Ken, a nail technician. He seemed to be in a bad mood; seemed upset and moody. He rushed on every part of the service and so the end result was sloppy; polish not on all parts of the nail, polish all over my fingers and cuticles, polished thick and bulky-looking, uneven nails on both hands. When I bought this to his attention and told him that I wanted my nails fixed because it looked terribly sloppy, he begin to argue with me telling me I am making trouble and being mean. He went on filing around the nails instead of actually fixing them. He told me I talked too much when I tried to explain to him what color of polish I wanted and on which finger. This man was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. No one informed the manager that I was unhappy with the service received and she left for the day before I was unable to speak with her. They kept saying she is busy at that moment and I would be able to speak with her before closing. I am so disappointed.

Manicure was coming off after 3 hours. They prefer cash payment and have an ATM next to the register. Of course there is a withdrawal fee. Staff didnt listen to what I was saying about my daughters nail color then acted as though it was our fault that they didnt do it.

Kelly, #12, was exclusively doing my nails for over a year using the powdered “Dip” technique The last time I was there she so aggressively ground my nails that several nail beds were exposed and/or burned from fraction (Examined & noted by my PCP).I truly felt assaulted, was certainly injured, and ultimately fault the management for not controlling their staff’s tempers.Please be wary.

I love this place Ive been going to different salons and spas trying to find someone who can do a nice job installing mink lashes and this is the spot. I love that the staff are friendly and they give you free complimentary snacks and refreshments as a spa should. Okay.

Unfortunately went here recently as a bridesmaid for a wedding. The bride wanted all those in her party to have the same color nails. We gave the technicians the same exact number for the polish. Mid-way through, we noticed that the colors of the bridesmaids were all different shades! When we addressed it with the technicians, they argued with us that they were giving us exactly what we asked for. Now, our group was not a picky group, all we wanted was for the nails to match. We didn’t even care if they were the one shade or the other! But due to how difficult it was to even have any say on our own nails, we gave up and ended up having multiple shades for the wedding the next day! And it wasn’t like they were similar shades...distinctly different shades!! Even worse, we all got dips which last a long while and were expensive. I gave one star because my technician did a nice job on my nails (though the wrong color), but will not give any more due to the absolutely unprofessional service. Will not go here ever again. The least they could’ve done was take the hit to their time and re-do the nails of the girls with the wrong shade. We all still paid full price for nails that were completely wrong because we love the Bride and didn’t want to make it worse. We tried to get it fixed, but it was received poorly and unprofessionally by the company. What a sad thing it was.I recommend not going here for this reason, but also as I looked around at the ten other bridesmaids, some nails were poorly done. One girl had her thumbs be two different shades! And another, her dipped nails were very thick!! The lack of professionalism alone would keep me from going here, but if you want to have consistency in the work done on your nails, I would not recommend this place either.*Update: I called and spoke with the manager. She offered to have us come in to rectify the issue. Sadly, half of us travelled from out of town or a different state so it is too late. Apparently, when this happens the proper procedure is to paint over the dips with the correct color. Would’ve loved that solution had it been offered. Will update if any of the girls take up their offer!

I am a regular at this salon. Cleanliness is how I judge a salon, and all of their utensils are wrapped and used fresh for each customer. The service is fast, I never have to wait. My nails always look great and the salon is pretty. I have been a customer for over 4 years and they know me by name which adds a nice touch. I highly recommend.

I have used the same technician for 13 years. She has always done a great job and has been very professional. My granddaughter had to get hers redone, fell off after 2 days. I went strictly because I had gift certificate. Nail fell off after 11 days, poor prep job before putting gel on. Did not put acrylic on properly, had some of natural nail sticking out on several nails. Had acrylic on skin, try to pull that off....Would not recommend at all!!! Had nails done before and by far worse job ever done.....Stay away!!!!!!!! And also found to be a little more expensive considering the kind o work they do. $50.00 for acrylic and no prepping of the nails( cuticle trimmed, pushed back etc.)prepare the surface. Stay away.
