The only problem I have living here is the loud music. 9 out of 10 cars that drive through the parking lot have their windows down and their 40 inch woofers throwing out nothing but BOOM, BOOM, BOOM. Doesnt happen just in the day, happens at 3 am and 7am and 12 midnight. Do these people think we desire to be entertained during these hours? I have a job and that makes me wonder if these BOOM, BOOM, BOOMERS actually work at all or just drive the parking lot and listen to MUSIC I live in apartment C-7 and if any of you are guilty of this nonsense Im available after work! It has now been over 8 months since I told maintenance my air conditioning does not work. I have repeatedly called them to remind them to come fix it. I have a pet that is very prone to heat exhaustion and with it being the second summer we are having with high humidity and temperatures going up to 80 degrees in the apartment I think my pet is likely going to die soon if they do not fix this. I am watching my pet right now as it struggles to breathe because they dont care enough to come fix the air. Theyve had almost a year. Theyve had more than enough time to fix my air conditioning. If my pet dies it will be their fault. Fix. It.

Hensley Graves is the only place I would rent from in the Florence area. We sold our house really quick and I needed an apartment fast. They let me and my friend view a couple in my price range. Found one I liked, it was spacious (which i needed leaving from a big house), the apartment I chose had two bedrooms, nice size kitchen, one bath, and a storage closet outside the balcony. Ive been with Hensley Graves for almost 10 years in the same apartment. Anytime Ive ever needed anything fixed they always jumped right on it and they didnt do patch up jobs from what I hear of other apartments. The staff have always been sweet and helpful especially Joann & Ben! If your looking for a place to rent choose Hensley GRAVES.... They make sure that their apartments look nice with landscaping and painting. I lived in quail run the apartments were very quiet despite it being mostly college students (I was one), the area was safe, and their was always a courtesy officer there if their was ever any issues (Hensley made sure that the problem or issues were resolved trust and believe me lol). I really enjoyed my first apartment and I will definitely miss going to the pool everyday!!! If I ever move back to Florence I would rent from them again. I thank them for all they have done for me throughout the years!!!

First of all, I won’t be on the list of residents because I was just staying with a friend who lived there a few months ago. These apartments could be so much better but sadly the management is horrible and so is the maintenance. There are roaches everywhere, not just in the apartments but outside too. The carpet had flees when they moved in (they hadn’t even been living there yet). Air didn’t work most of the time and forget about having hot water for longer than 10 minutes. Overall the worst I’ve seen in Florence and it’s sad because they could do so much better.

Clean, well-priced properties. The office staff is always so sweet and understanding (which goes a long way for a bumble like me), and the maintenance crew is there when you need them. Ive lived in two of their complexes and have enjoyed them both. Each time Id passed Georgetown prior to living there, I thought about how pleasant it looked. It lives up to its expectation and is a beautiful neighborhood. I am thrilled that I was able to snag one of the apartments there!

We are the Browns and we have lived at Hensley graves properties for 16 years. We love living here and we never plan to leave. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the complex is peaceful and beautiful. When we need anything, they are there to help and make our lives so much easier. We highly recommend Hensley graves as a place to reside. Our application was easy to submit online and was approved within ten minutes of submission. Work orders are placed and processed very quickly and professionally. My first apartment living experience in 50 years and I really do like it. I feel secure and well cared for here. The maintenance staff is fantastic and quick to take care of issues and the office ladies are prompt, friendly and fun. I so appreciate this experience because I know that it could be a lot different. I know there are newer maybe more efficient apartments around that offer more updated living situations. However, I would not trade it because I have been treated well here and they really do good working with the older buildings and trying to accommodate my needs.

So far I have no complaints. Georgetown aparments are a great place for a family. Very quite all well managed. We have had to call on the maintained crew twice since living here and they have been very fast about fixing our issue. Everyone is very nice. Overall very pleased with our apartment!

We have enjoyed staying here and are comfy. I like that these apartments are well lit and have ceiling fans. For the price you can’t beat it. If there is an issue they will fix it. Their customer service is good. ❤️

I have only been at this apartment complex a year but in that time I really do enjoy being here. When I had to move I needed something asap they worked really hard to get the only open apt ready for me and help out on accommodations in had so I could move in. Ive lived in a lot of different apartments but I think this is the best one yet! 😆 Also since Ive been here Ive recommended these apt to many of my friends and family members. So if you are looking for somewhere great to stay HENSLEY GRAVES is the place to be!! Also the lovely ladies in the office are just amazing, sweet and kind!!

They are always prompt to address anything that I need and I have greatly enjoyed living in Polynesian Village for the past year and a half. I recommend everyone looking for an apartment to come in and see them.

This is a great property management company. Their office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. They will fix anything from toilets to changing light bulbs. Some of their units are dated, but they are also spacious and reasonably priced. Overall, an excellent place to live.

I love living here! The office staff and maintenance are always polite and are always extremely helpful with any questions I have. I rarely have had to have maintenance called out for anything but the few times I have they have been very prompt and quickly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend and have recommended them to numerous family and friends.

Hensley Graves is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am in the military and called asking for an apartment. At the time there were none available. I expressed how much I loved the vibes and location of the complex. They were extremely helpful as they told me as soon as one would come available they would call. I put a down payment down and when I came home I had an amazing apartment waiting on me. I love where I live and wish I could stay forever. They are always there to help in office and on phone. I have a very nice view from my back balcony. The complex as a whole is a great community full of colorful neighbors. Ive lived here for three years, and I never would have otherwise expected to find such an amazing place to live for such an affordable price. Spending my college experience as a resident of Polynesian Village definitely the best decision I could have made when I moved to Florence, Alabama.

I chose Hensley Graves, I didnt want to live any where else in Florence just based off of standards. While the process of securing an apartment was frustrating, my experience since has been much better. The problem was that I lived out of town and wanted to be able to see an apartment before renting it but they wouldnt an apartment for me, meaning that it would get rented out by the time I could even drive over to see it. It all worked out in the end and the service, specifically maintenance service has been good. The only problem Ive had since is that UPS cant ever find my apartment to drop off packages because I am on the backside of the building, so I have a couple of packages floating around the complex somewhere.

I love the location at Polynesian village! But I feel like it needs a lot of updating!! The parking is awful, I believe every tenant should have assigned parking and only two vehicles! I have to park so far away and I have a 3 year old, so when I know its going to rain I have to stay at my moms!! Because Im not going to walk a mile and get soaked!The staff is amazing though!!

Hensley Graves Quail Run apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. I have a two year old, so finding somewhere safe and conveniently located close to town is exactly what I needed. I pay my rent inside the office each time and every staff member I encounter is always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance crew is super speedy and efficient and they are also some of the nicest individuals Ive ever had come in and are enthusiastic about fixing anything thats wrong. On top of all that the location and scenery around the apartment complex makes me feel secluded and perfectly at home.

My fiancé and myself have been looking for an apartment for a while now. We were dealing with Tim Rhodes until they rented out the place we were looking at when they said we couldnt even apply till a week later. So we went to Hensley Graves and the staff is extremely nice and helped us out so much. We were approved and put down a deposit the day that we applied. The lady even drove with us to the apartment and showed it to us.... they so far have been the best when it comes to customer service!!! 5 stars to your business!!

I love the place, I just wish you guys had some sort of weekend hours for when rent falls onto those days. I constantly worry about that, and sometimes my paycheck isnt in agreement with due dates, so I pay a little too far in advanced when I may need the money. Aside from that, the staff is great and Georgetown is really nice!

I enjoy living here. The staff is always polite and my neighborhood is quite. I havent had to call on maintenance yet, so I dont know how quickly they respond, but not having to call is always a good sign.

My father is disabled and could not keep up his house any longer so I decided to sell it and move him to Polynesian Village almost two years ago. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful and helped me through the process. They also had their service guys build my father a ramp to get into his apartment and a handicap parking decal outside. That was so appealing to my father and I. We have had no issues at all with the apartment or anything with the people who live there. Hensley Graves really cares about their tenants and the community to help people with their living needs. I highly recommend this company. Give the ladies a call in the office they have plenty of properties to chose from and would love to help you out.

I do not recommend renting from Hensley Graves properties. These people will try to do any and everything to keep all of your security deposit when you’re ready to move. Unlike any other places I’ve rented from in the shoals, Hensley Graves do not have regular pest control visits on their properties. Quail Run is infested with cockroaches and spiders. The apartments are old and molded. The ventilation in the apartments is horrible. I do recommend taking pictures of the apartment before you move in and keeping a note of every time you call to get any maintenance done or have any complaints with anything because when it’s time to move they’ll act as if nothing was ever wrong.

Hensley Graves is home to an extremely nice management staff and has made my first experience in renting an apartment very easy. The apartment is in excellent condition for a very reasonable price and I could not be happier thus far.

I just moved into an apartment for the first time last month and Hensley Graves was by far the most professional choice. They were quick to help me find the perfect apartment based on my needs and guided me through the application process while answering all my questions. The Quail Run apartments have plenty of space, pool access, and an Xfinity hotspot. Not to mention the prices are reasonable. If youre looking for an apartment in the Shoals area, Hensley Graves is the place to go!

At the time I was looking for a place to live I stopped at Hensley Graves. I needed something fast. Luckily they had one available. That was 9 yrs ago. Over the past 30 yrs I have lived in a lot of apts but nothing has compared to living here. Harriet and Jo Ann are always very helpful and have become friends. The maintenance men are always very helpful and you never have to wait. They are great!! If you want to live in a beautiful place and meet some great people you need to be living here!!!!!! Me, My fiance, and son moved into a home rented out by hensley graves properties recently. When we moved in any issues we had with items in the house that were not working, as soon as we told them that day or the next couple days someone was out to our home and fixed the issues! The staff have been amazing and I would have no issus reffering them to family and friends! We love our home if you are looking to rent they are the people to see!

This office was doing a giveaway for free rent for a year as long as you gave a review. I recently moved back to Huntsville and left Polynesian Village and there were several times while living there that I got no help from maintenance. Make sure you get a copy of everything from them because the office staff will quote you prices and then increase them or say you never gave notice of moving out. If you get charged for something after moving out, good luck knowing what it was. I got told, the lease is over and its done now. Thats the process.Take reviews with a grain of salt especially when theyre given in hopes of a free year of rent. I lived there for three years and got ignored after the first and then treated badly.

Most of these reviews are probably not accurate, they had a give away last year for free rent in return for good reviews and havent done another give away since now that they have reviews. Hensley graves never fixes anything in a timley manner. I was basically wothout air conditioning for a year. Because they kept putting off fixing it.
