Great experience at this salon. The office manager is helpful and Giuliana, the stylist, did an amazing job - would highly recommend. One of the best salon experiences I’ve had in years.

Before coming here I hated getting my hair cut, it was always a guess whether the cut would be good or not. Ive been coming here now for a few years to Giuliana and honestly its perfect every time. I feel so good when I leave, its one of my favorite things to do.

Im not a person who normally leaves reviews, but after the wonderful experience I had at Jia Li Salon I felt it was the least I could do to promote this wonderful business. I absolutely love my cut and balayage by Mari! Jia Li truly exemplifies a friendly atmosphere and great customer service. If youre looking for a salon I promise you wont be disappointed!

I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks every time I visit. My hair is thick, wavy and simewhat difficult and I get a great can u talk every time. My daughter recently visited to donate hair to Locks of Love and was given Star treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I flew into Cleveland and was in town for a brief couple of days on business/pleasure. My hair was a hot mess from TWO attempted colorings back from where I was from and I just blindly picked a Salon from google reviews (due to not knowing any businesses in the area). They fit me right in the SAME day I got there! Amazing! Because most GOOD salons that I’ve experienced can’t or won’t schedule you for a same day appt. My hairstylist was Vanessa and she was FABULOUS!!! She knew exactly what I was looking for, we talked like we had known each other for years (that’s how comfortable she made me feel) and the work and end results of my new hair color was purely extraordinary!!! Thank you so much Vanessa and the staff that worked my appointment in! I will be forever grateful, I just wished you lived in Florida so you could be my hair stylist from now on. But I promise, when I’m in town again, I will come visit and maybe just wait to get my hair done when I come see you all! 🤗❤️ Thank you again!!

They did an awesome job on my hair! I went to ANOTHER salon for a balayage and they completely messed it up and damaged my hair I called Salon Jia Li they were so nice and got me in the next day so I wouldnt have to keep wearing a hat to work! All the girls there were so nice and helpful and the salon owner Mary and her great stylists Sam and Jalyssa they made my hair beautiful! I didnt think anyone could fix the damage from that other salon but they did it I highly recommend!!!

The staff here are great - all very friendly and professional. Ashley has been doing my hair for over a year and I get compliments on my hair from complete strangers - nothing feels better than that!

I went to this place twice so far and had bad experience. First time for the haircut and second time for hair color. For my first appointment I had to go back in to correct my hair twice. for hair color, the stylist was not friendly at all and she did partial highlight, which I hated it right there and told the office manager, and charged me for full highlight. I spoke to the office manager at the same time that I need to correct the hair color as it is not what I asked for and color is not even seen on my hair. Office manager made me an appt to correct it (No charge) and few days later they cancelled my appointment and called to let me know that correction will be charged. They kept changing their statements and very very bad experience. I am not going back and not recommeding my friends. Very bad experience with my hair and very bad customer service.

Im not a big review person but I honestly have never been more satisfied with a salon experience and Ive gone to Giuliana for a few years now, so it seemed like a good time to review! Giuliana always nails my balayage and cuts, and I just started going to Ashley for sugaring this summer which has also been great. Both girls are so sweet and professional and receptive to what Im looking for; really, the entire staff seems to have a positive and professional attitude and the salons environment and location are so cute. Definitely recommend if youre in the market for salon services.

Salon Jia Li is wonderful. The establishment is clean, modern, and welcoming. The front desk receptionist was smiling and had a great, pleasant attitude. Jalyssa did my hair and makeup for a wedding and she did a great job. She was very careful when applying my makeup which I appreciated. As I was getting my services done I saw other hair dressers cleaning after every guest which made me feel comfortable during these times. Everyone wore a mask also. Overall, I highly recommend this salon!
