Hana is absolutely amazing! Love going to her, each time she does FANTASTIC on my nails - always getting compliments! She is very professional and the salon is always clean! Definitely book with her when you get the chance!

After bouncing around from nail salons nail salon since moving to Avon 15 years ago I finally found my go to place. They always go above and beyond and do a beautiful job. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, clean salon with technicians who treat the customers well!

I love Diamond Nail Salon! I have been going to here for almost 10 years now (I only took a break when I moved away for college). Every holiday, every event, and every time I was home from school I had to stop by for a manicure or a pedicure or both! The owner is magnificent! Shes honest, helpful and thoughtful. I know when I walk in the door the Ill be taken care of and when I leave I know my nails will sparkle. I recommend this place a million times over. I’ve been using this nail salon on and off for about 6 years now. I’ve had several different techs throughout that time. All of them of been professional and done a very good job. The price is reasonable, and the service is good. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They do their best to accommodate walk-ins, and are willing to work with your schedule.

Hannah is amazing. I have found a great place to come and will continue to do so. She even does my 8 year old granddaughters nail. Simply excellent

We made 5 appointments for 1130 and they only had 1 technician who had a different appointment at 1230 and made us wait for her to take that appointment in between. The shellac manicure looks good, but all of the full sets were sub par and ridiculously over priced.

I go in every other week for a gel manicure. It always lasts 2 weeks which is awesome considering how hard I am on my nails. I get my parents pedicures for their birthdays and other holidays too! The owner and employees are always pleasant and fun to talk with. Definitely recommended!!

The availability was very open which was nice and the prices were cheap. If you plan on getting a full acrylic set, definitely pay attention after each file and after application. More than half of my nails are crooked and check your polish if you don’t plan on getting gel. My polish was extremely gummy and never dried. After two hours the polish was still moveable and bumped on anything I touched. For someone who hasn’t had their nails done in over two years, even I knew something wasn’t right.

First time using this salon and and first time getting a gel manicure. I was assured the gel manicure would last 2 weeks. Unfortunately it only lasted 5 days. I showed my nails to a few ladies I work with that get gels all the time and they said I definitely got a bad job. The polish was chipped or lifting. I went back to the salon on the 6th day hoping they would make it right. They wanted to only fix a few nails and leave the others on the verge of looking the same way plus not matching. I said no and left. I thought why wouldn’t you take the extra time to make a customer satisfied with your product. Now I’ll never go back or recommend their salon.

I went here the first time because my regular salon couldn’t get me in. I will keep coming back even though it is much further. This is the salon in Avon.

My mother and I went in a while back and we received the worst pedicures! The pedicure lasted about 10 minutes and they did not take their time to file our nails or do any kind of scrub. It was super rushed just a little soaking, lotion, and nail painting (THAT WAS IT). When I was getting my manicure, the woman did not bring my purse over to the dryer and took her next client and they were sitting right next to my purse. I had to get up and grab it myself and she looked at me like I was the rude one. We will never be returning. Terrible service. Terrible quality. Unfriendly. We were rushed out of there and they werent even busy. Go elsewhere!

I recommended a friend of mine here because its fairly cheap and convenient. He is a classically trained professional guitarist who frequently gets acrylics on one hand instead of using a pick. When he called they refused him an appointment on account of him being male. They lost 2 clients today.

This salon is so dirty, surprised they are allowed to remain open. Technician was friendly and courteous but nothing appeared to be sanitized, the acetone to take off old gel ran all over the table and onto my clothes. Old, discolored towels, cluttered and dusty work stations. Owner/manager lounging and playing with her phone. No thank you.

I made an appointment the day before at 10:30 just to be safe. I was there before 10:30 and I didnt start getting my manicure until 11:10. I was very unhappy. The woman who did my nails was rude and unfriendly. During my manicure while my nails were still wet some of the nail polish came off then the lady looked and did not fix it. There are many other better salons around with cheaper prices. The one review that says pedicure start at $40 is wrong. Same prices as most places. WORST NAIL SALON IN NORTH EAST OHIO!

I had a totally different experience from the other two reviewers. I have been to MANY salons for spa pedicures and never been as happy as with Diamond Nail Salon in Avon. First of all, the prices are MUCH cheaper than anywhere else. Its $30 for a spa pedicure, $35 if you want hot towels. Most other places are $40 and above, even for the Asian-owned companies. They did a fantastic job and spent a great deal of time on my feet - not just a once-over to get me in and out of there. I highly recommend going! The person I had was Savannah and was great!

I have been going here for a few months now, and have never had a bad experience. Tracy has been doing my gel manicures for me and shes super nice and efficient.

Went the day before my wedding, worst experience Ive ever had getting my nails done. They were short and stubby and thick and the design was AWFUL and not what I requested. That night, one broke in half, and the next morning, one fell off! Have not been back since.

Went in for a manicure and dip polish, I was not given a real Manicure, just a file. A chunk of the dip flew off while it was being filed, I asked twice about it and the lady just brushed it off and ignored my concern. I noticed that part of my nail had no dip on it and asked for it to be fixed. The women got nasty and started slamming things around and being rough with my had while she was fixing my nail. I’m sorry that me wanting the job to be done right was a problem For you, but that is your job. I didn’t want to pay 45 dollars a nail to not be done properly.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been going here for a couple years now. I tried going to another place in Avon commons and it did not compare at all to this place. I also tried going to Anthony Vince in Crocker Park and I ended up with aninfection from that place. Diamond Nail Salon is the ONLY place I trust for my pedicures. Its always clean and the staff is always super nice.

Horrible. They charged extra just for using credit card. I asked where it stated that? She walked away from me. Nails looked nice for a couple days and they start coming off. Never again. Diamond Nail Salon is rude and sucks.

I have been here before for shellac manicures and they were ok. One of my nails chipped, so I stopped in for a manicure. I signed in and was told to pick out my color. Two people walked in after I picked my color and sat down - a good 10 minutes after me and they were asked what they were there for and told to pick out a color. One of the workers looked at the clipboard and must have seen that they were getting pedicures because she set up the pedi chairs and called them back. At this point, I should have walked out. I guess I assumed that maybe another person was going to do my manicure. I am mad at myself for not getting up and walking out instead of waiting another 1/2 hour before being called over to have my fingers wrapped. At that point, I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. It was longer than that - plus after taking off the acetone, the lady left me and went back to the person getting a pedicure to finish her top coat. All in all, I was there over 2 hours. The pedicures were walking out the door before my nails were even shaped. I will never go back.

It is always understaffed and customers wait too long. The nail technician told me during the pedicure that the basic pedicure would cost $32 but a special was running for the spa pedicure for $35. I told her to do the spa. When I went to pay, she said the cost would be $32 if I paid cash but it would be $37 if I used a credit card. I did not have cash and told her that she should have given me that information earlier. She would not honor the $35 price. I will not go back there. Deception!!!!

Keep Driving!Went in this evening asked the nail tech for White Tip Acrylic She said yes yes $40Gel.I said great. My daughter and I sat at separate tables. She proceeded to put on clear acrylic. I said no those are the wrong ones. She stated that these were better. And said these would be $45... She said she would paint over them and make them white. That was my clue to get up and walk out.Well long story short my daughter pink and white looked like a 4 year old did themMine were so thick you could measure them with a ruler...Clueless and to add insult to injury the clerk proceeded to argue with me and state that I didnt tell her.. lol ok

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO THIS NAIL SALON!!!!!! The gentleman who did my daughters nails did not take his time, her nails were uneven and he attempted a french manicure and it was awful. He was rude and I will never go to this nail salon AGAIN!!!!! To pay the same amount of money as an adult does for a manicure and get the results we did is a shame!!! Have respect for your work and do it right on a child the same you would for an adult! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
