I can’t believe how unprofessional and ridiculous my experience was. I went to them a few weeks ago and got my acrylics taken off (that I got put on out of state for a wedding) and I walked in for my appointment and had to wait almost 10 minutes. Fine, whatever, but then (I believe her name is Lung) came in to work on my nails while talking on the phone. She didn’t clean the station or even acknowledge I was there. She also didn’t sanitize any equipment. She was still on the phone (just talking on speaker) and burned me with the grinder while taking the nails off. I pulled my hand away and she hung up the phone. She then told me whoever did my nails didn’t do them correctly and made my nails unhealthy and that’s why she slipped up. I got a gel manicure that day and went on about my day.Fast forward to yesterday and I decided to give them another try and hoped it was just an off day. This salon is close to home. I walked in and sat down for my manicure and got Lung again. I looked around and the station was absolutely filthy. There was dust everywhere from what I assume to be what falls off the nails but is never cleaned up. Her sanitation station is also filthy and it looks like the spray bottle hasn’t been touched in weeks. It’s ironic that we have to sanitize our hands as we walk in but they don’t clean. During my manicure a gentleman began working on their fish tank and just stood on the counter where we wash our hands instead of getting a ladder. She also burned my finger again with the grinder tool. Today my nails are already chipping. This place is an absolute joke. Maybe take some advice and clean your shop and care about your guests.

This is a great place for a wonderful manicure and pedicure. The business is clean and good techniques are used to protect its clients. Strongly suggest this shop if you are looking for a great experience.

I took my daughter here for a Mommy Daughter pedicure. She is 2.5. The man who did ours was so kind, patient, and accommodating with her. He genuinely enjoyed it. It was a great experience.

Made an appointment a day before, got here on time & still waited 20 minutes to get a chair. got in a chair and pedicure literally was only 10 minutes. 2 second massage on legs, i had to ASK to get my cuticle cut instead of them doing their job. they spoke in their language about me and my sister. one of the guys is disrespectful. They took their time with everyone else but us two. We go to pay and they over charged us. Asked if we were getting our nails done, we said no cause we go through somewhere else & gotten a ugly attitude response. I will stick to who i originally go through. I won’t be back.

Their website said appointment only, but we decided to make a last minute call to check our chances. They asked what time, and they were happy to accommodate us last minute! They even told us they were about to close up shop for the night, and they still made the decision to let us come.

They were 15 min late for my appt and we were the first ones of the day and my nails look horrible. My acrylics are too thick and lumpy. Ill never go back.

Its a ok place they are very professional and decent priced but they are always very rushed to get you in and out and they double book appointments your just another number to them you dont get the friendly pampering treatment you would expect from a nail place...

I scheduled my pedicure and arrived before my appointment. They took me, let me choose my gel color and packet for the pedi. The place was clean, they asked me to sign in and use sanitizer, which I did. I loved the massage chair and the guy who did my nails was very professional, gentle with my feet and paid close attention to every detail regarding my feet. The color turned out perfect and I was relaxed! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment and waited over 20minutes without a check in or explanation. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to continue waiting.

I usually go here all the time i went about 4 days ago and one nail fell off and there all lifting at the cuticle the man i had was rude grabbing my hands hard and cutting me and he went way to fast usually a full set takes at least 45 mins i had my app at 4:40 and was out by 5:05. there’s no point of calling and telling them cause there gonna charge me to fix them. never again.

I freaking love align she is my favorite!!! She gets the job done!!! My designs and nails are always how I want them! She remembers how I like them done! I did have the younger do my nails and not really to my liking but overall for being the first time he did a good job!!I’ve been going to them for over a year! Kuhn made accommodation for my nails to look as natural as possible since I was in nursing school! Now that I’ve graduated I plan to frequent her regularly!!

The guy didnt let my nails fully dry so they ended up peeling off the next day. My nails also ended up crooked. They also didnt sanitize there after each person they had.

My mom and I came here once before to go get acrylics and they looked great! I came back a week or so later to get them off because they where starting to hurt, the woman who took of my nails was quite rough about it. One employee said “didn’t you just get those on?” I would not recommend at all. Don’t go here.

What a pleasant visit. The manager did a beautiful job on my nails. She shaped them just as I like and took her time being neat and clean. I will return. Easy parking as well.

I have been getting my nails done here twice a month for nearly 4 years. The staff are very friendly and professional. Ive seen some unpleasant customers come in and Im always impressed with how well the situations are handled. They are always making improvements to the salon as well as with their product quality and options.

I used to go to Elite in AL but will drive farther up Rt 83 because they take more time and really pamper you with extra massage plus my girl Gabrielle was so nice and easy to talk to. I messed up my toe on the way out and went back and she was kind enough to fix what was totally my fault. Looking forward to my next pedi!!

I went here for a girls day with my two young daughters 12 and 10 I called before I arrived ask them for an appointment and I said I was bringing my two daughters with me to get their nails done as well when I arrived the man was extremely rude he acted as though I didn’t tell him and I believe he thought because they were kids they didn’t have to be professional the man even slap my daughters hand kept pulling and twisting on them their nails were crooked and uneven when I said something he tried to tell me it was because their finger was crooked it was just an absolute horrible experience they charged me $149 for garbage I will never go here again they were completely unprofessional in my opinion it took everything in me not to flip outs!

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! My two sisters and I did a walk in on a Sunday and were expecting a wait but this was insane! after waiting 40 minutes for the girl to start on one of my sisters nails she started tag teaming the two of them (gluing one then the other then shaping and filling one and then the other) until they both were finished. I was waiting patiently it was my turn (because I came in with them) She proceeds to take a lady that came in 5 minutes before! Saying she had an appointment at this time I had enough! I walked out so frustrated! To put the cherry on top of the cake when my sisters were waiting for their nails to dry they were asked to give up their seats to a man that wasnt there for anything service! UNBLIEVEABLE! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE! Not to mention my sisters nails were terrible! She rushed through them because she wanted to get though customers like it was a race instead of giving great quality of service. Needless to say both of their nails popped off in less than a week! Beware of this place!

Best pedicure. My manicure looks nice but I paid $40 for nothing more than getting my nails painted and they did it while I was getting my pedicure.

Just say no. I picked this place for the online booking, but that’s where it went downhill. The express pedicure was mediocre but they didn’t use clean tools. I had to wait 15 minutes between services (with an appointment) and then got my manicure. I was turned off by the sinks where you wash your hands. They have mold visible inside them. They also have two fish tanks in the salon that smell horrible and are dirty. My gel manicure started chipping and cracking 48 hours later. I took it all off just 6 days later. I’ve had probably 100 gel manicures and this was one of the worst. Also, I’m thinking about calling the cosmetology board about the mold and dirty equipment.

11//14/18 editing my review....second time that at least one nail started to chip within less than a week after a shellac manicure. The staff is quick to fix but one day after my nail was fixed it started to chip again. Perhaps the polish should have been removed from the nail instead of adding polish on top of the shipped area. NOT happy!!Great mani/pedi service! Salon is very clean, staff is very nice and professional!

I went in for a gel mani and ben convinced me to do the dip instead and i love them!!! Ben was awesome and really made me feel welcome!!

I have been to rhis place twice love it there. Tom is an AMAZING nail tech. I let him know about my neuropathy and arthritis in my hands he was extra careful and did a wonderful job.

Did an ok job on my nails. From the second I walked in the door they were very pushy about selling the higher priced services. I said no thanks. They then got kind of rude. I was told the price for a full set was 30.00. when I went to pay it was 42.50. I asked and was told there is a 10.00 fee for length and shape. Crazy. No tip. Wont go back.

Very disappointed in service and wait time. This salon came highly recommended so I had high hopes but was very frustrated when leaving. I was hoping to find a good, local salon open on Sundays that was reasonably priced and did a good job but this was not the case. I came in right at opening, and there were already quite a few people ahead of me - which was okay, I wasn’t in a rush. I checked in and was told 10 mins. I waited patiently for 50 minutes before another customer (who arrived after me as a walk in) mentioned that I was waiting to be serviced before her. The manager, Linh, admitted to having forgot I was there. They then sat me in a chair where I waited another 20 minutes and finally moved to a chair where they began my nails. Linh did them so I was hoping they’d be superb but after a quick 20 distracted mins, most of which she was assisting other customers and staff, she finished my fill. My nails were uneven, some in shape, some in thickness. She didn’t ask a single question about how I like my nails (shape, cut down, style). I’ve been getting my nails done for a few years, and there were many steps that were skipped including buffing and checking hands to match fingers length and shape. Many nails also had bubbles. The cost was reasonable ($32) but I would not return to this salon due to the poor service, wait time and final result. A lot of reviews mention cleanliness as well, I thought it was the opposite of clean :(

Garbage. They have horrible customer service, last time i went, i was there in the chair for almost two hours, I asked for a particular tech. and they didnt even bother to tell me she no longer worked there. My nails were chipping off before I even got home. I had gel all around my fingers, my cuticles, and nails were sanded down way too far (painful). I kept telling the tech what I wanted and she continued to do the opposite. Way over priced. Horrible service.

I thought the service was awful. I got a manicure and a full set of acrylic nails. The girl doing my nails complained I wasnt relaxing my hand. Hard to do when someone is ripping your nail bed apart. My finger tips throbbed for hours after. I had to put an ice pack on and take a pain reliever. She was rude abD MEAN!!! Dont go there..

The man ignored all my requests or got mad. Got cut 3-4 times and nails look terrible! Smudged as soon as i got in the car. I DO NOT REQUEST THEM

I visited this place yesterday :( so very Disappointed first she cut me with the nail file and did not disinfect my finger or the file :/. I really wanted a nice design hand painted when I asked if they do nail art she said yes, so I showed her a pic of what I wanted she said oh no i cant do that so I showed her another more simple pic and she said oh no i cant do that either. Super frustrated at this time. Also they have no prices posted up any where. I ask how much for a full set she tells me $45.00 seemed high to me after tax It comes to 48 amd change. When I look on lint more at there prices a full set is only $30.00. They scammed me!!! ( I had even tipped her ) cant believe this

My daughter and I get pedicures every so often. I know Im a guy(dad) but we do it together so its fun. We figured we would try this place but I have to say it was not very good and priced higher than any others by 30.00 for both of us (we usually use one in Avon Lake). She litterally did my feet in 10 minutes and put no effort in to it. Usually my feet are good for a while but because of the poor job they are back to normal already after a week. My daughter said it is the worst one she has ever gotten and her feet are also back to normal. I would look around before going here. Much better options out there.

My wife loves this place . I drop her off every other week and before you know it she is done . Her co workers always comment on the artistic nail design.

My normal salon was closed due to vacation...so I figured I would try this salon, went in around 5:00 on a Saturday...no customers...I figured wow ok cool...well now I know why on a Saturday a nail salon is not busy...they are rude, they don’t talk to you AT ALL, they all acted as if I was bothering them to do my nails.......Will never set foot back in this salon, if my salon is closed I will be waiting til they get back from vacation!

Worst place Ive ever been to. They do a mediocre job and tried over charging a ridculous amount and clearly are not taxing how theyre suppose to. When I pointed out thats not what the price said they got extremely nasty. Dont waste your time here.
