I had a slow leak in a tire on my Toyota Highlander. I made an appointment using Firestones online system, so I hoped that I wouldnt have to wait around too long to get the tire fixed or buy a new tire. I arrived a few minutes early and they were able to get my vehicle in before the scheduled time. Luckily, the leak was caused by a nail and they were able to patch the tire. I was surprised by the low price for the fix. I was in and out on time. I will return here as needed.

They were great about getting our tire purchase and mounting done in a hurry. They presented reasonable options and didnt try to upsell us. Will definitely go to them again.

I have been using Firestone auto service for years, in different parts of the country and with different cars. Ive always received great service. They always talk to me if something more is needed and take time to explain. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Firestone in years to come.

My son, who is 19, had the car towed to Firestone for a blinking check engine light. I am in sales and understand marking up the parts for convenience, labor costs, and overhead, HOWEVER, this is highway robbery! I am not a mechanic and get the coil itself for under $100. Spark plugs are no where close to $36 either!!

OTR Driver2019 Ram 3500, 41,500 miles in 4 months on OEM tires.Needed 6 tires today which is SUNDAY (only day off). They only had 4 tires in stock, but another store that was closed had 2. The Service Advisor sent an off duty employee to the closed store to get the other 2 tires I needed!! Now thats customer service! I am 1000 miles from home, and they treated me like a close neighbor and friend!EXCELLENT service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!You cant put a dollar amount on great service!

I havent trusted Firestone, as a whole, for many years, but got a bolt stuck in my tire Saturday evening in Erie, and they were the only place open, and close to my location. To my surprise, they did a great job getting me back in the road quickly. Thanks.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! My little sister took her car here and paid for a full diagnostic. They went over the car and gave her a list of things that need to be done to pass inspection. She said she wanted it all done and paid 1800 for everything. She went to pick the car up a few days later and all was well. She drove the car not even a full day and the check engine light came on and the car began sputtering. She took it back and they ran the scanner. Said they needed to run another test to find the exact problem. That would cost her another $100! I then told her bunk that. Bring it to my husband and he will put it on the scanner. My husband wasnt previously able to get it done when she needed it as he was getting our vehicle ready for inspection and our nices. Anyway he ran it on the scanner and it was the catalyst converter. So he replaced that and the other o2 sensor the garage neglected to replace. They should always be replaced together, not just one. He also had to change spark plugs and wires that they failed to miss. Also he had to replace the axel as it was slinging grease everywhere. So theres a few things they missed. He fixed it all up and test drove it for a day. The check engine light came back on and what do yah know.....its the o2 sensor they replaced. Not only did they not do what they were paid to do, the screwed it up. Then to add the cherry to the top, they charged her over 100% markup on parts, at the price any average Joe can get them at! That is ridiculous. a little bit of a mark up is to be expected but they charged her $309 for a o2 sensor that only cost $105 at the damn store. They provided all part numbers so it was easy to look up. Theyre service is garbage to say the least. I am infuriated. They took advantage of a young single mother and didnt bat an eye.

Anyone with lane keep assist or lane departure on their vehicle please beware of the scam Firestone is doing with alignment prices. I called them and asked for a quote on a 2019 Honda. I was told that the alignment would cost more (pretty much double) than a regular alignment because my vehicle has lane keep assist and they would need to calibrate that system after completing the alignment. I decided to call my local dealer and they instructed me that no one but the dealer should be adjusting the lane keep assist or any of the other safety aids. But the most interesting thing is they informed me for an alignment those items DO NOT NEED calibration. I was quoted $146 for one alignment and my dealer charged me $75. They also offered life time alignment at $325 when it should be $180. This is just a scam to charge people more money. BEWARE!!! NICE TRY FIRESTONE!

I’ll start by saying I’m not the type to write reviews. But this felt warranted. I purchased tires which came with lifetime flat repair. I picked up a puncture somewhere, found it at home, and took it back to Firestone for my promised service. The first time I took my truck in I was told it was fixed. Later that day my TPS said it was low again. So I went back the next day. Before heading over I filled my tires to 5 psi below the manufacturers rating. After waiting nearly two hours I was told by a tech that my tire had been broken down and there was nothing inside and therefore no leak. He also told me that the tires were overinflated and that was the reason for the tps sensor alert. This was simply a lie. Why you might ask? Simple. There was no TPS warning when I left it in the lot. Theoretically if the pressure had dropped while waiting, the sensor could have tripped. But the pressure isn’t going to increase while sitting stationary in the lot. I grew up in a garage, my grandfather and father were mechanics. The only reason I don’t patch the tire myself is that I don’t own a tire machine. After I told the tech that he was mistaken he got argumentative and told me that essentially that I don’t know what I’m talking about. It took a manager( George. Thanks brother). to come out to my truck where I showed him the leak to get the work done. After that the patch took about ten minutes. This wasn’t the first time that I’ve taken my truck to Firestone for subpar service. But it will be the last.

Cody, Bob, and my mechanic listen to everything I said I thought was wrong regarding my brakes and a new tire. They assess the car and came up with a plan they presented me and were able to take care of it within the hour. My brakes are now like Silk. This is the best place to go in town for great service and consideration!

We were traveling from Pittsburgh to Albany, NY on Friday 8/7/20. We were on I-79 near Meadville and the low pressure sensor indicated that I had a low tire. We stopped at a gas station and pumped it up and continued on our way. A few miles later I could see we were slowly loosing air pressure. We looked for tire shops in Erie, PA (which would be on our way). We called Firestone and explained our dilemma. We were told that they should be able to get us taken care of by Wednesday! I was shocked to say the least. We stopped at Flynn Tire on Peach St and they took care of us right away and we were able to get on the road again quickly. Obviously customer service was not a priority at Firestone.

We came to them with a flat tire and they were both fast and professional. They checked in with us about the price of the replacement tire before installing and even returned our spare tire to the trunk for us (which was a feat as we had a trunk full of luggage). Would definitely recommend.

We were so lucky to find Firestone!! We were halfway on our 600 mile drive and had a nail get in a tire. After calling 4 other places, we got to Firestone and they offered to help us out immediately. They were so kind and we were back on the road in less than an hour of calling them!! Great Hospitality!

We ended up at Firestone because it was the only place open on a Sunday afternoon and we rolled in with a bent rim and busted tire, courtesy of an enormous pot hole on I-90. The team there was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road. They had our tire size in stock and were able to find a shop in Eerie that was able to repair our bent rim so that we did not have to source an absurdly expensive one from VW. Kudos to Jeremy and Cody for their hard work and dedication in getting us back on the road.

The tire services Ive received from the Millcreek Mall Firestone location have always been excellent. I arrived a few minutes early for my latest appointment and was immediately checked in by Cody, my Service Advisor. My winter tires were rebalanced and within an hour I was checked out by Jeremy. I purchased their lifetime rebalance service for future visits. Im sure Ill need this service every year driving on roads maintained by the city of Erie and the State of Pennsylvania. Im not sure about this locations other auto services because I take my Audi to a foreign car specialist but I definitely recommend giving this Firestone location your business for tire purchases and services. Based on reading some other reviews posted here, it appears their other services are excellent as well.

Garages scare me because I never know whether my inspection will cost $35 or $3500. I just wait for the call before I can breathe. :) in this case it was super easy. I got an appointment the next day, dropped off the vehicle and walked around the mall (and if you get an appointment later in the day, Ruby Tuesday has a nice happy hour ;) ). Got a call an hour later, the vehicle was done and there were no issues. 5 stars!

I had a scheduled appointment and it took them 1 hour and 43 minutes to do a simple oil change. When I called and made the appointment they said 4pm (my appointment time) was their slowest and best time. Can’t imagine their waits during busy hours

Excellent service. Jeremy at the reception took full care in making sure that all concerns are met. I got very minor scratches on the cap(hub) of my tire during their replacement. He ordered a brand new one from Honda dealer and replaced mine in few days. I would recommend this store to everyone. Keep it up & thanks.

Best customer service I have EVER had at a car care place. Prices are all very reasonable too, especially for the quality.

Barely limped to the place with an overheating Ford Freestyle that wouldnt go more than 200 feet without overheating. These guys got me in and out in the same day and did a tremendous job of doing top notch work and letting us know about the progress they were making on what is not an easy job. And it was not very expensive at all. Great work.

Cody was awesome. From Kansas broke a ball joint and half shaft on i79 and they got me in right away. Was up front and honest about cost. Will definitely would use them again!

I was on my home to Ohio from Buffalo and the car quit on my on i90 just west of Peach Street at 2:35PM. Being a Sunday and not sure who would be open, but remembered Firestone Complete Auto Care are open on Sundays. Did a search on my phone and found this place closest to me. I called, was able to get a tow to the shop. Got there at 3:45PM and they were able to repair my car and get me back on the road by 5. My family and I made it home safely and I have to say these guys really went out of their way to help me. Thanks for being open on a Sunday and very appreciated helping me out!

Great. Walked in with no appointment because I developed a leak in a tire. I stopped at a Get Go to fill the tire and it would not inflate past 22 lbs. Firestone fixed it, even though they were quite busy, in about 2 hours. Nice job!

Having been business partners with the guys at Firestone for a few years, I can attest to their highly accommodating way of doing business. They offer quality work at a fair price and a very professional staff to back it all up.

Said they opened up at 7am, well Im outside and its 7:10 and theyre not open.

I have had oil changed here in the past and brakes put on 3 months ago $I just had 4 tires, oil change and inspection. About $800 and the day I had my inspection, my check engine light was on and they said the computer indicated that it was something wrong with the emissions . They then proceeded to tell me I needed further testing to the tune of $100 to indicate what exactly that meant. The inspection which checks the emissions didn’t show anything was wrong because they don’t test that specifically. . So in essence I spent a lot of money with them and they could not tell me what was wrong with the emissions . I had to pay them another hundred dollars.The inspection indicated nothing wrong.Just to tell me what was wrong with it I need to pay them another hundred dollars. It doesn’t seem like good business sense to me now, I have a sour taste in my mouth.

Just left there today. My car was getting regular inspection. They said it needed a license plate light. Fine. Then new wiper blades. There was nothing wrong with them so i asked to have the old ones in the trunk. They are totally new. Also no one proved that the ones they put on are better. No one showed me how mine failed. Then there was a nail in my tire sidewall. Cant repair. So i got two new. They never put the other perfectly fine tire in the trunk. They kept my property. So not cool!

A little pricey but I didnt much choice on Sunday afternoon. I dont know about the current staff, but they for the the minutes and ready to roll in 1-1.5 hrs. That not bad for a walk in. If the staff there now is anything like they were 7 years ago, they should sho a great job. I would have racked up those of frequent flyer miles. If it now than a month between one problem and the next they would ask, whereve you been? Is everything ok? Lol. I couldnt give a 5 star rating because I havent used their service enough to know how good they are.

I would give them 5/5 but somehow when I asked for 4 wheel alignment and oil change. Only half the work was completed, after I said something they quickly rectified the issue

Jeremy and Michael are unsung heroes when it comes to going above and beyond. Providing a great experience and service is what all consumers expect, but Jeremy and Michael went beyond that.On a Friday evening, my tire blew out and I was stranded. I was not from the area (Im from Canada) and all the shops around me were either closed or closing, the same applied to this Firestone. Jeremy heard my plea for help and both him and Michael stayed open just to help me get back on the road. They had to wait an hour before I could make my way there and 45 minutes after I got to the shop, I was back on the road.The people of Erie, PA are lucky to have these gentlemen servicing their vehicles.

I have a Corvette with wide tires and they took on the job of putting new tires on a new set of wheels. They did the work with no damage and no complaints at a great price. A+ service.

I just paid 112.00 for an inspection on a 2017 equinox also an oil change. The staff is very polite but last year this same service cost me 82.00. 112.00 is much more than these 2 things should cost and not sure why so much more than last ...and actually this would be my 5th year going there. I will not go there again next year 30 more for the same servic way to much.

I went in to have tires rotated. Walked across to the mall and when I came back my car was on the lift and the hood opened. I told them all I wanted was a tire rotation.The desk attendant claimed that I would need a timing belt and a water pump, even though the pump was working.I told them to look at their own records and see that they replaced the timing belt some time ago.After they replaced the belt some time ago I started to have oil leaks. I went to several people to try to diagnose and found that Firestone had not changed seals and gaskets.The repairs cost me over $600 bucks.CONCLUSION: If you ask for a tire rotation that is all I want. They seemed to find bogus repair needs. You will never see me in a Firestone Store for tires or anything.

One employee who placed more value on a telephone customer than a live human in the store. I needed to ask a yes or no question about trailer tires. I waited ten minutes to be told they dont stock trailer tires. To the individuals credit they did on questioning tell me that Walmart and Tractor Supply have these tires. We should have called and never gone to the store.

Not sure how they are fixing vehicles but when I went in it just seemed like I was talking to a salesman not somebody trying to help fix my car. For every question I asked he went on about a service or product that was overpriced and I didnt need. 89.99+tax for an alignment? I could see how the lifetime alignments for 160 deal is a good one but that is a ridiculous price for one alignment.

This place tried to rip me off when I got new tires telling me I had bad tie rod ends within a month of having my car inspected. Since I know cars well enough and had experienced bad tie rod ends before, I knew there was nothing wrong and I declined them fixing anything. I found out a few months later, when my car was in the shop again, that there was nothing wrong with my tie rod ends as I suspected. I never returned to this place and have never suggested anyone else go there since my experience.

Purchased a new set of tires for my truck got a good deal and service was fast.

Had the car checked over on October 21st for our long drive to South Carolina on Monday, October 23rd. We expect a lot from Firestone. We’ve been using them for years in South Carolina And never had a problem.That Monday, October 23 was torrential downpours fromPennsylvania to South Carolina. Needless to say we had to stop for wiper blades for the car. This is something they are supposed to check and did not do this. Here we are in West Virginia in the pouring rain changing wiper blades. The drive was treacherous enough we did not need that.

My fiancés brake line exploded in the parking lot of the mall, so he drove it over to Firestone. They wanted $500 for one brake line to be replaced and another $2000 for repairs needed to pass inspection. So $2500 total.We had his car towed to the shop that was recommended by a family member for $50 and we were quoted $150 for two brake lines and $260 for the repairs needed to pass inspection. So $460 total.Needless to say, we will NEVER use Firestone for any sort of repairs to either of our vehicles, and if you have the ability to go to another shop, you certainly should.

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT WAS A PAST EMPLOYEE, AND ADVISED ME NOT TO GO TO THAT ONE. BECAUSE THE STATE ST. COULDNT GET ME IN SOON ENOUGH; I WENT TO MALL. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!! THEY PUT THE CHEAPEST EVER WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID IN MY CAR. IT FROZE! I ONLY USE THE BEST OF ANYTHING IN MY CAR. THEY CRACKED MY HEADLIGHT. MOST LIKELY FROM SLAMMING THE HOOD DOWN. WHICH ALSO HAD CUSTOM LEDS RETROFITTED INTO THE HOUSING. THAT NOW LEAKED WATER, AND SHORTED THE ELECTRONICS IN THE CONSOL UNIT MOUNTED INSIDE CAR. LAST AND THE B I G G E S T PROBLEM. THEYRE SCAM ARTISTS. I WAS TOLD MY LEFT FRONT BEARING WAS DIRE NEED OF REPLACING. THEY TOLD ME, GAVE ME A QUOTE, AND ASKED IF I WANTED FIXED. I FIX EVERYTHING ON MY CAR. ONLY TWO THINGS I DONT DO IS PAINT, AND MOUNTING TIRES ON RIMS. I TOLD THEM I WOULD HANDLE IT MYSELF. THE QUOTE WAS ASTRONOMICAL. NOT EVEN GOING TO SAY HOW MUCH BECAUSE ITS JUST TOO HILARIOUS. MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE HAD IT DONE ANYWAYS. SO GLAD I DIDNT. I BOUGHT MY PARTS ELSEWHERE. PULLED CAR IN MY GARAGE, AND HAD A TIME FRAME OF TWO HOURS IN MY HEAD. TWENTY SECONDS!!!!!
