Everyone was SO nice and absolutely loved my nails Thursday but it’s only Tuesday and they look terrible I had rhinestones that are completely gone and fall stickers that are coming off. I paid 70$ Total plus a tip with them not even lasting a week.

Simply put, Kevin is THE MAN!!! I have followed him from north Olmsted to Avon and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! He is the fastest most accurate nail tech in the business! My friend & I came last week & got an acrylic set. The man who was doing her nails was rushing from the start & my woman was going sooo slow. Other people started arriving & my friends nails were done while mine were still being cut. She asked for square shape & got some sort of awkwardness that gets fatter at the end. My nails started separating from my real nails 3 days after, The polish was blotchy, & they’re different shapes and sizes if you look closely. During the end of my nails, the woman told us to send our friends there & I almost laughed. It’s been a full week today & 2 of my nails are hanging on by a thread.

Tried for the first time very friendly fast service Jenny and Kenny are great owners. Very clean and nails looked fabulous. Ill be visiting their nail salon again! Thank you Jenny!

I’ve been going to Tina for about a year for pedicures and gel manicures, great experience every time. All the technicians do great nails, salon is clean, they accept walk ins and appts.

I went in for a fill and Jenny fixed my whole set for me!! My nails have never looked prettier and the prices are really good. She took her time and didn’t rush at all even though I was a last minute walk in

I got a dip manicure and within a few days it was already peeling off. I know this should last at least a few weeks. $50 down the drain.

I got a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. The best pedicure Ive had. Tech took time to make sure my gel nails were exactly the way I wanted them! Tech was also upfront about the cost and when I added on extra services, how much extra that would cost me. I truly appreciated the honesty some nail salons just let you keep adding services and dont tell you what the cost is until after its done! I highly recommend them!

Never a bad experience with them. Always done in a timely fashion and they are dead when they tell you times for waiting very nice and good people highly recommend them wont go anywhere else now. Kim does phenomenally.

This place is sooo clean! They are taking every measure possible to make sure it is safe for their employees and customers. I took my daughter and her 2 friends for mani/pedis and they loved it!

Had one of the best experiences today! I got a pedicure and a dip nail ‘polish’ and I couldn’t be happier! The salon is clean and very well kept and Kevin is AWESOME! You won’t be disappointed!

I came in after work ( an hour befor they closed) to get my nails done and was greeted nicely and given the price of my service. I sat down and chose my color and waited. But as soon as i was taken back to soak off my paint is when my visit took a turn for the worse. The man doing my nails was mean and very rushed doing my nails. He huffed and puffed, yanking my fingers and arms around telling me to loosen up. I would have been less tense if he wasnt being do mean and rough. Then he never asked me the shape or length I wanted my nails. So they are to short and not the shape i wanted AT ALL. I paid and tipped and left but I will never go there again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Kevin is a amazing person and really takes the time to make sure your nails come out as beautiful as you :-) He is not only awesome, he is super fast and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend going to him! 🤙🏿💛

This was the second time I visited this salon. The first time was not exceptional, but I was more pleased than another salon I had been visiting in Crocker Park. Tonight, there was no one in the salon when I arrived. I was taken and started after requesting a manicure and a dip-polish. While I was being serviced, another guest arrived and was also started by the only other person working. Then an appointment arrived and had to sit more than 20 minutes before even being started at which point, the “tech” doing my nails began to make erratic movements and was clearly frustrated that he had overbooked himself. The rest of what he did to my nails was awful and rushed. The color was inconsistent and blotchy, they are incredibly uneven, one nail has a dark line at one corner (which they asked if I wanted to turn into a design?!!) No thank you. The woman I was pawned off onto slapped a top coat on my already hellacious dip-polish job and tried to call it a day. I asked if she was going to do any filing; with a drill or otherwise at this point, as the acrylic dip powder was fused to my cuticles on every finger. If I could figure out how to add some photos, I would!!! It wasn’t hard for the acrylic powder to stick to my jagged cuticles because I never received any kind of manicure to begin with. After sitting for nearly 40 minutes and being shot down for asking any questions, I was not going to sit through a removal and redo. They’re lucky I paid the $43 I was charged. I tried this place after thinking the salons in Crocker Park were pricey......turns out I was wrong. You can actually get worse service for the same price at this “Angel Salon”.

Ive been going from salon to salon since we moved back to Cleveland 5 years ago. I finally found my nail home. Husband and wife (Kevin and Jenny) team are both excellent and wonderful people. Ill be going no where else.

My husband and I came in as walk ins no wait and everyone was so nice and awesome so many returning customers they knew everyone on first name basis so friendly and professional....will for sure come back.

My mom and I decided to try out this place and it was the worst experience we have ever had. They rushed our pedicures, and were too busy focusing on other customers and not mine or my moms wants. We both wanted the pink and white ombré service that they list on their list of services. The air brush tool used for the ombré was not working, and it looked like legit splatter on my nails as opposed to the ombré look that was promised. With my mom, they only filed down one hand and not the other because they were too focused on the customers coming in, even though my mom asked them to file all nails on both hands. To top it off, my nails have already chipped and it’s been maybe a week and a half if that. Let’s just say I won’t be returning!
