This place is great! They take their time which I really appreciate. Henry and Sue Ann are the shop owners and they are hands down the best technicians there! Dip will last you minimum 2.5 weeks. I go in every 3 weeks.

I went in for a acrylic set and the lady made them extremely chunky and thick. I didn’t have time to get them done again because they already spent an hour and a half on them. So I asked to come in the following day or get a refund they said no to both. I’m very disappointed with the work they did and the customer service. Will not be going there again. My nail lady did not seem to know what she was doing.

I typically do not write reviews for places but I felt compelled to for Avon Nails Spa...Honestly, I was really disappointed in my experience here. The man that did my nails was very unprofessional. He made several nasty comments to me during my appointment. I felt extremely uncomfortable and do not intend on returning any time soon.I will say, I loved how my nails turned out- I just believe it is important that you feel respected when paying for a service.

Amazing service and friendly atmosphere! They did outstanding on my nails and were amazingly cordial and serviceable! Love love love this place! I got a refill and reshape, I had stiletto nails that had ballooned as they grew out making them almost almond. I asked to have them shortened and shaped to be a true stiletto. They did phenomenal getting them perfect! Micheal was my technician and he was super funny and great at his job! Henry the owner is a super awesome guy! Very friendly and courteous and made sure to check that everything was how I wanted it! 10/10 I would recommend!!!Edit: A year and some change later and this place still out performs any nail salon I have ever been too. I literally let them pick my nail colors and designs because they are just that amazing. They know my style and what I like and the rest is just perfection! I added pictures of my most recent visit to my first visit! This last time was totally Xu-An’s creativeness at work! (Pardon my bad photography skills)

The place was clean. Rude from the start yelling at people and they walk in the door to go wash their hands. Yes I get it its very important dont get me wrong. Just better ways of doing it. They fit me and I was a walk-in. I wanted a pedicure and they obliged. They cut my nails extremely short and my toes were sore for a couple days. Besides that not too much to complain about. The regulars really seem to enjoy them.

When I first walked into this salon I was extremely impressed by how clean it was. The guy at the front asked me to wash my hands, and when I sat down the nail station was very clean. I am extremely impressed how serious they are taking this virus. I got my nails filled(I have acrylic with gel). The gentlemen that did my nails did an excellent job. I will definitely come here again.

They practice social distancing very well and make sure everybodys safe. They are also very clean and have many color selections. It is quick, good quality, and worth the value. First choice for nails in the area.

This place is horrible. Looks nice but the techs need some classes. The men there are rough with your hands as far as pulling your hands closer to them. He burned me with the drill 5 different times. Then, not even 2 hours later 2 nails broke. I will never be back. If I could give no stars I would👎👎

I made an appointment and wrote the time and day down as soon a I got off the phone. When I got there at the time I wrote down I was told I was 45 minutes late and of course it wasnt the owners fault cause he wrote the other time down. I could not get a pedicure that day. He can be very nice and very RUDE at times. Too bad. NEVER AGAIN.

Had a great experience! Tried them for the first time before going to a wedding in Memphis. The gel mani lasted 3 weeks and I probably could have put off a fresh one for another week. Went today, so well see if I can make it 4 weeks this time. Terrific job Henry!

Ive visited many nail salons throughout the western suburbs of Cleveland and this one, by far, is the best Ive seen. Ive been getting my nails done here for over two years and havent considered another place since. I absolutely recommend SueAnn. I try to schedule with her whenever Im in. Her quality is impeccable and shes always in a cheery, outgoing mood. If youre looking for a solid nail salon, I would absolutely try Avon Nails. Tip: Try scheduling an appointment a day or two in advance, as they tend to get pretty busy Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

I wish I could give them a better review as the staff was very friendly and talkative, however, I asked if they could do almond/round nails, and they said yes.. but when finished the shape looked awful, it was not even and very bumpy. I had to file them myself to fix. Also, there was gel left caked on to the sides of my fingers, quite sloppy. From other reviews, they seem to do better without shaping/a regular square nail. Might return for a basic gel manicure if I dont want shaping done. The massage at the end is pretty good compared to other salons.

Their technicians do an amazing job with gel manicures! I just ran a 13 mile - 33 obstacle course race on Saturday and my 2 week old nails are still perfect!! I love this place

I recommend that no one goes to this shop. I am an African american 58 year old women and have been getting my nails done since 1997 with no problem ever. One of Avon nail employees did a poor, and I mean a very poor job on my nails not filling them not cleaning them leaving old polish on my nails and getting upset, because he had to file them pointed, calling me names laughing with the owner and handling my hands very roughly. I had to say stop handling my hands like that. He was yanking them around. I was very offended and scared will never go there again. I left with nails unpolished and unfinished, but still being courteous and paying after all of that. So aggravated. Wish I could show you a picture. Awful, awful, hideous work. Called to complain after I left and he hung the phone up in my face.

I received the best massage and pedicure. The nail techs and owners are the friendliest people. They are funny, kind, and make your experience welcoming. I highly recommend.

Im really only giving a 1 star only because of how unprofessional one of the male employees who I guess is the owner Im not sure. The techs were friendly and they tried to make conversation with me even though I am horrible at it. However, I did make an appointment and got the times mixed up. I had to sit there and listen to I guess the owner talk about how rude people are about not following through on appointments or they are late. I made the mistake on the time and I already felt bad enough. I had a lot going on this week with a family member on their death bed so I was 30 minutes off on the time. Im a very considerate person and it was an honest mistake but i was humiliated when he pointed me out to another customer. I sat there trying to hold back tears in the chair and tried to hold a straight face. I spent 100 dollars there and tipped both techs that did my mani and pedi and quickly walked out the door. The techs were great but a very rude and inconsiderate owner who doesnt know what people are going through before opening his mouth. I will never go back despite my nails being done perfectly. Its a shame I really liked them.

Horrible rude and poor service by one of the male techs the heavy set guy rude and owner doing nothing about it, saying things and doing unfinished work and getting upset about it when he was the one at fault. Wouldnt recommend this establishment we women deserve respect when paying taxes there and being a paying customer at there shop. Never Again

I expressed my deep concern about being a nail picker and needing someone really good. I think they were concerned I was going to be a difficult client! I just wont stop until I pick my nails all off if they are not even and done well. A nail tech named Suan did my pink and white nails and I love them! I finally found a good salon! Nancy did my pedi and I love it!
