First off pedicures were nice, secondly the staff is nice but the quality just isn’t there… I got a dip done few mistakes were made and they chipped the next day, they fixed of course free of charge what the pictures are of the fix… a complete new dip done 4 days ago as you can see the few nails already peeled off.. no I’m not cleaning with bleach bare handed just normal living. Will I go back probably not but if a basic pedicure is what your looking for this is your spot. Did I reach out for another fix no… maybe dips just aren’t there thing… In response to the business response, the quality was awful and for $60 not lasting more than 4 is insane… I have had many dips and never before has this been an issues. I do appreciate you offering another service but I simply do not wish to keep being disappointed thank you.

Excellent care and end result beautiful! We went to Nail Clinic in celebration of our moms birthday and it was pampering and cozy.

Fabulous! Hanna did an amazing job with doing a toe polish change and stiletto acrylic nails. She was wonderful and helped me get the color I was looking for. I felt paid attention to and cared for the whole time. Left a very happy client. I will defiantly be booking again with Hanna.

I just want to start by saying the employees here were kind and helpful. However, this review is based on the product and I need to be completely honest.Im very unhappy with my acrylic set. I waited on giving a review because I wasnt sure I wanted to publicly complain, but after 3 broken nails, Im nothing short of disappointed. It has been a week and 2 nails have come off on my left hand, and my thumb nail on my right. Im not rough on my hands in any way, shape, or form and this is the first time in all the years Ive had this issue.I prefer a longer length and thats what I asked for, yet the technician kept filing them down. They were extremely short, crooked, and the length on all the nails didnt match.It took 2 hours to do a set with an extremely simple design - Ive had my nails done many times at other salons and in that time Ive been able to get a full acrylic set, with design, in addition to a 30 minute pedicure.I returned 5 days after my appointment to fix my right thumb nail which had cracked and broken off. Instead of soaking it off - which is what every other salon has done - the technician filed my actual nail down to practically nothing. My nail was so thin that it had started to hurt. Only then did she soak it off then replace it.Its now been a week, and I literally woke up to two nails on my left hand missing. Needless to say Im upset with the time and money I spent here. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to The Nail Clinic.

Ive been going here for many many years! People working here are all very friendly and welcoming. Service is great! Love their work. Would recommend the Nail Clinic to anyone looking for quality service.

I love this place! Everyone is super friendly. You are made to feel like a part of the family. Had always been squeamish when it came to pedicures. Nancy is my person. Always takes great care of me.

I went into Nail Clinic for some serious TLC after having my acrylics removed. My nails were a disaster, I didnt think much could be done to help them. But to my surprise, Laurie fixed me right up! My nails look and feel great!

I have been going to The Nail Clinic for over 25 years. Their professionalism and personal care are phenomenal. My manicurist is Laurie and she is the greatest!

Absolutely horrible. I had my first shellac manicure from there. I was told it would last 2 weeks and I could go dig and do whatever they would not chip. Well I had them done on a Thursday for a wedding over the weekend. That Saturday (yes 2 days later) they all started chipping off. I went to a salon in columbus to try and have them fixed, but they said they were so poorly done they would have to restart them. I called the salon after all I did pay for this manicure to last less than 2 full days. I was told they would let the owner know and she would be in touch. Well its been over a week now with no phone call not that I expected one back. I would never go to this place again or recommend it to anyone.

After years of going to chop shops, I am very glad to have gone to the Nail Clinic. My nails and nail beds are very sensitive, and my fingers were constantly getting burned from the drill. The Nail Clinic hand files everything; no drills are used! I have only been there twice, and the cost is higher than average, but the chance of getting hurt is greatly reduced without the use of the drill.

Don’t go for acrylic nails. Too thick, takes hours and poor quality. Good customer service but bad nails

The nail clinic is the only place I go for mani pedis. They are so personable and have great prices for top notch service and quality work. Highly recommend!
