I have been going here for years and alwaus have a pretty good experience. Today, however, was exceptional. My technician was Nam (at least that is what his supplies carrier said on it) and he gave me the absolute best pedicure I have EVER had ANYWHERE. Very good job. Not only did my nails look amazing but the massage was total bliss. He really put forth extra care and effort. VERY impressed and cannot wait for my next visit!

I came to get a pedicure with my mom about an hour before closing and they seemed irritated to take us in and it showed in the service. They didn’t even clean or file my toe nails they just immediately started painting my toe nails for the shellac and expected to be done. When I asked if he could please clean and file my nails they were clearly talking badly about us to the other employees. My moms service was painful, the guy made her bleed multiple times from how harsh he was being. He messed up her toe nail polish and did not want to fix it. Our massages were skipped, etc. then as we were leaving the woman up front said “just make sure to come earlier next time” will NEVER be going again

The prices were good and she did a super job on my nails, however, this nail salon is probably the most dirtiest nail salon Ive ever been in. The nail and pedi stations were really dirty. The lights above where you pay are covered in dust and cobwebs. The salon floor was really dirty. Covered in nail dust.. Everything needs a deep cleaning. Im not sure if I will be back.

Had appt left after wait 45 mins after appointment time as they kept taking walk ins ahead of me

I went here with my daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday. She wanted a particular design on her nails, showed them the picture and was told that they couldnt do it. A few days later her nails are chipped and look like theyve been done for weeks rather than days. They didnt try or even come close to what she wanted. I got a kids mani/pedi for my 8 year old which looked good initially but ALL of the polish had come off by the next day! My nails are chipping and peeling as well. The service was pricey and ridiculous for what we received. That was the worst $140 I have ever spent at a nail salon and I will not be going back.

Didn’t have to wait very long at all! Very nice people who don’t feel uncomfortable to talk back when you talk to them! I was a walk in and usually at most nail salons they don’t talk much to people who walk in and aren’t regulars but they were very friendly and down to earth they do my nails better than any other salon I’ve been too and I have been to a lot! I definitely will be going back❤️

I love this place. This is a family run business where Helen knows all her regulars (and some irregulars) by name and asks about things going on in their lives. The service is as efficient as possible and they have always given quality work.

This was the best non spa pedicure Ive gotten. They actually work on softening your feet and improving your nails. Very cheerful environment. They knew most people when they came in. We were walk ins, but they at least put us in the chair with our feet in the water while we waited. Very nice experience.

Very nice greeting but very poor work on nails. Did not use the right size of tips and did not fill in my whole nail. Also when doing layers with the polish, he did not go completely over each one. So you can see where the layers are on my nail. Also, he did not flatten out the acrylic all the way so it looks like there is a huge bump on my nail

Outstanding! Been coming here for years and recommend them to everyone. They are always doing a great job, I never have to worry. I chip a nail, or something happens before my next appointment, no worries. Theyll fix it.The only recommendation I would make to others is to call ahead to make sure they know youre coming to avoid a long wait.

Don’t waste your time or your money here. Rude people with no ethical standards. So many other great nail salons that want your business. Not to mention they CLEARLY treat customers differently depending on how they look. I wasn’t the one treated badly but heard enough to make me sick.

I relocated and was searching for a good nail salon, tried many places before finding American Nails. They are very friendly, Miss Helen takes the time to get to know you and personally greets you every time you come in. My nails have never looked and been better!!! I get so many compliments all the time.

Absolutely awful business. Went in to have shellac redone because it had chipped off. The man that greeted me was rude and told me to soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone. In the past I have only had nail technicians soak a cotton ball in acetone and wrap with foil. I told the man this and he got mad and said it was the same thing. I then explained to him that I would much rather go to a salon that does not make me soak my fingers in a bowl of pure acetone and got up to leave. As I was walking out the door the man yelled at me, You are so stupid! I was appalled. Do not visit this salon.

GOOD ADVICE... If they are not clean you are risking a very bad infection. Unclean implements, and unclean brushes, files, can affect your health. Advice from a nail technician. Dont risk your health for quickness, may wish you had not.

This place is a joke I went for a gel fill they gave me acrylic. I was not happy with the job that was done I went back and asked for them to be fixed. I was told there was nothing wrong with them and if I was that picky I needed to go to another shop. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not go there if you are looking to get a good set of nails and be a valued customer.

I havent been going to American Nails long but I did like going there. However, the last time I was there, I wanted the fake nails taken off bc my nails were long enough to use. I wanted the acrylic on my nails to keep them hard. What I got was the fake nails taken off, buffed out, and polish put on....for $50. Seriously?!?!?! I will NOT be going back. I will be finding me a new nail salon.

They dont even deserve 1 star. The people in this nail shop as a whole are just rude. No wonder people stop coming here. The minute you say something to one of the nail technicians about what you dont like about your nails, they tell you that you can go somehwere else. What a joke for a nail salon.

The most awful pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Very rushed. Did minimal and a bad job at that. My toenails are different shapes and lengths. Polish is sloppy. No cuticle trimming. She massaged both of my legs at one time. In and out in 20 minutes. I said I was not happy with it and was told that maybe my toes are all different shapes. Really.? I have seen them everyday, I know what they look like. She then asked me if I told her how I wanted them cut and shaped. I thought it was common knowledge that you would want the same shape and length. Did she offer a discount or even an apology? NO!!! Unreal.
