Loved this place. They were really friendly and did a wonderful job. Totally recommend this place to get the nails done.

Service has declined recently. Used to be very friendly and I THOUGHT we had a good relationship with the employees. This time, however, owner was not wearing mask and acted like he didnt know us. My leg got burned by an over hot towel and my toe tops were bleeding from harsh treatment. We are changing salons for awhile. Next time my daughters and I come in, if we get good service, I will change this rating. Until then, I am sorry to report that the salon is not customer friendly.

Nancy is the best nail technician by FAR! Ill never go anywhere Else. Shes fast, And so good. They last. Shes detailed, and great for conversation. The Pedicures are to DIE for!

Really enjoyed my pedicure. I had been going to one of the Chinese nail places but the nail techs talk to each other in Chinese and dont always pay attention to what they are doing. Ive been nipped a few times. I felt really good and enjoyed the peacefulness here. Will definitely make it my go to pedicure place.

When I find someone I like they leave for some reason. My last straw is not getting services promised after showing up for services and having to wait almost half hour because they opened later than scheduled. I had to leave before they could finish the service because I was going to be late for an appointment. As a result, I was promised I would get the rest of the services when I returned. Im now being denied those services at their convenience because nail tech no longer works there. I am going to find another nail salon. Very disappointing, because this establishment has some potential if they can keep their workers and open on time.

Great pedicure! I will be back!We came in on Sunday evening about 10min after 5pm in hopes we could still get in for 2 pedis. Lucky us they got us in! I was paired with Tina who was GREAT! I asked for extra massage on top of the deluxe and while pricey at $50 it was totally worth it! A full hour between all things it included and Tina’s massage was excellent.I was sad to learn that she only comes in on Sundays tho!!

Always easy to get an appointment - Nancy is my favorite Technician. She does an excellent job on my nails and they last 4-5 weeks. They do the new Shellac polish if you want. It stays on your toes for a long time. I really appreciate the work they do and the ease of appointment making. Been coming to this place for about 9 months, wont go anywhere else.

The workers here need a HUGE lesson in class and manners.They were unbelievably rude to my friend who I brought in for a manicure. They kept pestering her to get something she didn’t want and put her down for having short nails, like that matters, and continued pushing her to get something they felt would look better. She kept saying no and they finally gave in to her request, but not before saying the color she chose was ugly. They need to stop pushing their opinions on customers, because at the end of the visit we are the ones paying for the service to get something we want.I’ve never been more embarrassed and never had more regret than I did that day bringing my friend in.I won’t be returning.I’ll never support a business that feels entitled to bringing their clients down.

I have had one person take care of me over 10 years. Nhu is amazing. She doesnt rush and her pedicures last longer. The salon is clean and pleasant.

Walked in here and was not even greeted. They sat me in a chair with water that wasnt even sanitized. UGH. I walked out after 15 minutes. You lose customers when you cant even ask my name. Oh mind you I made an appointment too. Worst place ever. The chair didnt even work. Imagine sitting in there for 45 min-1 hr getting a pedicure without a massage. UGHDO NOT GO. These other reviews must be fake because it sure isnt a place where I would go to.

I am not going to the one at 2303 ranch road again. I went here because it said their acrylic fills were only $20 but when I left I ended up paying $40. They also basically demanded a tip even after they overcharged me for a fill. I give them one star because my nails do look good but not $40 good.

Great job! Lauren has been back for a while...she is fabulous...the new management is wonderful and they got rid of all the negative workers...their receptionist Carla is soo much fun! They do great pedicures and fabulous nails...thanks again!! Will be back over and over again!

I went for a Brazilian bikini wax. The lady waxed the front and then said she was done. Generally when I get Brazilians they wax everything. I asked her to do the back as well and she did. However when we got up to the front desk for me to pay she wanted to charge me $15 extra for doing what I considered a standard Brazilian. When I expressed my dismay about this she did give me a slight discount. But I still ended up paying $10 more than I thought it was going to

Ive been coming here for years, by recommendation of a coworker. Ive seen 3 different ladies. Lisa took care of me today and her expertise was Superb! Krystal has good artistry skills to boot!I throughly enjoyed the visit and will go back soon for mani-pedis for myself and my daughters.Go pamper yourself! I walked in this place with no idea as far a nail vision. Thank the Lord Lisa came to my rescue! I was very nervous about getting my nails done in a new shop and trusting a new nail tech to do ombre nails. I was sat down immediately and Lisa did everything I wanted her to do. First, I had been getting my nails done in New York City (long story) and needless to say, it was beyond time to get them done again. Lisa did a fine job of soaking off my old nails, being patient with my indecisiveness, and did not force any thing on me that I did not want. Overall I was pleased with her customer service skills, I appreciate the fact that we had a personalable experience, and the shop was immaculant. Anyone who has had a poor experience with this place, I am sorry. Try Lisa next time. Shes very nice and personable and will give you quality nails. Let me tell you my commitment, I live in Del Valle and will go up 183 to see her! Its well worth the money.

I had a gel mani and gel pedi here and this will be my go-to place from now on. Everyone was very friendly, the place was very clean and peaceful, and the techs both did excellent jobs. I highly recommend the hot stone massage with the pedi - it is worth it!

I had an appointment at 4, and they didnt get to me until 5:10. Not happy. That said, the woman who did my manicure (Leslie) was very nice.

Ever since Lauren left, I am not satisfied with anyone else. The women there are rude and impatient and definitely dont do what the customer is requesting. Poor customer service..and high turn over rare! They ran off the only good professional they had! They lost my business after about 4 or 5 months. I can see why Lauren quit!

Not quality thats for sure they charge me for long nails and I didnt even get long nails and it wasnt what I wanted and they charge to much...not a good nail shop
