I am a return customer and I always have a good experience here. Sam is very tedious and does not rush through any service. I love the lavender pedicure and always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. The salon is over all very clean, they always have you wash your hands when you walk in, and have clean tools. I highly recommend Sam, she is very kind and truly is one of the best nail technicians I’ve ever had.

I used to come here every week to get my mani/pedi. Left 20-25% tips and was a great customer. I had a 5:30 appointment today but left after waiting 15 minutes for my appointment. Not because I was mad about them being late but because I felt hurt, and upset by how rude Lisa treated me! I will no longer be going to this spa.

I arrived one evening, no appt, and I was graciously taken care of. To ensure I received the full service, including nail art, we were there past closing time...never once felt rushed. The massage on my legs was relaxing and my nails came out exactly as I wanted.

I love this place because of their wonderful service. The owners and their staff are so nice, and truthfully the reason I keep coming back. I didnt give them five stars only because the technicians could use a little refining (not quite as good as nearby Deluxe Nails). But they still are pretty good! Good enough for me to have made this my new spot. I always have such an enjoyable experience here.

This nail salon is a gem! Super clean and everyone that works here is really nice and does excellent work...not to mention super fast service! I can usually get in and out on a lunch break during the week. I’m super picky about my nails and I have never left this place disappointed. I recently started getting my eyelashes done with Lisa and she is amazing!! Love my lashes!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

If I could give no stars I would. I had two different technicians, both of which rushed through my service. My daughter enjoyed her pedicure but that was also rushed. I requested a full set with gel. They are all different in length and they had to change out my polish 3 times because they were out of every color I picked or complained I picked a color that was too light. Everyone in the salon was offered a drink except for me and my daughter. I’m not sure if we were being judged but what they didn’t know is I get my nails and pedicures once a week and I am a very good client and generous with my tips. I am new to this area, and will continue my search.Other positive I can say is the salon is clean.

I just got my nails done there for the first time and it was one of the best salons ive been too! My nails turned out perfect and the people were so nice. The interior is really professional looking too. If your looking to get gel or acrylic nails get Lisa she did a fabulous job!

This isn’t my first bad experience at La Vie, my nails came out nothing I was looking for. I asked for them to redo them and was willing to pay another full price, then I was yelled at in front of the whole salon because of my request and now very embarrassed.

It ok sneak in extra cost without letting you know the place is very nice the people could be better especially in the Steiner Ranch area. Wont go back

After trying numerous nail salons in Austin I finally found one I love. I got a classic pedicure and a gel manicure and it’s probably the best mani/pedi I’ve ever got. It’s a little pricey but the services provided were exceptional. Bob was a great technician and I highly recommend him. Definitely will be a returning customer!

Worst salon experience I’ve had in years. The SNS nails were thick, lumpy and the color in no way matched the shade that I selected. Upon showing that to the manager, he blamed it on me and the color of my skin.

This place was amazing the moment I walked in. Everyone was nice, the place was clean, beaitiful and QUIET! To my pleasant surprise I quickly noticed that it was all the technicians were MEN! I thought how cool! I came late in the day as walk in and they were happy to take me in right away. The front desk guy handed me a menu to choose a pedicure. The menu idea was cool! I chose the Classic Pedicure. As soon as I saw sugar scrub I was sold! Tyler was the one who did my Spa Pedicure and did wonders! There was soaking, scrubbing, massaging, hit towles and the nail color is so pretty for Easter. Tyler was very nice and didnt talk my ear off like past experiences and try to upsell extras. That was very nice. They have 4 tvs and had a movie on. It was not blairing. I felt like I was in a theater. The spa chairs were comfy and had the massage option. This place is soft and relaxing. I also noticed that the smells were not overwhelming so ventalation is good! I will be back! Thank you for your service La Vie!
