Junky place. Lots of broken machines. SUPER mucky FILTHY machines. (Great during covid, right??) Disgusting place. Expensive. I walked out. Wont go back.

Nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Different payment methods...so not just cash...A nice homey feeling when you have to do your laundry. Will definitely return to this washateria in the future.

I stopped by over the weekend for the first time. I just needed to wash my comforter. The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain my options and even walked me over to the machines best for my load. The people there when I arrived were all very friendly and observing social distancing guidelines which made me feel comfortable. I will definitely return again and again. This place is immaculate and provides impeccable Customer Service! Thank you for your kindness! :)

Ive been here about a dozen times. Nice place. Love the hours because I like going at 6am before my kids wake up. Attendants are very friendly and helpful.

This is an amazing laundromat. Not only is it clean and organized, the customer service was outstanding!! The gentleman at the front right of way helped us and showed us how to use the machine that changes money into cards in case you didnt bring a card of your own. This is definitely the best laundromat we have ever been too and will be the one I come to all the time. Great job to the owner, finally a laundromat that makes you feel comfortable to be there and has all their machines working.

Very clean and friendly staff! I love that the washers lock, and how fast the dryers work! They do have their own private WiFi, and you can get the password from a staff member.

First time going to this location and I did not have a bad experience, but then again I went at 6am so that way I did not have to be around a lot of people. 🙄 The machines washed with nice hit water, which I was very amazed and happy! And the dryers dried pretty good. It was clean, the machines well taken care of, and a comfortable environment. 5 stars for sure!

First, the people that work here have good customer service skills and are polite, which is getting harder to find. Also, their prices are fair and you don’t feel like you are paying too much. We started having our laundry picked up weekly and it is returned on hangers and folded and separated by person. SO much better dealing with laundry now!

I had a very good experience, my first time at this location. Its been a while since I have used a laundromat, and need assistance learn my way around the machines. Vincent, the gentleman working, was very helpful and patient w me. He walked me through, step by step. The location was clean, machines worked great, and free wifi while youre there. No complaints

I loved Washatopia great place to wash clothes..The emplyee there Bridgette shes great very friendly atmosphere we become good friends and Mathew..I washed my clothes every week there..But the soda machine is really bad I couldnt buy bottle of water...You should fix that in the near future...I recommend Washatopia to everyoneVery close and very convenient for the single Mom like me.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

Went there because my dryer went out, the girl in the front was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean. I will be going back anytime I need to dry clothes until my dryer is fixed!

Washatopia is a wonderful place to go, clean and super convenient with the card pay system especially since it accepts ApplePay and I don’t have to carry my wallet. If I had any complaints it is there is an employee that is, I believe, new and they bring their children to work with them. In that I think it’s awesome they are able to bring their kiddos what I don’t necessarily care for is they let their children run amok, scream and holler and spread their toys all over the benches and tables making it a challenge for a place to sit or quietly try to enjoy the duty of laundry. I get kiddos can’t sit still but this is still a place of business and the children of customers and staff alike should be asked to not let their children run amok.

Where do I start? Ok, well I had some dirty laundry; actually, alot of dirty laundry, actually I didnt have any clean clothes! So I decided to do laundry. Who knew, they had actual machines that clean your clothes and dry them ? Woooooooolf! Least to say I was impressed!

This place is pretty neat. Just moved to the area and dont know it too well. Lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Will come back until I can get my own w&d set

This place is clean, you can use your card on the machines to wash your laundry and Ive never had an issue with how clean the clothes get here. Its a little pricey for the big washers but convient if you have blankets that need to be cleaned. The drying prices are pretty low and offset the cost.

Very convenient for me since you are able to use a card instead of coins. You know how in this time of covid that is very important. Gets the job done and in a clean environment.

Lets face it, Nobody likes to do laundry. The Washatopia in Georgetown is my goto. The facility is clean, someone is pushing a broom or wiping down equipment. The attendant was available and responsive to my concern with one of the washing machines. I have been on multiple occasions and the environment has been respectful and family friendly.

Really clean & very helpful staff. The dryers are very efficient and fast I did not wash my clothes there so Im not sure about the washers.

As long as Lauras number is attached to this website, I will assume she is a part of this establishment which stole all of my clothes and is refusing to pay me anything for them.

This is by far the cleanest and nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. Just moved here and my washer isn’t here yet. The huge washers are fantastic for big comforters. Dryers are huge and fast! Internet works great(I’m here now) and the attendant was super friendly and helpful. If I never need a laundromat I’m so coming here.

Updated review.Ive since talked with the owner, she was very nice, she explained the situation and Ive noticed now, for whatever reason, the individual I had a conflict with is no longer there.Prices are reasonable and the machines are excellent The place is always kept very clean.

Dont know why it was so crowded, I would not hurry back! Expensive! Washers did not spin clothes very well...some clothes were dripping and when I complained, I was given 45 minutes on one dryer even though I needed 5 dryers. Bah humbug to them.

Prices were more than fair. Washers washed good and dryer were hot. Staff was friendly and helpful as well as professional.

Clean facility and love going to this location

Currently here washing a comforter (nice big machines) and very pleased with the experience. They offer drop off services, and of course a huge area of self-service machines. Everything is kept very clean, and well lit, so you never feel uncomfortable coming to do laundry.

Love this place! People are so nice! The place is so clean! I brought my dog’s bed in to be washed and it smelled horrible when I dropped it off, the next day it was ready, so I picked it up and put it in my car. I had a few errands to run and I came back to the car and it smelled so good in there! Like fresh laundry! I love it! Brought it home and my dog thought it was a new bed, and it literally freshened up the whole area where he sleeps. Thank you!

Easily the best laundromat experience Ive ever had in my travels. Theres a staff in case you have any questions about payment on the machines (the directions are written on the machines, however, and are fairly straightforward). The place is immaculate. It was fairly busy when I was there, but there was still enough space for everyone to sit/fold/etc.Bonus: theres complimentary coffee!

With three vacation rental homes, sometimes I have 22 - 26 loads of laundry to do. It would take me days to get it all done at my home, so this has become a favorite. I love the 8, 6 and 4 load machines. I can get it all washed, dried and folded (with Dans assistance) in a couple of hours. There is always an attendant on duty. This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever used!

Clean, friendly place.

Before I bought my house I lived in an apartment that never had working washers. In my time there I made the circuit to a few laundromats and wasnt it impressed until I found washtopia. When you can walk in with a bag full of fitted sheets and come back the same day to a nicely folded yes I said FOLDED stack of clean fresh sheets you know you found the right place. They also have a do it yourself option in the store but I really hate laundry and would rather just drop it off and pick it up! You definitely want to check this place out.

The store is always clean, the people that work there are always friendly, and I might be a little lazy but I like not having to carry around $10.00 in quarters. I always have a great experience and recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle free wash and dry.

I cant say how appreciative I am for the service here! The young woman who helped me after having fraud on my debit card, seeing I was in a jam, really helped get my laundry started. She was so kind and smiled, which totally made a bad situation truly all right! Its always spotlessly clean and there was even fresh coffee. Just wow! Thanks!

Staff cleans all day😀 & the dryers work really well. This was my first time in and I had a Days worth of laundry. Plenty of washers and dryers & room for folding. Tasty free hot coffee, vending machines & T.V. Brad and trainee David were very personable. If you do not wish to keep the money card they will refund the balance 👍 This establishment should do extremely well!👍👍

In love with this place! It is clean, modern, and the people are friendly. They have varying sized washers and their dryers are super duty and hold plenty! There are TVs, Free Wifi, and vending machines that work! What I truly like is not having to get a roll of quarters to do my laundry. A card cost $1, but after that you can refill.

Staff was on point, Martha helped me with everything and even gave me soap for my wash.

Its cute, and high tech (debit card only) but too expensive the wash and the $1 dryers that give you ten minutes.

Love this place! Bring my comforters and quilts for cleaning. They do such nice work and follow special instructions with cleaning.

Never thought Id say this, but doing laundry is actually not a chore anymore. This place rocks... large, clean, modern, never have to wait for machines, brand new equipment, and even free coffee. I just take my laptop and surf the web or catch up on email and the time is productive and pleasant. Prices are good too cuz you can wash lots of loads in giant machines if you want. Nice staff too.

Great prices! I had to live out of a hotel for 2 months and it was such a blessing to be able to just drop off my clothes and pick them up next day. The staff during the week was always great.

Good full service laundry mat, clothes smelled good and were nicely folded. It is really too pricey for me to do full service on a regular basis. For one week / a full laundry bag / of clothes for a single guy set me back just over $30. They did have my clothes ready the next day and called me to remind me they were ready to pick up.

Came here to wash a load of blankets that my old roomates cat barfed on, leaving this foul smell on them that I just could not get out borrowing my moms dryer.They couldnt fit in mine at home, so I decided to make a trip to the laundromat and get the smell out all at once.Boy, was that a mistake.First of all, this place is ridiculously overpriced. Sure, the place is clean and has nice light and whatnot, but 8 dollars for a large load is outright stupid. There is no justifying that price. I had to wash two loads, and then dry them, which cost me about 30 bucks.I was already miffed about that, but what really pissed me off was that not only did the so-called state of the art machines not get the smell out, it made the smell WORSE. Now it smells like barf AND like rotten, gunky mold. Seriously. You know the smell of pond sludge? Its the exact same scent.So now Im really miffed.Do yourself a favor, and dont come to this place. The prices are extortionate, and the machines arent that good.

When you pay for an service you hope received this according that the company promise but in this laundry its not happened ! We delivery the clothes to wash and dry, they offered 24h for this, so they called usyour clothes is ready but when we arrived the clothes are wet and they lost somes shirt and after two hours after we arrived the clothes are delivery us, wet! Its completely impossible accepted, the staff dont answer our questions nobody for help us! Its terrible service in this community!!

It was my first time here and got a surprise on the price of using the machines. Be careful when you do a load. The machines are credit card swiped. It will charge more if you change the wash settings. It is not mentioned unless you stop off at the desk.

PLEASE READ THIS!After doing my research on the best laundromat in town I ended up at Washatopia even though some of the reviews said it was expensive. Well I am here to share what I found during my visit.I broke down the math of the prices per load, yes I was that bored... left my laptop at home... anyways here is my math:Washers1 load washer $1.65 per machine/load2 load washer $2.40 per machine = $1.20 per load3 load washer $3.70 per machine = $1.23 per load4 load washer $4.80 per machine = $1.20 per load6 load washer $6.75 per machine = $1.13 per load8 load washer $8.45 per machine = $1.06 per loadDryersThey hold up to 4 loads of laundry each!30 minutes was 1.96I used one 8 load washer for $8.452 dryers for 30 minutes (and everything was dry) $3.92That make the total for 8 loads of laundry $12.37!!!At my apt complex I spend $1.75 for each wash and $1.00 to dry some times more if they didnt full dry... 8 loads there would have cost me $22...So1) They are not expensive2) I WILL be back!3) FREE COFFEE!!!4) Ask the attendant for a WiFi Voucher to use their FREE WiFi. Which the very friendly attendant told me they installed a new system last month, a better system and have not had any problems since.

Clean nice new equipment and a terrific staff!

I have been using this place for 2yrs. Wash your own clothes! I just recently decided to let them wash my clothes. They wash/dry your clothes with other peoples clothes! I let them wash on 2 different times only! Heres why. First time I got my clothes back smelling the same as when I dropped them off, 4 pairs of REI ($$$) hiking socks missing. Second time, I got 3 of 10 dish cloth, one dish cloth was hand knitted by my grandmother. I got a couple of someone else towels, hand towels and half of my towels are missing, All my new white hiking socks are missing agian!! Let me say they wash/dry your clothes with other peopes clothes. I went several times to drop clothes off (8-9pm), but the staff (girls) leave early, no ones around.
