Let the women do your feet...Worst pedicure ever.... The guy was very lazy. I told him not to cut my toe nails too much, when told him he cut it too much. He started to argue with me. He put no effort into doing my feet. I had to stop him mid pedi before he messed my toes up any further.My son also got his feet done and the woman did a good job. I wish I had gotten the guys name. Will not be going back.

Chris helped me get a pedicure and gel acrylic set and I’ve never felt as kindly treated as I did here at Jivana! He was patient and very kind. Great job, will be back!! Also great prices.

Im not going back at this salon!!! Amy was the tech who had my nails done! I told her from the very beginning to becareful coz I dont want any bleed in my nails. But thenshe made me nails bleed and it was so messy.This is unacceptable!! Never again!

Never enough nail techs. Its 1145a on a Tuesday and was told to come and they didnt have time to do my eyebrow or gel manicure. If she was smart... she would of soaked the gel off my nails... she didnt even offer to do.. Another lady came with an appointment and had to wait... They do phenomenal job on eyebrows.But the customer service and lack on techs makes it very hard to come back..

I never leave a review for a place but o have to say that sometimes you just have to. I went to Jivana because is really close to my house (walking distance). I used to read the reviews and was kind of skeptical of coming here. However, today I went looking for a place to do my nails and not only did I get there super late but the girl that took cake of me was super nice and patient. She did an amazing job on my nails and had great customer service. Loved it and will definitely be coming back.

DESTROYED MY REALS NAILS!!! Not for real nails!!! I went to get my gels off that I was satisfied with and repaint my natural nails. See the pictures, my real healthy, strong, thick nails (only gel twice in life) were drilled down to fragile, breaking, CUT through nails!!! She destroyed my real nails! You will see the place looks clean, and I had been satisfied with pedicures and the original gel. Beware of them drilling your real nails! My nails feel course and down almost to the skin. Will speak with management. UPDATE: Spoke with management who initially offered no apology only that she would fix my nails. You cant fix drilling my nails off almost down to the skin leaving red marks underneath the nails! BEWARE!

HORRIBLE save yourself the trouble and do not go here! I got powder dip which normally lasts me 4-5 weeks at my usual place. These started lifting and breaking after a few days. The owner wouldnt even give me a refund. What a waste! Never going here again.

Started out okay with my pedicure, wasnt expecting greatness reading the reviews, but then the person started with my nails, did a horrible job with the nail filler (I ended up doing them my self) then she had to ask someone else to paint them, I guess she didnt know how?... then told the manager that this was NOT worth $40, and answered that the price would actually go up 🤔... its not worth the time (which took almost 2 hrs - with only 2 customers)

I been coming here for about 2 years but the last 2 times has been horrible!!! Got a pedicure with plain water this time with no type of chemicals in it they scrubbed the meat from between my toes just plain horror visit to jivana nails 2 this they last time getting my service if I could Ill give them 0 stars. it must be new owners

Gel manicure did not last. After 3 days started chipping. No fixing option, owner gave me excuse that some nails are like that. If I want to fix them, I have to pay again . I won’t come back.

Great place for quick nail appt. Fair price $35 for basic mani-pedi.Wait can be long weekends.Amy nail tech takes care of me, is overall a great place. Minus long wait.

Worst nail salon experience!The entire staff was extremely unprofessional. In fact, my nail tech and two of her colleagues were on a call the ENTIRE time they were providing their services.Another patron stood up mid pedicure and asked the manager if she could express her concerns about the service. The manager was extremely hostile to the client. In fact, he proceeded to lock the front door so that she could not leave the establishment!Aside from this ordeal, the gel manicure and regular pedicure I received is the WORST I have ever gotten. I now have to have them both redone at a different salon.Please save yourself the time, money and trouble. Jivana is a terrible establishment!

I have been to this place twice and I was wondering why I never came back . Today I was in the rush and since this place is 2 minutes away from home I decided to give it a try. The lady that did my eyebrows turned on her very very LOUD SPEAKER. When I looked at my eyebrows I told her why there were still many fine hair in my eyebrows? She re did and yet she ruined my eyebrows. She told me when I get home I can shave it because she couldnt remove my hair. Oh my God ...why would I pay to get my eyebrows and then still have to shave it myself?I went talk at the front desk. The guy who doesnt know how to do eyebrows used a tweezer and tried it again yet nothing was fixed.The worst thing about it he told me that the reason why I only went there because I am broke and I have no money and I just dont wanna pay for it.He even told me that he worked in customer service industry for 30 years and if I eat outside and even if I dont like the food I have to pay for it.They guy locked the front door and just kept on yelling at me.He is very very rude...very very unprofessional.If you guys want your money worthy never ever VISIT THIS PLACE....

Didn’t have enough staff, had to wait a long time, ask what was the service called id it was dip or liquid and they just won’t provide the liquid they want you to get want they want, then I picked a color and they brought another darker shade, got tips on couple of nails and one looks terrible, dented. Price point regular but color is so see tru. Never going back again. Is so dingy, looks dirty and one employees didn’t want to so my pedicure she ask another girl to do it and she wasn’t happy. Owners are nice but the have to get ut together.

These people will rob you. The lie about prices and jack up the price at the end of service and force you to pay. The nail job done is horrible. The two Asian woman are extremely rude and the main thieves. Maria who is a nail tech eats while she is working. The Uruguayan woman who also works their is always eating while doing nails. Maria has a horrible attitude and seems depressed. Please do not even go there, it is extremely hostile environmentThey will rob you and do a horrible nail job plus the customer service is horrendous!!!The worst place to do your nails in all of Miami.

Its been only 2 days and my $32 gel nail manicure is already chipping! How is this even possible, when according to them the polish is supposed to last 2 weeks....I will be calling the manager today!Manager offered to have nails repainted, and for that I am grateful. On a positive note this place is in my favorite plaza, very clean, quiet, and staff are professional.

Worst nail salon. My feet was not clean and she took more than one hour. I left without my feet being fully done because I couldn’t continue with that mess. Don’t waste your money in that place. I paid $27 for what was done and I told them I’m leaving. It was my first time and it will be last time.

It is nice and quiet place. Prices are affordable, got 54$ for gel mani and regular pedi. Love the young girl who never mind to fix anything I don’t like. I’m gonna come back. Thanks!

I came in really early, its great they open at 9:30am. Service amazing, very relaxing, Vivian was really sweet and thorough. My nails look great. Place is very neat and clean. Will come again.

I come here all the time and they are always nice and I never have to wait a long time. Only con is that they dont seem to have anyone that can do cool designs. Every time I ask they say they cant do that :( But other than that they are awesome!

Guy who did my nails told me $5 to have my daughters nails painted but after they were done and I went to pay, the manager insisted I pay $10 despite being told something else. Not just the fact that this us unfair and false advertising he was SUPER rude about it. Now he just lost a regular customer. Poor customer service.

I wouldnt recommend this place, the lady who did my nails was on the phone with your bf while doing my nail, also having conversations with her coworker next to her forgetting about my nails. To top it off I ask politely if she can continue to do my nails and she looked upset after I said that.Leaving her rushing me off. Left my hand with LOTS of oil. I ask her what should I should do with all this oil and she looked at me serious and said whatever you want (being rude) and she got up from her chair and left without saying a word to me. Not friendly at all. I wont come back.

Stay away from this place. THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN GO. They dont know what is customer service work. They are very very rude, they will charge you too much and they do a very lousy job.

Two times already that I call and they tell me that they can take me in until 7pm. I show up 10-15 mins before that time and they say we don’t have time go look for another salon. When I said I came before the time you stated they responded we have the right to refuse. I responded I haven’t done anything wrong to be refused service, she responded in a bad attitude. Fine stay you’ll have to wait. Horrible customer service by the lady in the front desk. That is not how you treat customers. Especially if you are closing in more than one hour away.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Terrible experience. Dont go there if you want to be treated well. She was upset I wasnt going to get a gel manicure, only a regular manicure. Proceeded to provide terrible service and satisfaction to the point that I had to walk out (something Ive never done before at any type of establishment). Will never return even though it is convenient.

This salon is owned by the same people across the street at the 125th st Walgreens plaza. It used to be the best salon in town. 2 years ago they opened this location and had manicures here for $13, and $12 at the other location. They were both doing really well and the owner bought the store next to the 125th street location and expanded. With the expansion came a $3 per manicure hike, raising the price to $15 in both locations. It seemed with the price hike, the service was of lower quality, whereas they used to treat thier regular customers really well. They even had teddy teddy bear pedicure chairs for kids. Today, I went for a Mani and pedi and brought my daughters for pedicures. Normally the childs pedicure was $12 and today they charged me $21 for each. That was the last straw for this nail salon. I go weekly for manicures and bi weekly for toes, but they had to get greedy. Be warned, yall.

Very disappointing experience. Arrived two minutes before closing and was told that they actually leave at 6pm. No way to run a business. If you’re leaving at 6pm, you should t advertise that you are open until 6pm. Horrible!

Stopped in about 3 weeks ago to get a gel mani/polish chage to toes. Worst gel manu ever, the guy didnt cut my cuticles but stated next time i come in he will because they need it, so i replied isnt that part of the mani? He ignored me. HE didnt soak my fingers, filed my nails all jagged and wrong. I will never go back to this place.

Only gave it one star because the color was awesome, however i received the worst gel manicure ever from this place. THey did not cut my cuticules or shape my nails properly. Nails are jagged, shape and uneven, Its only monday and i have a chip. Thats not supposed to happen with gel. Never again. Ills tick with Jivanna nail salon

It is 7:27, came for a polish change, they close at 8. 3 people inside, one working the other two cleaning, doors locked.. said they were closed despite sign says closes at 8

I have been a client of Jivana 2 Nails for 3 years, my manicurist is called Ghio and I am very satisfied with his work and he has an excellent personality.The environment is very pleasant and very comfortable and most importantly, they take care of their clients, having all their work material strictly sterilized.Highly recommended.

The worst place that my eyebrows have done I do not recommend it at all I am very upset because the girl who treated me ended up with me, the truth is I do not know what she does there because she does not know anything about doing the eyebrows I would have managed Id better never go back to that place again.
