Beautiful salon, everyone was so nice - Ask for Tram-she’s AWESOME! Nails are perfect! Super neat/clean edges (I’m super picky). This was my first time and I’ll definitely be a regular.

I’ve been looking for a nail place in Austin for a while now- hands down best manicure. Samantha is a wiz at making tips look natural. Great price too. Can’t believe I’m just now discovering this place, but so happy I did!

Great service! I got there an hour early for my appointment because I was in the area and they accommodated me. The mimosas while I was getting my pedicure were everything. Very clean, very professional, and a relaxing visit. 10/10!

I really wanted to like this place due its convenient location and cute decor, but unfortunately I received a terrible dip manicure.First of all, the nail tech only wore one glove and did not change his glove or wash his hands before starting on the next client after me. He also did not have me wash my hands the whole time I was there.Rather than having me rest my wrists on the gel pads like normal, he put a jar of nail polish remover under my wrist so that it would be easier for him. This was definitely uncomfortable.Then they kept it so hot in there that he had sweat dripping down his face which landed on my hands and completely grossed me out.The manicure itself was awful. Typically I can wear dip nails until they grow out without any chips. I have already chipped three nails and my nails have not even grown out enough for a fill yet.I would highly recommend going anywhere else to get your nails done.

Best nail salon I’ve been to in Austin. They are doing a great job keeping everything safe during COVID-19. Tina did a wonderful job on my dip and tips. She knew exactly what I wanted and was very pleasant to talk to. Definitely recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The absolute worst manicure I have ever had. Rushed, barely trimmed my cuticles, nails were uneven, nail polish was sloppy, and the lotion massage barely lasted 5 seconds. I can do a better job myself and that’s saying something. I DO NOT recommend.

Lady was rough with my hands and ripped my nails off . I asked for a very basic design and it looked horrible and dident match the other design at all . So i had her remove it and went without a design. She dident give me a book to see what kind of pedicure i wanted so she game me the basic im guessing, she dident even massage my feet or legs and thats the whole reason i came to get my nails done . Highly disappointed.

The employee manning the front desk was unfriendly. Agree with previous reviewer that it was uncomfortably warm inside. The tacky cruise ship-like piano music was too loud. Also felt that employees were rushing for no apparent reason, as there were few customers. The result was poor attention to detail and a poor to mediocre dip manicure.

My experience was terrible at that place. I got there at 6.45 pm have a manicure and pedicure. Since the minute we got to the place they were rushing everything. She started doing my manicure at the massage seat while he was doing my toes and they didn’t do a good job at all cus, they were rushing so much. Also, they didn’t even apply the Christmas discount like it says on the website.It’s been 3 days and my nails already started chipping.

I love this new place. Please ask for Tammy, shes been doing my nails for a while now. She was at another location and has now started here, its a little out of my way but the service and her work is worth it. Tammy is sweet and does a really good job.

This place is awesome — Go see Tammy!! She is the best - I had an a great mani pedi from her multiple times. The spa is brand new and doesn’t smell which I always appreciate. Great new addition to the area and highly recommend.
